背景技术
现有的动力工具一般为电圆锯,利用电锯片进行切割。现有电锯片的滑轨部分是通过轴承在圆弧槽中运动实现锯片往下切割的动作。由于锯片切割过程中的运动轨迹是圆弧的,不能实现直线运动,往下切割的时候,需要操作者转换电圆锯的方向,因此该电圆锯操作起来舒适性较差。

参考图7和图8所示,第一导轨与第一通孔的配合以及第二导轨与第二通孔的配合,其中一个为粗定位,另一个为精定位。在本实施例中,粗定位情况下,互相配合的导轨和通孔为滑动摩擦,精定位情况下,互相配合的导轨和通孔为滚动摩擦,且粗定位比精定位的间隙大。在图7所示的实施例中,第二导轨330a和第二固定件332a之间设置轴套336a粗定位,第一导轨330a和第一固定件332a通过直线轴承334b精定位,通过直线轴承精定位的第二固定件332b与第二导轨330b之间的静摩擦系数为fs,第二固定件332b与第二导轨330b配合的长度为H,底板204在第一导轨和第二导轨的连线方向上远离第二导轨330b的端部与第二导轨330b之间的距离为L,fs、H以及L之间满足如下关系:H>2Lfs。而在图8所示的实施例中,第一导轨330a和第一固定件332a通过直线轴承334a精定位,而第二导轨330b和第二固定件332b通过轴套336b粗定位。通过直线轴承418精定位的第一固定件332a和第一导轨330a之间的静摩擦系数为fs,第一固定件332a和第一导轨330a配合的长度为H,底板204在第一导轨和第二导轨的连线方向上远离第一导轨330a的端部与第二导轨330a之间的距离为L,上述参数fs,H,L之间满足如下关系H>2Lfs。
在图7所示的实施例中,沿前述定义的方向X,位于左侧的第一导轨330a和第一固定件332a之间通过轴套336a粗定位。粗定位的第一导轨330a和第一固定件332a之间的配合间隙较大,即第一导轨和第一通孔之间的配合间隙较大。当底板204受力时,粗定位的第一导轨330a偏转时不受力。位于右侧的第二导轨330b和第二固定件332b之间通过直线轴承精418b定位,精定位的第二导轨330b和第二固定件332b之间的配合间隙较小,即第二导轨和第二通孔之间的配合间隙较小,当底板204受力时,精定位的第二导轨330b偏转时受力。在对工件进行切割时,工件对底板204的作用力F的受 力点在底板204靠近粗定位的第一导轨330a的一端,L为底板204受力点与精定位的第二导轨330b之间的距离,即底板204上沿锯片方向X远离精定位的第二导轨330b的一端到精定位的第二导轨330b之间的距离。
在图8所示的实施例中,沿前述定义的方向X,位于右侧的第二导轨330b和第二固定件332b之间通过轴套336b粗定位。粗定位的第二导轨330b和第二固定件332b之间的配合间隙较大,即第二导轨和第二通孔之间的配合间隙较大。当底板204受力时,粗定位第二导轨330b偏转时不受力。位于左侧的第一导轨330a和第一固定件332a之间通过直线轴承334a精定位,精定位的第一导轨330a和第一固定件332a之间的配合间隙较小,即第一导轨和第一通孔之间的配合间隙较小。当底板204受力时,精定位的第一导轨330a偏转时受力。在对工件进行切割时,工件对底板204的作用力F的受力点在底板204靠近粗定位的第二导轨330b的一端,L为底板204受力点与精定位的第一导轨330a之间的距离,即底板204上方向X远离精定位的第一导轨330a的一端到精定位的第一导轨330a之间的距离。
具体地,第一导轨和第二导轨分别通过第一通孔和第二通孔与固定件配合,对底板204靠近粗定位的导轨的受力点提供面向锯片202的推力时,为了能使导轨顺利移动,fs、H以及L需满足上述关系。
在进行切割时,将底板204受力倾斜,底板204的受力点抵压住被切割工件,底板204受到垂直底板204向上的推力F,精定位的导轨与固定件的通孔配合的两端分别会受到全约束力,精定位的导轨的受力点分别为A点和B点,全约束力分别为FRA和FRB。全约束力为精定位的导轨受到与之配合的固定件的通孔对其的反作用力与静摩擦力的合力。在精定位的导轨处于临界平衡点时,精定位的导轨受到的静摩擦力达到最大值,此时全约束力与反作用力之间的夹角也是最大的,该夹角为摩擦角Ф。全约束力作用线与反作用力之间的夹角达到摩擦角Ф时,两个全约束力的作用线相交于C点,此时C点和与精定位的导轨之间的长度为临界长度L1,此时,L1=H*cotФ/2,cotФ表示摩擦角Ф的余切值,静摩擦系数fs为摩擦角Ф的正切值,从而L1=H/2fs。由于全约束力作用线与反作用力之间的夹角只能在摩擦角Ф以内,从而两个全约束力的作用线只能相交于C点或作用线相交后形成的远离精定位的导轨阴影区域内。根据三力平衡汇交条件可知,只有当推力以及两个约束力交汇于一点时精定位的导轨才能平衡,因此,当L<L1时,即H>2Lfs时,推力F以及两个约束力不可能汇交,三力不可能达到平衡,精定位的导轨不能被卡住,只需较小的推力F即可实现精定位的导轨的移动。也就是说,满足 上述条件时,导轨和固定件不会卡死,用户可以操作该动力工具时会更加顺畅舒适。
请参阅图9,在其中一个实施例中,电机400位于机身100内的后端,电机400的转动轴垂直于锯片202的转动轴。
具体地,电机400通过传动机构与锯片202的转动轴连接,传动机构500包括第一锥齿轮520、第二锥齿轮540、齿轮轴560和齿轮580,第一锥齿轮520的轴与电机400的转动轴通过联轴器(图未标)连接,第一锥齿轮520的轮齿与第二锥齿轮540的轮齿配合从而将动力传递到垂直的方向,齿轮轴560固定连接于第二锥齿轮540的输出轴,并与齿轮580啮合,将动力传递到锯片202的转动轴。这样,使电机400的动力从机身100的后端传递到前端,并使电机400的转动轴垂直于锯片202的转动轴。
参考图10-12所示,在其中一个实施例中,锯片202位于机身100的第一侧,连接组件300位于机身100的与第一侧相对的第二侧。参考图11所示,动力工具10具有一个中心平面,在本实施例中,机身100具有一个纵长的轴线106,过机身轴线106且垂直底板204的平面为中心平面。连接组件300和锯片202分别位于中心平面的两侧。由于切割组件200的锯片210和连接组件300分别位于机身100相对的两侧,因此在利用切割组件200切割的过程中,连接组件300不影响操作者观察切割组件200对物体的切割,即不会遮挡操作者的视线,切割可视性较好,将锯片和连接组件设置在中心平面的两侧使得工具重心位于中心平面或者更加靠近中心平面,从而使得用户在操作时握持更加舒适。
在其中一个实施例中,机身100包括安装切割组件200的前端和远离前端的后端,从机身100的后端往前端看,机身100包括左侧和右侧,优选地,切割组件200位于左侧,连接组件300位于右侧。由于大部分操作者为右手操作,切割组件200在左侧,在操作时包含在切割组件200内的锯片210正好位于操作者的视线区域,进一步提高该动力工具1000的可视性。
参考图13所示,在本实施例中,两个导轨330a、330b的纵长延伸的轴线328a、328b构成的平面和锯片202所在的平面平行。如此设置,使得结构更加紧凑,减小了该动力工具的尺寸,使其可接近性更加好。
参考图13所示,在本实施例中,连接组件300沿方向X的尺寸小于锯片202沿该方向的尺寸,进一步的,连接组件300的前端不超过锯片202的前端,并且,连接组件300的后端不超过锯片202的后端。如此设置,连接组件不会对锯片造成遮挡,用户在切割过程中可以观察到锯片前后切割位置,提高了可视性。
参考图13所示,在本实施例中,动力工具10还包括出尘口108,出尘口108优选设置在护罩部104的前端。导轨中的至少一个位于出尘口108和锯片202的轴线之间,在本实施例中,第二导轨330b位于位于出尘口108和锯片中心之间。
参考图13所示,在本实施例中,动力工具10还包括用于安装锯片202并带动锯片202旋转的主轴(未示出)和用于锁定主轴不让其旋转的主轴锁110,当用户需要更换锯片时,可以通过锁定主轴锁110来防止主轴旋转,避免用户误启动工具造成安全隐患。在本实施例中,主轴锁110位于两个导轨机构326a、326b之间。进一步参考图14所示,主轴锁110到中心平面的距离小于第二直导件408a、408b到中心平面的距离。也就是说,主轴锁110的最外端未超出连接组件的最外端,当用户不需要锁定主轴锁的时候,由于有导向机构的阻挡,主轴锁不易被用户误操作。
参考图15所示,此为本发明另一实施例。本实施例与前述实施例大致相同,其区别在于机身100通过连接组件300相对底板204可直线倾斜移动地连接至底板204,具体的,导轨和固定件之间相对移动的方向与底板204倾斜。也就是说,导轨纵长延伸的轴线328a、328b均相对底板204倾斜设置,且互相平行。参考图16所示,导轨纵长延伸的轴线328a、328b均相对前述的方向X向后倾斜,即导轨纵长延伸的轴线沿前述的方向Y越靠下则沿前述的方向X越靠前;也就是说,导轨312固定连接于底板204的一端为第一端,与第一端相对的另一端为第二端,而第一端位于第二端的前侧;也就是说,当机身100朝向所述底板204移动时,锯片202的中心相对底板204向前运动。优选的,导轨纵长延伸的轴线328a、328b和底板204之间的夹角α为80°至87°。更优选的,导轨纵长延伸的轴线328a、328b和底板204之间的夹角α为82°。如此设置,可以有效防止工作过程中产生反跳,提高用户操作的舒适度和安全性。
图16是图1所示实施例中锯片运动的示意图,该实施例中的导轨纵长延伸的轴线与底板所在平面垂直。图17是图15所示实施例中锯片运动的示意图,该实施例中的导轨纵长延伸的轴线相对底板所在平面倾斜设置。参考图16、17所示,锯片202的旋转方向R使得锯片202沿切割前进方向X靠前的部分向上运动,沿切割前进方向X靠后的部分向下运动。因此当锯片202靠后的部分突然高速旋转并向下切割入工件600时,工件600对锯片202的阻力瞬间增加容易使得工具产生反弹,工具反弹会使操作者操作不适,并降低安全性,还容易损伤工件或导致切割不准。对比图16、17可知,当用户下压工具锯片切入工件时,锯片下沉相同距离h的情况下,导轨纵长延伸的轴线垂直底板设置的实施例中,锯片没有前进量,而导轨纵长延伸的轴线相对底板倾斜设置的实施 例中,锯片具有前进量w。并且,前者由于没有前进量,故锯片后切入量s1和前切入量s2相等,而后者的锯片后切入量s2明显减少,前切入量s1明显增加。另外,当锯片移动距离l相同的情况下,后者锯片下沉量h会小于前者锯片下沉量h,因此当用户使用相同的速度向下推锯片时,后者的锯片下沉速度也会小于前者的锯片下沉速度。由于反弹现象主要是因为锯片后部切入工件受阻而产生的,故导轨纵长延伸的轴线相对底板倾斜设置既减小了锯片后切入量,又降低了锯片下沉速度,从而可以有效改善反弹现象。
以上实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种动力工具,其特征在于,所述动力工具包括机身、切割组件和连接组件;所述切割组件包括用于切割工件的锯片及切割工件时用于抵靠工件表面的底板,所述机身内设有电机,所述电机用于驱动所述锯片旋转,所述机身通过所述连接组件相对所述底板可直线移动地连接至所述底板。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的动力工具,其特征在于:所述连接组件包括固定连接于所述机身的固定件和至少一个固定连接于所述底板的导轨,所述导轨和所述固定件可相对移动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的动力工具,其特征在于:所述导轨为导柱。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的动力工具,其特征在于:所述连接组件包括两个导轨,所述两个导轨在所述底板上间隔设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的动力工具,其特征在于:所述两个导轨中的至少一个和所述固定件之间设有直线轴承。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的动力工具,其特征在于:所述导轨和所述固定件相对移动的方向相对所述底板倾斜。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的动力工具,其特征在于:所述导轨包括固定连接于所述底板的第一端、与所述第一端相对的第二端,正常使用所述动力工具进行切割时前进的方向为前,所述第一端位于所述第二端的前侧。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的动力工具,其特征在于:所述连接组件还包括回复件,所述回复件可在所述底板运动至靠近所述固定件的位置后使所述底板恢复至远离所述固定件的初始状态。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的动力工具,其特征在于:所述导轨一端固定连接于所述底板,所述导轨另一端穿过所述固定件固定连接有端盖,所述回复件一端抵持所述固定件,所述回复件另一端抵持所述端盖;所述导轨包括第一导轨和第二导轨,所述固定件开设有第一通孔和第二通孔,所述第一导轨和所述第二导轨的一端均固定连接所述底板,所述第一导轨和所述第二导轨的另一端分别穿过所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔固定连接所述端盖,所述回复件位于所述第一导轨与所述第二导轨之间。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的动力工具,其特征在于:所述端盖包括位于所述固定件远离所述底板一侧的端板和朝所述底板一侧延伸的容纳部,所述固定件包括靠近所述端板的顶板,所述回复件一端抵持所述顶板,另一端抵持所述容纳 部的底部。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的动力工具,其特征在于:所述导轨和所述固定件可相对移动的方向相对所述底板垂直,所述第一导轨与所述第一通孔为粗定位,所述第二导轨与所述第二通孔为精定位,所述固定件与所述导轨之间的静摩擦系数为fs,所述固定件与所述第二导轨配合的长度为H,所述底板在所述第一导轨和所述第二导轨的连线方向上远离所述第二导轨的端部与所述第二导轨之间的距离为L,其中,H>2Lfs。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的动力工具,其特征在于:所述导轨与所述通孔配合的两端分别设有第一密封件和第二密封件,以隔离所述通孔与外界。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的动力工具,其特征在于:所述锯片位于所述机身的第一侧,所述连接组件位于所述机身的与所述第一侧相对的第二侧。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的动力工具,其特征在于:所述切割组件还包括下护罩和上护罩,所述下护罩连接于所述底板,并可随所述底板一起相对所述机身可移动,所述下护罩设于所述锯片靠近所述底板的一侧,从而可将所述锯片罩住;所述连接组件可与所述底板一起推动所述下护罩相对所述机身朝远离所述底板的方向直线移动从而露出所述锯片的一部分;所述上护罩相对所述机身固定,且罩设于所述锯片远离所述底板的一侧,从而与所述下护罩一起将整个所述锯片罩住;所述连接组件相对所述机身移动时可带动所述下护罩相对所述机身伸入或伸出所述上护罩。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的动力工具,其特征在于:所述机身包括安装所述切割组件的前端和远离所述前端的后端,所述电机位于所述机身的后端,所述电机的转动轴的轴线垂直于所述锯片的转动轴的轴线。
  16. 如权利要求1所述的动力工具,其特征在于:正常使用所述动力工具进行切割时前进的方向为前,当所述机身朝向所述底板移动时,所述锯片的中心相对所述底板向前运动。
  17. 一种动力工具,其特征在于,所述动力工具包括机身、切割组件和连接组件;所述切割组件包括用于切割工件的锯片及切割工件时用于抵靠工件表面的底板,所述机身内设有电机,所述电机用于驱动所述锯片旋转,所述机身通过所述连接组件相对所述底板可垂直移动地连接至所述底板。
  18. 一种动力工具,其特征在于,所述动力工具包括机身、切割组件和连接组件;所述切割组件包括用于切割工件的锯片及切割工件时用于抵靠工件表面的 底板,所述机身内设有电机,所述电机用于驱动所述锯片旋转,所述机身通过所述连接组件相对所述底板可直线倾斜移动地连接至所述底板。
