- the long bone 10 combined with the bone screw 201 is towed together, and the long bone 10 and the sacrum 12 are fused as shown in FIG. 12.
- the adjusting screw 216 is rotated, the bone screw 201 does not rotate, so the bone screw 201 penetrates the long bone 10 and there is no fear of damaging the tissue outside the long bone 10.
- the traction amount of the bone screw 201 can be adjusted according to the rotation amount of the adjustment screw 216, the operator can flexibly respond to the condition of the patient during the surgery.
- the bone union device 230 the bone screw 201 is inserted into the bone body largely, the washer 232 is inserted into the bone body 201 is supported by the bone body, and the bone screw 201 is combined with the washer 232 and the adjusting screw 216 to adjust the interval of the bone screw 201 is made.
- the bone union device 200 may be made of a metal or alloy, for example, may be used titanium, which is harmless to the human body.
- the washer 232 has a through hole into which the other end of the shank 202 is inserted and has a larger cross-sectional area than that of the screw to be supported by the bone.
- the washer 232 includes a washer tube body in which the through hole is formed, and a flange portion 234 integral with the washer tube body and having a larger cross-sectional area than the washer tube body.
- the washer tube body is formed with a washer screw portion 238 protruding toward the washer tube body, so that the washer 232 is fixed to the bone body.
- the outer diameter of the washer screw portion 238 may be increased toward the flange portion 234, thereby increasing the contact area with the bone body to enable stable support.
- the washer 232 may be formed with a head seat on which the head 218 of the adjustment screw 216 is seated.
- a washer wrench groove 236 may be formed in the head seat to insert the washer screw part 238 into the bone by rotating the washer 232.
- one or more pinholes 240 are formed in the flange portion 234, and a fixing pin 242 is inserted into the pinhole 240 to be fixed to the bone.
- a fixing pin 242 is inserted into the pinhole 240 to be fixed to the bone.
- three fixing pins 242 are arranged at approximately 120 degree intervals. That is, since the washer 232 is fixed to the bone by screwing, the fixing pin 242 is used to prevent loosening due to rotation.
- cam wrench groove 154 head cutting surface
