Abstract

本发明实施例提供一种用于数据预加载的可视化呈现的方法和设备,该方法包括:获取数字媒体内容的当前播放进度;根据该当前播放进度,在该数字媒体内容的播放器的进度条上呈现第一图标,该第一图标将该进度条分割成已播放部分和未播放部分;确定用于指示该数字媒体内容的数据预加载速度的参数;根据该参数,在该进度条的未播放部分呈现至少一个数据点,以指示该数据预加载速度。本发明实施例提供的用于数据预加载的可视化呈现的方法和设备,通过获取用于指示数据预加载速度的参数,并根据该参数呈现至少一个数据点,能够实现数据预加载的可视化呈现,使得用户可以感知到数据预加载速度,能够有效提高用户体验。

Description

用于数据预加载的可视化呈现的方法和设备
本申请要求于2015年1月23日提交中国专利局、申请号为201510037273.8、发明名称为“用于数据预加载的可视化呈现的方法和设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明实施例涉及多媒体领域,并且更具体地,涉及一种用于数据预加载的可视化呈现的方法和设备。
背景技术
目前,用户可以通过各种电子设备观看各种不同的数字媒体内容,例如影视剧、视频音乐或电子书籍等,但是由于网络带宽的限制,有时用户在观看媒体内容的时候,会因为网速慢而不得不进行缓冲等待。为了减少缓冲等待的时间,当前技术采用预先加载未播放的数字媒体内容的手段,预先将未播放的媒体内容存储在系统中,以便后续顺利播放,并通过加载进度条来呈现预先加载的数据量。但是,用户通过该加载进度条只能感知到总的加载量,不容易感知到加载速度,从而无法做出例如继续观看还是稍后观看的决定,用户体验较差。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种用于数据预加载的可视化呈现的方法和设备,能够呈现数据预加载速度,能够提高用户体验。
第一方面,提供了一种用于数据预加载的可视化呈现的方法,其特征在于,包括:
获取数字媒体内容的当前播放进度;
根据该当前播放进度,在该数字媒体内容的播放器的进度条上呈现第一图标,该第一图标将该进度条分割成已播放部分和未播放部分;
确定用于指示该数字媒体内容的数据预加载速度的参数;
根据该参数,在该进度条的未播放部分呈现至少一个数据点,以指示该数据预加载速度。

图1示出了本发明实施例的用于数据预加载的可视化呈现的方法100, 该方法100包括:
S110,获取数字媒体内容的当前播放进度;
S120,根据该当前播放进度,在该数字媒体内容的播放器的进度条上呈现第一图标,该第一图标将该进度条分割成已播放部分和未播放部分;
S130,确定用于指示该数字媒体内容的数据预加载速度的参数;
S140,根据该参数,在该进度条的未播放部分呈现至少一个数据点,以指示该数据预加载速度。
在本发明实施例提供的用于数据预加载的可视化呈现的方法中,通过获取用于指示数据预加载速度的参数,并根据该参数呈现至少一个数据点,能够使得用户感知到当前数据加载的快慢,有助于用户做出下一步决定,例如继续观看或者稍后观看,从而能够有效提高用户体验。
本发明实施例中涉及的数字媒体内容包括但不限于,视频、音频和电子书籍。
在S110中,获取数字媒体内容的当前播放进度,具体地,该当前播放进度指的是,数字媒体内容的当前帧在数字媒体内容的整个长度中的位置,该当前帧之前为已播放内容,该当前帧之后为未播放内容。
应理解,该当前播放进度所表示的内容不一定是用户实际观看的内容,例如其中可能存在用户通过快进、快退或拖动进度条等方式播放的内容。
在S120中,根据数据媒体内容的当前播放进度,在数字媒体内容的播放器的进度条上呈现用于把进度条分割为已播放部分和未播放部分的第一图标。其中,数字媒体内容的播放器的进度条用于指示数字媒体内容的已播放进度和未播放进度。
具体地,如图2(a)所示,P1为该数字媒体内容的当前播放进度,在位置P1呈现第一图标,从而将进度条分割为已播放部分和未播放部分。
在S130中,确定用于指示该数字媒体内容的数据预加载速度的参数,具体地,该参数可以为该数字媒体内容的未播放部分在单位时间内的加载数据量,也可以为加载单位数据量所需的时间,本发明实施例对此不作限制。
应理解,本发明实施例中涉及的数据预加载速度不完全等同于网络速度,具体地,可以根据当前网络速度(或网络带宽),获取数字媒体内容当前的数据预加载速度。
S140,根据该参数,在该进度条的未播放部分呈现至少一个数据点,以 指示该数据预加载速度。具体地,该至少一个数据点在未播放部分的呈现方式,可以指示该用于指示数据预加载速度的参数。
在本发明实施例中,通过获取到的用于指示数据预加载速度的参数的类型不同,例如单位时间内的加载量和加载单位数据量所需的时间,该至少一个数据点在进度条的未播放部分可以有不同的呈现方式。
可选地,在本发明实施例,该参数为单位时间内预加载的数据量,
S140根据该参数,在该进度条的未播放部分呈现至少一个数据点,包括:

应理解,该数据点可以是各种形状,例如圆形,方形或其他形状,本发明实施例对此不作限定。
可选地,在本发明实施中,该至少一个数据点在该进度条的未播放部分等间距排列。
具体地,每隔一个单位时间,在进度条的未播放部分呈现一个数据点,该数据点用于指示该单位时间内预加载的数据量。
如图2(a)所示,在进度条的未播放部分上呈现M个数据点,每个数据点的大小表示该数据点对应的单位时间内的预加载的数据量的大小,且相邻数据点之间的绝对距离相等,即数据点心之间的距离等距,图2(a)中作为示例而非限制,M为6。
可选地,在本发明实施例,该参数为加载单位数据量所需的时间,
S140根据该参数,在该进度条的未播放部分呈现至少一个数据点,包括:

具体地,加载单位数据量所需的时间越短,相邻数据点之间的距离越窄,反之亦然。
可选地,在本发明实施例,该至少一个数据点的大小相等。
具体地,该至少一个数据点中每个数据点的大小代表单位数据量。
具体地,如图2(b)所示,在进度条的未播放部分上呈现N个数据点,相邻两个数据点之间的绝对距离(数据点心之间的距离)不完全相同,每个数据点的大小相同,图2(b)中作为示例而非限制,N为6。
应理解,在S141中(如图2(b)所示),可以看作是,获取单位时间内的预加载的数据量,并且等时间间隔(该单位时间)地在进度条的未播放部分呈现至少一个数据点,其每个数据点的大小表示对应的时间间隔内的预加载的数据量的大小。而在S142中(如图2(b)所示),可以看作是,获取加载单位数据量所需的时间,即每加载单位数据量,测量一个持续时间。并且每加载完一个单位数据量,呈现一个数据点,以此类推,最终呈现的该至少一个数据点中,相邻数据点之间的距离就指示了对应的单位数据量在加载时所持续的时间长短。S141和S142中描述的两种数据点的呈现方法均可以让用户能够感知到某一段时间内的数据预加载速度。
在本发明实施例中,在进度条的未播放部分上呈现的该至少一个数据点,可以是静态的,也可以是动态的,本发明实施例对此不作限定。
在数字媒体内容播放过程中,对于未播放的内容可以进行预先数据加载,且系统将预先加载的内容暂存于系统中。
可选地,在本发明实施中,该数字媒体内容的进度条的未播放部分还呈现有预加载进度条,
该方法100还包括:
S150,在该进度条的未播放部分呈现该至少一个数据点依次从右向左汇入该预加载进度条。
具体地,预加载进度条用于指示预加载进度,该预加载进度指的是,该预先数据加载在数字媒体内容的整个长度中的位置。
具体地,如图2(c)所示,进度条的未播放部分呈现有预加载进度条,且该至少一个数据点从进度条的未播放部分的右端依次移动到该预加载进度条的右端,并依次汇入该预加载进度条,相当于,随着数据点的汇入,该预加载进度条相应变长,该增长的长度对应于汇入的数据点的大小。换句话说,随着数据点汇入到预加载进度条,该预加载进度条不断更新变长。

该第三图标具体地可以是播放器的播放控制图标,如图2(d)所示,在当前播放位置上呈现有播放控制图标,且该播放控制图标可以根据数据预加载速度,从中心点进行旋转,旋转的速度对应于该预加载速度。具体地,单位时间内加载的数据量,该数据量越大,该播放控制图标旋转越快,反之则越慢。进一步地,该播放控制图标还可以随着旋转速度的快慢呈现不同色彩的变化。
进一步地,根据单位时间内预加载的数据量大小,进步条的已播放部分也呈现不同的粗细,如图2(d)所示,单位时间内预加载的数据量越大,则进度条越粗,反之则越细。
当用户在观看数字媒体内容的时候,用户可以通过本发明实施例提供的数据预加载的可视化呈现,感知到当前数据预加载的速度,以准确判断下一步是继续观看还是等待稍后观看,或者选择加速、云加载等更多的加载服务进行继续加载,从而能够有效提高用户体验。
通过本发明实施例提供的数据预加载的可视化呈现的方法,运营商也可以直观的将宽带产品的优势呈现给用户。数字媒体内容的播放平台也可以将加速、云加载等业务等顺利的推荐给用户。
可选地,本发明实施例提供的用于数据预加载的可视化呈现的方法100例如可以由数字媒体内容播放处理器执行。
具体地,在用户打开一个数字媒体内容进行观看的时候,数字媒体内容播放处理器开始预加载该数字媒体内容的未播放部分;该处理器根据当前的网络速度,获取用于指示该数字媒体内容的数据预加载速度的参数,例如单位时间内的加载量或者加载单位数据量所需的加载时间;该处理器根据获取的参数,在数字媒体内容的播放器的进度条上呈现至少一个数据点,具体呈现形式可以为图2(a)至图2(d)中的任一种,或者是多种的组合,本发明实施例对此不作限制,从而能够使得用户可以通过该至少一个数据点感知到数据预加载速度。
应理解,本发明实施例中涉及的至少一个数据点,可以呈现在数字媒体内容的播放器的进度条的未播放位置,也可以呈现在播放器的用户界面的其他位置,本发明实施例对此不作限定,只要能够让用户在观看该数字媒体内容的过程中,感知到当前的数据预加载速度即可。
还应理解,本发明实施例中涉及的数据预加载速度,包括但不限定:当前时刻(当前播放帧对应的时刻)的数据预加载速度,预设一段时间内的数据预加载速度等。
还应理解,在本发明实施例中,获取到用于指示数据预加载速度的参数,例如获取到单位时间内的预加载的数据量的大小或者加载单位数据量所需的时间的长短,就可以根据该参数呈现至少一个数据点。非必须要获取到一整段时间内的数据预加载速度。
因此,本发明实施例提供的用于数据预加载的可视化呈现的方法,通过获取用于指示数据预加载速度的参数,并根据该参数呈现至少一个数据点,能够使得用户感知到当前数据加载的快慢,有助于用户做出下一步决定,例如继续观看或者稍后观看,从而能够有效提高用户体验。

应理解,在本发明实施例中,该处理器310可以是中央处理单元(Central Processing Unit,简称为“CPU”),该处理器310还可以是其他通用处理器、数字信号处理器(DSP)、专用集成电路(ASIC)、现成可编程门阵列(FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件等。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。
该存储器320可以包括只读存储器和随机存取存储器,并向处理器310提供指令和数据。存储器320的一部分还可以包括非易失性随机存取存储器。例如,存储器320还可以存储设备类型的信息。
该总线系统330除包括数据总线之外,还可以包括电源总线、控制总线和状态信号总线等。但是为了清楚说明起见,在图中将各种总线都标为总线系统330。
在实现过程中,上述方法的各步骤可以通过处理器310中的硬件的集成逻辑电路或者软件形式的指令完成。结合本发明实施例所公开的方法的步骤可以直接体现为硬件处理器执行完成,或者用处理器中的硬件及软件模块组合执行完成。软件模块可以位于随机存储器,闪存、只读存储器,可编程只读存储器或者电可擦写可编程存储器、寄存器等本领域成熟的存储介质中。该存储介质位于存储器320,处理器310读取存储器320中的信息,结合其硬件完成上述方法的步骤。为避免重复,这里不再详细描述。
因此,本发明实施例提供的用于数据预加载的可视化呈现的设备,通过获取用于指示数据预加载速度的参数,并根据该参数呈现至少一个数据点,能够使得用户感知到当前数据加载的快慢,有助于用户做出下一步决定,例如继续观看或者稍后观看,从而能够有效提高用户体验。
应理解,根据本发明实施例的用于数据预加载的可视化呈现的设备300,可以对应于本发明实施例提供的用于数据预加载的可视化呈现的设备200,并且设备300中的各个模块的上述和其它操作和/或功能分别为了实现图1 和图2中的各个方法的相应流程,为了简洁,在此不再赘述。
应理解,在本发明的各种实施例中,上述各过程的序号的大小并不意味着执行顺序的先后,各过程的执行顺序应以其功能和内在逻辑确定,而不应对本发明实施例的实施过程构成任何限定。
本领域普通技术人员可以意识到,结合本文中所公开的实施例描述的各示例的单元及算法步骤,能够以电子硬件、或者计算机软件和电子硬件的结合来实现。这些功能究竟以硬件还是软件方式来执行,取决于技术方案的特定应用和设计约束条件。专业技术人员可以对每个特定的应用来使用不同方法来实现所描述的功能,但是这种实现不应认为超出本发明的范围。
所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到,为描述的方便和简洁,上述描述的系统、装置和单元的具体工作过程,可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应过程,在此不再赘述。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的系统、装置和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,例如多个单元或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另一点,所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或直接耦合或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,装置或单元的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性,机械或其它的形式。
所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。
所述功能如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器, 或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种用于数据预加载的可视化呈现的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取数字媒体内容的当前播放进度;
    根据所述当前播放进度,在所述数字媒体内容的播放器的进度条上呈现第一图标,所述第一图标将所述进度条分割成已播放部分和未播放部分;
    确定用于指示所述数字媒体内容的数据预加载速度的参数;
    根据所述参数,在所述进度条的未播放部分呈现至少一个数据点,以指示所述数据预加载速度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述进度条的未播放部分还呈现有预加载进度条,
    所述方法还包括:
    在所述进度条的未播放部分呈现所述至少一个数据点依次从右向左汇入所述预加载进度条。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述参数为单位时间内预加载的数据量,
    所述根据所述参数,在所述进度条的未播放部分呈现至少一个数据点,包括:
    在所述未播放部分呈现所述至少一个数据点,其中,每个数据点的大小用于表示所述每个数据点对应的单位时间内预加载的数据量的大小。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述至少一个数据点在所述进度条的未播放部分等间距排列。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述参数为加载单位数据量所需的时间,
    所述根据所述参数,在所述进度条的未播放部分呈现至少一个数据点,包括:
    在所述未播放部分呈现所述至少一个数据点,其中,相邻数据点之间的距离表示所述加载单位数据量所需的时间。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述至少一个数据点的大小相等。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    当每个数据点汇入所述预加载进度条时,在所述每个数据点所在的位置 呈现闪烁的第二图标。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    呈现第三图标,所述第三图标的旋转速度用于指示所述数字媒体内容的数据预加载速度。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第三图标的颜色随着所述第三图标的旋转速度的变化而变化。
  10. 一种用于数据预加载的可视化呈现的设备,其特征在于,包括:
    获取模块,用于获取数字媒体内容的当前播放进度;
    第一呈现模块,用于根据所述获取模块获取的所述当前播放进度,在所述数字媒体内容的播放器的进度条上呈现第一图标,所述第一图标将所述进度条分割成已播放部分和未播放部分;
    确定模块,用于确定用于指示所述数字媒体内容的数据预加载速度的参数;
    第二呈现模块,用于根据所述确定模块确定的所述参数,在所述第一呈现模块所呈现的所述进度条的未播放部分呈现至少一个数据点,以指示所述数据预加载速度。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的设备,其特征在于,所述第一呈现模块呈现的所述进度条的未播放部分还呈现有预加载进度条,
    所述设备还包括:
    第三呈现模块,用于在所述进度条的未播放部分呈现所述至少一个数据点依次从右向左汇入所述预加载进度条。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述的设备,其特征在于,所述确定模块确定的所述参数为单位时间内预加载的数据量,
    所述第二呈现模块具体用于,在所述未播放部分呈现所述至少一个数据点,其中,每个数据点的大小用于表示所述每个数据点对应的单位时间内预加载的数据量的大小。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的设备,其特征在于,所述至少一个数据点在所述进度条的未播放部分等间距排列。
  14. 根据权利要求10或11所述的设备,其特征在于,所述确定模块确定的所述参数为加载单位数据量所需的时间,
    所述第二呈现模块具体用于,在所述未播放部分呈现所述至少一个数据点,其中,相邻数据点之间的距离表示所述加载单位数据量所需的时间。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的设备,其特征在于,所述至少一个数据点的大小相等。
  16. 根据权利要求11所述的设备,其特征在于,所述设备还包括:
    第四呈现模块,用于当每个数据点汇入所述预加载进度条时,在所述每个数据点所在的位置呈现闪烁的第二图标。
  17. 根据权利要求10至16中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述设备还包括:
    第五呈现模块,用于呈现第三图标,所述第三图标的旋转速度用于指示所述数字媒体内容的数据预加载速度。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的设备,其特征在于,所述第三图标的颜色随着所述第三图标的旋转速度的变化而变化。
