本发明涉及通信领域,具体而言,涉及一种智能卡处理方法、寻呼处理方法、装置及终端。
背景技术
目前国际漫游的通讯费用比较高。对资费比较敏感的用户,在到达目的地后,会在机场申请当地的智能卡,例如,运营商预付费客户识别模块(Subscriber Identity Module,简称为SIM)卡进行通信。但是申请购买时,需要排队、填写材料,业务繁忙时一两个小时才能拿到,申请流程比较繁琐,会耽误用户的较多时间,令很多用户感到烦恼。
针对相关技术中存在的申请漫游地的智能卡过程繁琐,时间长的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种智能卡处理方法、寻呼处理方法、装置及终端,以至少解决相关技术中存在的申请漫游地的智能卡过程繁琐,时间长的问题。
根据本发明的一个实施例,提供了一种智能卡处理方法,包括:至少根据智能卡存储的信息获取目的运营商的新号码,其中,所述智能卡为可重复编程智能卡,所述智能卡中存储有原号码的信息;在获取成功之后,将获取到的所述新号码的信息写入到所述智能卡中;激活所述新号码并进行注册。
在本发明实施例中,至少根据所述智能卡存储的信息获取所述目的运营商的所述新号码包括:向用于提供所述新号码的云端发送用于申请所述新号码的申请请求;接收所述云端根据所述申请请求发送的第一身份验证请求;根据所述第一身份验证请求向所述云端发送身份验证信息,其中,所述身份验证信息至少包括所述智能卡存储的信息;根据验证结果执行获取所述新号码的处理。
在本发明实施例中,根据验证结果执行获取所述新号码的处理包括:向所述云端发送用于请求下载所述新号码的下载请求;接收所述云端根据所述下载请求发送的第二身份验证请求;根据所述第二身份验证请求向所述云端发送所述身份验证信息;接收所述云端根据所述身份验证信息发送的所述新号码。
在本发明实施例中,接收所述云端根据所述身份验证信息发送的所述新号码包括:接收所述云端根据所述身份验证信息发送的加密后的新号码;在接收所述云端根据所述 身份验证信息发送的所述新号码之后,还包括:对接收的所述加密后的新号码进行解密操作。

下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
需要说明的是,本发明的说明书和权利要求书及上述附图中的术语“第一”、“第二”等是用于区别类似的对象,而不必用于描述特定的顺序或先后次序。
在本实施例中提供了一种智能卡处理方法,图1是根据本发明实施例的智能卡处理方法的流程图,如图1所示,该流程包括如下步骤:
步骤S102,至少根据智能卡存储的信息获取目的运营商的新号码,其中,该智能卡为可重复编程智能卡,该智能卡中存储有原号码的信息;
步骤S104,在获取成功之后,将获取到的新号码的信息写入到智能卡中;
步骤S106,激活该新号码并进行注册。
其中,执行上述流程的可以是用户的终端,通过上述步骤,由终端获取目的运营商的新号码,并将该新号码写入到终端原有的智能卡中,并且在激活该信号码时,可以根据具体的情况进行激活,相对于相关技术中的方案来说,无需排队等候申请漫游地的智能卡,减少申请流程,从而解决了相关技术中存在的申请漫游地的智能卡过程繁琐,时间长的问题,进而达到了减少智能卡申请过程,节省时间的效果。
在一个可选地实施例中,至少根据智能卡存储的信息获取目的运营商的新号码包括:向用于提供该新号码的云端发送用于申请新号码的申请请求;接收云端根据该申请请求发送的第一身份验证请求;根据上述第一身份验证请求向云端发送身份验证信息,其中,该身份验证信息至少包括智能卡存储的信息;根据验证结果执行获取新号码的处理。需要说明的是,在发送申请请求之后,云端会根据该申请请求返回一个或多个该目的运营商的资费套餐,用户可以从中选择其中一个资费套餐,在选中该资费套餐之后,云端再向终端发送第一身份验证请求。当然,也可以采用默认的资费套餐,当采用默认的资费 套餐时,无需向用户返回一个或多个目的运营商的资费套餐,而是直接显示当前默认定制的资费套餐,当用户拒绝该默认的资费套餐时,可以再触发资费套餐选择流程。从而既考虑用户的需求,又能节省申请时间。
在一个可选地实施例中,根据验证结果执行获取该新号码的处理包括:向云端发送用于请求下载该新号码的下载请求;接收云端根据该下载请求发送的第二身份验证请求;根据该第二身份验证请求向云端发送身份验证信息;接收云端根据该身份验证信息发送的新号码。其中,根据第二身份验证请求向云端发送的身份验证信息和根据第一身份验证请求向云端发送的身份验证信息一般情况下是一致的。
在一个可选地实施例中,接收云端根据身份验证信息发送的新号码包括:接收云端根据该身份验证信息发送的加密后的新号码;在接收该云端根据身份验证信息发送的新号码之后,还包括:对接收的加密后的新号码进行解密操作。
在一个可选地实施例中,在获取成功之后,将获取到的新号码的信息写入到智能卡中包括:判断当前驻留网络的移动国家码(Mobile Country Code,简称为MCC)与新号码对应的MCC是否一致;在判断结果为是的情况下,将新号码的信息写入智能卡中。即,可以在到达指定漫游地之后再使用该新号码。
在一个可选地实施例中,在激活新号码并进行注册之后,还包括:漫游地访问位置寄存器VLR根据该新号码的信息获取智能卡中存储的原号码的信息;该VLR将新号码的位置和状态信息发送给原号码的归属位置寄存器HLR;该HLR在接收到用户呼叫原号码的主叫方所在的基站发送的查询请求后,向基站返回新号码的位置和状态信息;基站根据新号码的位置和状态信息将用于寻呼原号码的寻呼消息发送给新号码对应的基站;该新号码对应的基站根据寻呼消息广播新号码的寻呼消息。
图2是根据本发明实施例的第一种呼叫处理方法的流程图,如图2所示,该流程包括如下步骤:
步骤S202,获取用于呼叫智能卡中的原号码的主叫方的基站发送的查询请求,其中,该查询请求用于请求查询原号码的位置和状态信息,该智能卡为可重复编程智能卡,该智能卡中写有目的运营商的新号码的信息;
步骤S204,根据上述查询请求获取新号码的位置和状态信息,其中,该新号码的位置和状态信息用于基站将用于寻呼原号码的寻呼消息发送给新号码对应的基站;
步骤S206,向上述基站返回该新号码的位置和状态信息。
通过上述步骤,可以将用于寻呼原号码的寻呼流程直接转换为对新号码的寻呼,从而实现了原号码和新号码的无缝切换,从而节省被叫方的漫游资费。
在一个可选的实施例中,在根据上述查询请求获取新号码的位置和状态信息之前,还包括:接收新号码对应的访问位置寄存器VLR根据该原号码的信息发送的新号码的 位置和状态信息。
可选地,上述原号码的信息为VLR根据新号码的信息从用于提供新号码的云端获取的,当然,该种获取方式仅是一种示例,还可以采用其他的方式获取原号码的信息,例如,可以在VLR中存储原号码的信息,或者从其他的预先存储了原号码的信息的存储模块中获取该原号码的信息。
图3是根据本发明实施例的第二种呼叫处理方法的流程图,如图3所示,该流程包括如下步骤:
步骤S302,获取智能卡中写入的新号码的信息,其中,该智能卡为可重复编程智能卡;根据新号码的信息获取智能卡的原号码的信息;
步骤S304,根据该原号码的信息将新号码的位置和状态信息发送给原号码对应的归属位置寄存器HLR,其中,该新号码的位置和状态信息被HLR发送给用于寻呼原号码的主叫方的基站,新号码的位置和状态信息用于主叫方的基站将用户寻呼原号码的寻呼消息发送给新号码对应的基站。
通过上述步骤,可以将用于寻呼原号码的寻呼流程直接转换为对新号码的寻呼,从而实现了原号码和新号码的无缝切换,从而节省被叫方的漫游资费。
在一个可选的实施例中,获取智能卡中写入的新号码的信息包括:获取注册请求,其中,该注册请求用于请求注册激活后的新号码,该注册请求中至少携带有上述新号码的信息;根据该注册请求获取新号码的信息。该获取方式仅仅是一种示例,还可以采用其他的获取方式。
在一个可选的实施例中,根据新号码的信息获取智能卡的原号码的信息包括:根据新号码的信息从用于提供该新号码的云端获取智能卡的原号码的信息。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到根据上述实施例的方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(如只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,简称为ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,简称为RAM)、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。
在本实施例中还提供了一种智能卡处理装置和呼叫处理装置,该装置用于实现上述实施例及优选实施方式,已经进行过说明的不再赘述。如以下所使用的,术语“模块”可以实现预定功能的软件和/或硬件的组合。尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软件来实现,但是硬件,或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。
图4是根据本发明实施例的智能卡处理装置的结构框图,如图4所示,该装置包括第一获取模块42、写入模块44和注册模块46,下面对该装置进行说明。
第一获取模块42,设置为至少根据智能卡存储的信息获取目的运营商的新号码,其中,该智能卡为可重复编程智能卡,该智能卡中存储有原号码的信息;写入模块44,连接至上述第一获取模块42,设置为在获取成功之后,将获取到的新号码的信息写入到智能卡中;注册模块46,连接至上述写入模块44,设置为激活上述新号码并进行注册。
图5是根据本发明实施例的智能卡处理装置中第一获取模块42的结构框图,如图5所示,该第一获取模块42包括第一发送单元52、第一接收单元54、第二发送单元56和执行单元58,下面对该第一获取模块42进行说明。
第一发送单元52,设置为向用于提供新号码的云端发送用于申请新号码的申请请求;第一接收单元54,连接至上述第一发送单元52,设置为接收云端根据申请请求发送的第一身份验证请求;第二发送单元56,连接至上述第一接收单元54,设置为根据第一身份验证请求向云端发送身份验证信息,其中,该身份验证信息至少包括智能卡存储的信息;执行单元58,连接至上述第二发送单元56,设置为根据验证结果执行获取该新号码的处理。
图6是根据本发明实施例的智能卡处理装置中执行单元58的结构框图,如图6所示,该执行单元58包括第一发送子单元62、第一接收子单元64、第二发送子单元66和第二接收子单元68,下面对该执行单元58进行说明。
第一发送子单元62,设置为向云端发送用于请求下载该新号码的下载请求;第一接收子单元64,连接至上述第一发送子单元62,设置为接收云端根据上述下载请求发送的第二身份验证请求;第二发送子单元66,连接至上述第一接收子单元64,设置为根据第二身份验证请求向云端发送身份验证信息;第二接收子单元68,连接至上述第二发送子单元66,设置为接收云端根据该身份验证信息发送的新号码。
图7是根据本发明实施例的智能卡处理装置中执行单元58的优选结构框图,如图7所示,该第二接收子单元68包括接收次子单元72,该接收次子单元72,设置为接收云端根据身份验证信息发送的加密后的新号码;上述执行单元58除包括图6所示的所有子单元外,还包括:解密子单元74,连接至上述第二接收子单元68,设置为对接收的加密后的新号码进行解密操作。
图8是根据本发明实施例的智能卡处理装置中写入模块44的结构框图,如图8所示,该写入模块44包括判断单元82和写入单元84,下面对该写入模块44进行说明。
判断单元82,设置为判断当前驻留网络的移动国家码MCC与新号码对应的MCC是否一致;写入单元84,连接至上述判断单元82,设置为在上述判断单元82的判断结果为是的情况下,将新号码的信息写入智能卡中。
图9是根据本发明实施例的终端的结构框图一,如图9所示,该终端92包括上述任一项的智能卡处理装置94。
图10是根据本发明实施例的第一种寻呼处理装置的结构框图,如图10所示,该寻呼处理装置包括第二获取模块102、第三获取模块104和返回模块106,下面对该装置进行说明。
第二获取模块102,设置为获取用于呼叫智能卡中的原号码的主叫方的基站发送的查询请求,其中,该查询请求用于请求查询原号码的位置和状态信息,其中,该智能卡为可重复编程智能卡,该智能卡中写有目的运营商的新号码的信息;第三获取模块104,连接至上述第二获取模块102,设置为根据查询请求获取新号码的位置和状态信息,该新号码的位置和状态信息用于基站将用于寻呼原号码的寻呼消息发送给新号码对应的基站;返回模块106,连接至上述第三获取模块104,设置为向基站返回该新号码的位置和状态信息。
图11是根据本发明实施例的第一种寻呼处理装置的优选结构框图,如图11所示,该装置除包括图10所示的所有模块外,还包括接收模块112,下面对该装置进行说明。
接收模块112,连接至上述第三获取模块104,设置为接收上述新号码对应的访问位置寄存器VLR根据该原号码的信息发送的新号码的位置和状态信息。
可选地,上述的原号码的信息为VLR根据新号码的信息从用于提供新号码的云端获取的。
图12是根据本发明实施例的HLR的结构框图,如图12所示,该HLR 122包括上述任一项的第一种寻呼处理装置124。

第一获取单元142,设置为获取注册请求,其中,该注册请求用于请求注册激活后 的上述新号码,该注册请求中至少携带有新号码的信息;第二获取单元144,连接至上述第一获取单元142,设置为根据上述注册请求获取新号码的信息。
图15是根据本发明实施例的第二种寻呼处理装置中第五获取模块134的结构框图,如图15所示,该第五获取模块134包括第三获取单元152,下面对该第五获取模块134进行说明。
第三获取单元152,设置为根据新号码的信息从用于提供新号码的云端获取智能卡的原号码的信息。

图17是根据本发明实施例的终端的结构框图二,如图17所示,该终端172包括智能卡卡槽1721和处理器1722,下面对该终端172进行说明。
智能卡卡槽1721,设置为放置智能卡,其中,该智能卡包括可重复编程智能卡,该智能卡中存储有原号码的信息;处理器1722,设置为将获取的目的运营商的新号码的信息写入到上述智能卡中,激活上述新号码并进行注册。其中,上述的智能卡卡槽1721可以与处理器1722连接在一起,图17以智能卡卡槽1721与处理器1722连接在一起为例。
在一个可选的实施例中,上述的处理器1722还设置为通过如下方式获取新号码:向用于提供新号码的云端发送用于申请该新号码的申请请求;接收云端根据上述申请请求发送的第一身份验证请求;根据该第一身份验证请求向云端发送身份验证信息,其中,该身份验证信息至少包括所述智能卡存储的信息;根据验证结果执行获取新号码的处理。
在一个可选的实施例中,上述处理器1722可以通过如下方式根据验证结果执行获取新号码的处理:向云端发送用于请求下载新号码的下载请求;接收云端根据该下载请求发送的第二身份验证请求;根据第二身份验证请求向云端发送身份验证信息;接收云端根据身份验证信息发送的新号码。
在一个可选的实施例中,上述处理器1722可以通过如下方式接收云端根据上述身份验证信息发送的新号码:接收所述云端根据所述身份验证信息发送的加密后的新号码;上述处理器1722还用于在接收云端根据身份验证信息发送的新号码之后,对接收的加密后的新号码进行解密操作。
在一个可选的实施例中,上述处理器1722通过如下方式将新号码的信息写入到智能卡中:判断当前驻留网络的移动国家码MCC与新号码对应的MCC是否一致;在判断结果为是的情况下,将该新号码的信息写入智能卡中。
上述各实施例中的智能卡可以是SIM卡,下面以SIM卡为例对本发明进行说明。
2013年底,全球移动通信协会(Global system for Mobile Communication Association,简称为GSMA)就可重复编程SIM卡的统一达成一致,可重复编程的SIM卡开始普及。比如全球最大的SIM卡制造商Gemalto就为瑞士Limmex公司生产的智能手表供应可重复编程的SIM卡。
本发明实施例中基于可重复编程的SIM卡,用户在出国前,可提前购买并下载目的地的运营商的新号码,到达目的地后自动激活该新号码,与原号码的通讯无缝切换到新号码上。
图18是根据本发明实施例的移动终端的结构框图,如图18所示,该移动终端包括申请模块181(同上述的第一发送单元52、第一接收单元54和第二发送单元56)、下载模块182(同上述的第一发送子单元62、第一接收子单元64、第二发送子单元66和第二接收子单元68)、号码管理模块183(同上述的注册模块46和解密子单元74)、写SIM卡模块184(同上述的写入模块44)。下面对该移动终端进行说明。
申请模块181设置为向云端发送原SIM卡信息(同上述的原号码的信息)、移动终端的设备标识信息,以申请并购买目的地运营商的新号码。云端可以是某个运营商的服务器,也可以是某个购买了多个运营商的号码段的第三方服务器。原SIM卡信息和移动终端的设备标识用于身份验证,也作为新号码的加密参数。申请模块181与云端的交互如图19所示,图19是根据本发明实施例的申请模块181与云端的交互流程图。如图19所示,该流程包括如下步骤:
S1902、移动终端向云端申请某个国家或地区的新号码。
S1904、云端根据移动终端的请求,给出该国家或地区的某个运营商的资费信息。
S1906、移动终端向云端发送请求,选中其中的某项套餐。
S1908、云端向移动终端发起身份验证请求。
S1910、移动终端向云端发送原SIM卡信息和移动终端的设备标识。
S1912、云端向移动终端返回“申请成功”信息。
下载模块182设置为下载申请的新号码信息到本地。图20是根据本发明实施例的下载模块182与云端的交互流程图,如图20所示,该流程包括如下步骤:
S2002、移动终端向云端发送下载请求。
S2004、云端向移动终端发起身份验证请求。
S2006、移动终端向云端发送原SIM卡信息和移动终端的设备标识。
S2008、云端根据移动终端发送的原SIM卡信息和移动终端的设备标识号,查到申请成功的新号码信息,将其加密后发送。

号码管理模块183设置为将下载的新号码信息进行解密、保存原SIM卡的号码信息、根据网络状态激活或注销新号码。图21是根据本发明实施例的号码管理模块183的操作流程图,如图21所示,该流程包括如下步骤:

新号码在漫游地完成注册后,漫游地VLR将其位置和状态告知原SIM卡的HLR(同上述的原号码的HLR)。图23是根据本发明实施例的HLR获取新号码的位置和状态信息的流程图,如图23所示,该流程包括如下步骤:
S2302、可重复编程的SIM卡写入新号码,重启后即完成激活操作。移动终端向网络侧发起注册请求,被网络侧接受。
S2304、漫游地VLR根据新号码信息,从云端获取原SIM卡的信息。
S2306、漫游地VLR将新号码的位置和状态发送给原SIM卡的HLR。
通过上述流程,当有原SIM卡号码的来电时,将直接打到新号码上。图24是根据本发明实施例的呼叫流程图,如图24所示,该流程包括如下步骤:
S2402、主叫方拨打原SIM卡号码。
S2404、主叫方所在基站根据原SIM卡号码,找到它的HLR,查询原SIM卡号码的位置和状态信息。

基于本发明实施例提供的上述技术方案,采用至少根据智能卡存储的信息获取目的运营商的新号码,其中,所述智能卡为可重复编程智能卡,所述智能卡中存储有原号码的信息;在获取成功之后,将获取到的所述新号码的信息写入到所述智能卡中;激活所述新号码并进行注册,解决了相关技术中存在的申请漫游地的智能卡过程繁琐,时间长的问题,进而达到了减少智能卡申请过程,节省时间的效果。

Claims (31)

  1. 一种智能卡处理方法,包括:
    至少根据智能卡存储的信息获取目的运营商的新号码,其中,所述智能卡为可重复编程智能卡,所述智能卡中存储有原号码的信息;
    在获取成功之后,将获取到的所述新号码的信息写入到所述智能卡中;
    激活所述新号码并进行注册。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,至少根据所述智能卡存储的信息获取所述目的运营商的所述新号码包括:
    向用于提供所述新号码的云端发送用于申请所述新号码的申请请求;
    接收所述云端根据所述申请请求发送的第一身份验证请求;
    根据所述第一身份验证请求向所述云端发送身份验证信息,其中,所述身份验证信息至少包括所述智能卡存储的信息;
    根据验证结果执行获取所述新号码的处理。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,根据验证结果执行获取所述新号码的处理包括:
    向所述云端发送用于请求下载所述新号码的下载请求;
    接收所述云端根据所述下载请求发送的第二身份验证请求;

  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,
    接收所述云端根据所述身份验证信息发送的所述新号码包括:接收所述云端根据所述身份验证信息发送的加密后的新号码;
    在接收所述云端根据所述身份验证信息发送的所述新号码之后,还包括:对接收的所述加密后的新号码进行解密操作。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在获取成功之后,将获取到的所述新号码的信息写入到所述智能卡中包括:
    判断当前驻留网络的移动国家码MCC与所述新号码对应的MCC是否一致;
    在判断结果为是的情况下,将所述新号码的信息写入所述智能卡中。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在激活所述新号码并进行注册之后,还包括:
    漫游地访问位置寄存器VLR根据所述新号码的信息获取所述智能卡中存储的原号码的信息;
    所述VLR将所述新号码的位置和状态信息发送给所述原号码的归属位置寄存器HLR;
    所述HLR在接收到用户呼叫所述原号码的主叫方所在的基站发送的查询请求后,向所述基站返回所述新号码的位置和状态信息;
    所述基站根据所述新号码的位置和状态信息将用于寻呼所述原号码的寻呼消息发送给所述新号码对应的基站;
    所述新号码对应的基站根据所述寻呼消息广播所述新号码的寻呼消息。
  7. 一种寻呼处理方法,包括:
    获取用于呼叫智能卡中的原号码的主叫方的基站发送的查询请求,其中,所述查询请求用于请求查询所述原号码的位置和状态信息,所述智能卡为可重复编程智能卡,所述智能卡中写有目的运营商的新号码的信息;
    根据所述查询请求获取所述新号码的位置和状态信息,其中,所述新号码的位置和状态信息用于所述基站将用于寻呼所述原号码的寻呼消息发送给所述新号码对应的基站;
    向所述基站返回所述新号码的位置和状态信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,在根据所述查询请求获取所述新号码的位置和状态信息之前,还包括:
    接收所述新号码对应的访问位置寄存器VLR根据所述原号码的信息发送的所述新号码的位置和状态信息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,所述原号码的信息为所述VLR根据所述新号码的信息从用于提供所述新号码的云端获取的。
  10. 一种寻呼处理方法,包括:
    获取智能卡中写入的新号码的信息,其中,所述智能卡为可重复编程智能卡;
    根据所述新号码的信息获取所述智能卡的原号码的信息;
    根据所述原号码的信息将所述新号码的位置和状态信息发送给所述原号码对应的归属位置寄存器HLR,其中,所述新号码的位置和状态信息被所述HLR发送给用于寻呼所述原号码的主叫方的基站,所述新号码的位置和状态信息用于所述主叫方的基站将用户寻呼所述原号码的寻呼消息发送给所述新号码对应的基站。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中,获取智能卡中写入的新号码的信息包括:
    获取注册请求,其中,所述注册请求用于请求注册激活后的所述新号码,所述注册请求中至少携带有所述新号码的信息;
    根据所述注册请求获取所述新号码的信息。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中,根据所述新号码的信息获取所述智能卡的原号码的信息包括:
    根据所述新号码的信息从用于提供所述新号码的云端获取所述智能卡的原号码的信息。
  13. 一种智能卡处理装置,包括:
    第一获取模块,设置为至少根据智能卡存储的信息获取目的运营商的新号码,其中,所述智能卡为可重复编程智能卡,所述智能卡中存储有原号码的信息;
    写入模块,设置为在获取成功之后,将获取到的所述新号码的信息写入到所述智能卡中;
    注册模块,设置为激活所述新号码并进行注册。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其中,所述第一获取模块包括:
    第一发送单元,设置为向用于提供所述新号码的云端发送用于申请所述新号码的申请请求;
    第一接收单元,设置为接收所述云端根据所述申请请求发送的第一身份验证请求;
    第二发送单元,设置为根据所述第一身份验证请求向所述云端发送身份验证信息,其中,所述身份验证信息至少包括所述智能卡存储的信息;
    执行单元,设置为根据验证结果执行获取所述新号码的处理。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其中,所述执行单元包括:
    第一发送子单元,设置为向所述云端发送用于请求下载所述新号码的下载请求;
    第一接收子单元,设置为接收所述云端根据所述下载请求发送的第二身份验证请求;
    第二发送子单元,设置为根据所述第二身份验证请求向所述云端发送所述身份验证信息;
    第二接收子单元,设置为接收所述云端根据所述身份验证信息发送的所述新号 码。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的装置,其中,
    所述第二接收子单元包括:接收次子单元,设置为接收所述云端根据所述身份验证信息发送的加密后的新号码;
    所述执行单元还包括:解密子单元,设置为对接收的所述加密后的新号码进行解密操作。
  17. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其中,所述写入模块包括:
    判断单元,设置为判断当前驻留网络的移动国家码MCC与所述新号码对应的MCC是否一致;
    写入单元,设置为在所述判断单元的判断结果为是的情况下,将所述新号码的信息写入所述智能卡中。
  18. 根据权利要求13至17中任意一项所述的装置,其中,所述装置位于终端中。
  19. 一种寻呼处理装置,包括:
    第二获取模块,设置为获取用于呼叫智能卡中的原号码的主叫方的基站发送的查询请求,其中,所述查询请求用于请求查询所述原号码的位置和状态信息,其中,所述智能卡为可重复编程智能卡,所述智能卡中写有目的运营商的新号码的信息;
    第三获取模块,设置为根据所述查询请求获取所述新号码的位置和状态信息,所述新号码的位置和状态信息用于所述基站将用于寻呼所述原号码的寻呼消息发送给所述新号码对应的基站;
    返回模块,设置为向所述基站返回所述新号码的位置和状态信息。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的装置,其中,还包括:
    接收模块,设置为接收所述新号码对应的访问位置寄存器VLR根据所述原号码的信息发送的所述新号码的位置和状态信息。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的装置,其中,所述原号码的信息为所述VLR根据所述新号码的信息从用于提供所述新号码的云端获取的。
  22. 根据权利要求19至21中任意一项所述的装置,其中,所述装置位于归属位置寄存器HLR中。
  23. 一种寻呼处理装置,包括:
    第四获取模块,设置为获取智能卡中写入的新号码的信息,其中,所述智能卡为可重复编程智能卡;
    第五获取模块,设置为根据所述新号码的信息获取所述智能卡的原号码的信息;
    发送模块,设置为根据所述原号码的信息将所述新号码的位置和状态信息发送给所述原号码对应的归属位置寄存器HLR,其中,所述新号码的位置和状态信息被所述HLR发送给用于寻呼所述原号码的主叫方的基站,所述新号码的位置和状态信息用于所述主叫方的基站将用户寻呼所述原号码的寻呼消息发送给所述新号码对应的基站。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的装置,其中,所述第四获取模块包括:
    第一获取单元,设置为获取注册请求,其中,所述注册请求用于请求注册激活后的所述新号码,所述注册请求中至少携带有所述新号码的信息;
    第二获取单元,设置为根据所述注册请求获取所述新号码的信息。
  25. 根据权利要求23所述的装置,其中,所述第五获取模块包括:
    第三获取单元,设置为根据所述新号码的信息从用于提供所述新号码的云端获取所述智能卡的原号码的信息。
  26. 根据权利要求23至25中任意一项所述的装置,其中,所述装置位于访问位置寄存器VLR中。
  27. 一种终端,包括:
    智能卡卡槽,设置为放置智能卡,其中,所述智能卡包括可重复编程智能卡,所述智能卡中存储有原号码的信息;
    处理器,设置为将获取的目的运营商的新号码的信息写入到所述智能卡中,激活所述新号码并进行注册。
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的终端,其中,所述处理器还设置为通过如下方式获取所述新号码:
    向用于提供所述新号码的云端发送用于申请所述新号码的申请请求;
    接收所述云端根据所述申请请求发送的第一身份验证请求;
    根据所述第一身份验证请求向所述云端发送身份验证信息,其中,所述身份验证信息至少包括所述智能卡存储的信息;
    根据验证结果执行获取所述新号码的处理。
  29. 根据权利要求28所述的终端,其中,所述处理器通过如下方式根据验证结果执行获取所述新号码的处理:
    向所述云端发送用于请求下载所述新号码的下载请求;
    接收所述云端根据所述下载请求发送的第二身份验证请求;
    根据所述第二身份验证请求向所述云端发送所述身份验证信息;
    接收所述云端根据所述身份验证信息发送的所述新号码。
  30. 根据权利要求29所述的终端,其中,
    所述处理器通过如下方式接收所述云端根据所述身份验证信息发送的所述新号码:接收所述云端根据所述身份验证信息发送的加密后的新号码;
    所述处理器还设置为在接收所述云端根据所述身份验证信息发送的所述新号码之后,对接收的所述加密后的新号码进行解密操作。
  31. 根据权利要求27所述的终端,其中,所述处理器通过如下方式将所述新号码的信息写入到所述智能卡中:
    判断当前驻留网络的移动国家码MCC与所述新号码对应的MCC是否一致;
    在判断结果为是的情况下,将所述新号码的信息写入所述智能卡中。
