Description

一种新型环保隔热板 技术领域
本发明涉及建筑板材,尤其涉及一种新型环保隔热板。
背景技术
目前应用于搭建厂房、养殖场所、居民或建筑工地等使用的瓦材一般是彩瓦、水泥瓦、PVC瓦或泡沫夹心瓦,这些瓦材都仅能起防水挡雨的作用,不具备隔热、保温耐酸碱、防火的综合功能。例如石棉瓦,石棉瓦散发在空气中的细小纤维对人体有害,长期吸入可能致癌。水泥瓦在过去广泛应用于厂房屋面,但由于本身是水泥制品,不可避免的热胀冷缩导致易裂,使用年限很短。彩钢瓦,作为目前应用最多的材料,当应用于南方的一些工业厂房时,其产品本身没有隔热效果,夏天瓦顶温度可以达到70度以上,酷热难耐,影响生产效益。为解决隔热问题,出现了泡沫夹心板,彩钢外层夹泡沫作为夹层,虽然解决了隔热问题,但极其容易燃烧,泡沫燃烧时产生的大量有毒气体,严重污染空气,人体吸入后更是危害健康。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决上述不足,提供了一种新型环保隔热板。
本发明的上述目的通过以下的技术方案来实现:一种新型环保隔热板,包括冷/热轧板,其特征在于:所述冷/热轧板上表面 由内侧向外侧依次设有镀锌层、化学转化膜、高分子胶层、铝箔层和PET膜层,所述冷/热轧板下表面由内侧向外侧依次设有镀锌层、化学转化膜、底漆初涂层和防酸碱聚氨脂面层。
优选地,所述PET膜层中添加的抗静电剂。
所述镀锌层具有优异的耐磨性,优良的耐化学品和耐油性,附着力强,耐高温。
所述高分子胶层机械强度高,粘度稳定,不易脱落,不易氧化。
所述化学转化膜、铝箔层和PET膜层可起到抗老化、防紫外线、耐酸碱、防腐蚀、防静电及耐磨作用。
本发明的隔热原理是:耐老化的高分子胶层将表层纳米抗老化的隔热PET膜层与冷/热轧板基材牢牢胶合在一起,有效地阻止空气中的腐蚀性气体进入冷/热轧板基材,可确保层面拥有超长的使用寿命。
本发明的隔热板不含放射性核素、石棉、甲醛以及VOC有机污染物,无重金属成分,符合欧盟标准,而且高温下无有毒素析出,对人畜无害,是一种新型的环保建材。
本发明的隔热板能有效阻隔室外的高温侵入到室内,可见光波长0.38-0.765m范围内,其反射率可达70%-80%,在红外线光波长0.76-505m范围内,反射率可达75%-100%。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点是:本发明的隔热板,不仅保温隔热,还拥有良好的红外光反射率,生产成本低,工艺条件简 单,绿色环保,隔热效果佳,表面色彩可多样化等优点,具有极高的应用价值和广阔的市场前景,有利于建筑节能,产品耐久性能,与主体工程同寿命,可用作屋面和外墙材料。

本发明的隔热板表面的纳米抗老化保护膜(PET膜层)具有的耐腐蚀性能能够广泛应用于化工厂、陶瓷厂、冶炼厂和铸造厂等多种苛刻的环境或酸雨污染地区,包含了市场上一切瓦的功能,其产品性能优异,使用寿命长,无须频繁换瓦。
本发明采用特殊进口耐老化粘合胶(高分子胶层),其本身富有弹性,在安装时螺丝锁紧过程中可产生随型密封圈封闭间隙,使用雨水及空气无法进入螺丝孔位,杜绝了螺丝位因日久锈蚀漏水的隐患。
本发明的隔热板表面纳米耐老化保护膜(PET膜层)中添加的抗静电剂,增加了薄膜表面的光滑性,降低摩擦系数,防止产 生静电吸附粉尘,保持屋面洁净,具有自洁性能。
