参照图1,示出了本申请的一种调整终端的应用设置的方法实施例的步骤流程图,具体可以包括如下步骤:
步骤101,采集终端所处环境的环境信息;
在实际应用中,终端可以为显示终端,即播放视频的装置,具体可以包括显示装置、机顶盒等部件。
在一个实施例中,显示装置可以接收电视信号(如模拟信号),则此显示装置又可以称为电视(Television、TV、Video),具体可以指利用电子设备传送活动图像的技术及设备,即电视接收机。
电视可以包括LCD(Liquid Crystal Display,液晶显示器)电视、LED(Light Emitting Diode,发光二极管)电视、等离子电视等等,本发明实施例对此不加以限制。
其中,大部分电视一般具有亮度、音量、色度、画质等系统固有的应用。
进一步而言,电视可以包括智能电视,可以指具有全开放式平台,搭载了操作系统,例如,Android(安卓)系统、IOS系统、Windows系统等等,可以由用户自行安装和卸载应用程序、游戏等第三方服务商提供的应用(即第三方应用),通过此类应用来不断对电视的功能进行扩充,并可以通过网线、无线网络来实现上网。
在另一个实施例中,显示装置可以不接收电视信号(如模拟信号),但可以与诸如电脑、手机等电子设备相连,通过电脑、手机等电子设备进行视频、游戏等信息的输入,或进行其他交互操作。
机顶盒是指用来增强或扩展终端功能的一种信息设备,具有模拟和数字之分。
其中,数字机顶盒(SetTopBox,STB),是一种连接电视机与外部信号源的设备,可以将压缩的数字信号转换成模拟信号,并在电视机上显示出来,以给用户提供高质量的电视节目。
在实际中,机顶盒不仅是用户终端,还是网络终端。它能使模拟电视机从被动接收模拟电视转向交互式数字电视(如视频点播等),并能接入网络,使用户享受电视、数据、语言等全方位的信息服务。
具体而言,机顶盒接收的数字信号可以来自有线电缆、卫星天线、宽带网络以及地面广播等等。机顶盒接收的内容除了模拟电视可以提供的图像、声音之外,更在于能够接收数据内容,包括电子节目指南、网页、字幕等应用。使用户能在电视机上观看数字电视上观看数字电视节目,并可通过网络进行交互式数字化娱乐、教育和商业化活动等应用的服务。
本申请实施例中,可以采集终端所处环境的环境信息。
环境是相对于终端而言的,可以指围绕着终端(通常称其为主体)并对该终端会产生某些影响的外界事物(通常称其为客体),即环境信息可以指 相对并相关于终端的周围事物。
在具体实现中,环境信息可以包括视觉环境信息、听觉环境信息、触觉环境信息、嗅觉环境信息、其他环境信息(如空气质量)等等。
其中,视觉环境信息可以为终端所处环境中与视觉相关的信息,例如,光等;
听觉环境信息可以为终端所处环境中与听觉相关的信息,例如,声音等;
触觉环境信息可以为终端所处环境中与触觉相关的信息,例如,温度、湿度、气压等;
嗅觉环境信息可以为终端所处环境中与嗅觉相关的信息,例如,气味等。
需要说明的是,环境信息采集的范围是相对的,与采集的设备是相关的。例如,当采用温度计采集温度信息(触觉环境信息)时,若温度计较为灵敏,则采集温度信息的范围也相对较大,若温度计放置在室内,则采集温度信息的范围一般为室内的温度。
为使本领域技术人员更好地理解本申请实施例,在本申请实施例中,将视觉环境信息、听觉环境信息作为环境信息的一种实施例进行说明。
在本发明的一种可选实施例中,步骤101可以包括如下子步骤:

则在本发明实施例中,可以直接复用已有的传感器,以降低成本,如通 过摄像头等摄像设备记录终端所处环境的一帧或多帧图像信息(俗称录像),以及,读取该一帧或多帧图像信息;如通过麦克风等音频设备记录终端所处环境的音频信息(俗称录音),以及,读取该音频信息。
当然,若终端集成有其他传感器,例如,温度计、湿度计、气压计等,则可以根据其他传感器采集触觉环境信息、嗅觉环境信息等环境信息,如温度信息、湿度信息、气压信息、空气质量信息等等。
步骤102,从所述环境信息中提取环境特征信息;
环境特征信息,可以指表征环境的特征的信息。
在具体实现中,从所述视觉环境信息中提取的环境特征信息可以包括视觉环境特征信息,视觉环境特征信息可以指表征终端所处环境中的视觉特征的信息;
从所述听觉环境信息中提取的环境特征信息可以包括听觉环境特征信息;听觉环境特征信息可以指表征终端所处环境中的听觉特征的信息。
从所述触觉环境信息中提取的环境特征信息可以包括触觉环境特征信息,触觉环境特征信息可以指表征终端所处环境中的触觉特征的信息;

在本申请实施例的一种可选示例中,步骤102可以包括如下子步骤:
子步骤S21,从所述图像信息中提取亮度、色度、人脸数量中的一个或多个视觉环境特征信息。
一方面,颜色可以由亮度(luminance)和色度共同表示的。
亮度可以指发光体(反光体)表面发光(反光)强弱的物理量。
色度可以指不包括亮度在内的颜色的性质,它可以反映颜色的色调(如红、黄、绿等)和饱和度。
图像信息中的像素点本身包括了亮度、颜色等属性,对像素点的亮度、颜色等属性进行统计、分类,可以获得图像信息的色度和亮度。
另一方面,人脸数量可以表征人的数量,可以通过人脸检测统计人脸数量。
下面介绍一些常用的人脸检测的方法:
1、基于统计的方法
将人脸区域看作一类模式,使用大量的“人脸”和“非人脸”样本,构造训练分类器,通过判断图像中所有可能趋于属于哪类模式的方法实现人脸的检测。
2、基于神经网络的方法
将人脸样本和非人脸样本作为神经网络输入的训练样本进行人工神经网络的训练,训练过程中不断调整网络的权值和层数,最后使用网络将人脸和非人脸很好的区分开来,然后用这个训练好的网络来对含有人脸图像的背景图像进行搜索找到符合条件的区域。
3、基于知识的方法
人脸局部特征的分布总是存在着一定的规律,如两个眼睛是对称分布在人脸的上半部分,鼻子和嘴唇中心点连线基本与两眼之间的连线垂直等。这些规律可以表述为人脸局部特征之间的相对距离和位置关系,当满足这些规律的图像区域找到后,则可以认为一幅人脸以备检测出来。
4、基于局部特征的方法
在图像信息中搜索一组人脸局部特征,然后将它们之间的集合关系组合成候选的人脸区域。
5、基于模板的人脸检测的方法
建立一个或多个标准的人脸模板,由包含局部人脸特征的子模板构成,然后对输入的图像信息进行全局搜索,对应不同尺寸大小的图像窗口,计算与标准人脸模板中不同部分的相关系数,通过预先设置的阈值来判断该图像窗口是否包含人脸。
当然,上述人脸检测的方法只是作为示例,在实施本申请实施例时,可以根据实际情况设置其他人脸检测的方法,例如,基于肤色进行人脸检测等等,本申请实施例对此不加以限制。
在本申请实施例的一种可选示例中,步骤102可以包括如下子步骤:
子步骤S22,从所述音频信息中提取环境噪音。
本申请实施例中,可以从音频信息中分析环境噪音和人声。
在实际应用中,可以通过一些通用的降噪算法(如webRTC库中的降噪算法)对音频信息进行降噪之处理后,与在先采集的原声(即降噪前的音频信息)进行差值处理,得到环境噪音。
步骤103,根据所述环境特征信息对所述终端的应用设置进行调整。
在实际中,不同的场景,可以具有不同的特征,终端适用不同的应用设置。
本申请实施例中,可以通过一个或多个环境特征信息识别当前的场景,根据场景对终端的应用设置进行相应调整。
例如,在家庭聚餐的场景中,光线较为明亮,人数较多(如四五个),环境较为嘈杂,终端可以推送播放新闻、综艺节目等,以符合家庭中各年龄段的用户,并将音量调低,以免妨碍用户交谈。
又例如,在深夜的场景中,光线较为昏暗,环境较为安静,终端可以将亮度调低,以免刺激用户的眼睛,并将音量调低,以免造成滋扰。
本申请实施例从采集到的终端所处环境的环境信息中提取环境特征信息,以识别当前的场景,对终端的应用设置进行调整,以适于当前的场景,实现了应用设置的自适应调整,无需用户逐一手动调整,大大提高了操作的简便性,降低了调整的门槛,减少调整耗时,而现实终端无需多次响应用户的调整操作,减少了系统资源的浪费。

通过色度范围、亮度范围等调整终端的应用主题、应用板块,使得终端的界面有变色龙的功能,让用户看到他可能希望看到的应用主题、应用板块,一方面可以避免刺激眼睛,另一方面可以增加内容的可阅读性等。

又例如,在多人的场景中,若终端正在进行单人游戏,则可以调整戏的信息,,向当前用户推荐是否切换至多人游戏模式。
又例如,在多人的场景中,可以调整电视节目的信息,推荐亲子类、体育类的电视节目。
在本申请实施例的一种可选示例中,子步骤S312可以包括如下子步骤:
子步骤S3124,提取噪音范围所映射的,对终端的音量参数、均衡器中的一个或多个进行调整的应用设置调整方式。
音量参数,可以用于调节终端的声音的音量。
均衡器,可以用于调节终端的音量中各种频率成分的信号。
例如,低音增压模式(Bass Booster)可以加重低音效果,低音减压模式(Bass Reducer)可以减少低音效果,古典音乐模式(Classical)适合渲染古典音乐,爵士乐模式(Jazz)适合渲染爵士乐,响度模式(Loudness)可以增强声音的响度,休息室模式(Lounge)为随意的模式,适合普通与嘈杂的场合等等。
在本示例中,可以以噪音范围识别场景,以对终端的音量参数、均衡器进行调整。
例如,若噪音范围为D1,当前场景较为安静,用户对声音较为敏感,则可以将音量参数调整至一个较低的值,或者,将均衡器调整至低音减压模式(Bass Reducer),以降低对用户的耳朵造成刺激。
又例如,若噪音范围为D3,当前场景较为嘈杂,可能影响终端的声音,则可以将音量参数调整至一个较高的值,或者,将均衡器调整至爵士乐模式(Jazz),以让用户分别清楚终端的声音。
当然,上述判断应用设置调整方式只是作为示例,在实施本申请实施例时,可以根据实际情况设置其他应用设置调整方式,本发明实施例对此不加以限制。另外,除了上述应用设置调整方式外,本领域技术人员还可以根据实际需要根据其它应用设置调整方式,本申请实施例对此也不加以限制。
子步骤S32,按照所述应用设置调整方式对所述终端的应用设置进行调 整。
若计算出应用设置调整方式,则可以按照该应用设置调整方式对终端的应用设置进行调整,以适应当前的场景。
在一种情景中,可以生成应用设置调整的提示信息,用户可以通过遥控器等方式发送拒绝或确认的操作指示。当接收到确认的操作指示时,按照该应用设置调整方式对终端的应用设置进行调整。
在另一种情景中,可以直接按照该应用设置调整方式对终端的应用设置进行调整。
本申请实施例从诸如图像信息等视觉环境信息、音频信息等听觉环境信息等环境信息中,提取诸如亮度、色度、人脸数量等视觉环境特征信息,环境噪音等听觉环境特征信息,提高了场景的识别精度,进而提高了应用设置的调整准确率。
需要说明的是,除了步骤101、步骤102在终端的操作系统中执行外,应用设置调整方式可以在终端本地进行计算,也可以在云端的服务器进行计算,在本地计算时,可以由操作系统的后台服务进行计算,也可以由应用本身进行计算,本申请实施例对此不加以限制。
在一个实施例中,若提取到环境信息中的环境特征信息,则可以由操作系统的后台服务计算应用设置调整方式(例如,子步骤S31),将计算到的应用设置调整方式广播至应用,由应用对设置进行调整(例如,子步骤S32)。
在另一个实施例中,若提取到环境信息中的环境特征信息,则可以发送至应用,由应用本身计算应用设置调整方式(例如,子步骤S31),以及,对设置进行调整(例如,子步骤S32)。
在另一个实施例中,若提取到环境信息中的环境特征信息,则可以将环境调整信息发送至云端的服务器,由云端的服务器计算应用设置调整方式(例如,子步骤S31);若终端操作系统的后台服务接收到应用设置调整方式,则可以将应用设置调整方式广播至应用,由应用对设置进行调整(例如,子步骤S32);若应用本身接收到应用设置调整方式,对可以对设置进行调整(例如,子步骤S32)。
这些映射关系可以写入配置文件中,可以在云端进行维护和更新。
一方面,云端可以将配置文件推送至终端本地,在映射关系更新(即配置文件更新)后,可以将配置文件的更新信息发送至终端本地,以对终端本地的配置文件进行更新。
另一方面,终端可以记录环境特征信息与应用设置的映射关系,将该映射关系发送至云端,云端可以从大量的映射关系中计算出更加合理的映射关系,更新配置文件。

    采集终端所处环境的环境信息;
    从所述环境信息中提取环境特征信息;
    根据所述环境特征信息对所述终端的应用设置进行调整。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述采集终端所处环境的环境信息的步骤包括:
    采集终端所处环境的视觉环境信息、听觉环境信息中的一个或多个环境信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,从所述视觉环境信息中提取的环境特征信息包括视觉环境特征信息,从所述听觉环境信息中提取的环境特征信息包括听觉环境特征信息;
    所述根据所述环境特征信息对所述终端的应用设置进行调整的步骤包括:
    查找视觉环境特征信息、听觉环境特征信息中的一个或多个环境特征信息所映射的应用设置调整方式;
    按照所述应用设置调整方式对所述终端的应用设置进行调整。

    所述查找视觉环境特征信息、听觉环境特征信息中的一个或多个环境特征信息所映射的应用设置调整方式的步骤在服务器中执行;
    所述按照所述应用设置调整方式对所述终端的应用设置进行调整的步骤在终端的应用中执行。
  13. 一种调整终端的应用设置的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    环境信息采集模块,用于采集终端所处环境的环境信息;
    环境特征信息提取模块,用于从所述环境信息中提取环境特征信息;
    应用设置调整模块,用于根据所述环境特征信息对所述终端的应用设置进行调整。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述环境信息采集模块包括:
    视听觉环境信息采集子模块,用于采集终端所处环境的视觉环境信息、听觉环境信息中的一个或多个环境信息。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,从所述视觉环境信息中提取的环境特征信息包括视觉环境特征信息,从所述听觉环境信息中提取的环境特征信息包括听觉环境特征信息;
    所述应用设置调整模块包括:
    调整方式查找子模块,用于查找视觉环境特征信息、听觉环境特征信息中的一个或多个环境特征信息所映射的应用设置调整方式;
    设置调整子模块,用于按照所述应用设置调整方式对所述终端的应用设置进行调整。
  16. 根据权利要求14或15所述的装置,其特征在于,所述视觉环境信息包括图像信息,所述听觉环境信息包括音频信息;
    所述视听觉环境信息采集子模块包括:
    图像音频采集子模块,用于采集终端所处环境的图像信息、音频信息中的一个或多个环境信息。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,其特征在于,所述环境特征信息提取模块包括:
    第一提取子模块,用于从所述图像信息中提取亮度、色度、人脸数量中的一个或多个视觉环境特征信息。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,其特征在于,所述环境特征信息提取模块包括:
    第二提取子模块,用于从所述音频信息中提取环境噪音。
  19. 根据权利要求17或18所述的装置,其特征在于,所述调整方式查找子模块包括:
    范围确定子模块,用于确定亮度、色度、人脸数量和环境噪音中的一个或多个所属的亮度范围、色度范围、人脸数量范围和噪音范围中的一个或多个;
    映射子模块,用于提取亮度范围、色度范围、人脸数量范围和噪音范围中的一个或多个所映射的应用设置调整方式。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的装置,其特征在于,所述映射子模块包括:
    第三提取子模块,用于提取亮度范围、噪音范围中的一个或多个所映射的,对终端的亮度参数、应用模式中的一个或多个进行调整的应用设置调整方式。
  21. 根据权利要求19所述的装置,其特征在于,所述映射查找子模块包括:
    第四提取子模块,用于提取色度范围、亮度范围中一个或多个所映射的,对终端的应用主题、应用板块中的一个或多个进行调整的应用设置调整方式。
  22. 根据权利要求19所述的装置,其特征在于,所述映射查找子模块包括:
    第五提取子模块,用于提取人脸数量范围所映射的,对终端的节目信息进行调整的应用设置调整方式。
  23. 根据权利要求19所述的装置,其特征在于,所述映射查找子模块包括:
    第六提取子模块,用于提取噪音范围所映射的,对终端的音量参数、均衡器中的一个或多个进行调整的应用设置调整方式。
  24. 一种调整终端的应用设置的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    操作系统、一个或多个应用;其中,
    所述操作系统包括:
    环境信息采集模块,用于采集终端所处环境的环境信息;所述环境信息包括视觉环境信息、听觉环境信息中的一个或多个;
    环境特征信息提取模块,用于从所述环境信息中提取环境特征信息;所述环境特征信息包括视觉环境特征信息、听觉环境特征信息中的一个或多个;
    调整方式查找模块,用于查找视觉环境特征信息、听觉环境特征信息中的一个或多个环境特征信息所映射的应用设置调整方式;
    应用设置调整方式广播模块,用于将所述应用设置调整方式广播至一个 或多个应用;
    所述一个或多个应用包括:
    设置调整模块,用于按照所述应用设置调整方式对所述终端的应用设置进行调整。
  25. 一种调整终端的应用设置的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    操作系统、一个或多个应用;其中,
    所述操作系统包括:
    环境信息采集模块,用于采集终端所处环境的环境信息;所述环境信息包括视觉环境信息、听觉环境信息中的一个或多个;
    环境特征信息提取模块,用于从所述环境信息中提取环境特征信息;所述环境特征信息包括视觉环境特征信息、听觉环境特征信息中的一个或多个;
    环境特征信息广播模块,用于将所述环境特征信息广播至一个或多个应用;
    所述一个或多个应用包括:
    调整方式查找模块,用于查找视觉环境特征信息、听觉环境特征信息中的一个或多个环境特征信息所映射的应用设置调整方式;
    设置调整模块,用于按照所述应用设置调整方式对所述终端的应用设置进行调整。
  26. 一种调整终端的应用设置的系统,其特征在于,包括:
    终端和服务器;所述终端包括操作系统、一个或多个应用;其中,
    所述操作系统包括:
    环境信息采集模块,用于采集终端所处环境的环境信息;所述环境信息包括视觉环境信息、听觉环境信息中的一个或多个;
    环境特征信息提取模块,用于从所述环境信息中提取环境特征信息;所述环境特征信息包括视觉环境特征信息、听觉环境特征信息中的一个或多 个;
    环境特征信息发送模块,用于将所述环境特征信息发送至至服务器;
    应用设置调整方式接收模块,用于接收服务器返回的应用设置调整方式;
    应用设置调整方式广播模块,用于将所述应用设置调整方式广播至一个或多个应用;
    所述一个或多个应用包括:
    设置调整模块,用于按照所述应用设置调整方式对所述终端的应用设置进行调整;
    所述服务器包括:
    调整方式查找模块,用于查找视觉环境特征信息、听觉环境特征信息中的一个或多个环境特征信息所映射的应用设置调整方式;
    应用设置调整方式发送模块,用于将所述应用设置调整方式发送至终端。
