本实用新型公开一种光模块结构,包括有壳体和设置于壳体前部的解锁装置,该壳体具有底座和上盖,底座上设置有用于收纳电路板和光纤接头的容置凹腔,该容置凹腔中设置有卡位组件,该卡位组件可拆换地安装于该容置凹腔中,卡位组件包括有定位座和定位盖,定位座上设置有开口朝上的半圆形下卡孔,定位盖上设置有开口朝下的半圆形上卡孔,并其上卡孔与下卡孔彼此开口正对围合成一圆形卡孔。其壳体中设有一组可更换的卡位组件,使得同一个壳体与不同的卡位组件可以组装成连接不同类型和不同型号的光纤接头的光模块,因而提升了产品的制作和使用的灵活性。并且卡位组件可以采用塑胶件,成本更低,卡位组件采取卡装方式于壳体中,因而拆装、更换方便。

Description

光模块结构 技术领域
本实用新型涉及通迅设备领域技术,尤其是指一种光模块结构。
背景技术
随着科技的进步,光通迅产品越来越趋向小型化、高集成的设计,用于通迅产品的光模块也向着小型化、高集成度方向发展,相应地光模块内集成的光器件的数目和种类也在增多。
虽然光模块在光纤的带动下使其于使用上已进行了相应的改进,比如在连接方式上,从熔接光纤来进行连接到使用光纤接头插拔连接。在使用时光纤模块存在电磁干扰,会影响系统其它部件正常工作。对此人们设计一种小型化易于装夹金属化的屏蔽外壳来解决这个问题。当然以上只是举例以作参考。可目前市面上的光模块仍跟不上时代的步伐。因为这种光模块的内部结构框架和各部件之间的型号是固定不变的因而只能适应连接一种款型的光纤。因此应用范围不广、灵活性差、维护更换不便、不利于加工、生产成本高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对现有技术存在之缺失,其主要目的是提供一种范围广、维护更换方便的光模块结构。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下之技术方案:
一种光模块结构,包括有壳体和设置于壳体前部的解锁装置,该壳体具有底座和上盖,底座上设置有用于收纳电路板和光纤接头的容置凹腔,该上盖封盖于该容置凹腔上,该容置凹腔中设置有用于卡套于光纤接头上的卡位组件,该卡位组件可拆换地安装于该容置凹腔中,卡位组件包括有定位座和定位盖,定位座上设置有开口朝上的半圆形下卡孔,定位盖上设置有开口朝下的半圆形上卡孔,并其上卡孔与下卡孔彼此开口正对围合成一圆形卡孔;容置凹腔中部设置有一下限位槽,下限位槽的前后宽度与前述定位座的前后厚度相适配,前述定位座自上而下组装入该下限位槽中;该上盖的底面上设置有一上限位槽,上限位槽的前后宽度与前述定位盖的前后厚度相适配,前述定位盖自下而上组装入该上限位槽中。
作为一种优选方案,所述下限位槽中的转角处设置有一卡块,对应于定位座的转角处设置有与该卡块配合的卡槽。
作为一种优选方案,所述壳体中的底座和上盖均为金属材料,所述卡位组件中的定位座和定位盖均为塑胶材料。
作为一种优选方案,所述解锁装置包括有拉环、滑块和复位弹簧,滑块可滑动地安装于底座前部顶面,复位弹簧一端抵于底座上,另一端抵于该滑块上;拉环的一端枢接于底座上,并拉环上设置有与滑块顶推配合的凸块。
作为一种优选方案,所述壳体外还配装有屏蔽金属弹片。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果,具体而言,由上述技术方案可知,其壳体中设有一组可更换的卡位组件,使得同一个壳体与不同的卡位组件可以组装成连接不同类型和不同型号的光纤接头的光模块,这样不需要更换壳体而只需要更换卡位组件就能改变光模块的类 型,提升了产品的制作和使用的灵活性。并且其卡位组件可以采用低成本的塑胶件,成本更低、应用范围更广。卡位组件在设计时采取卡装方式于壳体中,因而拆装、更换方便。
为更清楚地阐述本实用新型的结构特征、技术手段及其所达到的具体目的和功能,下面结合附图与具体实施例来对本实用新型作进一步详细说明:

具体实施方式
请参照图1至图3所示,其显示出了本实用新型之较佳实施例的具体结构,该光模块结构包括有壳体10和设置于壳体10前部的解锁装置20。
前述壳体10具有底座11和上盖12,底座11上设置有用于收纳电路板30和光纤接头40的容置凹腔13。该上盖12封盖于该容置凹腔13上,该容置凹腔13中设置有用于卡套于光纤接头40上的卡位组件50,该卡位组件50可拆 换地安装于该容置凹腔13中,卡位组件50包括有定位座51和定位盖52,定位座51上设置有开口朝上的半圆形下卡孔53,定位盖52上设置有开口朝下的半圆形上卡孔54,并其上卡孔54与下卡孔53彼此开口正对围合成一圆形卡孔;容置凹腔13中部设置有一下限位槽14,下限位槽14的前后宽度与前述定位座51的前后厚度相适配,前述定位座51自上而下组装入该下限位槽14中。前述下限位槽14中的转角处设置有一卡块15,对应于定位座51的转角处设置有与该卡块配合的卡槽55。该上盖12的底面上设置有一上限位槽16,上限位槽16的前后宽度与前述定位盖52的前后厚度相适配,前述定位盖52自下而上组装入该上限位槽16中。前述壳体10中的底座11和上盖12均为金属材料;前述卡位组件中的定位座和定位盖均为塑胶材料。前述壳体10外还配装有屏蔽金属弹片60。
前述解锁装置20包括有拉环21、滑块22和复位弹簧23,滑块22可滑动地安装于底座11前部顶面,复位弹簧23一端抵于底座11上,另一端抵于该滑块22上;拉环21的一端枢接于底座11上,并拉环21上设置有与滑块22顶推配合的凸块24。
详述本实施例的组装过程如下:
使用时,首先将定位座51的卡槽55对正的卡入底座容置凹腔13的下限位槽14的卡块15上,再将连接好的电路板30和光纤接头40放入下卡孔53中,再盖上与定位座51相配的定位盖52。最后将上盖12从左往右推使上盖12尾部插入底座11的后部,这时下限位槽14正对卡定位盖52再往下压即可。
综上所述,本实用新型的设计重点在于,其壳体中设有一组可更换的卡位组件,使得同一个壳体与不同的卡位组件可以组装成连接不同类型和 不同型号的光纤接头的光模块,这样的话不需要更换壳体而只需要更换卡位组件就能改变光模块的类型,提升了产品的制作和使用的灵活性。并且卡位组件可以采用低成本的塑胶件,所成本低、应用广。卡位组件在设计时采取卡装方式于壳体中,因而拆装、更换方便。
以上所述,仅是本实用新型的较佳实施例而已,并非对本实用新型的技术范围作任何限制,故凡是依据本实用新型的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何细微修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本实用新型技术方案的范围内。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种光模块结构,包括有壳体和设置于壳体前部的解锁装置,该壳体具有底座和上盖,底座上设置有用于收纳电路板和光纤接头的容置凹腔,该上盖封盖于该容置凹腔上,其特征在于:该容置凹腔中设置有用于卡套于光纤接头上的卡位组件,该卡位组件可拆换地安装于该容置凹腔中,卡位组件包括有定位座和定位盖,定位座上设置有开口朝上的半圆形下卡孔,定位盖上设置有开口朝下的半圆形上卡孔,并其上卡孔与下卡孔彼此开口正对围合成一圆形卡孔;容置凹腔中部设置有一下限位槽,下限位槽的前后宽度与前述定位座的前后厚度相适配,前述定位座自上而下组装入该下限位槽中;该上盖的底面上设置有一上限位槽,上限位槽的前后宽度与前述定位盖的前后厚度相适配,前述定位盖自下而上组装入该上限位槽中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的光模块结构,其特征在于:所述下限位槽中的转角处设置有一卡块,对应于定位座的转角处设置有与该卡块配合的卡槽。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的光模块结构,其特征在于:所述壳体中的底座和上盖均为金属材料,所述卡位组件中的定位座和定位盖均为塑胶材料。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的光模块结构,其特征在于:所述解锁装置包括有拉环、滑块和复位弹簧,滑块可滑动地安装于底座前部顶面,复位弹簧一端抵于底座上,另一端抵于该滑块上;拉环的一端枢接于底座上,并拉环上设置有与滑块顶推配合的凸块。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的光模块结构,其特征在于:所述壳体外还配装有屏蔽金属弹片。
