Description

一种产品特性推送的方法以及移动终端 技术领域
本发明属于移动终端技术领域,尤其是涉及一种产品特性推送的方法以及移动终端。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要,其中主要包括著作权(版权)、商标权和专利权,这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是,专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如:一个培训教材或者一部电影里面,会明确的将“版权归特定人所有”的字样告知给用户;商标也以其显著的字或图的特征,在与其他标样区别的同时,也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然,除了如“滑动解锁”等有限几个专利外,用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请(名为《一种按照电子书籍内容匹配广告的方法以及移动终端》),让该本人的专利申请价值最大化,特提 出一个解决办法。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种产品特性推送的方法以及移动终端,目的在于根据用户选择的电子书,匹配与之内容相符的广告,并将此特性提醒用户。
本发明是这样实现的:一种产品特性推送的方法,包括以下步骤:
存储预设的电子书籍与分类标签匹配表;
存储预设的广告内容与分类标签匹配表;
根据用户选择的电子书籍,插入与所述电子书籍具有相同标签的广告,并推送产品特性。
进一步地,所述方法还包括如下步骤:
存储预设的,与书籍内容相匹配的广告的插入顺序和持续时间;
根据用户选择的电子书籍,按照预设广告的插入顺序和持续时间,插入并显示与所述电子书籍具有相同标签的广告,并推送产品特性。
本发明还提供了一种移动终端,该移动终端包括:
第一存储单元,用于存储预设的电子书籍与分类标签匹配表;
第二存储单元,用于存储预设的广告内容与分类标签匹配表;
匹配单元,分别与所述的第一存储单元和第二存储单元相连,用于根据用户选择的电子书籍,匹配具有相同标签的广告;
广告插入单元,与匹配单元相连,用于插入广告并推送产品特性。
进一步地,所述移动终端还包括:
第三存储单元,用于存储预设的,与书籍内容相匹配的广告插入顺序和广告持续时间;
第二匹配单元,分别与所述第一存储单元、第二存储单元,第三存储单元的输出端连接,用于根据用户选择的电子书籍,匹配广告的插入顺序和持续时间;
广告插入单元,与第二匹配单元相连,用于按照预设广告的插入顺序和持续时间,插入并显示与所述电子书籍具有相同标签的广告并推送产品特性。
在本发明中,用户可以将产品特性与专利权/申请人相结合,从而使该发明创造的价值最大化。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
图1示出了本发明实施例提供的产品特性推送的方法的流程示意图,为了便于说明,只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤S101中,存储预设的电子书籍与分类标签匹配表。所述匹配表可以根据程序自动生成,也可以由内容提供商/平台提供商自定义生成,作为其中 的一个实施例,所述“电子书籍与分类标签匹配表”,可以表现如下:
电子书籍 分类标签
十万个为什么 适合儿童类
凡人修仙传 适合中青年
糖尿病的预防与治疗 适合老年人
在步骤S102中,存储预设的广告内容与分类标签匹配表;所述匹配表可以根据程序自动生成,也可以由内容提供商/平台提供商自定义生成,作为其中的一个实施例,所述“广告内容与分类标签匹配表”,可以表现如下:
广告内容 分类标签
蒙羊酸酸乳广告 适合儿童类
网络游戏广告 适合中青年
脑黄金广告 适合老年人
在步骤S103中,根据用户选择的电子书籍,插入与所述电子书籍具有相同标签的广告并推送产品特性。以上述实施例为例,当用户选择的书籍是《十万个为什么》时,系统播放与该视频具有相同标签(“适合儿童类”)的广告,如蒙羊酸酸乳广告等。由于看《十万个为什么》的主要观众是儿童,同时这个群体也是蒙羊酸酸乳的主要购买者,在这种情况下,确保了广告投放的精准度。
此外,所述产品特性包括但不限于:该技术的专利申请状态,该技术的专利申请/权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述产品特性是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请的授权与否,向用户动态推送:正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述产品特性是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请权/专利权的转让情况,向用 户动态推送:该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述产品特性的推送方式,可以采取小框推送、语音推送等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
需要说明的是,步骤S101、S102并无绝对的先后关系,二者可以任意顺序存储。
图2示出了本发明实施例提供的另一种产品特性推送的方法的流程示意图,所述方法还包括:
在步骤S201中存储预设的,与书籍内容相匹配的广告插入顺序和广告持续时间;所述匹配表可以根据程序自动生成,也可以由内容提供商/平台提供商自定义生成,作为其中的一个实施例,所述匹配表,可以表现如下:

在步骤S202中根据用户选择的电子书籍,按照预设的广告插入顺序和广告持续时间,插入并显示与所述电子书籍具有相同标签的广告,并推送产品特性。在该步骤中,使得内容提供商/平台提供商可以根据商家的广告费用来灵活的安排广告出现的顺序和持续的时间。
需要说明的是,步骤S101、S102、S201并无绝对的先后关系,三者可以任意顺序存储。
图3是本发明实施例提供的移动终端的结构示意图,该移动终端包括:
第一存储单元301,用于存储预设的电子书籍与分类标签匹配表;
第二存储单元302,用于存储预设的广告内容与分类标签匹配表;
匹配单元303,分别与所述的第一存储单元301和第二存储单元302相连,用于根据用户选择的电子书籍,匹配具有相同标签的广告;
广告插入单元304,与匹配单元303相连,用于插入广告,并推送产品特性。
其工作原理是:系统用不同的存储单元先后存储了“电子书籍与分类标签匹配表”以及“广告内容与分类标签匹配表”。当用户选择某一电子书籍时,匹配单元303将用户点选的电子书籍与具有相同标签的广告相匹配,广告插入单元304则根据匹配关系,插入相应广告,并推送产品特性。
图4是本发明实施例提供的另一种移动终端的结构示意图,该移动终端还包括:
第三存储单元401,用于存储预设的,与书籍内容相匹配的广告的插入顺序和持续时间;
第二匹配单元402,分别与所述第一存储单元301、第二存储单元302,第三存储单元401的输出端连接,用于根据用户选择的电子书籍,匹配广告的插入顺序和持续时间;
广告播放单元304,与第二匹配单元402连接,用于播放广告,并推送产品特性。
其工作原理是:系统用不同的存储单元分别存储了“电子书籍与分类标签匹配表”、“广告内容与分类标签匹配表”以及“电子书籍与相应的广告的插入顺序和持续时间的匹配关系”。当用户点选某一电子书籍时,第二匹配单元402将用户点选的电子书籍与具有相同标签的广告相匹配,并同时匹配广告的插入顺序和持续时间,广告插入单元304则根据匹配关系,插入相应广告,并推送产品特性。
通过该方法,用户可以将产品特性与专利权/申请人的相关信息相结合,从而使该发明创造的价值最大化。

  1. 一种产品特性推送的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
    存储预设的电子书籍与分类标签匹配表;
    存储预设的广告内容与分类标签匹配表;
    根据用户选择的电子书籍,插入与所述电子书籍具有相同标签的广告,并推送产品特性。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的产品特性推送的方法,其特征在于,
    所述方法还包括如下步骤:
    存储预设的,与书籍内容相匹配的广告的插入顺序和持续时间;
    根据用户选择的电子书籍,按照预设广告的插入顺序和持续时间,插入并显示与所述电子书籍具有相同标签的广告,并推送产品特性。
  3. 一种移动终端,其特征在于,所述移动终端包括:
    第一存储单元,用于存储预设的电子书籍与分类标签匹配表;
    第二存储单元,用于存储预设的广告内容与分类标签匹配表;
    匹配单元,分别与所述的第一存储单元和第二存储单元相连,用于根据用户选择的电子书籍,匹配具有相同标签的广告;
    广告插入单元,与匹配单元相连,用于插入广告并推送产品特性。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述移动终端还包括:
    第三存储单元,用于存储预设的,与书籍内容相匹配广告的插入顺序和持续时间;
    第二匹配单元,分别与所述第一存储单元、第二存储单元,第三存储单元的输出端连接,用于根据用户选择的电子书籍,匹配广告的插入顺序和持续时间;
    广告插入单元,与第二匹配单元相连,用于按照预设的广告插入顺序和广告持续时间,插入并显示与所述电子书籍具有相同标签的广告并推送产品特性。
