Description

Package and package manufacturing method
The present invention relates to a package and a method for manufacturing the package.
Conventionally, various types of packages have been developed as packages for packaging an object to be packaged. When the packaged object is, for example, a cigarette, the package is configured so that the cigarette can be hermetically sealed in order to prevent odor from adhering to the cigarette, moisture absorption of the cigarette, and the like. There is a need for a package that can be hermetically sealed and packaged even for objects to be packaged whose properties can be changed by contact with an air atmosphere or the like without being limited to cigarettes.
For example, in a conventional cigarette package, a cigarette that is an object to be packaged is wrapped with paper or the like, and the outside is wrapped and sealed with a plastic film having a gas barrier property, or the cigarette is sealed with a plastic film having a gas barrier property or the like. It is packaged and sealed, and its outer surface is packaged and protected with paper or the like (see, for example, Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2). That is, the conventional cigarette is double-wrapped by packaging of paper or the like and packaging of plastic film or the like.
As a simplified package of conventional packaging, it is known to package a cigarette only by a single package (see, for example, Patent Document 3, Patent Document 4, and Patent Document 5).
特開平7-149343号公報Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-149343 特許第4573232号Japanese Patent No. 4573232 特許第5196688号Japanese Patent No. 5196688 特許第5240441号Patent No. 5240441 特許第3742773号Japanese Patent No. 3742773
Even after the package for cigarettes or the like is opened, it is preferable that the package holds cigarettes or the like and suppresses contact with the air atmosphere or the like. However, when cigarettes are packaged only with a single package, once the lid of the package is opened, it is difficult to maintain the closed state again.
In the packages described in Patent Document 4 and Patent Document 5, an adhesive is used to close and hold the lid once opened. It is also conceivable to provide a zipper on the package in order to close and hold the lid once opened. However, it is preferable to form the package using only the sheet material. That is, in any case, since it is necessary to provide another material for closing and holding the lid on the package, there is a problem that the manufacturing cost increases.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a package capable of maintaining a closed state even after opening with a simple configuration and a method for manufacturing a package for packaging an article to be packaged. In other words, the package 20 according to the present embodiment has a first folded center portion 27c, a first folded first side surface portion 27a, a first folded second side surface portion 27b, in the second state shown in FIGS. The second folded center portion 28c, the second folded first side surface portion 28a, and the second folded second side surface portion 28b are folded toward the front surface portion 22 to change to the first state. Similarly, the package 20 according to the present embodiment has a first folded center portion 27c, a first folded first side surface portion 27a, a first folded second side surface portion 27b, in the first state shown in FIGS. The second folded center portion 28c, the second folded first side surface portion 28a, and the second folded second side surface portion 28b are folded toward the upper surface portion 21 to change to the second state.
Next, with reference to FIG. 6 to FIG. 10, a procedure for taking out the non-packaged material packaged in the package 20 from the package 20 will be described. Here, for convenience of explanation, it is assumed that the packaged object is a cigarette.
FIG. 6 is a front view of the package 20 in the first state. FIG. 7 is a front view of the opened package 20 in the first state. FIG. 8 is a front view of the opened package 20 in the second state. FIG. 9 is a front view of the unsealed package 20 in the second state, and shows a state in which an item to be packaged is taken out. FIG. 10 is a front view of the opened package 20 in the first state.
First, as shown in FIG. 6, in the package 20 in the first state, a cut or magic cut (registered trademark) portion provided in the first side end seal portion 33 or the second side end seal portion 34. A portion of the first folded portion 27 and the second folded portion 28 (see FIG. 4) is cut out from the package 20 along the end seal portion 35.
When a part of the first folded portion 27 and the second folded portion 28 (see FIG. 4) is cut out from the package 20, as shown in FIG. 7, the end of the first folded portion 27 and the end of the second folded portion 28 are obtained. A second opening 37 is formed between the two portions. The second opening 37 communicates with a first opening 36 (see FIG. 8), which will be described later, formed between the front surface portion 22 and the upper surface portion 21.
Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 8, the first folded portion 27 and the second folded portion 28 are folded toward the upper surface portion 21, and the package 20 changes to the second state. In the second state, when the first side end seal portion 33 and the second side end seal portion 34 are lightly pressed toward each other, that is, toward the center of the package 20, the first folded portion 27 is obtained. And the 2nd folding | turning part 28 bends and the 2nd opening 37 is opened more.
In the state where the second opening 37 is opened, as shown in FIG. 9, the cigarette as the package is taken out through the first opening 36 and the second opening 37. The second folded center portion 28c, the second folded first side surface portion 28a, and the second folded second side surface portion 28b are formed of a transparent or translucent sheet material, so that the inside of the package 20 can be easily visually confirmed. To facilitate removal of the cigarette 40 from the package 20.
After the cigarette 40 is taken out from the package 20, the first opening 36 is closed by folding the first folded portion 27 and the second folded portion 28 toward the front surface portion 22, as shown in FIG. The state changes to the first state.
Next, the operation of the package 20 according to this embodiment will be described. The package 20 according to the present embodiment includes a first folded center portion 27c, a first folded first side surface portion 27a, and a first folded second side surface portion 27b. For this reason, the state of the package 20 is changed from the state (second state) in which the first folded part 27 shown in FIGS. 8 and 9 extends upward to the first folded part 27 folded back to the front side. When the first folded portion 27 shown in FIG. 1 is changed to the state folded back to the front side (first state), the first folded portion 27 is arranged in the direction opposite to the folded direction in the first folded first side surface portion. 27a and the resistance by the tension applied to the first folded second side surface portion 27b are received. Therefore, the package 20 according to the present embodiment has an effect of maintaining the second state.
On the other hand, the package 20 is in the first state, that is, the first opening 36 is closed, as shown in FIG. 10, by folding the first folded portion 27 to the front side against the resistance caused by the tension. Can be. Further, in the first state, when the first folded portion 27 is folded upward and changed to the second state, the first folded first side surface portion 27a and the first folded portion 27 are arranged in a direction opposite to the direction in which the first folded portion 27 is folded. It receives resistance due to tension applied to the first folded second side surface portion 27b. Therefore, the package 20 has an action for maintaining the first state, that is, an action for maintaining the state where the first opening 36 is closed. For this reason, the package 20 can maintain the closed state even after it is opened by being maintained in the first state. As a result, it can suppress that a to-be-packaged object jumps out of the package 20, and a to-be-packaged object contacts with air | atmosphere etc.
The package 20 according to the present embodiment maintains the first state and the second state also by the second folded center portion 28c, the second folded first side surface portion 28a, and the second folded second side surface portion 28b. Has the effect of trying. Specifically, the package 20 has a state in which the second folded portion 28 shown in FIG. 10 is folded back to the front side (first state), and the second folded portion 28 shown in FIGS. The second folded portion 28 has a second folded first side surface portion 28a in a direction opposite to the direction in which the second folded portion 28 is folded. And resistance is received by the tension | tensile_strength added to the 2nd folding | turning 2nd side part 28b.
Next, the principle of the action of maintaining the first state and the second state by the first folded portion 27 of the package 20 according to the present embodiment will be described in more detail. Note that the principle of the action of maintaining the first state and the second state by the second folded portion 28 is the same as this, and thus the description thereof is omitted.
11 and 12 are schematic side views of a package 20 'according to another embodiment. FIG. 11 shows the package 20 ′ in the first state, and FIG. 12 shows the package 20 ′ in the second state. 11 and 12, the first folded first side surface portion 27a, the first folded second side surface portion 27b, the second folded first side surface portion 28a, and the second folded second side surface portion 28b. Instead, the configuration is the same as that of the package 20 except that a connection member is provided, and the detailed configuration of the package 20 'is omitted from the drawing for convenience of explanation.
As shown in FIG. 11, the package 20 ′ includes a connecting member 41 that connects an arbitrary point P1 on the surface of the second side surface portion 29b and an arbitrary point P2 on the side portion of the first folded central portion 27c. Have. In the illustrated example, the arbitrary point P1 is located on the upper end portion of the second side surface portion 29b, and the arbitrary point P2 is an intersection (that is, a corner) between the side portion and the front end portion of the first folded center portion 27c. Located in. Here, an intersection point of the second side surface portion 29b, the upper surface portion 21, and the front surface portion 22 is defined as an intersection point P3. When the linear distance between the arbitrary point P1 and the intersection point P3 is x and the linear distance between the intersection point P3 and the arbitrary point P2 is y, the length of the connecting member 41 is the length x and the length. It is configured to be smaller than the sum of y.
In the package 20 ′ configured as shown in FIG. 11, when trying to fold the first folded center portion 27 c upward, that is, when changing from the first state to the second state, the connection member 41 The tension T1 is generated in the direction substantially opposite to the direction in which the first folded center portion 27c is pulled. Therefore, the package 20 'exerts an action to maintain the first state by the tension T1.
As shown in FIG. 12, when the package 20 ′ in the second state is about to change to the first state, the connection member 41 is substantially opposite to the direction in which the first folded center portion 27c is pulled. A tension T2 directed in the direction is generated. Therefore, the package 20 'exerts an action for maintaining the second state by the tension T2.
If the length of the connecting member 41 is equal to or greater than the sum of the length x and the length y, the connecting member 41 will bend and the tension T1 and tension T2 shown in FIGS. 11 and 12 will not be generated. Or very weak. The package 20 shown in FIGS. 1 to 10 has the connection member 41 shown in FIGS. 11 and 12 in a first folded first side surface portion 27a, a first folded second side surface portion 27b, and a second folded first side surface portion. 28a and a part of the second folded second side surface portion 28b. For this reason, the package 20 has the effect | action which tries to maintain a 1st state and a 2nd state.
The package 20 has at least one of the first folded first side surface portion 27a, the first folded second side surface portion 27b, the second folded first side surface portion 28a, and the second folded second side surface portion 28b. If it does, it has the effect | action which tries to maintain a 1st state and a 2nd state.
Next, a method for manufacturing the package 20 according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to a development view of the package 20. FIG. 13 is a development view of the package 20. As shown in FIG. 13, the package 20 can be formed from a single sheet material that is substantially rectangular.
When manufacturing the package 20 for packaging an article to be packaged such as a cigarette, first, the front surface, the bottom surface, the back surface, and the top surface of the object to be packaged are respectively a front surface portion 22 and a bottom surface of a substantially rectangular sheet material. Covered by the portion 24, the back surface portion 23, and the upper surface portion 21. Subsequently, the bottom-side first side surface portion 24a is folded back with respect to the first side surface of the packaged object to cover at least a part of the first side surface of the packaged object. Similarly, the bottom side second side surface portion 24b is folded back with respect to the second side surface of the packaged object to cover at least a part of the second side surface of the packaged object.
Subsequently, the upper surface side first side surface portion 21a is folded back with respect to the first side surface of the packaged object to cover at least a part of the first side surface of the packaged object. Similarly, the upper surface side second side surface portion 21b is folded back with respect to the second side surface of the packaged object to cover at least a part of the second side surface of the packaged object. Further, the front side first side surface portion 22a is brought into close contact with the bottom side first side surface portion 24a, the back side first side surface portion 23a, and the upper surface side first side surface portion 21a, for example, by heat sealing. This closely contacted portion corresponds to the first side seal portion 31. Similarly, the front surface side second side surface portion 22b is brought into close contact with the bottom surface side second side surface portion 24b, the back surface side second side surface portion 23b, and the upper surface side second side surface portion 21b by, for example, heat sealing. This closely contacted portion corresponds to the second side seal portion 32.
Subsequently, the side end portion of the first folded first side surface portion 27a extending from the first folded center portion 27c and extending from the upper surface side first side surface portion 21a extends from the second folded center portion 28c. And it is made to contact | adhere to the side edge part of the 2nd folding | turning 1st side part 28a extended from the front side 1st side part 22a, for example by heat sealing. This closely contacted portion corresponds to the first side end seal portion 33.
Similarly, the side end portion of the first folded second side surface portion 27b extending from the first folded center portion 27c and extending from the upper surface side second side surface portion 21b extends from the second folded center portion 28c. And it is made to contact | adhere to the side edge part of the 2nd folding | turnback 2nd side part 28b extended from the front side 2nd side part 22b, for example by heat sealing. This closely contacted portion corresponds to the second side end seal portion 34.
Finally, the end portions of the first folded center portion 27c, the first folded first side surface portion 27a, and the first folded second side surface portion 27b are respectively connected to the second folded center portion 28c and the second folded first portion. The end portions of the side surface portion 28a and the second folded second side surface portion 28b are adhered to each other by, for example, heat sealing. This closely contacted portion corresponds to the end seal portion 35 (see FIGS. 1 to 5).
As described above, it is possible to manufacture a package 20 that can be packaged by sealing an object to be packaged, without having to cut and paste the sheet material from a single substantially rectangular sheet material. That is, the package 20 can be manufactured at low cost and at low resources.
FIG. 14 is a schematic perspective view showing a reinforcing material that can be additionally used for the package 20. After the package 20 is opened and a part of an article to be packaged such as a cigarette is taken out, a gap is formed inside. Depending on the strength of the material forming the package 20, it is difficult to maintain the shape of the package 20 due to the gap.
In order to maintain the shape of the package 20 even after a part of the package is taken out, the package 20 can additionally include a reinforcing member 50 shown in FIG. The reinforcing member 50 is made of, for example, paper having a predetermined rigidity, and is formed in a cup shape corresponding to the shape of the package 20. An article to be packaged such as a cigarette is packaged in the package 20 while being accommodated in a cup-shaped reinforcing material 50. That is, the reinforcing material 50 is packaged in the package 20 together with the packaged object. The article to be packaged packaged in the package 20 while being accommodated in the reinforcing member 50 can be taken out from the package 20 through the first opening 36 and the second opening 37 of the package 20.
According to the reinforcing material 50, the shape of the package 20 can be maintained even after a part of the package is taken out. As a result, it is possible to prevent the action of maintaining the first state or the second state from being weakened due to a change in the shape of the package 20. Note that the shape of the reinforcing member 50 is not limited to the cup shape, and may be, for example, a cylindrical shape.
As described above, the package 20 according to the present embodiment includes the first folded center portion 27c that extends from the front end portion 21c of the upper surface portion 21, and the first side surface portion that extends from the first folded center portion 27c. It has the 1st return | turnback 1st side part 27a extended from the upper end part of 29a. Thereby, since the 1st state or the 2nd state is maintained as mentioned above, even after it is opened, the closed state can be held. As a result, with a simple configuration, it is possible to hold the non-packaged item even after opening, and to suppress contact between the air atmosphere and the non-packaged item.
The package 20 according to the present embodiment is configured to be able to be folded back toward the front surface portion 22 so that the first folded center portion 27c overlaps at least a part of the front surface portion 22, and the first folded first The side surface portion 27a is configured to be able to be folded back toward the first side surface portion 29a so as to overlap at least a part of the first side surface portion 29a. That is, it is possible to change from the state in which the first folded portion 27 extends upward (second state) to the state in which the first folded portion 27 is folded back (first state). Thereby, the package 20 can change between the first state and the second state while maintaining the first state or the second state.
Further, the package 20 according to the present embodiment has a first opening 36 for taking in and out the package between the upper end portion 22c of the front surface portion 22 and the front end portion 21c of the upper surface portion 21. Therefore, after the package 20 is opened, the package object can be easily taken in and out from the first opening 36 having a size sufficient for taking the package object in and out.
In addition, the package 20 according to the present embodiment includes a second side surface portion 29b facing the first side surface portion 29a, a first folding center portion 27c, and a second side surface portion 29b extending from the upper end portion. One folded second side surface portion 27b is provided. The first folded second side surface portion 27b is configured to be able to be folded back toward the second side surface portion 29b so as to overlap at least a part of the second side surface portion 29b. Therefore, since the first state or the second state is maintained by the first folded second side surface portion 27b in addition to the first folded first side surface portion 27a as described above, even after opening more reliably. A non-packaged product can be held, and contact between the air atmosphere and the non-packaged product can be suppressed.
In addition, the package 20 according to the present embodiment includes a second folded center portion 28c and a second folded first side surface portion 28a that extends from the second folded center portion 28c and extends from the upper end portion of the first side surface portion 29a. And a second folded second side surface portion 28b extending from the second folded center portion 28c and extending from the upper end portion of the second side surface portion 29b. The side end portion of the first folded first side surface portion 27a is in close contact with the side end portion of the second folded first side surface portion 28a. The side end portion of the first folded second side surface portion 27b is in close contact with the side end portion of the second folded second side surface portion 28b.
As a result, in the package 20 according to the present embodiment, when the first folded portion 27 and the second folded portion 28 are folded, they are also folded by the second folded first side surface portion 28a and the second folded second side surface portion 28b. Receives resistance in the opposite direction. Therefore, the effect | action which maintains the 1st state or 2nd state of the package 20 can be improved more.
In addition, since the second folded portion 27 and the second folded portion 28 form a second opening 37 that communicates with the first opening 36, the first folded portion 27 and the second folded portion 28 are folded back to the front side. In the closed state (first state), the path connecting the first opening 36 and the second opening 37 is closed. Therefore, in the first state, the internal atmosphere of the package 20 can be further separated from the external atmosphere.
Further, the package 20 according to the present embodiment is formed from a gas barrier sheet material. For this reason, contact between the packaged object and the external atmosphere, moisture absorption of the packaged object, and the like can be suppressed.
Further, the package 20 according to the present embodiment can be formed from a paper material having a weight per unit area of 50 g / m 2 or more and 150 g / m 2 or less. Thereby, the package 20 can have appropriate flexibility for folding the first folded portion 27 and the second folded portion 28. In addition, when the weight per unit area of the paper material forming the package 20 is less than 50 g / m 2 , the rigidity of the package 20 becomes too low, so that the action of maintaining the first state and the second state is small. Too much. In addition, when the weight per unit area of the paper material forming the package 20 exceeds 150 g / m 2 , the rigidity of the package 20 becomes too high, so that the first folded portion 27 and the second folded portion 28 may be folded. It becomes difficult.
Further, the package 20 according to the present embodiment can be formed of a plastic film material having a weight per unit area of 0.01 g / m 2 or more and 0.5 g / m 2 or less. Thereby, the package 20 can have appropriate flexibility for folding the first folded portion 27 and the second folded portion 28. When the weight per unit area of the plastic film material forming the package 20 is less than 0.01 g / m 2 , the rigidity of the package 20 becomes too low, so the first state and the second state are maintained. The effect is too small. In addition, when the weight per unit area of the plastic film material forming the package 20 exceeds 0.5 g / m 2 , the rigidity of the package 20 becomes too high, so the first folded portion 27 and the second folded portion 28 are provided. It becomes difficult to wrap.
Further, the package 20 according to the present embodiment is formed from a sheet material having a thickness of 12 μm or more and 500 μm or less. Thereby, the package 20 can have appropriate flexibility for folding the first folded portion 27 and the second folded portion 28. When the sheet material forming the package 20 is a paper material and the thickness is less than 50 μm, and when the sheet material forming the package 20 is a plastic film material and the thickness is less than 12 μm, Since the rigidity of the package 20 becomes too low, the effect of maintaining the first state and the second state becomes too small. Further, when the sheet material forming the package 20 is a paper material or a plastic film material and the thickness thereof exceeds 500 μm, the rigidity of the package 20 becomes too high, and therefore the first folded portion 27 and the second folded portion 28. It will be difficult to wrap.
Next, a package according to another embodiment will be described. FIG. 15 is a schematic perspective view of a package according to another embodiment. The package 20 shown in FIGS. 1 to 10 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, whereas the illustrated package 60 has a substantially cylindrical shape. Description of the same parts as those of the package 20 shown in FIGS. 1 to 10 is omitted.
As illustrated, the package 60 includes a substantially cylindrical side surface portion 62, a circular upper surface portion 61 that is at least partially connected to the side surface portion 62, and a folded portion 67 that extends from the front end portion of the upper surface portion 61. Have. The folded portion 67 is configured to be folded toward the side surface portion 62 so as to overlap at least a part of the side surface portion 62. Here, the cylindrical shape includes a cylindrical shape having a perfect circular cross section or an elliptical cross section.
The folded portion 67 of the package 60 is formed to be curved along the edge of the circular upper surface portion 61. For this reason, when the folded portion 67 is folded, the folded portion 67 receives resistance in the direction opposite to the folded direction, similarly to the first folded first side surface portion 27a or the first folded second side surface portion 27b of the package 20. Therefore, the package 60 has the function of maintaining the first state and the second state, like the package 20.
Further, a package according to another embodiment will be described. 16 is a schematic perspective view of the front side of a package according to still another embodiment, and FIG. 17 is a schematic perspective view of the back side of the package according to still another embodiment. Description of the same parts as those of the package 20 shown in FIGS. 1 to 10 is omitted.
In the package 70 according to the present embodiment, the first side surface seal portion 31 is folded back to the back surface portion 23 side and bonded to the back surface side first side surface portion 23a. The second side seal part 32 is also folded back to the back part 23 side and bonded to the back side second side part 23b. Thereby, since the 1st side surface seal part 31 and the 2nd side surface seal part 32 are integrated with the outer surface of the package 70, it can prevent that these seal parts become obstructive at the time of handling of a package. In addition, the front side 1st side part 22a, the back side 1st side part 23a, the front side 2nd side part 22b, and the back side 2nd side part 23b of the package 70 which concern on this embodiment are shown in FIG. 1 thru | or FIG. Their width is formed larger than the package 20 shown. Thereby, the 1st side surface seal part 31 and the 2nd side surface seal part can be return | folded and fixed to the back side.
In the package 70 according to the present embodiment, the first portion 21a ′ of the upper surface side first side surface portion 21a is heat-sealed with the front surface side first side surface portion 22a to form a part of the first side surface seal portion 31. Further, the second portion 21 a ″ of the upper surface side first side surface portion 21 a is heat-sealed with the rear surface side first side surface portion 23 a to form a part of the first side surface sealing portion 31. As shown in FIG. 16, in the present embodiment, the first portion 21a ′ and the second portion 21a ″ are not bonded.
Similarly, as shown in FIG. 17, in the package 70 according to the present embodiment, the first portion 21b ′ of the upper surface side second side surface portion 21b is heat-sealed with the front surface side second side surface portion 22b, and the second side surface seal. A part of the portion 32 is formed. The second portion 21 b ″ of the upper surface side second side surface portion 21 b is heat-sealed with the rear surface side second side surface portion 23 b to form a part of the second side surface sealing portion 32. In the present embodiment, the first portion 21b ′ and the second portion 21b ″ are not bonded.
Similar to the package 20 shown in FIGS. 1 to 10, the package 70 according to the present embodiment extends from the first folded center portion 27c extending from the front end portion 21c of the upper surface portion 21 and from the first folded center portion 27c. And a first folded first side surface portion 27a extending from the upper end portion of the first side surface portion 29a. Thereby, since the 1st state or 2nd state mentioned above is maintained, even after it is opened, the closed state can be hold | maintained. Therefore, with a simple configuration, the non-wrapped product can be held even after opening, and the contact between the air atmosphere or the like and the non-packaged product can be suppressed. Further, since the package 70 according to the present embodiment includes the same configuration as that of the package 20 shown in FIGS. 1 to 10, it has the same effect as the effect of the embodiment of the package 20 described above.
In the package 20 shown in FIGS. 1 to 10, the portion corresponding to the first portion 21a ′ and the portion corresponding to the second portion 21a ″ are heat-sealed to correspond to the first portion 21b ′. The portion corresponding to the second portion 21b ″ is heat sealed.
On the other hand, in the package 70 according to the present embodiment, the first portion 21a ′ and the second portion 21a ″ are not bonded, and the first portion 21b ′ and the second portion 21b ″ are bonded. Not. Thereby, when the state changes between the first state and the second state in the package of the present embodiment, resistance due to tension applied to the first folded first side surface portion 27a and the first folded second side surface portion 27b is reduced. Relatively reduced. Therefore, while the first state or the second state can be maintained, the first folded portion 27 can be folded relatively easily, so that the operability of the opening / closing operation of the package 70 can be improved. it can.
