玩家在使用手机APP游戏进行娱乐时,可以利用积分数据购买道具,且该积分数据可以是玩具上传给手机APP的,也可以是玩家使用APP游戏所产生的积分数据,或者为玩具上传的积分数据与玩家使用APP游戏产生的积分数据之和。
玩家在使用手机APP游戏进行娱乐时,手机APP还向与其进行绑定的玩具的处理器1发送积分数据或排名数据,以增加该玩具的积分值或提升该玩具的排名。
本实施例中,玩具与手机进行首次通信和/或下一次通信时,手机APP还将APP游戏中的积分数据发送给玩具的处理器1,使线上线下的积分数据同步。
本实施例中,玩具的处理器1向手机APP发送数据时,若超时则重传3次(超时时间3秒/4秒/5秒/6秒),同理,手机APP向玩具的处理器1发送数据时,若超时则重传3次(超时时间3秒/4秒/5秒/6秒)。当手机APP收到数据时还向玩具的处理器1发送回传命令,玩具的处理器1收到回传命令时,还向手机APP发送回传命令应答,且超时重传3次(超时时间3秒/4秒/5秒/6秒)。
本发明适于多个玩家进行玩耍,并可以动作模块2执行的程度作为评判标准,从中提高游戏的刺激性和玩家玩耍的乐趣。
本发明的玩具可以是任意一种安装有上述处理器1、动作模块2、通信模块(喇叭、麦克头)的玩具,例如,该玩具可以是一种名为“欠揍虫”的玩具(又叫可按压跑动的玩具),该玩具的玩法为:玩家按压该玩具,则该玩具在其内部机械结构的作用下向前跑动,同时该玩具内部的处理器1通过智能识别获得积分数据。
上述实施例仅用来进一步说明本发明的一种线上线下互动式玩具及实现玩具线上线下数据交互的方法,但本发明并不局限于实施例,凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均落入本发明技术方案的保护范围内。
工业实用性
本发明一种线上线下互动式玩具及实现玩具线上线下数据交互的方法,一方面能使玩具的玩耍趣味性更强,大大提高玩家的玩耍互动乐趣以及玩家的忠诚度,另一方面能使玩家在线上游戏和线下游戏之间来回,从而避免玩家因过于投入游戏始终保持一个身体姿势而影响身体健康,可广泛用于多种玩具载体中,具有良好的工业实用性。

Claims (14)

  1. 线上线下互动式玩具,其特征在于:该玩具安装有:
    处理器,预制有用于表示该玩具的身份属性的ID代码和玩具的多种动作模式,并用于在玩家使用玩具过程中,获取该玩具的积分数据;该处理器内置的多种动作模式与玩具的排名数据一一相对应;
    动作模块,用于根据处理器内部预制的动作模式及当前处理器所获取的排名数据进行相应的动作表现;
    其中,玩具的处理器与安装有游戏软件的终端设备进行双向通信,且该玩具的ID代码与终端设备中游戏软件的游戏账号进行绑定,处理器将获得的积分数据传输给终端设备的游戏软件进行数据排名处理,并接收终端设备回传的排名数据,或排名数据与积分数据;动作模块与处理器相连接,处理器根据当前所获得的排名数据驱使动作模块按照相应的动作模式进行动作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的线上线下互动式玩具,其特征在于:所述动作模块包括光效模块和/或音效模块,用于根据玩具当前所处的排名数据作出相应的光效和/或音效反应。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的线上线下互动式玩具,其特征在于:所述玩具安装有用于发送高频声波的发送装置和用于接收高频声波的接收装置,该发送装置和接收装置与所述终端设备上设置的高频声波接收器及高频声波发送器一一相对应,使所述处理器与所述终端设备通过高频声波进行双向通信。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的线上线下互动式玩具,其特征在于:所述终端设备为手机、计算机、平板电脑中的一种或几种。
  5. 根据权利要求2或3所述的线上线下互动式玩具,其特征在于:所述玩具载体为具有操纵性能电动玩具。
  6. 根据权利要求2或3所述的线上线下互动式玩具,其特征在于:所述玩具载体为可按压跑动的玩具。
  7. 实现玩具线上线下数据交互的方法,其特征在于:该玩具安装有处理器和动作模块,处理器预制有用于表示该玩具的身份属性的ID代码和玩具的多种动作模式,并用于在玩家使用玩具过程中,获取该玩具的积分数据,该处理器内置的多种动作模式与玩具的排名数据一一相对应;动作模块用于根据处理器内部预制的动作模式及当前处理器所获取的排名数据进行相应的动作表现;该玩具与安装有游戏软件的终端设备实现数据交互,它包括如下步骤:
    (1)、该玩具与所述终端设备进行双向通信,该玩具的处理器将其玩具的ID代码发送给终端设备的游戏软件,使其将玩具的ID代码与其游戏账号进行绑定;
    (2)、该玩具的处理器获取玩家在使用玩具的过程中产生的积分数据,并将该积分数据发送给所述终端设备的游戏软件;
    (3)、所述终端设备的游戏软件链接后台网络,通过后台网络对其所具有的积分数据进行计算和排名操作,获得排名数据,并将该排名数据发送给与其进行绑定的玩具的处理器,使玩具的处理器更改玩具的排名数据;
    (4)、玩具的处理器根据当前的排名数据及其预制的动作模式,驱使动作模块做出相应的动作。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的实现玩具线上线下数据交互的方法,其特征在于:玩家在使用游戏软件进行娱乐时,终端设备的游戏软件还向与其进行绑定的玩具的处理器发送积分数据或排名数据,以增加该玩具的积分值或提升该玩具的排名。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的实现玩具线上线下数据交互的方法,其特征在于:所述玩具与终端设备进行首次通信和/或下一次通信时,所述终端设备将游戏软件上的积分数据发送给所述玩具的处理器,使线上线下的积分数据同步。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的实现玩具线上线下数据交互的方法,其特征在于:所述动作模块包括光效模块和/或音效模块,用于根据玩具当前所处的排名做出相应的光效和/或音效反应。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的实现玩具线上线下数据交互的方法,其特征在于:所述终端设备的游戏软件向玩具的处理器所发送的数据还包括该玩具的ID代码,所述处理器接收到该ID代码时,将该ID代码与其预制的ID代码进行比对,若一致,则接收终端设备发送的其余数据,否则不接收。
  12. 根据权利要求7所述的实现玩具线上线下数据交互的方法,其特征在于:所述玩具安装有用于发送高频声波的发送装置和用于接收高频声波的接收装置,该发送装置和接收装置与所述终端设备上设置的高频声波接收器及高频声波发送器一一相对应,使所述处理器与所述终端设备通过高频声波进行双向通信。
  13. 根据权利要求7所述的实现玩具线上线下数据交互的方法,其特征在于:所述玩具载体为可按压跑动的玩具,所述动作模块包括光效模块和/或音效模块;该玩具与安装有游戏软件的终端设备实现数据交互,它包括如下步骤:
    (1)、该玩具与所述终端设备进行双向通信,该玩具的处理器将其玩具的ID代码发送给终端设备的游戏软件,使其将玩具的ID代码与其游戏账号进行绑定;
    (2)、按压该玩具,则该玩具在其内部机械结构的作用下向前跑动,同时该玩具内部的处理器通过智能识别获得积分数据,并将该积分数据发送给所述终端设备的游戏软件;
    (3)、所述终端设备的游戏软件链接后台网络,通过后台网络对其所具有的积分数据进行计算和排名操作,获得排名数据,并将该排名数据发送给与其进行绑定的玩具的处理器,使玩具的处理器更改玩具的排名数据;
    (4)、玩具的处理器根据当前的排名数据及其预制的动作模式,驱使动作模块做出相应的动作。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的实现玩具线上线下数据交互的方法,其特征在于:所述驱使动作模块做出相应的动作:可以是通过光效模块开启LED灯,或者通过音效模块发出响声。
