Des processus exécutés sur un côté système de chargement en ligne (OCS) comprennent les étapes suivantes : l'OCS pré-mémorise un paramètre de commande de trafic de données d'un utilisateur, le paramètre de commande de trafic comprenant une valeur seuil de trafic ; l'OCS surveille le processus selon lequel l'utilisateur utilise un trafic de données et fournit une invite d'un résultat de surveillance à l'utilisateur au moyen d'une passerelle de charge lorsque l'OCS surveille que le trafic de données utilisé par l'utilisateur atteint la valeur seuil de trafic.
