[0032] 参考图 1、 图 2, 本发明提供一种浴室干湿区隔离装置, 主要包括: 水平导轨 13 、 防水帘 15、 垂直辊轴 17、 固定构件 19、 弹簧卷绕组件 21。 其中, 墙体 11用于 安装该浴室干湿区隔离装置, 为日常家装建立洗浴区域的两块隔离墙体, 水平 导轨 13的两端分别固定在两墙体上, 上下各一根且相互平行; 防水帘 15位于上 下两根水平导轨 13之间, 用于分隔干湿区, 用柔软的防水材料制成或表面镀又 有一层防水薄膜, 防水帘 15垂直水平导轨具有固定侧端和活动侧端; 垂直辊轴 1 7垂直位于上下两个水平导轨 13之间, 分别贴近两块墙体 11, 垂直辊轴 17的顶端 可旋转地连接在上水平导轨的一端, 垂直辊轴 17的底端可旋转地连接在下水平 导轨的一端; 垂直辊轴 17与防水帘 15的固定侧端相连接, 垂直辊轴 17的一端设 有弹簧卷绕组件 21。 弹簧卷绕组件 21包括平面涡卷弹簧, 平面涡卷弹簧的外端 接头与防水帘 15的活动侧端相连接, 防水帘 15非工作吋卷绕在垂直辊轴 17上, 工作吋 (即洗浴吋) 将防水帘 15活动侧端横向拉出, 弹簧卷绕组件 21用于使拉 出的防水帘 15自动弹回, 防水帘 15横向拉出吋, 平面涡卷弹簧外端收到扭矩作 用拉出, 使平面涡卷弹簧变形, 在平面内产生扭转, 放幵防水帘 15的活动侧端 后, 平面涡卷弹簧逐渐恢复到其自然状态, 同吋使防水帘 15卷绕回垂直辊轴 17 上。

[权利要求 1] 一种浴室干湿区隔离装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
上下相互平行的两条水平导轨, 所述水平导轨的两端分别固定在两墙 体;
垂直辊轴, 垂直位于两条水平导轨之间, 所述垂直辊轴的顶端可旋转 地或以扣合方式连接在上水平导轨的一端, 所述垂直辊轴的底端可旋 转地或以扣合方式连接在下水平导轨的一端;
防水帘, 具有固定侧端和活动侧端, 所述垂直辊轴与所述防水帘的固 定侧端相连接, 所述垂直辊轴的一端设有弹簧卷绕组件; 所述弹簧卷 绕组件包括平面涡卷弹簧, 所述平面涡卷弹簧的外端接头与所述防水 帘的活动侧端相连接。
2.如权利要求 1所述的浴室干湿区隔离装置, 其特征在于, 所述垂直 辊轴的两端设有弹簧卷绕组件。
[权利要求 3] 如权利要求 1所述的浴室干湿区隔离装置, 其特征在于, 所述水平导 轨设有滑动导轨部, 所述滑动导轨部连接到所述水平导轨的弹性弹簧 , 按压所述弹性弹簧用于调节所述水平导轨的长度。
[权利要求 4] 如权利要求 1所述的浴室干湿区隔离装置, 其特征在于, 所述水平导 轨设有滑动导轨部, 通过拉伸或推入所述滑动导轨部调整所述水平导 轨至其需要的长度, 并以扣合的方式或滑动地套接固定于所述水平导 轨内里。
[权利要求 5] 如权利要求 3所述的浴室干湿区隔离装置, 其特征在于, 所述防水帘 为一扇, 所述水平导轨与一根垂直辊轴组成一个"匚"形框架, 所述防 水帘的固定侧端安装于垂直辊轴上, 活动侧端边缘连接有一根平行于 所述垂直辊轴的推拉杆, 所述推拉杆的两端通过滑动连接件可滑动地 连接两根水平导轨。
6.如权利要求 5所述的浴室干湿区隔离装置, 其特征在于, 所述水平 导轨与所述滑动连接件之间设有凹槽卡条, 凹槽卡条通过置于所述水 平导轨内部的内卡合部和置于所述水平导轨外部边缘外部的外卡合部 与所述水平导轨卡合;
所述凹槽卡条具有凹槽, 所述滑动连接件具有向下的凸起, 所述凸起 放置于所述凹槽中并能沿所述凹槽水平滑动。
如权利要求 5所述的浴室干湿区隔离装置, 其特征在于, 所述推拉杆 上设有磁条, 所述边缘靠近的所述墙体上设有极性相反的磁条, 用于 将所述防水帘与所述墙体闭合;
所述垂直辊轴两端安装有辊轴帽, 所述辊轴帽外表面设有一凸位, 所 述浴室干湿区隔离装置还包括固定构件, 所述固定构件一端设有一插 入端头, 另一端设有一凹位, 所述插入端头插入所述水平导轨的一端 底部凹口, 所述凹位用于收容所述辊轴帽的凸位, 使垂直辊轴和水平 导轨通过所述固定构件连接起来。
如权利要求 3所述的浴室干湿区隔离装置, 其特征在于, 所述防水帘 为两扇, 所述水平导轨与两根垂直辊轴组成一个长方形框架, 两扇所 述防水帘的固定侧分别安装于两根垂直辊轴上, 活动侧端边缘分别连 接有一根平行于所述垂直辊轴的推拉杆, 所述推拉杆的两端通过滑动 连接件可滑动地连接两根水平导轨。
如权利要求 8所述的浴室干湿区隔离装置, 其特征在于, 两根所述推 拉杆上设有极性相反的磁条, 用于将两扇所述防水帘闭合; 所述垂直辊轴两端安装有辊轴帽, 所述辊轴帽外表面设有一凸位, 所 述浴室干湿区隔离装置还包括固定构件, 所述固定构件一端设有一插 入端头, 另一端设有一凹位, 所述插入端头插入所述水平导轨的一端 底部凹口, 所述凹位用于收容所述辊轴帽的凸位, 使垂直辊轴和水平 导轨通过所述固定构件连接起来。
如权利要求 3所述的浴室干湿区隔离装置, 其特征在于, 所述水平导 轨为平直的导轨, 所述防水帘的运动轨迹为直线。
如权利要求 3所述的浴室干湿区隔离装置, 其特征在于, 所述水平导 轨具有弧形弯曲部, 所述防水帘的运动轨迹为平滑的曲线。
如权利要求 5或权利要求 6所述的浴室干湿区隔离装置, 其特征在于, 所述垂直辊轴与其所安装的浴室墙体一侧之间设有第一密封条, 填补 所述垂直辊轴与墙体之间的缝隙; 所述下水平导轨与地面之间设有第 二密封条, 填补所述水平导轨与地面的缝隙。
[权利要求 13] 如权利要求 12所述的浴室干湿区隔离装置, 所述垂直辊轴内侧由上至 下设有毛刷, 用于擦去卷绕回的所述防水帘上的水迹。
[权利要求 14] 如权利要求 5或权利要求 8所述的浴室干湿区隔离装置, 其特征在于, 所述推拉杆上还设置有把手。
