用户挂机(包括:主叫挂机、 被叫挂机)后, SSP向 SCP发送 0DISC0丽 ECT 消息, SCP向 0CS发 CCR Termina t ion ( CCR终止)消息, 上报最后使用量。 0CS 扣费并释放会话, 并向 SCP返回 CCA Termina t ion响应消息, SCP向 SSP返回 od i s connect响应消息, 会话结束。
比如用户 A发起呼叫用户 B, 0CS创建会 -活, 进行批价并在用户 A的账户上 进行预留, 如杲在用户 B未接通前, 用户 A主动挂机, 此时, SSP无消息上报给 SCP, SCP也就无法向 0CS发 CCR Terminat ion消息, 0CS上预留无法及时幹放。 SCP超时后 (例如, 15秒), 主动发 CCDIR消息查询 SSP, 才能获取状态, 才能 向 0CS上报 CCR Terminat ion消息。
在这超时时间 (例如, 15秒) 内, 用户 A再拨打其它用户, 由于话费余额 已被上个会话预留部分, 存在余额不足无法呼叫可能, 降低了接通率, 影响最 终用户的使用。
发明内容
本发明的实施例提供一种幹放资源的方法、 装置和系统, 能够解决 CDMA网 络的实时计费过程中, 用户连续拨号时资源被预留、 无法及时释放的问题。
为达到上述目的, 本发明的实施例采用如下技术方案:
一种锋放资源的方法, 包括:
根据本次会话信息查询预留记录;
根据所述查询结果判断是否存在预留记录;
如果存在预留记录, 根据预留记录中的预留信息判断是否存在冲突的会话; 如果存在冲突的会话 , 获取该冲突会话的预留信息, 根据该冲突会话的预 留信 , 释放对应的预留量;
如果不存在预留记录或者不存在冲突的会话或者释放掉对应的预留量之 后, 对本次会话进行预留, 存储本次会话的预留信息, 形成本次会话的预留记 录。
一种释放资源的装置, 包括:
查询模块, 用于 ^艮据本次会话信息查询预留记录;
处理模块, 用于根据所述查询模块查询的结果判断是否存在预留记录, 如 果存在预留记录, 根据预留记录中的预留信息判断是否存在冲突的会话, 如果 存在冲突的会话, 获取该冲突会话的预留信息, 根据该冲突会话的预留信息释 放对应的预留量;
预留模块, 用于所述的查询模块没有查询到预留记录, 或者所述处理模块 判断为不存在冲突的会话, 或者所述处理模块释放掉对应的预留量之后, 对本 次会话进行预留, 存储本次会话的预留信息, 形成本次会话的预留记录。
一种释放资源的系统, 包括释放资源的装置以及业务控制点:
所述的释放资源的装置, 用于在接收业务控制点发送的信用控制请求消息 后, 根据本次会话信息查询预留记录, 根据所述查询结杲判断是否存在预留记 录, 如果存在预留记录, 根据预留记录中的预留信息判断是否存在冲突的会话, 如果存在冲突的会话, 获取该冲突会话的预留信息, 并释放对应的预留量; 如 果不存在预留记录或者不存在冲突的会话或者幹放掉对应的预留量之后, 对本 次会话进行预留, 并存储本次会话的预留信息, 形成本次会话的预留记录; 所述的业务控制点, 用于在根据用户发起的会话向所述的释放资源的装置 发送信用控制请求消息, 根据所述的释放资源的装置返回的信用控制结果控制 本次会话。 本发明实施例提供的释放资源的方法、 装置和系统, 在本次会话预留前进 行冲突会话检测, 如果检测到冲突的会话, 就清除沖突会话的预留, 并对本次 会话进行预留, 存储本次会话的预留信息, 以备下个会话进行冲突会话检测。 本发明实施例提供的技术方案可以在用户连续拨号的情况下, 及时释放冲突会 话的预留, 使本次会话能够顺利接通, 提高了用户的接通率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明实施例释放资源的方法、 装置和系统进行详细描述。 如图 1 所示, 本发明实施例提供了一种释放资源的方法, 该方法可以包括 如下步骤:
101、 根据本次会话信息查询预留记录;
一个具体的例子中, 本次会话信息可以包括本次会话的用户标识, 根据本 次会话的用户标识来查询预留记录。 该步骤可以发生在如下场景下, 例如, 如 图 1所示, 此处以 CDMA网絡结构为例进行说明, 在其他网络结构中的 0CS具体 处理过程一样,在 0CS中,用户 A发起呼叫用户 B, SSP或 MSC( Mob i le Swi tching Center ,移动交换中心)向 SCP上报 ORREQ消息后, SCP向 0CS发送 CCR InU ial 消息, 0CS创建会话 1 ,进行批价并在用户 A的账户上预留,然后向 SCP返回 CCA Ini t ia l消息。 SCP向 SSP或 MSC下发 orreq消息, 用户 B振铃。 如果用户 B未 接通前, 用户 A主动挂机, 此时 SSP或 MSC无消息上 #艮给 SCP, SCP也就无法向 0CS发送 CCR Terminat ion消息, 0CS上对于会话 1的预留暂时无法释放。 如杲 用户 A立即拨打用户 C , SSP或 MSC又向 SCP上报 0RREQ消息, SCP向 0CS发 CCR Ini t ia l消息, 0CS创建会话 2 , 也就是本次会话, 此时 0SC进行冲突会话检测, 开始执行步骤 101,根据会话 2信息也就是本次会话信息查询 0CS中的预留记录, 因为会话 2是由用户 A拨打才创建的, 具体可以根据用户 A的标识来查询 0CS 中的预留记录。
102、 根据所述查询结果判断是否存在预留记录;
103、 如果存在预留记录, 根据预留记录中的预留信息判断是否存在冲突的 在一个具体的例子中, 所述的预留信息可以包括用户标识、 事件业务特征、 预留事务标识。 相应的该步驟具体可以为: 如果存在预留记录, 获取预留记录 中的事件业务特征, 则才艮据本次会话的事件业务特征和所获取的预留记录中的 事件业务特征判断是否存在冲突的会话。 具体的判断过程可以为: 如果本次会 话的事件业务特征和所获取的预留记录中的事件业务特征相同, 则判断存在冲 突的会话; 该判断过程也可以为: 根据本次会话的事件业务特征和所获取的预 留记录中的事件业务特征查询业务特征冲突表, 根据查询返回的结果确定是否 存在会话的冲突。 根据本次会话的事件业务特征和所获取的预留记录中的事件业务特征通过 查询事件业务特征冲突表(如下表 1 所示)来判断是否存在会话冲突, 具体的 可以是, 根据本次会话的事件业务特征和所获取的预留记录中的事件业务特征 查询事件业务特征冲突表, 根据返回的查询结果确定是否存在会话冲突。 所述 的事件业务特征指能区分计费事件的业务分类, 例如, 语音计费事件、 GPRS
( Genera l Packet Radio Service, 通用分组无线服务)计费事件、 SMS ( Short Mes saging Servi ce , 短消息业务)计费事件。 所述的事件业务特征冲突表可以 存储在 0CS中, 也可以由 0SC通过查询外部存储装置获取该事件业务特征冲突 表, 或者直接查询外部存储装置, 获取查询结果, 并根据该查询结果确定是否 会话冲突。 所述的事件业务特征冲突表用于描述事件业务特征间是否存在冲突, 每条冲突规则由已建立会话的事件业务特征、 本次会话的事件业务特征、 结果 三部分组成。 结杲有冲突和不冲突 2种。 示例如下表 1:

通过查询所述的事件业务特征冲突表, 如果返回结果为不存在沖突的会话, 则转步骤 105 , 如杲返回结杲为存在冲突的会话, 则转步骤 104;
需要说明的是, 在另一个具体的例子中, 当查询到多个预留记录时, 则该 步骤 103 的具体过程可以为: 获取第一条预留记录中的事件业务特征, 根据本 次会话的事件业务特征和所获取的预留记录中的事件业务特征判断是否存在冲 突。 具体判断过程与前述一样, 如果判断结果为不存在冲突的会话, 则判断当 前预留记录是否为最后一条预留记录, 如果不是最后一条预留记录, 徒取当前 预留记录的下一条预留记录, 根据本次会话的事件业务特征和所获取的该下一 条预留记录中的事件业务特征判断是否存在冲突的会话。 如杲不存在冲突的会 话, 则进一步获取下一条预留记录, 直到最后一条预留记录; 如杲存在冲突的 会话, 则转步骤 104。
104、 如果存在冲突的会话, 获取该冲突会话的预留信息, 并释放对应的预 留量;
如果查询返回的结果为冲突, 获取该冲突会话的预留信息, 根据该预留信 息中的预留事务标识释放对应的预留量。 例如, 在图 2所示的方案中, 0CS查询 到所述预留记录中存在冲突的会话 1, 则获取会话 1的预留信息, 根据预留信息 中的预留事务标识, 释放掉会话 1在用户 A帐户上的预留。
105、 如杲不存在预留记录或者不存在冲突的会话或者释放掉对应的预留量 之后, 对本次会话进行预留, 并存储本次会话的预留信息, 形成本次会话的预 留记录。
如果步骤 102判断不存在预留记录、 步骤 103判断不存在冲突的会话, 或 步骤 104释放掉对应的预留量之后, 0CS在用户帐户上对本次会话进行预留, 并 存储本次会话的预留信息, 形成本次会话的预留记录。
例如, 在如图 2所示的方案中, 0CS对会话 2的进行批价, 并在用户 A的帐 户上对会话 2进行预留, 0CS存储本次会话的预留信息, 包括用户 A的标识、 事 件业务特征和预留事务标识, 形成本次会话的预留记录。 之后向 SCP返回 CCA
Ini t ia l消息。
本发明提供的另一方法实施例中, 可以进一步包括: 接收 SCP 上报的 CCR Terminat ion消息。 具体可以是: 如图 2所示, SCP超时后 (例如, 15秒), 主 动发 CCDIR消息查询 SSP , SSP向 SCP返回 ccd i r响应消息, SCP获取会话 1的 状态, 向 OCS上报 CCR Termina t ion消息。
0CS释放会话 1 , 之后向 SCP返回 CCA Terminat i on消息。
本发明提供的另一方法实施例中, 可以进一步包括: 删除本次会话的预留 信息。 具体可以为, 在本次会话的第二个 CCR 消息处理流程中, 例如该第二个 CCR消息可以为首个 CCR Upda te消息或 CCR Termina t ion消息, 也就是步骤 105 之后, 0CS接收业务控制点发送的 CCR Termina t i on消息后, OCS删除本次会话 的预留信息。 这样在之后用户 A拨打其他用户, 0CS创建新会话时, 就不会检测 到存在冲突的会话; 也可以避免异常会话(例如那些发生过至少一次计费, 有 过 1次 CCR/CCA Update消息交互, 但无 CCR Termina t ion消息上 造成超时的 会话 )的预留信息被误清除, 因为这种预留信息需要保留由异常处理机制处理。 当会话发生过一次 CCR /CCA Upda te消息交互, 表明呼叫已建立, 已发生费用。 若该会话后续出现异常(例如, 无 CCR Terminat ion消息上 造成超时), 此会 话对应的预留应该由此会话本身釆用异常处理机制(例如, 超时处理)来释放。 也就是如果会话发生过一次 CCR /CCA Upda te消息交互后, 如果 0CS接收业务 控制点发送的 CCR Termina t ion 消息之后, 就删除该会话的预留信息; 如杲如 果会话发生过一次 CCR /CCA Update消息交互后, 0CS没有接收到业务控制点发 送的 CCR Termina t ion 消息, 该会话对应的预留应该由此会话本身采用异常处 理机制来释放。
本发明实施例提供的释放资源的方法, 在本次会话预留前进行冲突会话检 测, 如杲检测到冲突的会话, 就清除冲突会话的预留, 并对本次会话进行预留, 存储本次会话的预留信息, 以备下个会话进行冲突会话检测。 本发明实施例提 供的技术方案可以在用户连续拨号的情况下, 及时释放冲突会话的预留, 使本 次会话能够顺利接通, 提高了用户的满意率。
如图 3所示, 本发明实施例提供了一种释放资源的装置, 该装置包括查询 模块 301、 处理模块 302和预留模块 303。
例如在会话的首个消息 CCR Ini t ia l处理流程中, 查询模块 301根据本次 会话信息查询预留记录; 处理模块 302根据查询模块 301查询的结果判断是否 存在预留记录, 如杲存在预留记录, 4艮据预留记录中的预留信息判断是否存在 冲突的会话, 如果存在冲突的会话, 获取该冲突会话的预留信息, 根据该冲突 会话的预留信息释放对应的预留量; 预留模块 303用于所述查询模块 301没有 查询到预留记录, 或者所述处理模块 302判断为不存在冲突的会话, 或者所述 处理模块 302释放掉对应的预留量后, 对本次会话进行预留, 存储本次会话的 预留信息, 形成本次会话的预留记录。
在具体的例子中所述本次会话信息可以包括本次会话的用户标识, 所述查 询模块 301 具体用于根据本次会话的用户标识查询预留记录。 所述预留信息可 以包括事件业务特征, 所述处理模块 302具体用于根据本次会话的事件业务特 征和所获取的预留记录中的事件业务特征判断是否存在冲突的会话。
在另一释放资源的装置实施例中, 如图 4所示, 所述处理模块 302可以包 括查询子模块 304和处理子模块 305。
其中, 查询子模块 304 用于存在预留记录时, 获取预留记录中的事件业务 特征, 根据本次会话的事件业务特征和所获取的预留记录中的事件业务特征判 断是否存在冲突的会话。 具体的判断实现方式同上述方法实施例中的各种判断 方式。
所述的查询子模块 304 可以进一步在判断结果为不存在冲突的会话时, 则 进一步获取下一条预留记录进行判断, 直到最后一条预留记录。 处理子模块 305根据查询子模块 304的判断结杲为存在冲突时, 获取对应 的冲突会话的预留信息, 并释放所述冲突会话对应的预留量, 具体的可以为根 据预留信息中的预留事务标识锋放所述冲突会话对应的预留量。
预留模块 303在所述查询模块 301判断不存在预留记录后, 或在所述查询 子模块 304在判断结果为存在冲突的会话时, 或在所述处理子模块 305释放所 述沖突会话对应的预留量后, 对本次会话进行预留, 存储本次会话的预留信息, 形成本次会话的预留记录。
在另一释放资源的装置实施例中, 如图 5 所示, 在前述装置实施例的基础 上,该装置还可以进一步包括接收模块 306 ,删除模块 307。所述的接收模块 306 用于在预留模块 303形成本次会话的预留记录之后, 在会话的第二个 CCR消息 (例如可以为首个 CCR Upda te消息或 CCR Termina t ion消息 )流程中 , 接收业 务控制点发送的信用控制结束请求消息。
所述的删除模块 307 用于在接收模块 306 接收到业务控制点发送的 CCR Terminat ion消息后, 删除预留模块 303存储的本次会话的预留信息(例如包括 用户 A的标识、 事件业务特征和预留事务标识)。 在该实施例的基础上, 另一具 体的例子中, 还可以进一步包括发送模块 308用于在删除模块 307删除预留模 块 303存储的本次会话的预留信息后, 向所述业务控制点返回 CCA Termina t ion 消息。
需要说明的是, 以上释放资源的装置的实施方式中, 各功能模块的划分仅 是举例说明, 实际应用中可以根据需要, 比如相应硬件的配置要求或者软件的 实现的便利考虑, 而将上述功能分配由不同的功能模块完成, 即将所述的释放 资源的装置的内部结构划分成不同的功能模块, 以完成以上描述的全部或者部 分功能。 而且实际应用中, 本实施例中的相应的功能模块可以是由相应的硬件 实现, 也可以由现有的硬件装置执行相应的软件完成, 例如, 前述的查询模块 301可以为具有执行前述功能的硬件, 比如, 搜索器, 或者能够执行前述功能的 ¾_索处理装置或处理器, 处理模块 302 可以为能够执行前述功能的特定处理器
CPU, 也可以是能够执行相应计算机程序从而完成前述功能的一般处理器, 或者 相关硬件设备。
本发明实施例提供的释放资源的装置, 在本次会话预留前进行冲突会话检 测, 如果检测到冲突的会话, 就清除冲突会话的预留, 并对本次会话进行预留, 存储本次会话的预留信息, 以备下个会话进行冲突会话检测。 本发明实施例提 供的技术方案可以在用户连续拨号的情况下, 及时释放冲突会话的预留, 使本 次会话能够顺利接通, 提高了用户的满意率。
如图 6所示, 本发明实施例提供了一种释放资源的系统, 该系统包括: 释放资源的装置 601 ,用于在接收业务控制点 602发送的信用控制请求消息 后, 根据本次会话信息查询预留记录, 根据所述查询结果判断是否存在预留记 录, 如果存在预留记录, 根据预留记录中的预留信息判断是否存在冲突的会话, 如果存在冲突的会话, 获取该冲突会话的预留信息, 根据该冲突会话的预留信 息释放对应的预留量; 如果不存在预留记录或者不存在冲突的会话或者释放掉 对应的预留量之后, 对本次会话进行预留, 并存储本次会话的预留信息, 形成 本次会话的预留记录。
业务控制点 602, 用于在根据用户发起的会话向所述的释放资源的装置 601 发送信用控制请求消息, 根据所述的释放资源的装置 601 返回的信用控制结果 控制本次会话 (具体的根据信用控制结杲控制会话的过程参照本领域一般的控 制流程处理)。在一个具体的例子中所述的信用控制请求消息可以为 CCR Ini t ial 消息。 在另一个实施例中, 所述业务控制点 602 , 进一步用于向释放资源的装置
601发送 CCR Terminat ion消息; 所述释放资源的装置 601进一步用于在接收所 述业务控制点 602发送的 CCR Terminat ion消息后, 删除存储的本次会话的预 留信息之后; 在此实施例的基础上, 所述释放资源的装置 601 还可以进一步还 可以在删除存储的本次会话的预留信息之后向所述业务控制点 602 返回 CCA Terminat ion消息; 相应的, 业务控制点 602进一步还可以包括在所述释放资源 的装置 601删除存储的本次会话的预留信息之后,接收所述释放资源的装置 601 返回的信用控制结束响应消息。
以上各例子中, 所述的释放资源的装置 601可以为实时计费系统 0CS,或者 其他的计费处理装置。
需要说明的是, 上述释放资源的系统实施例中包括的释放资源的装置 601 可以为前述给出的释放资源的装置的各种实施例。
如图 7所示, 该系统中的释放资源的装置 601包括查询模块 301、处理模块 302和预留模块 303
其中在会话的首个消息 CCR Ini t ia l处理流程中, 查询模块 301根据本次 会话信息查询预留记录; 处理模块 302根据查询模块 301查询的结杲判断是否 存在预留记录, 如杲存在预留记录, 4艮据预留记录中的预留信息判断是否存在 沖突的会话, 如果存在冲突的会话, 获取该冲突会话的预留信息, 根据该冲突 会话的预留信息释放对应的预留量; 预留模块 303用于所述查询模块 301没有 查询到预留记录, 或者所述处理模块 302判断为不存在冲突的会话, 或者所述 处理模块 302释放掉对应的预留量后, 对本次会话进行预留, 存储本次会话的 预留信息, 形成本次会话的预留记录。
本发明实施例提供的释放资源的系统, 在本次会话预留前进行冲突会话检 测, 如果检测到冲突的会话, 就清除冲突会话的预留, 并对本次会话进行预留, 存储本次会话的预留信息, 以备下个会话进行冲突会话检测。 本发明实施例提 供的技术方案可以在用户连续拨号的情况下, 及时译放冲突会话的预留, 使本 次会话能够顺利接通, 提高了用户的满意率。

接收模块, 用于接收业务控制点发送的信用控制结束请求消息; 删除模块, 用于在接收模块接收到业务控制点发送的信用控制结束请求消 息后, 删除预留模块存储的本次会话的预留信息。
13、 一种释放资源的系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 释放资源的装置以及业务 控制点, 所述的释放资源的装置, 用于在接收业务控制点发送的信用控制请求消息 后, 根据本次会话信息查询预留记录, 根据所述查询结杲判断是否存在预留记 录, 如杲存在预留记录, 根据预留记录中的预留信息判断是否存在冲突的会话, 如果存在冲突的会话, 获取该冲突会话的预留信息, 根据该冲突会话的预留信 息释放对应的预留量; 如杲不存在预留记录或者不存在冲突的会话或者释放掉 对应的预留量之后, 对本次会话进行预留, 并存储本次会话的预留信息, 形成 本次会话的预留记录;
