与现有技术相比,本发明利用带有3D全息投影模块的POS机读取消费者支付卡的识别码,并结合该消费者的消费内容生成了电子形式的支付订单并将支付订单发送到支付服务器,支付服务器将支付订单发送到消费者手机上进行验证,消费者验证通过后发送订单确认信息到支付服务器,同时输入指纹到POS机,POS机将读取的指纹数据发送到支付服务器,支付服务器接收到订单确认信息后还需对消费者输入的指纹进行验证,指纹验证通过后支付服务器向POS机返回与该消费者支付卡识别码绑定的消费者3D全息图像,POS机投影出该3D全息图像供商家对消费者身份进行审核,审核通过后支付服务器才对与消费者支付卡绑定的账号进行扣款操作。本发明通过多级审核,大大增强了支付安全性。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,本发明提供了一种基于3D全息投影进行身份认证的支付系统,该系统包括相互连接的POS机1及支付服务器2,支付服务器2可同时连接若干台POS机1。POS机1与支付服务器2之间的数据传输进行了加密处理,以保证数据的安全传输。
POS机1用于读取消费者支付卡的识别码,并结合该消费者的消费内容生成包含消费者支付卡的识别码及消费内容的支付订单,同时,将支付订单发送到支付服务器2。支付卡可以是一种集成有RFID电子标签或NFC标签的卡片,相应地,POS机1需要设置RFID读写模块或NFC读写模块对支付卡进行读取,消费者消费时就利用这张卡片进行支付。支付卡里存储有该支付卡的识别码,该识别码可被POS机1读取,用于识别该支付卡。支付时,消费者出示支付卡,商家POS机1对该支付卡进行读取识别,从而获取该支付卡的识别码,再结合当前该消费者的消费内容就可生成支付订单。该支付订单相当于在商场消费时的收银台打出的电脑小票,与电脑小票不同的是,该支付订单是电子数据形式的,其中包含了该消费者支付卡的识别码及消费内容等信息,该支付订单不会以纸质的形式打印出来提供给消费者审核,而是发送到支付服务器2。支付服务器2预存有支付卡识别码、消费者账号、消费者手机号码、消费者指纹数据、消费者3D全息图像等信息,消费者的账号、手机号码、指纹数据及3D全息图像与该消费者支付卡的识别码绑定。支付服务器2接收到POS机1发送的支付订单后,将该支付订单发送到与消费者支付卡的识别码绑定的手机等待消费者审核。支付服务器2可通过两种途径将支付订单发送到手机上,一种方式是通过短信的形式发送到手机上,另一种方式是在手机上安装相应的APP,支付服务器2通过移动互联网将支付订单发送到手机的APP上。消费者审核通过后,根据系统发送支付订单的方式的不同,可以选择回复短信或者在手机APP上对支付订单进行确认的方式将订单确认信息发送到支付服务器2,同时,消费者还需要输入指纹到POS机1,POS机1读取消费者输入的指纹,并将读取的指纹数据发送到支付服务器2。支付服务器2接收到订单确认信息后,还需要验证POS机1读取的指纹数据与消费者支付卡的识别码绑定的指纹数据是否匹配,相当于让消费者进行了两次确认,即手机确认和输入指纹确认,只有消费者同时执行了手机确认及输入指纹确认后,后续的支付步骤才能继续进行,提高了支付的安全性。当POS机1读取的指纹数据与消费者支付卡的识别码绑定的指纹数据匹配成功后,商家就可对与消费者支付卡的识别码绑定的账号进行扣款操作,从而完成支付过程。
为进一步提高支付的安全性,本系统加入了消费者3D全息图像验证环节。当POS机1读取的指纹数据与消费者支付卡的识别码绑定的指纹数据匹配成功后,支付服务器2向POS机1发送与消费者支付卡的识别码绑定的消费者3D全息图像,POS机1通过3D全息投影模块投影出该消费者的3D全息图像供商家审核当前消费者的身份,消费者身份审核通过后,商家才向支付服务器2输入支付命令,支付服务器2接收到支付命令后根据支付订单对与消费者支付卡的识别码绑定的账号进行扣款,从而完成支付。
本系统还提供了另外两种对消费者进行身份审核的方式:声音识别和照片识别。商家在通过3D全息投影的方式对消费者进行身份审核时,还可以辅助以声音识别或照片识别的方式对消费者进行身份审核,进一步提高了支付安全性。
声音识别:在支付服务器2中预存消费者声音数据,消费者的声音数据与该消费者支付卡的识别码绑定,POS机1上还设置录音模块。POS机1通过录音模块采集消费者的声音,并将采集的声音数据发送到支付服务器2,支付服务器2验证声音数据与消费者支付卡的识别码绑定的声音数据是否匹配,并向POS机1返回匹配结果,商家根据匹配结果审核当前消费者的身份。
照片识别:支付服务器2还预存有消费者备案照片,消费者的备案照片与该消费者支付卡的识别码绑定。支付服务器2向POS机1发送与消费者支付卡的识别码绑定的消费者备案照片,商家根据消费者备案照片审核当前消费者的身份。
本系统同时还提供有对支付时的支付现场进行存档的功能,可记录下支付的现场情况记录,以便后续出现支付问题时进行追查。对支付现场存档具体包括声音存档及图像存档。
声音存档:POS机1通过录音模块对支付现场进行录音,并将录音发送到支付服务器2存档。录音中应当包含消费者的声音及背景声音。
图像存档:POS机1通过摄像头对支付现场进行拍照,并将拍摄的照片发送到支付服务器2存档。拍摄的照片中应当包括消费者的照片及背景照片。
此外,还可以通过摄像头拍摄支付现场的有声视频,并将拍摄的有声视频发送到支付服务器2存档。同样的,有声视频中也应当包含消费者及现场背景。
支付卡可粘贴在消费者手机上,便于消费者随身携带,支付卡可以是预付卡或会员卡。支付服务器2中根据支付卡的识别码及其他资料信息(如消费者的姓名、国家地区等)建立有账号,如果支付卡是预付卡或会员卡,支付服务器2就可直接对其相应的账号进行扣款,消费者的指纹就是支付密码。预付卡和会员卡可以按照统一的行业标准制作、不同的商家可以互通使用,消费者或会员可管理自己的消费记录,发卡商家和会员之间还可进行互动,这种预付卡或会员卡应用在本发明的支付系统上具有很高安全性。
消费者可通过已安装App的手机输入支付卡识别码、姓名、身份证号码、银行卡号、预留电话号码及相关信息,并通过POS机1录入消费者指纹来绑定银行卡,通过认证绑定的银行卡信息及消费者个人信息将会加密保存在支付系统2中。在支付过程中,POS机1将读取到的支付卡识别码、消费者指纹和相关交易数据发送到支付系统2进行消费者身份审核和验证,审核通过后的消费者的个人和银行信息和交易数据一起发送到银行系统, 银行系统将接收到的信息与预存的该消费者的信息进行匹配,如果匹配成功,则将从消费者的银行账号扣除相应的款项。
图2示出了本发明基于3D全息投影进行身份认证的支付方法的流程,包括如下步骤:
POS机读取消费者支付卡的识别码,并结合该消费者的消费内容生成包含消费者支付卡的识别码及消费内容的支付订单,同时,将支付订单发送到支付服务器;POS机上设置有3D全息投影模块;支付服务器预存有支付卡识别码、消费者账号、消费者手机号码、消费者指纹数据、消费者3D全息图像;消费者的账号、手机号码、指纹数据及3D全息图像与该消费者支付卡的识别码绑定;
支付服务器将支付订单发送到与消费者支付卡的识别码绑定的手机等待消费者审核,消费者审核通过后通过其手机向支付服务器发送订单确认信息,同时,输入指纹到POS机;
POS机读取消费者审核通过后输入的指纹,并将读取的指纹数据发送到支付服务器;
支付服务器接收到订单确认信息后,验证POS机读取的指纹数据与消费者支付卡的识别码绑定的指纹数据是否匹配,并在指纹验证通过后向POS机发送与消费者支付卡的识别码绑定的消费者3D全息图像;
POS机通过3D全息投影模块投影出与消费者支付卡的识别码绑定的消费者3D全息图像供商家审核当前消费者的身份;消费者身份审核通过后,商家向支付服务器输入支付命令;
支付服务器接收到支付命令后根据支付订单对与消费者支付卡的识别码绑定的账号进行扣款。
POS机上还可设置录音模块,支付服务器还可预存消费者声音数据,并将消费者的声音数据与该消费者支付卡的识别码绑定。相应地,支付方法还可包括如下步骤:
POS机通过录音模块采集消费者的声音,并将采集的声音数据发送到支付服务器;支付服务器验证声音数据与消费者支付卡的识别码绑定的声音数据是否匹配,并向POS机返回匹配结果;商家还根据匹配结果审核当前消费者的身份。
支付服务器还可预存消费者备案照片,并将消费者的备案照片与该消费者支付卡的识别码绑定。相应地,支付方法还可包括如下步骤:
支付服务器向POS机发送与消费者支付卡的识别码绑定的消费者备案照片,商家还根据消费者备案照片审核当前消费者的身份。
POS机上还可设置摄像头,相应地,支付方法还可包括如下步骤:
POS机通过摄像头对支付现场进行拍照,并将拍摄的照片发送到支付服务器存档。
POS机还可通过录音模块对支付现场进行录音,并将录音发送到支付服务器存档。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种基于3D全息投影进行身份认证的支付方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    POS机读取消费者支付卡的识别码,并结合该消费者的消费内容生成支付订单,同时,将所述支付订单发送到支付服务器;所述POS机上设置有3D全息投影模块;所述支付服务器预存有支付卡识别码以及与所述支付卡识别码绑定的消费者账号、消费者手机号码、消费者指纹数据、消费者3D全息图像;
    所述支付服务器将所述支付订单发送到与所述消费者支付卡的识别码绑定的手机以等待消费者审核,并在消费者审核通过后接收消费者通过其手机发送的订单确认信息;
    POS机读取消费者审核通过后输入的指纹,并将读取的指纹数据发送到所述支付服务器;
    所述支付服务器接收到所述订单确认信息后,验证POS机读取的指纹数据与所述消费者支付卡的识别码绑定的指纹数据是否匹配,并在指纹验证通过后向所述POS机发送与所述消费者支付卡的识别码绑定的消费者3D全息图像;
    所述POS机通过所述3D全息投影模块投影出与所述消费者支付卡的识别码绑定的消费者3D全息图像,以供商家审核当前消费者的身份;
    所述支付服务器接收到商家输入的表示消费者身份审核通过的支付命令后,根据所述支付订单对与所述消费者支付卡的识别码绑定的账号进行扣款。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的基于3D全息投影进行身份认证的支付方法,其特征在于,所述POS机上还设置有录音模块;所述支付服务器还预存有消费者声音数据,消费者的声音数据与该消费者支付卡的识别码绑定;所述支付方法还包括如下步骤:
    所述POS机通过所述录音模块采集消费者的声音,并将采集的声音数据发送到所述支付服务器;
    所述支付服务器验证所述声音数据与所述消费者支付卡的识别码绑定的声音数据是否匹配,并向所述POS机返回匹配结果,以供商家审核当前消费者的身份。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的基于3D全息投影进行身份认证的支付方法,其特征在于,所述支付服务器还预存有消费者备案照片;消费者的备案照片与该消费者支付卡的识别码绑定;所述支付方法还包括如下步骤:
    所述支付服务器向所述POS机发送与所述消费者支付卡的识别码绑定的消费者备案照片,以供商家审核当前消费者的身份。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的基于3D全息投影进行身份认证的支付方法,其特征在于,所述POS机上还设置有摄像头;所述支付方法还包括如下步骤:
    所述POS机通过所述摄像头对支付现场进行拍照,并将拍摄的照片发送到所述支付服务器存档。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的基于3D全息投影进行身份认证的支付方法,其特征在于,所述POS机还通过所述录音模块对支付现场进行录音,并将录音发送到所述支付服务器存档。
  6. 一种基于3D全息投影进行身份认证的支付系统,其特征在于,包括:
    POS机,用于读取消费者支付卡的识别码,并结合该消费者的消费内容生成支付订单;所述POS机上设置有3D全息投影模块;
    支付服务器,其预存有支付卡识别码以及与所述支付卡识别码绑定的消费者账号、消费者手机号码、消费者指纹数据、消费者3D全息图像;
    所述支付服务器用于接收所述支付订单,并将所述支付订单发送到与所述消费者支付卡的识别码绑定的手机以等待消费者审核,并在消费者审核通过后接收消费者通过其手机发送的订单确认信息;
    所述POS机还用于读取消费者审核通过后输入的指纹,并将读取的指纹数据发送到所述支付服务器;
    所述支付服务器还用于在接收到所述订单确认信息后,验证POS机读取的指纹数据与所述消费者支付卡的识别码绑定的指纹数据是否匹配,并在指纹验证通过后向所述POS机发送与所述消费者支付卡的识别码绑定的消费者3D全息图像;
    所述POS机还用于通过所述3D全息投影模块投影出与所述消费者支付卡的识别码绑定的消费者3D全息图像,以供商家审核当前消费者的身份;
    所述支付服务器还用于在接收到商家输入的表示消费者身份审核通过的支付命令后,根据所述支付订单对与所述消费者支付卡的识别码绑定的账号进行扣款。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的基于3D全息投影进行身份认证的支付系统,其特征在于,所述POS机上还设置有录音模块;所述支付服务器还预存有消费者声音数据,消费者的声音数据与该消费者支付卡的识别码绑定;
    所述POS机还用于通过所述录音模块采集消费者的声音,并将采集的声音数据发送到所述支付服务器;
    所述支付服务器还用于验证所述声音数据与所述消费者支付卡的识别码绑定的声音数据是否匹配,并向所述POS机返回匹配结果,以供商家审核当前消费者的身份。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的基于3D全息投影进行身份认证的支付系统,其特征在于,所述支付服务器还预存有消费者备案照片;消费者的备案照片与该消费者支付卡的识别码绑定;所述支付服务器向所述POS机发送与所述消费者支付卡的识别码绑定的消费者备案照片,以供商家审核当前消费者的身份。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的基于3D全息投影进行身份认证的支付系统,其特征在于,所述POS机上还设置有摄像头;所述POS机还用于通过所述摄像头对支付现场进行拍照,并将拍摄的照片发送到所述支付服务器存档。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的基于3D全息投影进行身份认证的支付系统,其特征在于,所述POS机还通过所述录音模块对支付现场进行录音,并将录音发送到所述支付服务器存档。
