本发明实施例所提供的技术方案中,依据用户输入的第一查询词以及客户端所在终端的属性信息,去获取第一搜索结果。这样,获得的搜索结果是与输入的查询词以及客户端所在终端都相匹配的搜索结果。当用户的搜索需求与用户所使用的终端的属性相关时,就可以及时获得能够满足搜索需求的搜索结果。因此,可以提高召回的搜索结果的相关性,从而提高召回的搜索结果的准确性,以及提高搜索效率。

S103,依据所述第一查询词和所述客户端所在终端的属性信息,获得第一搜索结果。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中所涉及的终端可以包括但不限于个人计算机(Personal Computer,PC)、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、无线手持设备、平板电脑(Tablet Computer)、手机、MP3播放器、MP4播放器等。
需要说明的是,S101~S103的执行主体可以为搜索装置,该装置可以位于本地终端的应用,或者还可以为位于本地终端的应用中的插件或软件开发工具包(Software Development Kit,SDK)等功能单元,或者,也可以位于服务器,本发明实施例对此不进行特别限定。
可以理解的是,所述应用可以是安装在终端上的应用程序(nativeApp),或者还可以是终端上的浏览器的一个网页程序(webApp),本发明实施例对此不进行限定。

例如,客户端可以接收到用户输入的第一查询词“微信”,然后客户端发出携带该第一查询词“微信”的搜索请求,用以发起针对该第一查询词“微信”的搜索操作,进而获得搜索结果。

优选的,可以在获得客户端所在终端的属性信息之前,先依据用户在客户端输入的第一查询词,判断用户的搜索需求是否与客户端所在终端的属性相关。例如,可以依据第一查询词,判断该第一查询词中是否包含应用的名称和/或关键词“下载”等,或者,判断第一查询词是否为 针对终端的问题咨询,若该第一查询词中包含应用的名称和/或关键词“下载”等,或者,第一查询词是针对终端的问题咨询,则可以确定用户的搜索需求是与客户端所在终端的属性相关的,进而可以获得客户端所在终端的属性信息。反之,若该第一查询词中没有包含应用的名称和/或关键词“下载”等,或者,第一查询词不适针对终端的问题咨询,则确定用户的搜索需求与客户端所在终端的属性无关,则不获得客户端所在终端的属性信息,而是依据第一查询词直接在网页数据库中进行搜索,以获得与第一查询词相匹配的搜索结果。
优选的,客户端所在终端上操作系统的类型信息可以包括但不限于:iPhone操作系统(iPhone Operating System,iOS)、安卓(Android)操作系统或者塞班(Symbian)操作系统等。
例如,客户端所在终端的设备类型信息可以为客户端所在终端的品牌类型信息;如苹果、华为、三星或者小米等。或者,客户端所在终端的设备类型信息也可以为客户端所在终端的设备型号信息,如iPhone、iPad或者iTouch等。
需要说明的是,由于接收到的客户端发送的搜索请求中除了携带用户在客户端输入的第一查询词,还可以携带用户代理(User Agent,UA)信息,且用户代理信息可以包括但不限于以下信息:客户端标识、客户端所在终端的操作系统标识、客户端所在终端的设备类型信息、加密等级标识、渲染引擎标识和客户端版本信息等。因此,本发明实施例中,依据客户端发送的搜索请求,可以获得所述搜索请求中携带的用户代理信息,进而可以依据该用户代理信息中携带的操作系统的标识,确定客户端所在终端上操作系统的类型信息,或者,依据用户代理信息,获得 客户端所在终端的设备类型信息。
例如,搜索请求中携带的用户代理信息为:
Safari iOS 4.33-iPhone
User-Agent:Mozilla/5.0(iPhone;U;CPU iPhone OS 4_3_3 like Mac OS X;en-us)
依据该用户代理信息可以获得客户端所在终端的操作系统的类型信息为iPhone OS,以及获得客户端所在终端的设备类型信息iPhone。

优选的,可以在网页数据库中,预先为每个网页进行标注,每个网页的标注信息可以包括:该网页是否提供资源,以及当该网页提供资源时,该网页所提供的资源能够适用的终端的属性信息。因此,所述标注信息可以用于指示网页所提供的资源能够适用的终端的属性信息。这样,当需要从第二搜索结果中,查找与客户端所在终端相关的搜索结果时,就可以使用从网页数据库中获得每条搜索结果的标注信息了。
例如,可以为网页标注该网页是否提供资源,如下载资源、问题解答资源等;如果该网页提供了资源,则还可以为该网页进一步标注所提供的资源是适用于iPhone操作系统还是适用于安卓操作系统。
优选的,调整与所述客户端所在终端相关的搜索结果在所述第二搜索结果中的展现位置,以获得所述第一搜索结果的方法可以包括以下三种:
第一种:首先,增加与所述客户端所在终端相关的搜索结果的权重值,然后按照权重值由大到小的顺序对所述第二搜索结果中的每条搜索结果进行排序,以获得排序结果,将所述排序结果作为所述第一搜索结果。
例如,可以将与客户端所在终端相关的搜索结果原始的权重值乘以一个大于1的调整系数,或者,将与客户端所在终端相关的搜索结果原始的权重值加上一个调整量,从而实现增加与所述客户端所在终端相关的搜索结果的权重值。
这里,由于增加了与所述客户端所在终端相关的搜索结果的权重值,而第二搜索结果中其他搜索结果的权重值没有改变,所以按照权重值由大到小的顺序进行排序时,与所述客户端所在终端相关的搜索结果的展现位置会提高,使得所述客户端所在终端相关的搜索结果在第一搜索结果中的展现位置,将高于在第二搜索结果中的展现位置。
第二种:首先,减小所述第二搜索结果中除与所述客户端所在终端相关的搜索结果以外的其他搜索结果的权重值。然后,按照权重值由大到小的顺序对所述第二搜索结果中的每条搜索结果进行排序,以获得排序结果,将所述排序结果作为所述第一搜索结果。
例如,可以将所述第二搜索结果中除与所述客户端所在终端相关的搜索结果以外的其他搜索结果的权重值乘以一个大于0且小于1的调整系数,或者,将所述第二搜索结果中除与所述客户端所在终端相关的搜索结果以外的其他搜索结果的权重值减去一个调整量,从而实现减小所述第二搜索结果中除与所述客户端所在终端相关的搜索结果以外的其他搜索结果的权重值。
这里,由于减小了所述第二搜索结果中除与所述客户端所在终端相关的搜索结果以外的其他搜索结果的权重值,而第二搜索结果中与客户端所在终端相关的搜索结果的权重值没有改变,所以按照权重值由大到小的顺序进行排序时,与所述客户端所在终端相关的搜索结果的展现位 置会提高,使得所述客户端所在终端相关的搜索结果在第一搜索结果中的展现位置,将高于在第二搜索结果中的展现位置。
需要说明的是,第二搜索结果中每条搜索结果原始的权重值都可以从网页数据库中获得。其中,可以依据该搜索结果与查询词之间的相关度,确定该搜索结果原始的权重值。
第三种:将与所述客户端所在终端相关的搜索结果的展现位置,与所述第二搜索结果中其他搜索结果的展现位置进行调换;其中,在所述第二搜索结果中,所述其他搜索结果的展现位置位于所述客户端所在终端的搜索结果的展现位置之前。
例如,与所述客户端所在终端相关的搜索结果在第二搜索结果中的展现位置是第二条,将第二搜索结果展现给用户一段时间后,发现用户在搜索结果中首次选择的搜索结果是该与所述客户端所在终端相关的搜索结果,而不是展现位置是第一条的搜索结果,表示与所述客户端所在终端相关的搜索结果更能满足用户的搜索需求。因此,可以将第二条的与所述客户端所在终端相关的搜索结果的展现位置,与第一条搜索结果的展现位置调换。
本实施例中,从搜索结果中找到与客户端所在终端相关的搜索结果,并对这些搜索结果进行优先展现,这样,当用户的搜索需求与用户所使用的终端的属性相关时,就可以在搜索结果中及时获得能够满足搜索需求的搜索结果,从而可以提高搜索效率,提高搜索结果的准确性。
实施例五
基于上述实施例一所提供的搜索方法、实施例二和实施例三,本发明实施例对S103的第二种方法进行具体描述。该步骤具体可以包括:

首先,依据所述第一查询词和所述客户端所在终端的属性信息,获得第二查询词。然后,依据所述第二查询词,在网页数据库中进行搜索,以获得与所述第二查询词相匹配的搜索结果,以作为所述第一搜索结果。
优选的,可以依据该第二查询词,在网页数据库中进行搜索,从网页数据库中找出所有包含该第二查询词的网页,并且依据排名算法对找出的网页进行排序,将排序后获得的网页作为与所述第二查询词相匹配的搜索结果。
可以理解的是,第二查询词可以由第一查询词以及客户端所在终端的属性信息组成,所以与第二查询词相匹配的搜索结果相当于与第一查询词以及客户端所在终端的属性信息都相匹配的搜索结果。
本实施例中,在依据第一查询词获得相匹配的搜索结果时,还同时将客户端所在终端的属性信息作为参考,这样,获得的搜索结果是与输入的查询词以及客户端所在终端都相匹配的搜索结果,从而,当用户的搜索需求与用户所使用的终端的属性相关时,就可以及时获得能够满足搜索需求的搜索结果,因此,可以提高搜索结果的相关性和准确性,以及提高搜索效率。
实施例六
请参考图2,其为本发明实施例所提供的第一搜索结果的第一示例图,如图所示,用户在客户端上输入的查询词为“支付宝下载”,表示用户的搜索需求是想下载“支付宝”的安装包,因此,依据该查询词,可以确定用户的搜索需求是与用户当前使用的客户端所在终端的属性相 关的,因此,可以获取用户当前使用的客户端所在终端的属性信息,图2中客户端所在终端的操作系统是iOS,客户端所在终端的设备属性信息是iPhone,因此,在依据输入的查询词“支付宝下载”进行搜索后,在获得的搜索结果中找到与客户端所在终端的属性相关的搜索结果,并在搜索结果页的第一页展现该与客户端所在终端的属性相关的搜索结果,如图2所示,可以在搜索结果页的第一页中第二条展现位置展现与客户端所在终端的属性相关的搜索结果,这样在搜索结果的第一页用户就可以获取到所需要的搜索结果。
请参考图3,其为本发明实施例所提供的第一搜索结果的第二示例图,如图所示,用户在客户端上输入的查询词为“支付宝下载”,表示用户的搜索需求是想下载“支付宝”的安装包,因此,依据该查询词,可以确定用户的搜索需求是与用户当前使用的客户端所在终端的属性相关的,因此,可以获取用户当前使用的客户端所在终端的属性信息,图3中客户端所在终端的操作系统是安卓操作系统,因此,在依据输入的查询词“支付宝下载”进行搜索后,在获得的搜索结果中找到与客户端所在终端的属性相关的搜索结果,并在搜索结果页的第一页展现该与客户端所在终端的属性相关的搜索结果,如图3所示,可以在搜索结果页的第一页中第三条展现位置展现与客户端所在终端的属性相关的搜索结果,这样在搜索结果的第一页用户就可以获取到所需要的搜索结果。

优选的,所述属性获取单元402,具体用于:
依据所述客户端发送的搜索请求,获得所述搜索请求中携带的用户代理信息;
从所述用户代理信息中获得所述客户端所在终端的属性信息。
优选的,所述搜索处理单元403用于依据所述客户端所在终端的属性信息,从所述第二搜索结果中,获得与所述客户端所在终端相关的搜 索结果时,具体用于:
从所述网页数据库中获得所述第二搜索结果中每条搜索结果的标注信息,所述标注信息用于指示该搜索结果所提供的资源能够适用的终端的属性信息;
依据所述客户端所在终端的属性信息和所述每条搜索结果的标注信息,从所述第二搜索结果中,获得所提供的资源能够适用所述客户端所在终端的搜索结果,以作为与所述客户端所在终端相关的搜索结果。
优选的,所述搜索处理单元403用于调整与所述客户端所在终端相关的搜索结果在所述第二搜索结果中的展现位置,以获得所述第一搜索结果时,具体用于:
增加与所述客户端所在终端相关的搜索结果的权重值,或者,减小所述第二搜索结果中,除与所述客户端所在终端相关的搜索结果以外的其他搜索结果的权重值;
按照权重值由大到小的顺序对所述第二搜索结果中的每条搜索结果进行排序,以获得排序结果,将所述排序结果作为所述第一搜索结果。
优选的,所述搜索处理单元403用于调整与所述客户端所在终端相关的搜索结果在所述第二搜索结果中的展现位置,以获得所述第一搜索结果时,具体用于:
将与所述客户端所在终端相关的搜索结果的展现位置,与所述第二搜索结果中其他搜索结果的展现位置进行调换;
其中,在所述第二搜索结果中,所述其他搜索结果的展现位置位于所述客户端所在终端的搜索结果的展现位置之前。
优选的,所述客户端所在终端的属性信息包括以下信息中至少一个: 所述客户端所在终端上操作系统的类型信息和所述客户端所在终端的设备类型信息。
由于本实施例中的各单元能够执行图1所示的方法,本实施例未详细描述的部分,可参考对图1的相关说明。
本发明实施例的技术方案具有以下有益效果:
本发明实施例所提供的技术方案中,依据用户输入的第一查询词以及客户端所在终端的属性信息,去获取第一搜索结果。这样,获得的搜索结果是与输入的查询词以及客户端所在终端都相匹配的搜索结果。
现有技术中,在不同终端上相同的客户端中输入相同的查询词时,获得相同的搜索结果的技术方案,当用户的搜索需求与用户所使用的终端的属性相关时,这种技术方案就不能满足用户的搜索需求,需要用户重新输入查询词或者需要用户在若干搜索结果页中进行逐页筛选。而本发明实施例中,当用户的搜索需求与用户所使用的终端的属性相关时,就可以及时获得能够满足搜索需求的搜索结果。因此,可以提高召回的搜索结果的相关性,从而提高召回的搜索结果的准确性,以及提高搜索效率,及时满足用户的搜索需求,提高用户搜索体验。
所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到,为描述的方便和简洁,上述描述的系统,装置和单元的具体工作过程,可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应过程,在此不再赘述。
在本发明所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的系统,装置和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,例如,多个单元或组件可以结合或 者可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另一点,所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或直接耦合或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,装置或单元的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性,机械或其它的形式。
所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用硬件加软件功能单元的形式实现。
上述以软件功能单元的形式实现的集成的单元,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。上述软件功能单元存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机装置(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络装置等)或处理器(Processor)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明保护的范围之内。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种搜索方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    获得用户在客户端输入的第一查询词;
    获得所述客户端所在终端的属性信息;
    依据所述第一查询词和所述客户端所在终端的属性信息,获得第一搜索结果。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述依据所述第一查询词和所述客户端所在终端的属性信息,获得第一搜索结果,包括:
    依据所述第一查询词,在网页数据库中进行搜索,以获得与所述第一查询词相匹配的第二搜索结果;
    依据所述客户端所在终端的属性信息,从所述第二搜索结果中,获得与所述客户端所在终端相关的搜索结果;
    调整与所述客户端所在终端相关的搜索结果在所述第二搜索结果中的展现位置,以获得所述第一搜索结果。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述依据所述第一查询词和所述客户端所在终端的属性信息,获得第一搜索结果,包括:
    依据所述第一查询词和所述客户端所在终端的属性信息,获得第二查询词;
    依据所述第二查询词,在网页数据库中进行搜索,以获得与所述第二查询词相匹配的搜索结果,以作为所述第一搜索结果。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获得所述客户端所在终端的属性信息,包括:
    依据所述客户端发送的搜索请求,获得所述搜索请求中携带的用户代理信息;
    从所述用户代理信息中获得所述客户端所在终端的属性信息。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述依据所述客户端所在终端的属性信息,从所述第二搜索结果中,获得与所述客户端所在终端相关的搜索结果,包括:
    从所述网页数据库中获得所述第二搜索结果中每条搜索结果的标注信息,所述标注信息用于指示该搜索结果所提供的资源能够适用的终端的属性信息;
    依据所述客户端所在终端的属性信息和所述每条搜索结果的标注信息,从所述第二搜索结果中,获得所提供的资源能够适用所述客户端所在终端的搜索结果,以作为与所述客户端所在终端相关的搜索结果。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述调整与所述客户端所在终端相关的搜索结果在所述第二搜索结果中的展现位置,以获得所述第一搜索结果,包括:
    增加与所述客户端所在终端相关的搜索结果的权重值,或者,减小所述第二搜索结果中,除与所述客户端所在终端相关的搜索结果以外的其他搜索结果的权重值;
    按照权重值由大到小的顺序对所述第二搜索结果中的每条搜索结果进行排序,以获得排序结果,将所述排序结果作为所述第一搜索结果。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述调整与所述客户端所在终端相关的搜索结果在所述第二搜索结果中的展现位置,以获得所述第一搜索结果,包括:
    将与所述客户端所在终端相关的搜索结果的展现位置,与所述第二搜索结果中其他搜索结果的展现位置进行调换;
    其中,在所述第二搜索结果中,所述其他搜索结果的展现位置位于所述客户端所在终端的搜索结果的展现位置之前。
  8. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述客户端所在终端的属性信息包括以下信息中至少一个:所述客户端所在终端上操作系统的类型信息和所述客户端所在终端的设备类型信息。
  9. 一种搜索装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    查询输入单元,用于获得用户在客户端输入的第一查询词;
    属性获取单元,用于获得所述客户端所在终端的属性信息;
    搜索处理单元,用于依据所述第一查询词和所述客户端所在终端的属性信息,获得第一搜索结果。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述搜索处理单元,具体用于:
    依据所述第一查询词,在网页数据库中进行搜索,以获得与所述第一查询词相匹配的第二搜索结果;
    依据所述客户端所在终端的属性信息,从所述第二搜索结果中,获得与所述客户端所在终端相关的搜索结果;
    调整与所述客户端所在终端相关的搜索结果在所述第二搜索结果中的展现位置,以获得所述第一搜索结果。
  11. 根据权利要求9或10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述搜索处理单元,具体用于:
    依据所述第一查询词和所述客户端所在终端的属性信息,获得第二 查询词;
    依据所述第二查询词,在网页数据库中进行搜索,以获得与所述第二查询词相匹配的搜索结果,以作为所述第一搜索结果。
  12. 根据权利要求9至11中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述属性获取单元,具体用于:
    依据所述客户端发送的搜索请求,获得所述搜索请求中携带的用户代理信息;
    从所述用户代理信息中获得所述客户端所在终端的属性信息。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述搜索处理单元用于依据所述客户端所在终端的属性信息,从所述第二搜索结果中,获得与所述客户端所在终端相关的搜索结果时,具体用于:
    从所述网页数据库中获得所述第二搜索结果中每条搜索结果的标注信息,所述标注信息用于指示该搜索结果所提供的资源能够适用的终端的属性信息;
    依据所述客户端所在终端的属性信息和所述每条搜索结果的标注信息,从所述第二搜索结果中,获得所提供的资源能够适用所述客户端所在终端的搜索结果,以作为与所述客户端所在终端相关的搜索结果。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述搜索处理单元用于调整与所述客户端所在终端相关的搜索结果在所述第二搜索结果中的展现位置,以获得所述第一搜索结果时,具体用于:
    增加与所述客户端所在终端相关的搜索结果的权重值,或者,减小所述第二搜索结果中,除与所述客户端所在终端相关的搜索结果以外的其他搜索结果的权重值;
    按照权重值由大到小的顺序对所述第二搜索结果中的每条搜索结果进行排序,以获得排序结果,将所述排序结果作为所述第一搜索结果。
  15. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述搜索处理单元用于调整与所述客户端所在终端相关的搜索结果在所述第二搜索结果中的展现位置,以获得所述第一搜索结果时,具体用于:
    将与所述客户端所在终端相关的搜索结果的展现位置,与所述第二搜索结果中其他搜索结果的展现位置进行调换;
    其中,在所述第二搜索结果中,所述其他搜索结果的展现位置位于所述客户端所在终端的搜索结果的展现位置之前。
  16. 根据权利要求9至14中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述客户端所在终端的属性信息包括以下信息中至少一个:所述客户端所在终端上操作系统的类型信息和所述客户端所在终端的设备类型信息。
  17. 一种设备,包括:
    一个或者多个处理器;
    存储器;
    一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序存储在所述存储器中,当被所述一个或者多个处理器执行时:
    获得用户在客户端输入的第一查询词;
    获得所述客户端所在终端的属性信息;
    依据所述第一查询词和所述客户端所在终端的属性信息,获得第一搜索结果。
  18. 一种非易失性计算机存储介质,所述非易失性计算机存储介质存储有一个或者多个程序,当所述一个或者多个程序被一个设备执行时, 使得所述设备:
    获得用户在客户端输入的第一查询词;
    获得所述客户端所在终端的属性信息;
    依据所述第一查询词和所述客户端所在终端的属性信息,获得第一搜索结果。
