泡扭杯 技术领域
本发明涉及一种杯子,特别涉及一种泡扭杯。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高及对自然环境保护意识的增强,人们越来越注重身体保健及减少一次性灌装饮料包装的使用来实现环保,鲜榨果汁与茶水是人们日常生活中常喝的饮料,水果中的营养元素对健康十分有益,但是老年人的牙齿不好,对水果的摄取严重不足,而使用电动榨汁机操作烦琐,清洗麻烦,小孩喜欢喝各种水果饮料,但家长担心灌装饮料中的添加剂过多饮用,危害孩子健康,减少对果汁的饮用;泡茶的时候,茶叶与开水没法快速进行分离,不能控制茶水浓度,不能掌控茶水的最佳口感;而传统的杯子功能单一,不具备既能榨果汁又能泡茶的功能,也有些杯子,通过配置榨汁器、冲茶器与杯子主体配合使用,但是这种杯子配件多,清洗太费水,携带不方便。
发明内容
基于此,有必要针对现有技术的缺陷,提供一种泡扭杯,结构简单,而且既能榨扭果汁又能泡茶,携带方便。
其技术方案如下:
一种泡扭杯,包括泡扭器、底盖及杯体,所述泡扭器包括具有容室的锥体及呈贯穿状的杯盖,所述锥体的底端设有朝其外周延伸的滤板,所述滤板上设有多个第一滤孔,所述锥体的底端开设有与所述容室连通的开口,锥体的外壁上设有多根刮条或者多个凸起,锥体的外壁上还设有多个贯穿至所述容室的第二滤孔,所述滤板与所述杯盖连接,所述杯盖与所述杯体可拆卸连接,且所述锥体相对杯体其能尖端朝上或者朝下设置,所述底盖覆盖于所述 锥体的开口处且底盖与所述杯盖可拆卸连接。
其进一步技术方案如下:
所述滤板与所述杯盖可拆卸连接,当需要泡茶时,所述锥体的尖端相对杯体朝下设置,所述底盖与杯盖连接将所述开口盖住;当需要扭果汁时,所述锥体的尖端相对杯体朝上设置,所述底盖与所述杯盖分离露出所述开口。
所述滤板的外周设有至少两个第一凸台,所述底盖的外周设有至少两个第二凸台,所述杯盖的内壁上设有与所述第一凸台、第二凸台匹配的卡槽,所述滤板与底盖分别通过第一凸台、第二凸台与卡槽配合卡在杯盖的内壁上。
所述的泡扭杯还包括密封圈,所述密封圈的内壁上设有与所述滤板的外周匹配的第一凹槽,所述密封圈的外壁上开设有贯穿至其内壁的穿孔,所述穿孔与所述第一凸台匹配,所述密封圈通过所述第一凹槽套设在所述滤板的外周,所述第一凸台通过所述穿孔伸出所述密封圈。
所述杯盖的内壁中部设有一圈挡边,所述卡槽位于所述挡边的一侧,所述卡槽包括沿杯盖轴向方向设置的导向槽以及设置在导向槽一侧的嵌槽,所述嵌槽与所述导向槽连通,且嵌槽与导向槽的连通通道上设有用于限制第一凸台、第二凸台滑出嵌槽的卡位。
所述底盖与所述开口相对的一侧设有凸出的卡座,当所述底盖盖在所述开口处时,所述密封圈的内圈嵌套在所述卡座的外周,所述密封圈的一端面上设有两条凸出的荆条,两条荆条之间的间隙形成第二凹槽,泡茶时,所述密封圈的第二凹槽嵌套在所述杯体的杯口边缘上,扭果汁时,所述密封圈反向安装使荆条抵住所述挡边。
所述卡座表面设有至少两个限位台,所述锥体的开口处设有至少两个与所述限位台匹配的限位槽,当所述底盖盖在所述开口处时,所述限位台嵌设于所述限位槽内。
多根所述刮条绕锥体的中心线均匀布置在锥体的外壁上,且刮条由锥体的尖端向锥体的底端延伸设置,且刮条的宽度与高度由其尖端向底端逐渐增大。

所述杯体包括内胆以及嵌套在所述内胆外的外壳,所述外壳的杯口外壁上设有第一外螺纹,外壳的内壁上设有第一内螺纹,所述内胆的外壁上设有与第一内螺纹匹配的第二外螺纹或者至少两个间隔布置凸点,所述第二外螺纹与第一内螺纹配合或者所述凸点与第一内螺纹的螺纹槽配合使内胆与外壳连接,所述杯盖的内壁上设有与第一外螺纹匹配的第二内螺纹。
所述第一外螺纹与第一内螺纹的斜度与旋转方向相同。
所述外壳的容纳空间大于所述内胆的体积,当所述内胆置于所述外壳内时其两者之间留有储水间隙。
所述的泡扭杯还包括智能模块,所述外壳的底部内侧和/或者内胆的底部外侧设有放置槽,所述智能模块置于所述放置槽内,所述智能模块包括微处理器、以及与微处理器电性连接的计时器和警示器,所述计时器用于计时,并在到达预设喝水时间间隔时发送指令给微处理器,所述微处理器接收计时器的信息并控制警示器发光或者发声提醒用户喝水。
所述智能模块还包括分别与所述微处理器电性连接的重力感应电路、低电压供电电路及温度感应电路,所述重力感应电路用于感测泡扭杯的使用状态,所述温度感应电路用于感测泡扭杯内液体的温度,所述微处理器具有数据存储模块及用于与移动通讯设备进行数据交换的蓝牙或WIFI通信电路。
下面对前述技术方案的优点或原理进行说明:
上述泡扭杯,需要扭果汁时,将杯盖与杯体连接,锥体的尖端相对杯体朝上设置,将对半切开的水果如橙子、柠檬、猕猴桃、百香果的果肉中心位置对准锥体的尖端,通过手掌的压扭方式往下压并旋转水果,通过刮条或凸起能扭取出果汁与果肉,果汁液体通过第一滤孔与第二滤孔流入杯体内,果肉固体被阻隔在滤板上;需要泡茶时,将锥体反置,使其尖端相对杯体朝下 设置,将茶叶通过开口放入锥体的容室内,倒入开水至杯体内,开水通过第二过滤孔进入容室实现泡茶功能,泡好后取下杯盖即可将茶叶与茶水分离,实现茶水浓度控制,若是需要洗茶,可以在杯体内倒入少许开水,将底盖紧密地盖在锥体开口处,然后泡扭杯倒过来,握住杯体底部反复左右摇摆,再将这少许水倒掉即可,而且为了方便控制茶水浓度,可将杯内倒入开水的水位控制在接近锥体的尖端位置,盖好底盖,再将泡扭杯倒立,待茶叶浸泡合适后,再将整个泡扭杯正立过来,实现茶叶与水的分离,可以非常简便地控制茶水的浓度,该泡扭杯通过配置一个泡扭器既能榨果汁又能泡茶,还能控制茶水浓淡,结构简单,清洗携带方便。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种泡扭杯,包括泡扭器10、底盖20及杯体30,所述泡扭器10包括具有容室的锥体110及呈贯穿状的杯盖120,所述锥体110的底端设有朝其外周延伸的滤板130,所述滤板130上设有多个第一滤孔132,所述锥体110的底端开设有与所述容室连通的开口112,锥体110的外壁上设有多根刮条114,也可以设置多个凸起,锥体110的外壁上还设有多个贯穿至所述容室的第二滤孔116,所述滤板130与所述杯盖120连接,所述杯盖120与所述杯体30可拆卸连接,且所述锥体110相对杯体30其能尖端朝上或者朝下设置,所述底盖20覆盖于所述锥体110的开口112处且底盖20与所述杯盖120可拆卸连接。
如图3所示,需要扭果汁时,将杯盖120与杯体30连接,锥体110的尖端相对杯体30朝上设置,将对半切开的水果如橙子、柠檬、猕猴桃、百香果的果肉中心位置对准锥体110的尖端,通过手掌的压扭方式往下压并旋转水果,通过刮条114或凸起能扭取出果汁与果肉,果汁液体通过第一滤孔132与第二滤孔116流入杯体30内,果肉固体被阻隔在滤板130上;参照图3、9-10,需要泡茶时,将锥体110反置,使其尖端相对杯体30朝下设置,将茶叶通过开口112放入锥体110的容室内,倒入开水至杯体30内,开水通过第二过滤孔进入容室实现泡茶功能,泡好后取下杯盖120即可将茶叶与茶水分离,实现茶水浓度控制,如图2所示,若是需要洗茶,可以在杯体30内倒入少许开水,将底盖20紧密地盖在锥体110开口112处,然后泡扭杯倒过来,握住杯体30底部反复左右摇摆,再将这少许水倒掉即可,而且为了方便控制茶水浓度,可将杯内倒入开水的水位控制在接近锥体110的尖端位置,盖好 底盖20,再将泡扭杯倒立,待茶叶浸泡合适后,再将整个泡扭杯正立过来,实现茶叶与水的分离,可以非常简便地控制茶水的浓度。该泡扭杯通过配置一个泡扭器10既能榨果汁又能泡茶,还能控制茶水浓淡,结构简单,清洗携带方便。
如图1至3所示,本实施例所述滤板130与所述杯盖120为可拆卸连接,当需要泡茶时,所述锥体110的尖端相对杯体30朝下设置,所述底盖20与杯盖120连接将所述开口112盖住;当需要扭果汁时,所述锥体110的尖端相对杯体30朝上设置,所述底盖20与所述杯盖120分离露出所述开口112。如图4所示,本实施例多根所述刮条114绕锥体110的中心线均匀布置在锥体110的外壁上,且刮条114由锥体110的尖端向锥体110的底端延伸设置,且刮条114的宽度与高度由其尖端向底端逐渐增大。该结构能更好地刮取果肉与果汁,也可以更加需求在刮条114上设置刃口或者其他锯齿等,提高扭汁的效率,但不适用果皮较薄的水果。
如图4-7所示,所述滤板130的外周设有至少两个第一凸台134,所述底盖20的外周设有至少两个第二凸台210,所述杯盖120的内壁上设有与所述第一凸台134、第二凸台210匹配的卡槽122,所述滤板130与底盖20分别通过第一凸台134、第二凸台210与卡槽122配合卡在杯盖120的内壁上,本实施例所述第一凸台134与卡槽122配合使滤板130与杯盖120实现可拆卸连接,第二凸台210与卡槽122配合使底盖20与杯盖120实现可拆卸连接。将卡槽122设置在杯盖120的内壁,扭果汁时,使锥体110能承受更大的挤压力,避免杯盖120被向下的挤压力压碎,提高杯盖120的使用寿命,泡茶时,避免茶叶进入卡槽122内,方便清洗。根据实际需求,也可以采用其他方式实现滤板130、底盖20与杯盖120的可拆卸连接,如在所述杯盖120上设置第一磁铁,且所述滤板130与底盖20上均设有与杯盖120上第一磁铁相吸的第二磁铁,或者将滤板130与底盖20设置成金属材质,通过磁力作用实现滤板130、底盖20与杯盖120的可拆卸连接。
如图3、7所示,所述杯盖120的内壁中部设有一圈挡边124,所述卡槽122位于所述挡边124的一侧,所述卡槽122包括沿杯盖120轴向方向设置 的导向槽1222以及设置在导向槽1222一侧的嵌槽1224,所述嵌槽1224与所述导向槽1222连通,且嵌槽1224与导向槽1222的连通通道上设有用于限制第一凸台134、第二凸台210滑出嵌槽1224的卡位126。安装锥体110或者底盖20时,将第一凸台134、第二凸台210沿导向槽1222进入,然后将锥体110或者底盖20朝嵌槽1224方向旋转卡入嵌槽1224内,所述卡位126挡在嵌与导向槽1222之间,从而使锥体110或者底盖20与杯盖120连接,避免泡茶或扭果汁过程中滑脱;而且所述杯盖120的内壁中部设有一圈挡边124,不仅可以用来将锥体110与底盖20限制在挡边124的一侧,且进一步增强密封效果,而且将卡槽122限制在挡边124的一侧,即滤板130被限制在挡边124的一侧,扭果汁过程中,挡边124另一侧的杯盖120壁面能避免果渣与果汁溢出杯体30外。
如图1、6所示,本实施例所述的泡扭杯还包括密封圈40,所述密封圈40的内壁上设有与所述滤板130的外周匹配的第一凹槽410,所述密封圈40的外壁上开设有贯穿至其内壁的穿孔420,所述穿孔420与所述第一凸台134匹配,所述密封圈40通过所述第一凹槽410套设在所述滤板130的外周,所述第一凸台134通过所述穿孔420伸出所述密封圈40。通过在杯盖120与滤板130之间设置密封圈40,且密封圈40套在滤板130的外周,而底盖20盖在滤板130上,底盖20的外圈与密封圈40紧密接触,能起到良好的密封效果,避免泡茶时漏水。
如图5、6所示,所述底盖20与所述开口112相对的一侧设有凸出的卡座220,当所述底盖20盖在所述开口112处时,所述密封圈40的内圈嵌套在所述卡座220的外周,所述密封圈40的一端面上设有两条凸出的荆条430,两条荆条430之间的间隙形成第二凹槽440,参照图9,泡茶时,所述密封圈40的第二凹槽440嵌套在所述杯体30的杯口边缘上,参照图3,扭果汁时,所述密封圈40反向安装使荆条430抵住所述挡边124。泡茶时,底盖20的卡座220卡在密封圈40的内圈内,用于加固密封圈40,让底盖20的外圈通过密封圈40与滤板130的外圈完全密合,杯盖120与杯体30连接时,密封圈40的第二凹槽440卡在杯体30的杯口边缘上,同时密封圈40受到上下挤 压,使整个杯体30与底盖20之间形成一个全封闭容器,进一步提高泡扭杯的密封性。扭果汁时,由于不需要装配底盖20,在这种状态下,将密封圈40反向安装,密封圈40上有荆条430的一端面与杯盖120的挡边124接触,荆条430的高度用来抵消底盖20去除后的高度,使锥体110能固定在杯盖120的卡槽122内,不容易轻易跨过杯盖120上的卡位126滑出,而密封圈40没有荆条430的一端面与杯体30的杯口边缘接触,杯盖120与杯体30锁紧后,整个泡扭器10与杯体30衔接成一个密闭容器,只留出第一滤孔132与第二滤孔116过滤果汁。
如图1、4、5所示,所述卡座220表面设有至少两个限位台230,所述锥体110的开口112处设有至少两个与所述限位台230匹配的限位槽118,当所述底盖20盖在所述开口112处时,所述限位台230嵌设于所述限位槽118内。通过限位台230与限位槽118配合,所述底盖20被限位,避免底盖20转动影响密封性,且便于底盖20与锥体110装配对位。所述底盖20选用不锈钢钢质,用来将待榨扭的水果切开,方便快捷,也可以选用藏银来替换不锈钢材质实现杀菌、净水及鉴毒功能。泡茶时将茶叶放在锥体110的容室内,然后将底盖20盖在滤板130上,底盖20覆盖住锥体110的开口,通过限位台230与限位槽118配合,使底盖20与滤板130对接时第一凸台134与第二凸台210重叠,然后再将滤板130与底盖一起卡在杯盖120上,对位准确,安装更快捷。
如图1、8至11所示,本实施例所述杯体30包括内胆310以及嵌套在所述内胆310外的外壳320,所述外壳320的杯口外壁上设有第一外螺纹322,外壳320的内壁上设有第一内螺纹324,所述内胆310的外壁上设有与第一内螺纹324匹配至少两个间隔布置凸点312,也可以设置与第一内螺纹324匹配的第二外螺纹,所述凸点与第一内螺纹324的螺纹槽配合使内胆310与外壳320连接,或者所述第二外螺纹与第一内螺纹324配合使内胆310与外壳320连接,所述杯盖120的内壁上设有与第一外螺纹322匹配的第二内螺纹128。所述内胆310与外壳320可通过螺纹作用分离或者锁紧,所述杯盖120与外壳320也可通过螺纹作用实现分离或者锁紧,操作安装与拆卸,与 可以采用其他连接方式,如卡扣与卡孔等。如图8所示,本实施例所述外壳320的内壁与外壁上均设有螺纹结构,且所述第一外螺纹322与第一内螺纹324的斜度与旋转方向相同,可以在生产加工时实现旋转出模,让产品没有合模线,增强产品美观度。
如图9-11所示,在内胆310的口部尺寸固定及底部高度固定的情况下,可随意更换内胆310款式及图案,在与杯盖120螺纹匹配的情况下,外壳可以变化出多种外形。本实施例所述外壳320的容纳空间大于所述内胆310的体积,当所述内胆310置于所述外壳320内时其两者之间留有储水间隙,可以实现外壳320内热水对内胆310内冷水的传热或外壳320内冷水对内胆310内热水的制冷。所述内胆310为玻璃、陶瓷、不锈钢等材质,外壳320为塑料、橡胶等材质,一方面避免泡茶时烫手,另一方面避免外壳320长时间高温浸泡释放对人体有害的元素到茶水中。
根据实际需求,所述滤板130与所述杯盖120也可设置成固定连接,将滤板130固定在杯盖120内壁的中部,所述滤板130两侧的杯盖120内壁上均设有所述第二内螺纹128,当需要泡茶时,所述杯盖120靠近锥体110尖端的一侧与杯体30连接,使所述锥体110的尖端相对杯体30朝下设置,所述底盖20与杯盖120连接将所述开口112盖住;当需要扭果汁时,所述杯盖120远离锥体110尖端的一侧与杯体30连接,所述锥体110的尖端相对杯体30朝上设置,所述底盖20与所述杯盖120分离露出所述开口112。即无需对锥体110进行拆装,只需将杯盖120的不同端与外壳320连接,即可实现扭汁或者泡茶功能的转换。
如图12所示,本实施例所述的泡扭杯还包括智能模块50,所述外壳320的底部内侧和/或者内胆310的底部外侧设有放置槽,所述智能模块50置于所述放置槽内,所述智能模块50包括微处理器510、以及与微处理器510电性连接的计时器520和警示器580,所述计时器520用于计时,并在到达预设喝水时间间隔时发送指令给微处理器510,所述微处理器510接收计时器520的信息并控制警示器580发光或者发声提醒用户喝水。所述警示器580包括LED显示发光电路如LED灯和/或音频输出电路如喇叭,用于产生不同颜 色的光或不同的声音,起到提示或警示的作用,所述智能模块50置于所述放置槽内,便于拆装,且LED灯发出的光能产生完美的光衍射效果。
本实施例所述智能模块50还包括分别与所述微处理器510电性连接的重力感应电路530、低电压供电电路550及温度感应电路540,所述重力感应电路530用于感测泡扭杯的使用状态,所述温度感应电路540用于感测泡扭杯内液体的温度,所述微处理器510具有数据存储模块560及用于与移动通讯设备进行数据交换的蓝牙或WIFI通信电路570。数据存储模块560能记录不同茶叶的泡茶时间,泡茶时,微处理器510接收用户对应的泡茶指令,根据数据存储模块560记录的不同茶的泡茶时间,微处理器510将控制指令传输给计时器520,当时间到达后计时器520发送指令给微处理器510,微处理器510控制警示器580通过灯光颜色改变或者声音来提醒用户将泡扭杯翻转过来,使茶叶与水分离,达到有效控制茶水浓度的目的。通过重力传感器感测泡扭杯不同状态,如喝水状态、扭汁状态、摇晃状态等,并传递给微处理器510,可以让LED灯变换出不同颜色,灯的颜色改变频率随摇晃频率变化而变化,激发人的喝水兴趣。所述智能模块50通过蓝牙或WIFI通信电路570模块能与移动通讯设备如手机等进行双向数据交换,手机也可将这部分数据推送给大型服务器进行大数据分析,实现泡扭杯的物联网,同时也可将手机应用端数据发送给所述智能模块50进行存储,让智能模块50在非联网状态也能独立工作,进行定时发光或声音提醒。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种泡扭杯,其特征在于,包括泡扭器、底盖及杯体,所述泡扭器包括具有容室的锥体及呈贯穿状的杯盖,所述锥体的底端设有朝其外周延伸的滤板,所述滤板上设有多个第一滤孔,所述锥体的底端开设有与所述容室连通的开口,锥体的外壁上设有多根刮条或者多个凸起,锥体的外壁上还设有多个贯穿至所述容室的第二滤孔,所述滤板与所述杯盖连接,所述杯盖与所述杯体可拆卸连接,且所述锥体相对杯体其能尖端朝上或者朝下设置,所述底盖覆盖于所述锥体的开口处且底盖与所述杯盖可拆卸连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的泡扭杯,其特征在于,所述滤板与所述杯盖可拆卸连接,当需要泡茶时,所述锥体的尖端相对杯体朝下设置,所述底盖与杯盖连接将所述开口盖住;当需要扭果汁时,所述锥体的尖端相对杯体朝上设置,所述底盖与所述杯盖分离露出所述开口。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的泡扭杯,其特征在于,所述滤板的外周设有至少两个第一凸台,所述底盖的外周设有至少两个第二凸台,所述杯盖的内壁上设有与所述第一凸台、第二凸台匹配的卡槽,所述滤板与底盖分别通过第一凸台、第二凸台与卡槽配合卡在杯盖的内壁上。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的泡扭杯,其特征在于,其还包括密封圈,所述密封圈的内壁上设有与所述滤板的外周匹配的第一凹槽,所述密封圈的外壁上开设有贯穿至其内壁的穿孔,所述穿孔与所述第一凸台匹配,所述密封圈通过所述第一凹槽套设在所述滤板的外周,所述第一凸台通过所述穿孔伸出所述密封圈。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的泡扭杯,其特征在于,所述杯盖的内壁中部设有一圈挡边,所述卡槽位于所述挡边的一侧,所述卡槽包括沿杯盖轴向方向设置的导向槽以及设置在导向槽一侧的嵌槽,所述嵌槽与所述导向槽连通,且嵌槽与导向槽的连通通道上设有用于限制第一凸台、第二凸台滑出嵌槽的卡位。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的泡扭杯,其特征在于,所述底盖与所述开口相对的一侧设有凸出的卡座,当所述底盖盖在所述开口处时,所述密封圈的内圈 嵌套在所述卡座的外周,所述密封圈的一端面上设有两条凸出的荆条,两条荆条之间的间隙形成第二凹槽,泡茶时,所述密封圈的第二凹槽嵌套在所述杯体的杯口边缘上,扭果汁时,所述密封圈反向安装使荆条抵住所述挡边。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的泡扭杯,其特征在于,所述卡座表面设有至少两个限位台,所述锥体的开口处设有至少两个与所述限位台匹配的限位槽,当所述底盖盖在所述开口处时,所述限位台嵌设于所述限位槽内。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的泡扭杯,其特征在于,多根所述刮条绕锥体的中心线均匀布置在锥体的外壁上,且刮条由锥体的尖端向锥体的底端延伸设置,且刮条的宽度与高度由其尖端向底端逐渐增大。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的泡扭杯,其特征在于,所述滤板与所述杯盖固定连接,且滤板位于杯盖内壁的中部,所述滤板两侧的杯盖内壁均能与杯体的杯口外壁螺纹连接,当需要泡茶时,所述杯盖靠近锥体尖端的一侧与杯体连接,使所述锥体的尖端相对杯体朝下设置,所述底盖与杯盖连接将所述开口盖住;当需要扭果汁时,所述杯盖远离锥体尖端的一侧与杯体连接,所述锥体的尖端相对杯体朝上设置,所述底盖与所述杯盖分离露出所述开口。
  10. 如权利要求1至9任一项所述的泡扭杯,其特征在于,所述杯体包括内胆以及嵌套在所述内胆外的外壳,所述外壳的杯口外壁上设有第一外螺纹,外壳的内壁上设有第一内螺纹,所述内胆的外壁上设有与第一内螺纹匹配的第二外螺纹或者至少两个间隔布置凸点,所述第二外螺纹与第一内螺纹配合或者所述凸点与第一内螺纹的螺纹槽配合使内胆与外壳连接,所述杯盖的内壁上设有与第一外螺纹匹配的第二内螺纹。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的泡扭杯,其特征在于,所述第一外螺纹与第一内螺纹的斜度与旋转方向相同。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的泡扭杯,其特征在于,所述外壳的容纳空间大于所述内胆的体积,当所述内胆置于所述外壳内时其两者之间留有储水间隙。
  13. 如权利要求10所述的泡扭杯,其特征在于,其还包括智能模块,所述外壳的底部内侧和/或者内胆的底部外侧设有放置槽,所述智能模块置于所述放置槽内,所述智能模块包括微处理器、以及与微处理器电性连接的计时 器和警示器,所述计时器用于计时,并在到达预设喝水时间间隔时发送指令给微处理器,所述微处理器接收计时器的信息并控制警示器发光或者发声提醒用户喝水。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的泡扭杯,其特征在于,所述智能模块还包括分别与所述微处理器电性连接的重力感应电路、低电压供电电路及温度感应电路,所述重力感应电路用于感测泡扭杯的使用状态,所述温度感应电路用于感测泡扭杯内液体的温度,所述微处理器具有数据存储模块及用于与移动通讯设备进行数据交换的蓝牙或WIFI通信电路。
