Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un système pour négocier des transactions de données. Le procédé, selon la présente invention, comprend les étapes consistant à : recevoir, à partir d'un fabricant d'équipement d'objet, un élément de données qui peut être fourni à partir d'un équipement d'objet, et stocker l'élément de données dans une base de données ; fournir à un vendeur de données un élément de données qui est enregistré pour être vendu et peut être fourni à partir de l'équipement d'objet, en référence à la base de données, et recevoir, à partir du vendeur de données, un enregistrement de vente de données comprenant l'élément de données à vendre et le prix de vente ; recevoir, à partir d'un acheteur de données, un enregistrement d'achat de données comprenant un élément de données à acheter et le prix d'achat ; et entrer dans une transaction de données si l'enregistrement de vente de données et l'enregistrement d'achat de données satisfont des conditions de transaction de données. Le procédé peut en outre comprendre une étape consistant à réaliser un paiement par partage d'un prix de transaction de données convenu avec le vendeur de données et le fabricant de l'équipement d'objet sur la base d'un critère prédéterminé.
