本发明实施例中,网络接入运营商接收到用户终端发送的第一业务请求后,对所述第一业务请求进行深度检测;基于第一业务的深度检测结果确定第一业务为设定类型的业务时,将第一业务请求转发至业务提供运营商,并启动对第一业务的计费;而当接收到业务提供运营商转发的用户终端的第二业务请求后,对所述第二业务请求进行深度检测;基于第二业务的深度检测结果,启动对第二业务的计费;并向与网络接入运营商连接的 第二业务请求对应的用户终端转发第二业务请求。本发明实施例中,网络接入运营商接收到业务请求后,对所接收的业务请求进行深度检测,当确定业务请求为OTT业务时,将对该OTT业务进行计费,并将根据计费信息向OTT业务运营商收取费用。本发明实施例通过对OTT业务进行计费,实现了OTT业务运营商与网络接入运营商之间的协作,从而为OTT业务提供更优质的服务,并不会增加用户造成费用上的负担,从而提升了用户体验。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
图1为本发明实施例一的基于OTT的网络侧计费方法的流程图,如图1所示,本示例的基于OTT的网络侧计费方法是以用户终端作为主叫为例进行说明的,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤101,网络接入运营商接收到用户终端发送的第一业务请求后,对所述第一业务请求进行深度检测;
本发明实施例中,第一业务请求为用户终端发起的OTT主叫业务,网 络接入运营商接收到用户终端发送的OTT主叫业务请求后,对该OTT主叫业务请求进行深度检测,以在确定其为OTT业务时,获取其计费信息,以便对当前的业务进行计费。
本发明实施例中,对OTT主叫业务请求进行深度检测包括:对OTT主叫业务请求进行网络电话(VoIP)的检测和计费信息采集,这些信息包括如通话开始时间、通话结束时间,通话使用的媒体成分如业务类型如Audio、Video等。
步骤102,基于所述第一业务的深度检测结果确定所述第一业务为设定类型的业务时,将所述第一业务请求转发至业务提供运营商,并启动对所述第一业务的计费。
当通过深度检测结果确定当前的业务为OTT业务时,将该业务请求转发至OTT业务运营商,由OTT业务运营商为业务请求的用户终端提供相应的呼叫业务。
本发明实施例中,所述OTT业务提供运营商向需提供业务的用户终端收取费用;

而当所述网络接入运营商确定OTT业务提供运营商资费不足、未签订付费协议时,拒绝将所述第一业务请求转发至业务提供运营商。即若OTT业务提供运营商不付费,将拒绝为用户终端提供通话业务。
图2为本发明实施例二的基于OTT的网络侧计费方法的流程图,如图 2所示,本示例的基于OTT的网络侧计费方法是以用户终端作为被叫为例进行说明的,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤201,网络接入运营商接收到业务提供运营商转发的用户终端的第二业务请求后,对所述第二业务请求进行深度检测。
本发明实施例中,第二业务请求为OTT业务运营商接收到其他用户终端发起的呼叫业务时,向被叫所在的网络接入运营商发送OTT呼叫业务;网络接入运营商接收到OTT业务运营商转发的OTT呼叫业务请求后,对该OTT呼叫业务请求进行深度检测,获取其计费信息,以便对当前的业务进行计费。

以下通过具体示例,进一步阐明本发明实施例的技术方案的实质。
针对目前的VoIP电话较为混乱的局面,本发明实施例以重新定义互联网接入运营商与VoIP服务提供商(OTT业务提供商)之间的关系,以期达到双赢共生的局面。
本发明实施例中,互联网接入运营商包括提供固网接入方式(ADSL、光纤等)、移动网(GPRS、3G、LTE等)、WLAN等接入方式的运营商;
VoIP服务提供商包括Skype、Google Voice或电信运营商提供的如飞信一类的服务。
本发明实施例中,用户向VoIP服务提供商(VoIP Service Provider)付费,付费的方式可以是计时收费、包月等形式;对于计时收费,可以是预付费或账单付费。用户不需要向互联网接入运营商(Internet Access Service Provider)提供互联网接入以外,如针对VoIP的费用;或独立计费。VoIP服务提供商(VoIP Service Provider)向互联网接入运营商(Internet Access Service Provider)针对VoIP使用付费,付费方式可以是针对某个用户的计时收费、包月等形式;或不按用户的收费(如整体包月)。主被叫VoIP服务提供商(VoIP Service Provider)之间的付费,付费方式可以是针对某个用户的计时收费、包月等形式;或不按用户的收费(如整体包月)。
本发明实施例中,互联网接入运营商(Internet Access Service Provider)可以使用深度包检测(DPI,Deep Packet Inspection)技术进行VoIP的检测和计费信息采集,如通话开始时间、通话结束时间,通话使用的媒体成分(类型,如Audio、Video)。
互联网接入运营商(Internet Access Service Provider)可以针对不同的媒体成分和属性,VoIP服务提供商(VoIP Service Provider)收费。
图3为本发明实施例三的基于OTT的网络侧计费方法的流程图,如图3所示,本示例的基于OTT的网络侧计费方法包括以下步骤:
1.UE1与运营商之间建立承载连接;
2.UE1发起OTT呼叫请求;
3.网络接入运营商1基于DPI检测OTT呼叫;

  1. 一种基于OTT的网络侧计费方法,所述方法包括:
    网络接入运营商接收到用户终端发送的第一业务请求后,对所述第一业务请求进行深度检测;
    基于所述第一业务的深度检测结果确定所述第一业务为设定类型的业务时,将所述第一业务请求转发至业务提供运营商,并启动对所述第一业务的计费。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    网络接入运营商接收到业务提供运营商转发的用户终端的第二业务请求后,对所述第二业务请求进行深度检测;
    基于所述第二业务的深度检测结果,启动对所述第二业务的计费;并向与所述网络接入运营商连接的所述第二业务请求对应的用户终端转发所述第二业务请求。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述业务提供运营商向需提供业务的用户终端收取费用;
    对应地,所述启动对所述第一业务的计费,包括:

  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述网络接入运营商向与所述网络接入运营商连接的所述第二业务请求对应的用户终端转发所述第二业务请求之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述网络接入运营商确定所述业务提供运营商资费不足、未签订付费协议时,拒绝向用户终端转发所述第二业务请求。

  11. 根据权利要求8或9所述的装置,其中,所述业务提供运营商向需提供业务的用户终端收取费用;
    对应地,所述第二计费单元,还配置为:
    获取所述第二业务的起始时刻和结束时刻,基于所述第二业务的服务时长,向所述业务提供运营商收取费用;或者,按设定时段向每一用户终端或所有用户终端收取费用。
  12. 根据权利要求8或9所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:第二确定单元,用于确定所述业务提供运营商是否资费不足、是否签订付费协议,在所述业务提供运营商资费不足、或未签订付费协议时,触发所述第一转发单元拒绝将所述第一业务请求转发至业务提供运营商。
  13. 根据权利要求8或9所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:第三确定单元,用于确定所述业务提供运营商是否资费不足、是否签订付费协议,在所述业务提供运营商资费不足、或未签订付费协议时,触发所述第二转发单元拒绝向用户终端转发所述第二业务请求。
  14. 根据权利要求8或9所述的装置,其中,所述设定类型的业务包 括过顶OTT呼叫业务;对应地,所述业务提供运营商为OTT运营商。
  15. 一种存储介质,所述存储介质中存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序配置为执行权利要求1至7任一项所述的基于OTT的网络侧计费方法。
