本发明实施例提供了一种呼叫转移的方法、终端及便携式电子设备,避免了终端设置了无条件呼叫转移或遇忙呼叫转移时来电拦截失效。

本发明实施例中所述的终端或便携式电子设备可以是在上述通信系统中进行通信的设备,例如,可以是移动电话(如手机)或具有通话功能的平板电脑、计算机等,例如,还可以是车载的通话装置等,此处不作限定。
以下本发明实施例中描述的非结构化补充数据业务(英文全称:Unstructured Supplementary Service Data,缩写:USSD),是一种新型基于通信网络的交互式数据业务。当用户使用终端(如手机)键盘输入一些网络已预先制定的数字或者符号比如*#等,再按拨号键就可以向网络(服务器)发送一条指令,网络根据用户的指令选择你需要的服务提供给用户。
呼叫转移业务主要有以下四种呼叫转移模式:无条件呼叫转移,遇忙呼叫转移,无应答呼叫转移,不可达呼叫转移。
上述呼叫转移业务一般场景下具有相对应的呼叫转移策略,如下所述:
无条件呼叫转移:即全部来电转移,呼入本终端的呼叫能全部转移到他预设的其他终端上;
遇忙呼叫转移:也叫占线转移,如果用户正在通话的时候,那么所有呼叫本终端的电话均转移到他预设的其他终端上;
无应答呼叫转移:终端如果无人接听(预先设置接听时间,例如30秒),那所有呼叫他的电话均转移到预设的其他终端上;
不可达呼叫转移:终端关机、未在有效服务区内、信号差而出现的不能实现正常通话时,所有呼叫他的电话就会均转移到预设的其他终端上。
开启各类呼叫转移业务的USSD指令:
1)无条件呼叫转移:**21*目标号码#拨号键;
2)遇忙呼叫转移:**67*目标号码#拨号键;
3)无应答呼叫转移:**61*目标号码#拨号键;
4)不可达呼叫转移:**62*目标号码#拨号键;

本实施例中,所述终端预置了遇忙呼叫转移业务或者无条件呼叫转移业务;所述第二呼叫转移策略可以是与遇忙呼叫转移业务或者无条件呼叫转移业务相对应的呼叫转移策略,例如所述终端预置了遇忙呼叫转移业务时,终端执行预置的与所述遇忙呼叫转移业务相对应的呼叫转移策略,此处不作限定。
本发明实施例中,预置了遇忙呼叫转移业务或者无条件呼叫转移业务的终端在接收到携带电话号码的呼叫时,确定所述电话号码是否在预置的黑名单内,在黑名单包含所述电话号码时,采用第一呼叫转移策略,第一呼叫转移策略中包括所述终端屏蔽或终止所述呼叫,且不触发服务器转移所述呼叫到预设的其他终端,避免了终端收到携带黑名单内电话号码的呼叫时,也会将该呼叫转接到预设的其他终端上,导致来电拦截失效,对用户造成干扰。
图1所示的实施例中,所述终端可以是预置了遇忙呼叫转移业务或者无条件呼叫转移业务,下面以具体实施例作出详细说明:
一、终端预置了所述遇忙呼叫转移业务;

201、终端接收到携带电话号码的呼叫时,确定所述电话号码是否在预置的黑名单内;

202、若所述黑名单包含所述电话号码,所述终端关闭所述遇忙呼叫转移业务,向所述服务器发送挂机指令,在所述呼叫终止后开启所述遇忙呼叫转移业务;
本实施例中,在所述黑名单包含所述电话号码时,执行预置的第一呼叫转 移策略,具体为:所述终端关闭遇忙呼叫转移业务,向服务器发送挂机指令,该挂机指令触发服务器终止所述呼叫,在所述呼叫终止后开启遇忙呼叫转移业务,例如:使用USSD指令:#67#拨号,关闭遇忙呼叫转移业务,然后向服务器发送挂机指令“call rejected”,在该呼叫终止后,使用USSD指令:**67*目标号码#拨号,开启遇忙呼叫转移业务。
现有技术中,由于设置了黑名单,终端收到携带黑名单内的电话号码的呼叫时,终端会向服务器发送挂断指令挂断该呼叫,服务器接到挂断指令,服务器会认为终端正忙,又由于服务器知道终端设置了遇忙转移业务,所以会执行遇忙呼叫转移业务,从而导致来电拦截黑名单号码失效,即携带黑名单内的电话号码的呼叫被转移到预设的其他终端,即认为来电拦截失效;
本实施例中,在终端收到呼叫时,关闭遇忙呼叫转移业务,向所述服务器发送挂机指令,以使得该服务器终止所述呼叫,在该呼叫终止后,开启遇忙呼叫转移业务,这样就避免了终端收到携带黑名单内的电话号码的呼叫时,直接执行遇忙呼叫转移业务相对应的呼叫转移策略,触发服务器将该呼叫转移到预设的其他终端上。
203、若所述黑名单不包含所述电话号码,所述终端执行预置的与所述遇忙呼叫转移业务相对应的呼叫转移策略;
所述终端预置了遇忙呼叫转移业务或者无条件呼叫转移业务。
本实施例中,预置有与所述第一呼叫转移策略不同的第二呼叫转移策略,在确定所述黑名单不包含所述电话号码后,执行该预置的第二呼叫转移策略,本实施例中所述第二呼叫转移策略为与遇忙呼叫转移业务相对应的呼叫转移策略,例如如果终端正在通话的时候,那么所有呼叫本终端的电话均转移到预设的其他终端上,若终端未占线,保持正常呼叫,可以理解的是,第二呼叫转移策略也可以是预先设定的其他呼叫转移策略,此处不作限定。
在终端保持收到呼叫状态时,终端还可以接收手机管家等软件指令后,向服务器发送挂机指令,该挂机指令触发遇忙呼叫转移业务,即该挂机指令触发服务器转移呼叫到预设的其他终端。
图2所示的实施例中,当终端预置了所述遇忙呼叫转移业务时,执行预置的第一呼叫转移策略以及执行预置的第二呼叫转移策略,还可以是其他方式,请参阅图3,本发明实施例中呼叫转移的方法的另一个实施例包括:
301、终端接收到携带电话号码的呼叫时,确定所述电话号码是否在预置的黑名单内;
本实施例中,终端接收到携带电话号码的呼叫时,确定所述电话号码是否在预置的黑名单内,该预置的黑名单可以是用户预先设置的黑名单,或从网络获取的黑名单等,此处不作限定。

本实施例中,在所述黑名单包含所述电话号码时,终端执行预置的第一呼叫转移策略,本实施例中,终端执行预置的第一呼叫转移策略包括:屏蔽所述呼叫,具体为不响应,不显示,不提示接收到的所述呼叫,这样的话,由于屏蔽了所述呼叫,且没有向服务器发送挂机指令,服务器就不会认为终端忙而触发遇忙呼叫转移业务,终端屏蔽了该呼叫,避免了终端收到携带黑名单内电话号码的呼叫时,也会将该呼叫转接到预设的其他终端上,导致来电拦截失效,对用户造成干扰。
303、若所述黑名单不包含所述电话号码,执行预置的与所述遇忙呼叫转移业务相对应的呼叫转移策略;
本实施例中,预置有与所述第一呼叫转移策略不同的第二呼叫转移策略,在确定所述黑名单不包含所述电话号码后,执行该预置的第二呼叫转移策略,本实施例中所述第二呼叫转移策略为与遇忙呼叫转移业务相对应的呼叫转移策略,例如如果终端正处于通话的时候,那么所有呼入本终端的呼叫均转移到他预设的其他终端上,若终端未占线,保持正常呼叫,可以理解的是,第二呼叫转移策略也可以是预先设定的其他呼叫转移策略,此处不作限定。
在终端保持收到呼叫状态时,终端还可以接收手机管家等软件指令后,向服务器发送挂机指令,该挂机指令触发遇忙呼叫转移业务,即该挂机指令触发服务器转移呼叫到预设的其他终端。
二、终端预置了所述无条件呼叫转移业务时;
所述终端预置了所述无条件呼叫转移业务时,所述无条件呼叫转移业务已被替换为目标呼叫转移业务,在显示呼叫转移业务类型的界面仍显示为已开启所述无条件呼叫转移业务;
所述无条件呼叫转移业务已被替换为目标呼叫转移业务,终端在接收用户开启无条件呼叫转移业务的指令时,开启目标呼叫转移业务,并在终端的显示 呼叫转移业务类型的界面显示已开启无条件呼叫转移业务;此时,在所述终端在接收用户开启无条件呼叫转移业务的指令时,终端实际开启的是目标呼叫转移业务,所述目标呼叫转移业务为非无条件呼叫转移业务(如无应答呼叫转移业务或遇忙呼叫转移业务等),但在终端显示呼叫转移业务类型的界面可以显示给用户开启的是无条件呼叫转移业务。
终端接收的用户开启无条件呼叫转移业务的指令可以是用户在用户界面(英文全称:User Interface,缩写:UI)中选择无条件转移业务所触发的指令,该指令是发送给终端内部的系统或应用的指令,由终端内部的系统或应用自己定义,终端内部的系统或应用接收到该指令后向服务器发送开启目标呼叫转移业务的USSD指令,在实际使用中,终端在接收用户开启无条件呼叫转移业务的指令时,开启目标呼叫转移业务;还可以是:用户通过终端输入装置(如键盘或触屏)输入开启无条件呼叫转移业务的指令的USSD指令,终端识别了用户输入的USSD指令后,自动将无条件呼叫转移的USSD指令转换为目标呼叫转移业务的USSD指令(在显示界面仍显示无条件呼叫转移业务的USSD指令),终端在用户按拨号键后将开启目标呼叫转移业务的USSD指令发送给服务器,开启目标呼叫转移业务,此处不作限定。
此时,目标呼叫转移业务有多种可能,如目标呼叫转移业务可以是无应答呼叫转移业务或遇忙呼叫转移业务,此处不作限定,下面结合具体实施例作出详细介绍。
(1)目标呼叫转移业务是无应答呼叫转移业务,即所述终端预置了所述无条件呼叫转移业务时,所述无条件呼叫转移业务已被替换为无应答呼叫转移业务,在显示呼叫转移业务类型的界面仍显示为已开启所述无条件呼叫转移业务;
请参阅图4,本发明实施例中呼叫转移的方法的另一个实施例包括:
401、终端接收到携带电话号码的呼叫时,确定所述电话号码是否在预置的黑名单内;
本实施例中,所述终端预置了无条件呼叫转移业务,具体的,所述终端预置了所述无条件呼叫转移业务时,所述无条件呼叫转移业务已被替换为无应答呼叫转移业务,在显示呼叫转移业务类型的界面仍显示为已开启所述无条件呼叫转移业务。
具体的,终端在接收到用户开启无条件呼叫转移业务的指令时,实际开启无应答呼叫转移业务(即所述无条件呼叫转移业务已被替换为无应答呼叫转移业务),并在显示呼叫转移业务类型的界面仍显示为已开启所述无条件呼叫转移业务。具体过程可以是:终端接收用户在UI界面中选择无条件转移业务所触发的指令时,发送USSD指令“**61*目标号码#拨号键”给服务器开启无应答呼叫转移业务,还可以是:用户通过终端输入装置(如键盘或触屏)输入开启无条件呼叫转移业务的指令的USSD指令时,终端识别了用户输入的USSD指令后,自动将无条件呼叫转移的USSD指令转换为无应答呼叫转移的USSD指令(在显示界面仍显示无条件呼叫转移业务的USSD指令),终端在用户按拨号键后将开启无应答呼叫转移业务的USSD指令发送给服务器,开启无应答呼叫转移业务,此处不作限定。
终端在将转换后的USSD指令发送给服务器前还可以提示用户是否启用呼叫转移时黑名单拦截功能,提示的内容可以为:启用呼叫转移时黑名单拦截功能的好处以及可能产生的费用等。
本实施例中,终端接收到携带电话号码的呼叫时,确定所述电话号码是否在预置的黑名单内,该预置的黑名单可以是用户预先设置的黑名单,或从网络获取的黑名单等,此处不作限定。
402、若所述黑名单包含所述电话号码,所述终端向所述服务器发送挂机指令;
本实施例中,在呼叫携带的电话号码在预置的黑名单内时,终端执行第一呼叫转移策略,该第一呼叫转移策略具体为:向所述服务器发送挂机指令,该挂机指令触发所述服务器终止所述呼叫,例如,向服务器发送挂机指令“call rejected”,服务器接收到该挂机指令后终止所述呼叫。
由于本实施例中预置的所述无条件呼叫转移业务包括:开启的无应答呼叫转移业务,并在所述终端界面显示已开启无条件呼叫转移业务,即终端实际开通的无应答呼叫转移业务,由于无应答呼叫转移只有在设定时间内无响应时,发送无响应指令才会触发服务器转移所述呼叫,因此此处发送挂机指令并不会触发服务器将所述呼叫转移到预设的其他终端。
403、若所述黑名单不包含所述电话号码,所述终端向所述服务器发送无响应指令;
所述无响应指令触发所述服务器将所述呼叫转移到所述预设的其他终端;
本实施例中,预置有与所述第一呼叫转移策略不同的第二呼叫转移策略,终端在若所述黑名单不包含所述电话号码时,执行该第二呼叫转移策略,具体为:向所述服务器发送无响应指令,该无响应指令触发所述服务器将所述呼叫转移到预设的其他终端,例如,向服务器发送无响应指令“no user responding”,服务器接收到所述无响应指令后,将所述呼叫转移到预设的其他终端,可以理解的是,第二呼叫转移策略也可以是预先设定的其他呼叫转移策略,此处不作限定。
本实施例中,在黑名单不包含所述电话号码时,终端向所述服务器发送无响应指令,该无响应指令触发服务器进行无应答呼叫转移,将所述呼叫转移到预设的其他终端,此时即可实现正常白名单的无条件呼叫转移业务效果。
(2)目标呼叫转移业务是遇忙呼叫转移业务,即所述终端预置了所述无条件呼叫转移业务时,所述无条件呼叫转移业务已被替换为所述遇忙呼叫转移业务,在显示呼叫转移业务类型的界面仍显示为已开启所述无条件呼叫转移业务。
请参阅图5,本发明实施例中呼叫转移的方法的另一个实施例包括:

具体的,终端在接收用户开启无条件呼叫转移业务的指令时,实际开启遇忙呼叫转移业务(即所述无条件呼叫转移业务已被替换为遇忙呼叫转移业务),并在显示呼叫转移业务类型的界面仍显示为已开启所述无条件呼叫转移业务,具体过程可以是:终端接收用户在UI界面中选择无条件转移业务所触发的指令时,使用USSD指令“**67*目标号码#拨号键”开启遇忙呼叫转移业务,还可以是:用户通过终端输入装置(如键盘或触屏)输入开启无条件呼叫转移业务的指令的USSD指令时,终端识别了用户输入的USSD指令后,自动将无条件呼叫转移的USSD指令转换为遇忙呼叫转移业务的USSD指令(在显示界面 仍显示无条件呼叫转移业务的指令),终端在用户按拨号键后将开启遇忙呼叫转移业务的USSD指令发送给服务器,开启遇忙呼叫转移业务,此处不作限定。
本实施例中,终端在将转换后的USSD指令发送为服务器前还可以提示用户是否启用呼叫转移时黑名单拦截功能,提示的内容可以为:启用呼叫转移时黑名单拦截功能的好处以及可能产生的费用等。
本实施例中,终端接收到携带电话号码的呼叫时,确定所述电话号码是否在预置的黑名单内,该预置的黑名单可以是用户预先设置的黑名单,或从网络获取的黑名单等,此处不作限定。

可选的,在所述终端预置了所述遇忙呼叫转移业务时,所述处理模块602具体用于若所述黑名单包含所述电话号码,关闭所述遇忙呼叫转移业务,向所述服务器发送挂机指令,在所述呼叫终止后开启所述遇忙呼叫转移业务;若所述黑名单不包含所述电话号码,执行预置的与所述遇忙呼叫转移业务相对应的呼叫转移策略。

下面结合具体应用场景对本发明实施例中便携式电子设备进行描述,图7所示为根据本发明一个具体实施方式的便携式电子设备。所述便携式电子设备700包括输入单元、处理器单元、输出单元、通信单元、存储单元、外设接口以及电源。这些单元通过一条或多条总线进行通信。本领域技术人员可以理解,图中示出的便携式电子设备的结构并不构成对本发明的限定,它既可以是总线形结构,也可以是星型结构,还可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合 某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。在本发明实施方式中,所述便携式电子设备可以是任何移动或便携式终端,包括但不限于移动电话、移动电脑、平板电脑、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、媒体播放器、智能电视,以及上述两项或两项以上的组合等。
输入单元用于实现用户与便携式电子设备的交互和/或信息输入到便携式电子设备中。例如,输入单元可以接收用户输入的数字或字符信息,以产生与用户设置或功能控制有关的信号输入。在本发明具体实施方式中,输入单元可以是触控面板,也可以是其他人机交互界面,例如实体输入键、麦克风等,还可是其他外部信息撷取装置,例如摄像头等。触控面板,也称为触摸屏或触控屏,可收集用户在其上触摸或接近的操作动作。比如用户使用手指、触笔等任何适合的物体或附件在触控面板上或接近触控面板的位置的操作动作,并根据预先设定的程式驱动相应的连接装置。可选的,触控面板可包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。其中,触摸检测装置检测用户的触摸操作,并将检测到的触摸操作转换为电信号,以及将所述电信号传送给触摸控制器;触摸控制器从触摸检测装置上接收所述电信号,并将它转换成触点坐标,再送给处理器单元。所述触摸控制器还可以接收处理单元发来的命令并执行。此外,可以采用电阻式、电容式、红外线(Infrared)以及表面声波等多种类型实现触控面板。在本发明的其他实施方式中,输入单元所采用的实体输入键可以包括但不限于物理键盘、功能键(比如音量控制按键、开关按键等)、轨迹球、鼠标、操作杆等中的一种或多种。麦克风形式的输入单元可以收集用户或环境输入的语音并将其转换成电信号形式的、处理单元可执行的命令。
在本发明的其他一些实施方式中,所述输入单元还可以是各类传感器件,例如霍尔器件,用于侦测便携式电子设备的物理量,例如力、力矩、压力、应力、位置、位移、速度、加速度、角度、角速度、转数、转速以及工作状态发生变化的时间等,转变成电量来进行检测和控制。其他的一些传感器件还可以包括重力感应计、三轴加速计、陀螺仪、电子罗盘、环境光传感器、接近传感器、温度传感器、湿度传感器、压力传感器、心率传感器、指纹识别器等。
输出单元包括但不限于影像输出单元和声音输出单元。影像输出单元用于输出文字、图片和/或视频。所述影像输出单元可包括显示面板,例如采用LCD(Liquid Crystal Display,液晶显示器)、OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode, 有机发光二极管)、场发射显示器(英文全称:field emission display,缩写:FED)等形式来配置的显示面板。或者所述影像输出单元可以包括反射式显示器,例如电泳式(electrophoretic)显示器,或利用光干涉调变技术(Interferometric Modulation of Light)的显示器。所述影像输出单元可以包括单个显示器或不同尺寸的多个显示器。在本发明的具体实施方式中,上述输入单元所采用的触控面板亦可同时作为输出单元的显示面板。例如,当触控面板检测到在其上的触摸或接近的手势操作后,传送给处理单元以确定触摸事件的类型,随后处理单元根据触摸事件的类型在显示面板上提供相应的视觉输出。虽然在图7中,输入单元与输出单元是作为两个独立的部件来实现便携式电子设备的输入和输出功能,但是在某些实施例中,可以将触控面板与显示面板集成一体而实现便携式电子设备的输入和输出功能。例如,所述影像输出单元可以显示各种图形化用户接口(英文全称:Graphical User Interface,缩写:GUI)以作为虚拟控制组件,包括但不限于窗口、卷动轴、图标及剪贴簿,以供用户通过触控方式进行操作。
在本发明具体实施方式中,影像输出单元包括滤波器及放大器,用来将处理单元所输出的视频滤波及放大。音频输出单元包括数字模拟转换器,用来将处理单元所输出的音频信号从数字格式转换为模拟格式。
处理器单元为便携式电子设备的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个便携式电子设备的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储单元内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储单元内的数据,以执行便携式电子设备的各种功能和/或处理数据。所述系统控制模块可以由集成电路(英文全称:Integrated Circuit,缩写:IC)组成,例如可以由单颗封装的IC所组成,也可以由连接多颗相同功能或不同功能的封装IC而组成。举例来说,处理器单元可以仅包括中央处理器(英文全称:Central Processing Unit,缩写:CPU),也可以是GPU、数字信号处理器(英文全称:Digital Signal Processor,缩写:DSP)、及通信管理模块中的控制芯片(例如基带芯片)的组合。在本发明实施方式中,CPU可以是单运算核心,也可以包括多运算核心。
通信单元用于建立通信信道,使便携式电子设备通过所述通信信道与远端电子设备或服务器进行语音通信、文字通信、数据通信。所述通信单元可以包括无线局域网(英文全称:Wireless Local Area Network,缩写:WLAN)模块、 蓝牙模块、基带(Base Band)模块等通信模块,以及所述通信模块对应的射频(英文全称:Radio Frequency,缩写:RF)电路,用于进行无线局域网络通信、蓝牙通信、红外线通信及/或蜂窝式通信系统通信,例如宽带码分多重接入(英文全称:Wideband Code Division Multiple Access,缩写:WCDMA)及/或高速下行封包存取(英文全称:High Speed Downlink Packet Access,缩写:HSDPA)。所述通信模块用于控制便携式电子设备中的各组件的通信,并且可以支持直接内存存取(Direct Memory Access)。
在本发明的不同实施方式中,所述通信单元中的各种通信模块一般以集成电路芯片(Integrated Circuit Chip)的形式出现,并可进行选择性组合,而不必包括所有通信模块及对应的天线组。例如,所述通信单元可以仅包括基带芯片、射频芯片以及相应的天线以在一个蜂窝通信系统中提供通信功能。经由所述通信单元建立的无线通信连接,例如无线局域网接入或WCDMA接入,所述便携式电子设备可以连接至蜂窝网(Cellular Network)或因特网(Internet)。
射频电路用于信息收发或通话过程中接收和发送信号。例如,将基站的下行信息接收后,给处理单元处理;另外,将设计上行的数据发送给基站。通常,所述射频电路包括用于执行这些功能的公知电路,包括但不限于天线系统、射频收发机、一个或多个放大器、调谐器、一个或多个振荡器、数字信号处理器、编解码(Codec)芯片组、用户身份模块(SIM)卡、存储器等等。此外,射频电路还可以通过无线通信与网络和其他设备通信。所述无线通信可以使用任一通信标准或协议,包括但不限于GSM(Global System of Mobile communication,全球移动通讯系统)、GPRS(General Packet Radio Service,通用分组无线服务)、CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access,码分多址)、WCDMA(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access,宽带码分多址)、高速下行链路分组接入技术(High Speed Downlink Packet Access,HSDPA)、LTE(Long Term Evolution,长期演进)、电子邮件、SMS(Short Messaging Service,短消息服务)等。
存储单元可用于存储软件程序以及模块,处理器单元通过运行存储在存储单元的软件程序以及模块,从而执行便携式电子设备的各种功能应用以及实现数据处理。存储单元主要包括程序存储区和数据存储区,其中,程序存储区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序,比如声音播放程序、图像播放 程序等等;数据存储区可存储根据便携式电子设备的使用所创建的数据(比如音频数据、电话本等)等。在本发明具体实施方式中,存储单元可以包括易失性存储器,例如非挥发性动态随机存取内存(英文全称:Nonvolatile Random Access Memory,缩写:NVRAM)、相变化随机存取内存(英文全称:Phase Change RAM,缩写:PRAM)、磁阻式随机存取内存(英文全称:Magetoresistive RAM,缩写:MRAM)等,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、电子可擦除可编程只读存储器(英文全称:Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory,缩写:EEPROM)、闪存器件,例如反或闪存(NOR flash memory)或是反及闪存(NAND flash memory)。非易失存储器储存处理单元所执行的操作系统及应用程序。所述处理单元从所述非易失存储器加载运行程序与数据到内存并将数字内容储存于大量储存装置中。所述操作系统包括用于控制和管理常规系统任务,例如内存管理、存储设备控制、电源管理等,以及有助于各种软硬件之间通信的各种组件和/或驱动器。在本发明实施方式中,所述操作系统可以是Google公司的Android系统、Apple公司开发的iOS系统或Microsoft公司开发的Windows系统/Windows Phone系统等,或者是Vxworks这类的嵌入式操作系统。
所述应用程序包括安装在便携式电子设备上的任何应用,包括但不限于浏览器、电子邮件、即时消息服务、文字处理、键盘虚拟、窗口小部件(Widget)、加密、数字版权管理、语音识别、语音复制、定位(例如由全球定位系统提供的功能)、音乐播放等等。
本发明实施例中存储单元中包括处理模块和确定模块;

  1. 一种呼叫转移的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    终端接收到携带电话号码的呼叫时,确定所述电话号码是否在预置的黑名单内;
    若所述黑名单包含所述电话号码,所述终端执行预置的第一呼叫转移策略,所述第一呼叫转移策略中包括所述终端屏蔽或终止所述呼叫,且不触发服务器转移所述呼叫到预设的其他终端;
    若所述黑名单不包含所述电话号码,所述终端执行预置的第二呼叫转移策略;所述终端预置了遇忙呼叫转移业务或者无条件呼叫转移业务。

    所述终端预置了所述遇忙呼叫转移业务时,

    所述终端向所述服务器发送挂机指令;
    所述终端在所述呼叫终止后开启所述遇忙呼叫转移业务;
    所述终端执行预置的第二呼叫转移策略包括:
    所述终端执行预置的与所述遇忙呼叫转移业务相对应的呼叫转移策略。
  3. 根据权利1要求所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述终端预置了所述遇忙呼叫转移业务时,
    所述终端执行预置的第一呼叫转移策略包括:
    所述终端屏蔽所述呼叫;
    所述终端执行预置的第二呼叫转移策略包括:
    所述终端执行预置的与所述遇忙呼叫转移业务相对应的呼叫转移策略。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述终端预置了所述无条件呼叫转移业务时,所述无条件呼叫转移业务已被替换为无应答呼叫转移业务,在显示呼叫转移业务类型的界面仍显示为已开启所述无条件呼叫转移业务;
    所述终端执行预置的第一呼叫转移策略包括:
    所述终端向所述服务器发送挂机指令;
    所述终端执行预置的第二呼叫转移策略包括:
    所述终端向所述服务器发送无响应指令,所述无响应指令触发所述服务器将所述呼叫转移到所述预设的其他终端。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述终端预置了所述无条件呼叫转移业务时,所述无条件呼叫转移业务已被替换为所述遇忙呼叫转移业务,在显示呼叫转移业务类型的界面仍显示为已开启所述无条件呼叫转移业务;
    所述终端执行预置的第一呼叫转移策略包括:
    所述终端屏蔽所述呼叫;
    所述终端执行预置的第二呼叫转移策略包括:
    所述终端向所述服务器发送挂机指令,所述挂机指令触发所述服务器将所述呼叫转移到所述预设的其他终端。
  6. 一种终端,其特征在于,所述终端包括:
    确定模块,用于在终端接收到携带电话号码的呼叫时,确定所述电话号码是否在预置的黑名单内;
    处理模块,用于在所述黑名单包含所述电话号码时,执行预置的第一呼叫转移策略,所述第一呼叫转移策略中包括所述终端屏蔽或终止所述呼叫,且不触发服务器转移所述呼叫到预设的其他终端;在所述黑名单不包含所述电话号码时,执行预置的第二呼叫转移策略,所述终端预置了遇忙呼叫转移业务或者无条件呼叫转移业务。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的终端,其特征在于,在所述终端预置了所述遇忙呼叫转移业务时,所述处理模块具体用于若所述黑名单包含所述电话号码,关闭所述遇忙呼叫转移业务,向所述服务器发送挂机指令,在所述呼叫终止后开启所述遇忙呼叫转移业务;若所述黑名单不包含所述电话号码,执行预置的与所述遇忙呼叫转移业务相对应的呼叫转移策略。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的终端,其特征在于,在所述终端预置了所述遇忙呼叫转移业务时,所述处理模块具体用于若所述黑名单包含所述电话号码,屏蔽所述呼叫;若所述黑名单不包含所述电话号码,执行预置的与所述遇忙呼叫转移业务相对应的呼叫转移策略。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的终端,其特征在于,
    所述终端预置了所述无条件呼叫转移业务时,所述无条件呼叫转移业务已 被替换为无应答呼叫转移业务,在显示呼叫转移业务类型的界面仍显示为已开启所述无条件呼叫转移业务;
    所述处理模块具体用于若所述黑名单包含所述电话号码,向所述服务器发送挂机指令;若所述黑名单不包含所述电话号码,向所述服务器发送无响应指令,所述无响应指令触发所述服务器将所述呼叫转移到所述预设的其他终端。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的终端,其特征在于,
    所述终端预置了所述无条件呼叫转移业务时,所述无条件呼叫转移业务已被替换为所述遇忙呼叫转移业务,在显示呼叫转移业务类型的界面仍显示为已开启所述无条件呼叫转移业务;
    所述处理模块具体用于若所述黑名单包含所述电话号码,屏蔽所述呼叫;若所述黑名单不包含所述电话号码,向所述服务器发送挂机指令,所述挂机指令触发所述服务器将所述呼叫转移到所述预设的其他终端。
  11. 一种便携式电子设备,包括:
    显示器,其中,所述显示器包括触敏表面和显示屏;
    一个或多个处理器;
    存储器;以及
    一个或多个程序,其中所述一个或多个程序被存储在所述存储器中并被配置为被所述一个或多个处理器执行,所述一个或多个程序包括指令,所述指令用于:
    接收到携带电话号码的呼叫时,确定所述电话号码是否在预置的黑名单内;
    若所述黑名单包含所述电话号码,执行预置的第一呼叫转移策略,所述第一呼叫转移策略中包括所述终端屏蔽或终止所述呼叫,且不触发服务器转移所述呼叫到预设的其他设备;
    若所述黑名单不包含所述电话号码,执行预置的第二呼叫转移策略;所述便携式电子设备预置了遇忙呼叫转移业务或者无条件呼叫转移业务。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的便携式电子设备,其特征在于,
    所述便携式电子设备预置了所述遇忙呼叫转移业务时,
    所述执行预置的第一呼叫转移策略包括:
    关闭所述遇忙呼叫转移业务;
    向所述服务器发送挂机指令;
    在所述呼叫终止后开启所述遇忙呼叫转移业务;
    所述执行预置的第二呼叫转移策略包括:
    执行预置的与所述遇忙呼叫转移业务相对应的呼叫转移策略。
  13. 根据权利11要求所述的便携式电子设备,其特征在于,
    所述便携式电子设备预置了所述遇忙呼叫转移业务时,
    所述执行预置的第一呼叫转移策略包括:
    屏蔽所述呼叫;
    所述执行预置的第二呼叫转移策略包括:
    执行预置的与所述遇忙呼叫转移业务相对应的呼叫转移策略。
  14. 根据权利11要求所述的便携式电子设备,其特征在于,
    所述便携式电子设备预置了所述无条件呼叫转移业务时,所述无条件呼叫转移业务已被替换为无应答呼叫转移业务,在显示呼叫转移业务类型的界面仍显示为已开启所述无条件呼叫转移业务;
    所述执行预置的第一呼叫转移策略包括:
    向所述服务器发送挂机指令;
    所述执行预置的第二呼叫转移策略包括:
    向所述服务器发送无响应指令,所述无响应指令触发所述服务器将所述呼叫转移到所述预设的其他终端。
  15. 根据权利11要求所述的便携式电子设备,其特征在于,
    所述便携式电子设备预置了所述无条件呼叫转移业务时,所述无条件呼叫转移业务已被替换为所述遇忙呼叫转移业务,在显示呼叫转移业务类型的界面仍显示为已开启所述无条件呼叫转移业务;
    所述执行预置的第一呼叫转移策略包括:
    屏蔽所述呼叫;
    所述执行预置的第二呼叫转移策略包括:
    向所述服务器发送挂机指令,所述挂机指令触发所述服务器将所述呼叫转移到所述预设的其他终端。
