本实用新型涉及通信设备技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种抗干扰的手机摄像头及手机。
背景技术
随着智能手机技术的快速发展,手机目前已成为人们日常生活中必不可少的电子设备之一,其功能也是日益丰富。其中一项基础功能是由手机摄像头来完成的拍照及摄像,几乎所有的智能手机都具备此功能。然而摄像头是一种高精密的光学元件和电路元件的组合,其集成度高,元件分布比较密集,很容易受到手机上其他电路元件的干扰。例如,在使用手机打开摄像头拍照的时,如果突然有电话打进来,射频的高频信号会干扰摄像头的时钟信号端,造成摄像头界面会突然花屏,严重影响手机摄像头的正常使用。
技术问题
本实用新型要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种 抗干扰的手机摄像头及手机 。
技术解决方案
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
构造一种抗干扰的手机摄像头,包括具有腔室的镜座,所述腔室内设置有镜头组、感光芯片及主控芯片;其中,所述摄像头主控芯片包括PCLK信号线和MCLK信号线;所述PCLK信号线上串联连接有第一磁珠,所述PCLK信号线还并联有容值为27pF的第一对地电容;所述MCLK信号线上串联连接有第二磁珠,所述MCLK信号线还并联有容值为27pF的第二对地电容。
本实用新型所述的手机摄像头,其中,所述PCLK信号线上设置有断开的两点,所述第一磁珠内穿设有第一导线,所述第一导线的两端与所述PCLK信号线上断开的两点连接。
本实用新型所述的手机摄像头,其中,所述MCLK信号线上设置有断开的两点,所述第二磁珠内穿设有第二导线,所述第二导线的两端与所述MCLK信号线上断开的两点连接。
本实用新型所述的手机摄像头,其中,所述第一磁珠为铁氧体片状磁珠。
本实用新型所述的手机摄像头,其中,所述第二磁珠为铁氧体片状磁珠。
本实用新型所述的手机摄像头,其中,所述镜头组包括第一镜头和第二镜头,所述第一镜头和所述第二镜头之间设置有红外截止层,所述第二镜头与所述感光芯片之间设置有透射层。
本实用新型所述的手机摄像头,其中,所述红外截止层包括第一透明基板、以及设置于所述第一透明基板上表面的红外截止膜。
本实用新型所述的手机摄像头,其中,所述主控芯片的电源端连接有容值为1µF的接地电容。
本实用新型还提供了一种手机,包括外壳、显示屏和电路板,其中,还包括如前述任一项所述的手机摄像头,所述手机摄像头的主控芯片设置于所述电路板上。
有益效果
本实用新型的有益效果在于:通过在摄像头主控芯片的PCLK信号线及MCLK信号线上分别串联一颗磁珠,同时通过在PCLK信号线及MCLK信号线上分别并联27pF的对地电容,滤掉高频信号,以抑制手机有来电时射频频信号对摄像头造成的高频干扰。

本发明的实施方式
本实用新型较佳实施例的抗干扰的手机摄像头包括具有腔室的镜座,腔室内设置有镜头组、感光芯片及主控芯片P1;其中主控芯片P1连接原理如图1所示,摄像头主控芯片P1包括PCLK信号线和MCLK信号线;PCLK信号线上串联连接有第一磁珠L1,PCLK信号线还并联有容值为27pF的第一对地电容C1;MCLK信号线串联连接有第二磁珠L2,MCLK信号线还并联有容值为27pF的第二对地电容C2。通过在摄像头主控芯片P1的PCLK信号线及MCLK信号线上分别串联一颗磁珠,同时通过在PCLK信号线及MCLK信号线上分别并联27pF的对地电容,滤掉高频信号,以抑制手机有来电时射频频信号对摄像头造成的高频干扰。
上述实施例中,如图1所示,在摄像头主控芯片P1的PCLK信号线上设置有断开的两点,第一磁珠L1内穿设有第一导线,第一导线的两端与PCLK信号线上断开的两点连接。同样,在摄像头主控芯片P1的MCLK信号线上设置有断开的两点,第二磁珠L2内穿设有第二导线,第二导线的两端与MCLK信号线上断开的两点连接。
优选地,上述第一磁珠L1为铁氧体片状磁珠;第二磁珠L2也优选为铁氧体片状磁珠。
优选地,如图1所示,上述实施例的主控芯片P1的电源端AVDD、DVDD连接有容值为1µF的接地电容C3。
优选地,上述实施例中,镜头组包括第一镜头和第二镜头,第一镜头和第二镜头之间设置有红外截止层,第二镜头与感光芯片之间设置有透射层。红外截止层包括第一透明基板、以及设置于第一透明基板上表面的红外截止膜。通过采用红外截止层滤除红外入射光线,同时通过透射层增强光线投射,可以达到消除杂光的目的,提升影像效果,使得成像画面更加明亮。
本实用新型的另一实施例中,还提供了一种手机,包括外壳、显示屏和电路板,其中,还包括如前述任一实施例中所描述的手机摄像头,手机摄像头的主控芯片P1设置于电路板上,其具体原理描述参见前述实施例,在此不赘述。通过在摄像头主控芯片P1的PCLK信号线及MCLK信号线上分别串联一颗磁珠,同时通过在PCLK信号线及MCLK信号线上分别并联27pF的对地电容,滤掉高频信号,以抑制手机有来电时射频频信号对摄像头造成的高频干扰。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本实用新型所附权利要求的保护范围。

  1. 一种抗干扰的手机摄像头,包括具有腔室的镜座,所述腔室内设置有镜头组、感光芯片及主控芯片;其特征在于,所述摄像头主控芯片包括PCLK信号线和MCLK信号线;所述PCLK信号线上串联连接有第一磁珠,所述PCLK信号线还并联有容值为27pF的第一对地电容;所述MCLK信号线上串联连接有第二磁珠,所述MCLK信号线还并联有容值为27pF的第二对地电容。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的手机摄像头,其特征在于,所述PCLK信号线上设置有断开的两点,所述第一磁珠内穿设有第一导线,所述第一导线的两端与所述PCLK信号线上断开的两点连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的手机摄像头,其特征在于,所述MCLK信号线上设置有断开的两点,所述第二磁珠内穿设有第二导线,所述第二导线的两端与所述MCLK信号线上断开的两点连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的手机摄像头,其特征在于,所述第一磁珠为铁氧体片状磁珠。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的手机摄像头,其特征在于,所述第二磁珠为铁氧体片状磁珠。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的手机摄像头,其特征在于,所述镜头组包括第一镜头和第二镜头,所述第一镜头和所述第二镜头之间设置有红外截止层,所述第二镜头与所述感光芯片之间设置有透射层。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的手机摄像头,其特征在于,所述红外截止层包括第一透明基板、以及设置于所述第一透明基板上表面的红外截止膜。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的手机摄像头,其特征在于,所述主控芯片的电源端与地之间连接有容值为1µF的接地电容。
