背景技术
现有经股动脉介入手术完成后,多采用压迫止血法,其优点是不破坏血管结构,不用缝合填塞凝胶或胶原蛋白类的物体,缩短病人住院时间,动脉血管可以在短时间内多次重复穿刺使用。缺点是增加医务人员的工作劳动强度,病人24小时的床上制动严重影响了病人术后身体的恢复。而现有的止血装置采用的传统绷带需要复杂的捆绑过程,非专业人员无法操作,患者也不能轻微活动,否则止血装置会移位。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种股动脉双侧压迫止血装置,可以更稳定的对压迫止血点进行压迫,降低压迫止血的操作难度
调节灵活 病人舒适 同时为病人节省了医疗费用。
本发明的技术方案是:

本发明的裤式腹带采用一次性裤式腹带,在裤式腹带两侧臀上部及两侧腰部各加两条粘扣,在臀部后左右大腿根处各加两条带。两条带上都设有粘扣,其中一条采用弹力材料制成,为压迫止血带。另一条则为固定带。用来同时完成两侧股动脉穿刺后的压迫止血。股动脉双侧压迫止血装置采用叠加式压板,用来适合不同的肥胖病人,股动脉双侧压迫止血装置底座采用椭圆形中心点采用半圆球状以便找准血管出血点使出血点达到最大的压力,底座与第一压板之间用圆柱连接,第一压板为双锤头形,中间底部设有四个凸起来增加压板与压迫带之间的摩擦力从而达到稳定固定点的作用,双锤头上方各设有两个圆柱凸起。第二压板基本与第一压板相似,不同之处为在第二压板锤头下方各设两个凹槽用来连接第一压板。
斜粘扣的上端连接在一侧或两侧的胯部或者臀部上。
产品优点:1、本产品操作简单,只需一名医务人员即可完成全部操作,替代了目前手工按压30分钟的方法,同时可替代传统复杂绷带式固定压迫止血的方法,大大降低医务人员的劳动强度。
2、产品结构紧凑,固定牢靠,压迫点准确不易移动。患者在床上轻微活动不影响压迫点的位置和压力,解决了患者在制动期间的无法活动的不适,可缩短患者的制动时间。

第一卡接机构包括第一卡接凸起1-6和与第一卡接凸起1-6适配的第一卡槽2-3,第一卡接凸起1-6设在第一压板支腿1-4的顶部,第一卡槽2-3对应设在第二压板2的底部。
顶板1-2上侧面的四周竖向设有四个第一压板支腿1-4。也可以是在顶板1-2的两侧各设一个比较宽的支腿,同样也能实现目的。
顶板1-2上侧面上设有四个防止压迫固定带滑脱的防滑凸起1-5;均匀分布在压板1-2的上侧面上,用以防止压迫固定带的滑脱。
防滑凸起1-5位于穿刺点压迫固定带的穿过空间4底部,压迫板1-1的底面设有半球形凸起1-7或半椭圆球形凸起,用以对准出血点进行压迫。
如图4所示,第二压板2包括第二压板本体2-1和连接在第二压板本体2-1上侧的第二压板支腿2-2,第二压板支腿2-2为两个以上,第二压板支腿2-2上之间设有供裤式腹带的弹力压迫止血带穿过的压迫止血带穿过空间5。第二压板本体2-1的上侧面上也设有四个防止弹力压迫带滑脱的防滑凸起2-5。
第二压板2为叠加式压板,第二压板2的第二压板支腿2-2与相邻的第二压板本体2-1之间设有第二卡接机构。第二卡接机构包括第二卡接凸起2-4和第二卡槽2-3,第二压板支腿2-2上设有第二卡接凸起2-4,第二压板本体2-1上对应设有第二卡槽2-3。可根据需要叠放多个第二压板2,在最顶部的第二压板2的压迫止血带穿过空间5,提拉压迫止血带加压在第二压板2上,使第二压板2向下压紧第一压板1。
如图5所示,裤式腹带3包括穿刺点压迫固定带3-1和有弹性的穿刺点弹力压迫带3-2,同时设有粘扣,裤式腹带包括环形的腹部固定带部分3-3和两个腿部固定带部分3-4,腹部固定带部分3-3和两个腿部固定带部分3-4一体连接,腹部固定带部分3-3设有腹部粘扣,腿部固定带部分3-4设有腿部粘扣。
腹部固定带部分3-3包括臀部部分3-5和位于外侧的胯部部分3-6,同时设有粘扣。
穿刺点压迫固定带3-1和穿刺点弹力压迫带3-2斜向连接在腹部固定带部分3-3和两个腿部固定带部分3-4之间。具体为:穿刺点压迫固定带3-1和穿刺点弹力压迫带3-2的下端均连接在腿部固定带部分3-4的后侧位置,穿刺点压迫固定带3-1和穿刺点弹力压迫带3-2的上端粘扣连接在臀部粘扣部分3-5或胯部粘扣部分3-6。
本产品使用方法:
1、在病号手术前,先将裤式腹带平铺在手术床上,患者平躺在裤式腹带上,患者臀部位于裤式腹带中心位置。
2、介入手术完成后,先将两腿部固定带固定,然后固定腹部固定带。固定好后,操作人员确认足背动脉搏动正常,将动静脉鞘退出2cm,然后确认动静脉穿刺点,用无菌纱布覆盖。取出压迫装置,找准压迫点按压,将压迫固定带穿过第一压板加压固定于臀部后方的粘扣处,拔除动静脉鞘,将第二压板扣在第一压板上然后将弹力压迫止血带穿过第二压板加压固定于臀部后方的粘扣处。检查足背动脉搏动,应为略减弱不消失。
3、压迫30分钟后左手按压穿刺点,右手将第一压板和第二压板压迫装置取下。之后用医用纱布叠加压在出血点处,然后将穿刺点压迫固定带加压与纱布块之上,固定与臀部后方的粘扣处。
将穿刺点弹力压迫带重叠压在固定带上加压固定于臀部后方的粘扣处。操作者依照上述方法重复进行另一侧股动脉压迫止血,同时完成双侧股动脉压迫止血操作。
Claims (10)
- 股动脉双侧压迫止血装置,其特征在于:包括第一压板、第二压板和腹带,腹带包括一个以上的固定带和一个以上的有弹性的压迫止血带,第二压板位于第一压板的上方,第二压板为一个以上,第一压板包括位于第一压板的底端的压迫板和位于第一压板上部的顶板,所述顶板上侧面上竖向设有第一压板支腿,所述第一压板支腿之间设有供腹带的固定带穿过的固定带穿过空间,所述第一压板支腿与第二压板之间设有第一卡接机构,所述第一压板支腿与第二压板之间通过第一卡接机构卡接连接;所述顶板上侧面上设有防止腹带滑脱的防滑凸起;所述压迫板的底面设有半球形凸起或半椭圆球形凸起。
- 根据权利要求1所述的股动脉双侧压迫止血装置,其特征在于:第二压板包括第二压板本体和连接在第二压板本体上侧的第二压板支腿,第二压板支腿为两个以上,第二压板支腿上之间设有供腹带的压迫止血带穿过的压迫止血带穿过空间。
- 根据权利要求2所述的股动脉双侧压迫止血装置,其特征在于:第二压板为叠加式压板,第二压板的第二压板支腿与相邻的第二压板本体之间设有第二卡接机构。
- 根据权利要求3所述的股动脉双侧压迫止血装置,其特征在于:第二卡接机构包括第二卡接凸起和第二卡槽,第二压板支腿上设有第二卡接凸起或第二卡槽,第二压板本体上对应设有第二卡槽或第二卡接凸起。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的股动脉双侧压迫止血装置,其特征在于:所述第一卡接机构包括第一卡接凸起和与第一卡接凸起适配的第一卡槽,所述第一卡接凸起设在第一压板支腿的顶部或第二压板的底部,第一卡槽对应设在第二压板的底部或第一压板支腿的顶部。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的股动脉双侧压迫止血装置,其特征在于:所述顶板上侧面的四周竖向设有四个第一压板支腿。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的股动脉双侧压迫止血装置,其特征在于:防滑凸起的数量为四个且均匀分布在顶板的上侧面上。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的股动脉双侧压迫止血装置,其特征在于:所述腹带包括环形的腹部部分和两个腿部部分,腹部部分和两个腿部部分一体连接,所述固定带和压迫止血带斜向连接在腹部部分和两个腿部部分之间。
- 根据权利要求8所述的股动脉双侧压迫止血装置,其特征在于:腹部部分设有腹部粘扣,腿部部分设有腿部粘扣。
- 根据权利要求8所述的股动脉双侧压迫止血装置,其特征在于:腹部部分包括臀部部分和位于外侧的胯部部分,单侧的固定带和压迫止血带的一端均固定连接在该侧的腿部部分的后侧位置,该侧的固定带和压迫止血带的另一端通过粘扣连接在该侧的臀部部分或胯部部分。
