Description

带状直丝弓托槽 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种矫正牙颌畸形用的口腔正畸学固定矫正装置,尤其能实现自动转矩和全同步牙齿移动的带状直丝弓托槽。
背景技术
当前正畸固定矫正器的基本结构形式为传统方丝弓矫正器结构,以及在托槽槽沟上加入了消除三序列弯曲的直丝弓槽沟结构,其共同特点是:槽沟设计为开口向唇颊向的横向槽沟,槽沟的截面为上下高度窄于槽沟深度的矩形,用于纳入以宽面为平面将窄面弯制成型的矫正弓丝,即通常所说的方丝弓。其为了消除传统方丝弓的第三序列弯曲,在槽沟上设计的转矩结构位于槽沟的上下面,通过弓丝与上下面的扭矩来实现对牙齿的唇舌向转矩移动。这一结构特点使得矩形截面的方丝弓在牙齿矫正移动中,不能充分发挥弓丝的机械力学性能,在需要弹性的牙齿排齐移动中不能发挥理想的弹性,而需借助其它弹性弓丝材料进行单独排齐;在需要弓丝刚性的牙列前后向控制中,不能满足所要求的刚性。其所产生的转矩移动因弓丝性能不能合理利用,而难以实现预定的转矩牙齿移动,常需要辅助弓丝。因而,当前所用固定矫正器的牙列矫正需要逐步进行,即排齐整平、内收、转矩等,使临床矫治效率较低。
发明内容
为了解决传统托槽槽沟与矩形截面方丝弓不合理的结构性能,本实用新型托槽通过槽沟结构的改变,使之能通过更合理的发挥槽沟与方弓丝的结构性能,达到自动转矩和全同步牙齿移动的牙齿矫正效果,可提高临床工作效率。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
本实用新型带状直丝弓托槽,其特征在于:所述托槽包括底板和设在底板上的托槽主体,所述托槽主体上横设有截面为矩形的托槽槽沟,所述托槽槽沟的底面与底板表面形成预置转矩度,带状弓丝设在托槽槽沟内,并且带状弓丝的宽面与槽沟底面贴合,以产生自动转矩。
上述槽沟高度大于0.025英寸,槽沟深度小于或等于0.025英寸。
本实用新型通过将槽沟截面设计成上下高度尺寸大于其内外深度的尺寸,使之成为立面大于平面的矩形截面结构,具体为槽沟开口的高度大于0.025英寸, 槽沟深度小于或等于0.025英寸,并在槽沟底面预置转矩度,用以纳入以窄面为平面将宽面弯制成形的带形方丝弓即带状弓丝,从而使带状弓丝与槽沟形成优化的固定矫正器结构。通过这一结构的结扎使槽沟底面与带状弓丝的宽面贴合时,即可实现牙齿的自动转矩移动,并能使预置转矩度的表达较现有托槽更精确。另一方面,带状弓丝在牙列唇舌向的良好弹性有利于排齐牙齿的移动,弓丝在牙列前后向的刚性有利于控制咬合平面的稳定和覆合的打开,因而可在初安装矫正器开始即进行内收牙列,并在内收的同时实现牙齿的排齐和整平。这种托槽槽沟结构的改变及其与带状弓的结合,可以同时进行排齐整平、内收、转矩等各种牙齿移动,从而改变了现有固定矫正器矫治牙齿时排齐整平、内收、转矩按顺序分步进行的矫治程序。本实用新型只需使用一根主弓丝,无需使用辅弓,且极少需要更换弓丝。从而使临床操作更为简单易掌握。
本实用新型的有益效果是:通过自动转矩机制和全同步牙齿移动机制,从固定矫正器结构和性能机制上解决了现有固定矫治技术牙齿移动按固有程序进行,效率低,精确度不易控制的问题。减少了临床操作的复杂性,提高了牙齿移动效率和精确性,缩短了临床矫治周期。

在图1中,托槽主体(1)与底板(5)结合构成托槽整体,托槽主体(1)上设计有槽沟(2)、定位标识(3)、托槽结扎翼(4)、竖直孔(6)以及托槽基底(7)。
当托槽根据定位标识(3)被粘固于牙齿唇面时,其位置如图2所示;托槽槽沟(2)的底面与底板表面501形成的夹角如图3,为预置转矩度(8)。
图5、6,槽沟(2)的底面与带状弓截面(9)的长边立面通过常规结扎托槽结扎翼(4)即自动形成带状弓丝转矩机制(10),当转矩度达到预置转矩度(8)时,既表现为正常转矩度时槽沟与带状弓丝的关系(11),此时牙齿移动至正常唇倾度。这一转矩机制通过常规结扎自动产生。

  1. 一种带状直丝弓托槽,其特征在于:所述托槽包括底板和设在底板上的托槽主体,所述托槽主体上横设有截面为矩形的托槽槽沟,所述托槽槽沟的底面与底板表面形成预置转矩度,带状弓丝设在托槽槽沟内,并且带状弓丝的宽面与槽沟底面贴合,以产生自动转矩。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带状直丝弓托槽,其特征在于:槽沟高度大于0.025英寸,槽沟深度小于或等于0.025英寸。
