本发明涉及移动通讯系统,尤其涉及一种交互式语音应答(IVR,Interactive Voice Response)系统及其实现手机语音业务的方法、存储介质。
在日常生活中常常出现如下场景:用户有事需要与人当面交流,打电话询问对方当前所处位置,但由于对方处于陌生环境,并不清楚自身所处位置。面对这种情况,对于普通手机用户一般通过开启GPS定位功能实现对对方当前所处位置进行定位。但是对于老年人、幼童、盲人等不会使用智能手机的人群无法通过智能手机对对方当前所处位置进行定位。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种IVR系统及其实现手机语音业务的方法、存储介质,其目的在于解决现有技术中老年人、幼童、盲人等不会使用智能手机的人群无法通过智能手机对目标人物当前所处位置进行定位的技术问题。

本实施例中为了确保第一手机用户和/或第二手机用户向对方所处位置行进的交通路线准确,需要周期性更新第一手机和第二手机的位置信息,据此生成相应的语音导航提示信息,并将相应的语音导航提示信息发送给第一手机和/或第二手机。例如从第一次向第一手机和/或第二手机发送语音导航提示信息起始时刻起定时更新第一手机和第二手机的位置信息,并进行后续相关操作。如若设定的时间周期为5分钟,第一次获取第一手机和第二手机的位置信息的时间点为12:00,则在12:05对第一手机和第二手机的位置信息进行第一次更新,并进行后续相关操作;在12:10对第一手机和第二手机的位置信息进行第二次更新,并进行后续相关操作;后续依次类推,直至第一手机和第二手机处于同一位置,或者接收到第一手机和/或第二手机发送的语音导航停止指令,或者接收到第一手机和/或第二手机发送的通话挂断指令。
本实施例中,当IVR系统同时向第一手机和第二手机发送语音提示信息,第一手机和第二手机接收到语音提示信息会暂停语音通话,同时播放语音提示信息,语音提示信息播放完毕之后,再恢复语音通话。当IVR系统向第一手机或第二手机发送语音提示信息,第一手机或第二手机接收到语音提示信息会暂停第一手机与第二手机之间的语音通话,同时播放语音提示信息,语音提示信息播放完毕之后,再恢复二者之间的语音通话。

本实施例中第一手机用户开启语音业务首先需要拨号接入IVR系统,本实施例中所述第一手机用户通过向第一手机输入拨号接入指令,IVR系统根据所述拨号接入指令控制第一手机号码接入IVR系统,第一手机号码接入IVR系统后,IVR系统会生成语音号码输入提示信息,并发送给第一手机,第一手机通过自身的播放模块对所述语音号码输入提示信息进行语音播放,此时第一手机用户便可根据播放的语音号码输入提示信息进行相应的操作:输入第二手机号码。
本实施例中IVR系统100在建立第一手机和第二手机的呼叫通话连接后,首先会生成语音定位请求提示信息,并发送给第二手机。第二手机接收到所述语音定位请求提示信息后,通过自身的播放模块对所述语音定位请求提示信息进行语音播放。
本实施例中第二手机用户可根据播放的语音定位请求提示信息输入语音定位同意指令,并将语音定位同意指令发送给IVR系统。IVR系统根据接收到的所述语音定位同意指令,获取第一手机以及第二手机的当前位置信息。并根据所获取的第一手机以及第二手机的当前位置信息,生成第一手机语音定位提示信息和第二手机语音定位提示信息;其中将第一手机语音定位提示信息发送给第二手机,将第二手机语音定位提示信息发送给第
一手机。第一手机和第二手机各自通过自身的语音播放模块播放所接收的语音定位提示信息。

本发明实施例提供的IVR系统中的号码输入提示模块、定位提示模块、导航提示模块和位置更新模块,都可以通过IVR系统中的处理器来实现;本发明实施例提供的IVR系统中的第一号码输入提示模块、第一定位提示模块、第一导航提示模块、第一位置更新模块和授权判断模块,都可以通过IVR系统中的处理器来实现;当然上述处理器完成的功能也可通过具体的逻辑电路实现;在具体实施例的过程中,处理器可以为中央处理器(CPU)、微处理器(MPU)、数字信号处理器(DSP)或现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)等。

- 根据权利要求11所述的IVR系统,其中,还包括:第一导航提示模块,配置为向第一手机发送语音导航选择提示信息,以提示第一手机用户是否需要导航;根据第一手机发送的导航指令,向第一手机发送语音导航提示信息,以告知第一手机用户第一手机的当前位置与第二手机的当前位置之间的距离以及交通路线。
- 根据权利要求12所述的IVR系统,其中,还包括:第一位置更新模块,配置为根据设定的时间周期,周期性更新第一手机和第二手机的位置信息;第一导航提示模块,还配置为根据更新后的第一手机和第二手机的位置信息,向第一手机发送语音导航提示信息,以告知第一手机用户第一手机的当前位置与第二手机的当前位置之间的距离以及交通路线。
- 根据权利要求11至13任一项所述的IVR系统,还包括:授权判断模块,配置为获取第一手机号码,判断第一手机号码是否为输入的第二手机号码的授权号码;在所述第一手机号码为输入的第二手机号码的授权号码的条件下,调用第一定位提示模块执行根据输入的第二手机号码获取第二手机的当前位置信息的操作。
- 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,该计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求1至3任一项所述的IVR系统实现手机语音业务的方法。
- 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,该计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求7至10任一项所述的IVR系统实现手机语音业务的方法。
