为了实现本发明的目的,本发明实施例提供了一种呼叫建立方法、系统和用户设备,通过第一UE广播呼叫建立消息,所述呼叫建立消息中包含所述第一UE的标识和被叫标识,所述被叫标识用于指示所述第一UE呼叫的群组或者UE;接收第二UE发送的第一呼叫响应消息,所述第一呼叫响应消息中包含所述第二UE的标识,所述第一呼叫响应消息是所述第二UE根据接收到的所述呼叫建立消息中包含的所述被叫标识向所述第一UE发送的;根据接收到的所述第一呼叫响应消息,与所述第二UE的标识对应的第二UE建立呼叫连接,这样任意的UE在脱网状态下广播呼叫建立消息,通过点对点方式与发送呼叫响应的其他UE建立呼叫连接,有效地改善DMO场景中固定的呼叫建立方式,增加在脱网情况下群组呼叫建立的灵活性。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中所涉及到的被叫标识可以是指被叫UE的标识,也可以是指被叫UE所在群组的标识。对于群组的标识可以是指群组的身份标识(英文:Identity),也可以是指群组的网际协议(英文:Internet Protocol;缩写:IP)地址,还可以是能够标识群组的其他信息,这里不做限定。
下面结合说明书附图对本发明各个实施例进行详细描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实 施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
图1为本发明实施例提供的一种呼叫建立方法的流程示意图。所述方法可以如下所述。
步骤101:第一UE广播呼叫建立消息。
其中,所述呼叫建立消息中包含所述第一UE的标识和被叫标识,所述被叫标识用于指示所述第一UE呼叫的群组或者UE。
可选地,若第一UE呼叫的对象是群组,那么该呼叫建立消息中包含的被叫标识为群组的标识;若第一UE呼叫的对象是UE,那么该呼叫建立消息中包含的被叫标识为UE的标识。
需要说明的是,若被叫标识为UE的标识,可以是一个UE的标识,也可以是多个UE的标识,这里对于UE的标识的个数不做限定。
在步骤101中,作为MCPTT的呼叫发起者,第一UE可以是一个群组中的任意一个UE,具备主动发起群组呼叫的功能。
首先,第一UE确定发起群组呼叫的目标群组,那么将确定的目标群组的群组标识作为被叫标识携带在呼叫建立消息中通过广播方式发送。
或者,第一UE确定呼叫一个群组中的至少一个其他UE,那么将确定呼叫的其他UE的标识作为被叫标识携带在呼叫建立消息中通过广播方式发送。
具体地,第一UE在确定发起呼叫时,将呼叫请求、第一UE的标识、被叫标识和承载该呼叫请求的协议消息头封装成应用层呼叫建立消息,并通过广播方式发送该呼叫建立消息。
可选地,第一UE在确定发起呼叫时,广播会话初始化协议(英文:Session Initiation Protocol;缩写:SIP)信令,其中,所述SIP信令用于指示所述第一UE发起呼叫建立请求,所述SIP信令中包含所述第一UE的标识和被叫标识。
需要说明的是,呼叫建立消息的具体实现方式还可以通过对第三代合作伙伴计划(英文:3rd Generation Partnership Project;缩写:3GPP)rel12定义的1:m group(群组)通信的方式加以扩展实现,即采用1:m通信方式携带SIP信令的方式实现。
步骤102:所述第一UE接收第二UE发送的第一呼叫响应消息。
其中,所述第一呼叫响应消息中包含所述第二UE的标识,所述第一呼叫响应消息是所述第二UE根据接收到的所述呼叫建立消息中包含的所述被叫标识向所述第一UE发送的。
在步骤102中,在第一UE附近存在至少一个第二UE,该第二UE在接收到第一UE广播的呼叫建立消息时,解析该呼叫建立消息,得到呼叫请求信令和被叫标识。
该第二UE根据得到的被叫标识,确定自己是否是第一UE的呼叫对象,若是,则根据该呼叫请求信令,确定是否接收该呼叫请求,在确定接受本次呼叫时,向所述第一UE发送第一呼叫响应消息。
其中,该第一呼叫响应消息的形式可以是200 ok消息,该200 ok消息中Layer 2目标地址为所述群组的layer2标识,也可以是第一UE的layer 2标识。
可选地,该第一呼叫响应消息还可以承载在1:m communication(通信)的群组广播消息中。其中,该1:m communication的群组广播消息的Layer 2目标地址为该群组的layer 2地址。这样可以使没有接收到第一UE广播的呼叫建立请求的其他UE,在获取该第一呼叫响应消息时,知道第一UE发起呼叫,并确定是否接受该呼叫。
步骤103:所述第一UE根据接收到的所述第一呼叫响应消息,与所述第二UE的标识对应的第二UE建立呼叫连接。
在步骤103中,当所述第一UE接收到多个第二UE发送的第一呼叫响应消息时,所述第一UE根据接收到的每一个第一呼叫响应消息,确定响应本次呼叫的多个第二UE,在确定响应本次呼叫的多个第二UE达到设定的呼叫建立条件时,建立与每一个第二UE之间的呼叫连接。
例如:设定的呼叫建立条件为响应本次呼叫的UE的数量值,那么所述第一UE根据接收到的每一个第一呼叫响应消息,确定响应本次呼叫的第二UE的数量,在确定响应本次呼叫的第二UE的数量达到设定的呼叫建立要求的UE的数量值时,建立与每一个第二UE之间的呼叫连接。
具体地,所述第一UE在确定建立与每一个第二UE之间的呼叫连接时,向每一个第二UE发送应用层的确认消息。
其中,所述确定消息可以是确认(英文:Acknowledgement;缩写:ACK)消息,也可以是其他消息。
所述第一UE向每一个第二UE发送应用层的确认消息的方式可以采用点到点的发送方式。
可选地,所述第一UE在建立与每一个第二UE之间的呼叫连接之后,在执行群组会话的过程中,还可以向每一个第二UE发送会话状态消息。其中,所述会话状态消息中包含参与会话的每一个第二UE的标识,这样使得参与会话的每一个第二UE能够确定由哪些UE备参与会话,哪些UE退出会话。
需要说明的是,该会话状态消息可以是SIP Information/Notify消息。
第一UE发送会话状态消息的方式可以是广播方式,也可以是点到点发送方式或点到多点方式,这里不做限定。
此时,第一用户设备作为MCPTT的控制角色,可以执行话权控制(英文:Floor Control),即接收每一个第二UE的会话请求,确定每一个第二UE进行会话的顺序,并将当前发言的第二UE发出的语音或者媒体通过点对点或者点对多点的方式发送给其他第二UE。
例如:一个群组中包含UE1、UE2、UE3和UE4,UE1作为呼叫发起者,接收到UE2所发出的语音或者媒体数据,并将接收到的UE2所发出的语音或者媒体数据,通过点对点或者点对多点的方式分别发送给UE3和UE4。
通过本发明实施例所述的方案,第一UE广播呼叫建立消息,所述呼叫建立消息中包含所述第一UE的标识和被叫标识,所述被叫标识用于指示所述第一UE呼叫的群组或者UE;接收第二UE发送的第一呼叫响应消息,所述第一呼叫响应消息中包含所述第二UE的标识,所述第一呼叫响应消息是所述第二UE根据接收到的所述呼叫建立消息中包含的所述被叫标识向所述第一UE发送的;根据接收到的所述第一呼叫响应消息,与所述第二UE的标识对应的第二UE建立呼叫连接,这样任意的UE在脱网状态下广播呼叫建立消息,通过点对点方式 与发送呼叫响应的其他UE建立呼叫连接,有效地改善DMO场景中固定的呼叫建立方式,增加在脱网情况下群组呼叫建立的灵活性。
图2为本发明实施例提供的一种呼叫建立方法结构示意图。本发明实施例所述的方案在图1所述的实施例的基础之上,当第三UE接收不到第一UE广播的呼叫建立消息时,第三UE可以通过自由选择能够接收到第一UE广播的呼叫建立消息的第二UE作为中继,实现第三UE与第一UE之间的中继直通。所述方法可以如下所述。
步骤201:第一UE广播呼叫建立消息。
所述呼叫建立消息中包含所述第一UE的标识和被叫标识,所述被叫标识用于指示所述第一UE呼叫的群组或者UE。
本步骤的具体实现方式与上述步骤101的具体实现方式相同,这里不做具体描述。
步骤202:第二UE接收第一UE广播的呼叫建立消息,并在确定接受本次呼叫时,广播第一呼叫响应消息。
其中,所述第一呼叫响应消息承载在1:m communication(通信)的群组广播消息中,该1:m communication的群组广播消息的Layer 2目标地址为该群组的Layer 2地址。
在步骤202中,所述第二UE根据所述呼叫建立消息中包含的被叫标识,确定所述第二UE为所述被叫标识指示的UE或者所述被叫标识指示的群组中包含的UE;并在确定接受本次呼叫时,广播第一呼叫响应消息。
具体地,所述第一呼叫响应消息中所述第二UE的标识和第一UE的标识。

在步骤204中,由于第三UE为所述被叫标识指示的UE或者所述被叫标识指示的群组中包含的UE,且无法接收到第一UE广播的呼叫建立消息,但是能 够接收到第二UE广播的第一呼叫响应消息。
这样,第三UE在接收到第二UE广播的第一呼叫响应消息时,解析该第一呼叫响应消息,得到第一UE的标识,确定呼叫发起者。
第三UE根据接收到的所述第一呼叫响应消息中包含的所述第一UE的标识,确定是否与所述第一UE的标识对应的所述第一UE建立呼叫连接。
可选地,由于第二UE采用广播方式发送第一呼叫响应消息,若多个第二UE都采用广播方式发送第一呼叫响应消息,那么第三UE将接收到的大于或者等于两个第一呼叫响应消息,此时,第三UE从接收到的大于或者等于两个的所述第一呼叫响应消息中,选择其中一个所述第一呼叫响应消息。
这里第三UE选择第一呼叫响应消息的方式可以依据接收到的第一呼叫响应消息的信号强度或者信号质量,以选择信号强度最大或者信号质量最好的第一呼叫响应消息为优先方式,这里对于如何选择不做限定。
具体地,所述第三UE根据选择的所述第一呼叫响应消息中包含的所述第一UE的标识,确定是否与所述第一UE的标识对应的所述第一UE建立呼叫连接。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中所描述的第三UE不限于一个UE,而是一类UE,该类UE具备为第一UE发送的呼叫建立消息中包含的被叫标识指示的UE,但是无法直接接收到第一UE发送的呼叫建立消息。
步骤205:所述第三UE在确定与所述第一UE的标识对应的所述第一UE建立呼叫连接时,向所述第二UE发送Relay连接请求。
其中,所述Relay连接请求中包含所述第三UE的标识。
在步骤205中,若第三UE在步骤204中执行选择一个第一呼叫响应消息的操作,那么在步骤205中,所述第三UE在确定与所述第一UE的标识对应的所述第一UE建立呼叫连接时,根据选择的所述第一呼叫响应消息中包含的所述第二UE的标识,向所述第二UE的标识对应的所述第二UE发送Relay连接请求。

步骤301:第一UE广播呼叫建立消息。
所述呼叫建立消息中包含所述第一UE的标识和被叫标识,所述被叫标识用于指示所述第一UE呼叫的群组或者UE。
本步骤的具体实现方式与上述步骤101的具体实现方式相同,这里不做具体描述。
步骤302:第二UE接收第一UE广播的呼叫建立消息,并在确定接受本次呼叫时,向所述第一UE发送第一呼叫响应消息。

步骤305:第三UE接收所述第二UE转发的呼叫建立消息。
在步骤305中,由于第三UE为所述被叫标识指示的UE或者所述被叫标识指示的群组中包含的UE,且无法接收到第一UE广播的呼叫建立消息,但是可以通过第二UE接收到第一UE广播的呼叫建立消息。
这样,第三UE根据接收到的所述呼叫建立消息中包含的所述第一UE的标识,确定是否与所述第一UE的标识对应的所述第一UE建立呼叫连接。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中所描述的第三UE不限于一个UE,而是一类UE,该类UE具备为第一UE发送的呼叫建立消息中包含的被叫标识指示的UE,但是无法直接接收到第一UE发送的呼叫建立消息。
步骤306:所述第三UE在确定与所述第一UE的标识对应的所述第一UE建立呼叫连接时,向所述第二UE发送Relay连接请求。
其中,所述Relay连接请求中包含所述第三UE的标识。
步骤307:所述第三UE与所述第二UE之间建立Relay连接,向所述第二UE发送第二呼叫响应消息。

需要说明的是,图2和图3中所示的呼叫建立方法,第二UE作为第一UE与第三UE之间呼叫建立的中继,本发明实施例中对于中继可以是一级中继,也可以是多级中继,这里不做限定。例如:一条呼叫连接中包括:UE1、UE2和UE3,那么UE2作为UE1与UE3之间呼叫建立的中继;一条呼叫连接中包含:UE1、UE2、UE3和UE4,那么UE2作为UE1与UE3之间呼叫建立的中继,UE3作为UE2与UE4之间呼叫建立的中继,UE2和UE3作为UE1与UE4之间呼叫建立的中继。
通过本发明实施例所述的方案,任意UE在脱网状态下广播呼叫建立消息,通过点对点方式与发送呼叫响应的其他UE建立呼叫连接;若存在被呼叫对象无法接收到主叫的呼叫建立消息时,该被叫对象可以从自身周围选择能够接收到主叫的呼叫建立消息的被叫对象作为与主叫建立呼叫连接的中继,实现与主叫之间建立呼叫连接,有效地改善DMO场景中固定的呼叫建立方式,增加在脱网情况下群组呼叫建立的灵活性。
图4为本发明实施例提供的一种呼叫建立方法的流程示意图。所述方法可以如下所述。
步骤401:第一UE广播通知消息。
其中,所述通知消息中包含所述被叫标识和原因值,所述原因值用于表征所述被叫标识指示的UE或者所述被叫标识指示的群组中包含的UE为所述第一 UE的寻呼对象。
需要说明的是,所述通知消息可以采用群组成员发现(英文:group member discovery)方式发送,也可以采用寻呼(英文:Paging)方式发送,这里不做限定。
在步骤401中,第一UE在发起呼叫建立之前,通过通知消息寻找被呼叫对象。
例如:通过通知群组标识(英文:announcing group ID)的方式,确定可能响应呼叫的群组成员。
需要说明的是,所述通知消息中可以包含群组标识,也可以包含被呼叫的UE的标识,这里不做限定。
该通知信息还可以包含第一UE的标识,例如,第一UE的ID和第一UE的地址信息,例如:IP地址等。
通知消息中包含的原因值,使得接收到第一UE广播的通知消息时,确定第一UE发送通知消息的目的,这样可以根据接收到的通知消息中包含的被叫标识作出响应。
步骤402:第二UE接收到所述通知消息,并在确定响应寻呼时,向所述第一UE发送连接请求,与所述第一UE建立直连接(例如:设备与设备(英文:Device to Device;缩写:D2D)连接)。
在步骤402中,第二UE不限于一个UE,而是一类UE,即能够直接与所述第一UE建立呼叫连接的UE。
可选地,第二UE确定响应寻呼的方式包括:
所述第二UE根据接收到的所述通知消息中包含的被叫标识,确定所述第二UE为所述被叫标识指示的UE或者所述第二UE为所述被叫标识指示的群组中包含的UE,以及根据接收到的所述通知消息中包含的原因值确定所述第二UE为所述第一UE的寻呼对象,向所述第一UE发送通知响应消息。

步骤405:所述第三UE与所述第二UE之间建立Relay连接,并向所述第二UE发送第二注册请求。

需要说明的是,本发明实施例中的步骤404~步骤405不是必选步骤,而是优选步骤。本发明实施例中步骤404和步骤405的目的是确定所述第二UE为第一UE与第三UE之间呼叫建立的中继,为了达到这一目的,除了使用本发明实施例中步骤404和步骤405的方式之外,还可以采用图3中步骤304~步骤307中所述的实施方式,区别在于交互的消息不同。
步骤406:所述第一UE接收所述第二UE发送的所述第一注册请求和所述第二注册请求。
步骤407:第一UE向注册的第二UE广播呼叫建立消息。
其中,所述呼叫建立消息中包含所述第一UE的标识和被叫标识。
在步骤407中,第一UE向注册的第二UE发送呼叫建立消息的方式可以是通过点到点的方式,也可以是通过广播方式,这里不做限定。
第一UE广播的呼叫建立消息可以是会话邀请(英文:SIP invite)消息,其中,该SIP invite消息中可以包含被呼叫的UE的标识,例如:第二UE的标识、第三UE的标识。
这里需要说明的是,第二UE在接收到SIP invite消息时,确定会话邀请第 三UE,此时将该会话邀请转发给第三UE。
步骤408:第一UE接收第二UE发送的第一呼叫响应消息和第二呼叫响应消息,并建立与所述第二UE、所述第三UE之间的呼叫连接。
其中,所述第二呼叫响应消息是由第三UE发送给第二UE的。
步骤409:第一UE向所述第二UE发送确认消息。
图5所示,为本发明实施例提供的一种用户设备的结构示意图。所述用户设备可以采用通用计算机结构实现。所述用户设备包括:信号发射器51、处理器52和信号接收器53。信号发射器51、处理器52和信号接收器53可以通过总线进行连接。
由于本发明实施例的用户设备角色不同,所使用的功能不同。在本发明实施例中用户设备的功能可以大致分为三类:第一类是主动发起呼叫的第一UE;第二类是可以与第一UE直接建立呼叫的第二UE;第三类是无法直接与第一UE建立呼叫,但可以选择第二UE作为中继实现与第一UE之间建立呼叫。

可选的,所述呼叫建立系统中还包括第三UE93,其中:
所述第二UE92,具体用于在确定所述第二UE为所述被叫标识指示的UE或者所述被叫标识对应的群组中包含的UE时,广播第一呼叫响应消息;
所述第三UE93,用于接收所述第二UE广播的第一呼叫响应消息,所述第一呼叫响应消息中包含所述第二UE的标识和所述第一UE的标识,所述第一UE的标识是由所述第二UE从接收到所述第一UE广播的呼叫建立消息中获得的;根据接收到的所述第一呼叫响应消息中包含的所述第一UE的标识,确定与所述第一UE的标识对应的所述第一UE建立呼叫连接,并向所述第二UE发送中继Relay连接请求;
所述第二UE92,还用于接收所述第三UE发送的Relay连接请求,并向所述第三UE发送连接响应消息;
所述第三UE93,还用于根据接收到的所述连接响应消息,与所述第二UE之间建立Relay连接,并向所述第二UE发送第二呼叫响应消息,其中,所述第二呼叫响应消息中包含所述第三UE的标识。
可选地,所述第一UE91,还用于在广播呼叫建立消息之前,广播通知消息, 其中,所述通知消息中包含被叫标识和原因值,所述原因值用于表征所述被叫标识指示的UE或者所述被叫标识指示的群组中包含的UE为所述第一UE的寻呼对象;
所述第二UE92,还用于接收所述第一UE广播的通知消息,根据接收到的所述通知消息中包含的被叫标识,确定所述第二UE为所述被叫标识指示的UE或者所述第二UE为所述被叫标识指示的群组中包含的UE,以及根据接收到的所述通知消息中包含的原因值确定所述第二UE为所述第一UE的寻呼对象,向所述第一UE发送通知响应消息,其中,所述通知响应消息中包含所述第二UE的标识;
所述第一UE91,还用于接收所述第二UE发送的通知响应消息。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种呼叫建立方法,其特征在于,包括:
    第一用户设备UE广播呼叫建立消息,其中,所述呼叫建立消息中包含所述第一UE的标识和被叫标识,所述被叫标识用于指示所述第一UE呼叫的群组或者UE;
    所述第一UE接收第二UE发送的第一呼叫响应消息,其中,所述第一呼叫响应消息中包含所述第二UE的标识,所述第一呼叫响应消息是所述第二UE根据接收到的所述呼叫建立消息中包含的所述被叫标识向所述第一UE发送的;
    所述第一UE根据接收到的所述第一呼叫响应消息,与所述第二UE的标识对应的第二UE建立呼叫连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的呼叫建立方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一UE接收所述第二UE发送的第二呼叫响应消息,其中,所述第二呼叫响应消息中包含第三UE的标识,所述第二呼叫响应消息是由第三UE发送给所述第二UE的,所述第二呼叫响应消息用于表征所述第三UE确定与所述第一UE之间通过所述第二UE建立呼叫连接,所述第三UE为所述被叫标识指示的UE或者所述被叫标识指示的群组中包含的UE。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的呼叫方法,其特征在于,所述第一呼叫响应消息中还包含所述第一UE的标识;
    所述第二呼叫响应消息是所述第三UE在接收到所述第二UE广播的第一呼叫响应消息时,根据所述第一呼叫响应消息中包含的所述第一UE的标识,确定与所述第一UE的标识对应的所述第一UE建立呼叫连接,向所述第二UE发送中继Relay连接请求,与所述第二UE之间建立Relay连接,并向所述第二UE发送的。
  4. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的呼叫建立方法,其特征在于,所述第一UE在广播呼叫建立消息之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一UE广播通知消息,其中,所述通知消息中包含所述被叫标识和原因值,所述原因值用于表征所述被叫标识指示的UE或者所述被叫标识指示的群 组中包含的UE为所述第一UE的寻呼对象;
    所述第一UE接收所述第二UE发送的通知响应消息,其中,所述通知响应消息中包含所述第二UE的标识,所述通知响应消息是由所述第二UE根据所述通知消息中包含的所述原因值和所述被叫标识发送的;
    所述呼叫建立消息中还包含发送通知响应消息的所述第二UE的标识。
  5. 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的呼叫建立方法,其特征在于,所述第一UE接收第二UE发送的第一呼叫响应消息,包括:
    所述第一UE接收所述第二UE发送的200ok消息,其中,所述200ok消息中层Layer 2目标地址为所述群组的Layer 2地址。
  6. 一种呼叫建立方法,其特征在于,包括:
    第二用户设备UE接收第一UE广播的呼叫建立消息,其中,所述呼叫建立消息中包含所述第一UE的标识和被叫标识,所述被叫标识用于指示所述第一UE呼叫的群组或者UE;
    所述第二UE根据所述呼叫建立消息中包含的被叫标识,确定所述第二UE为所述被叫标识指示的UE或者所述被叫标识指示的群组中包含的UE;
    所述第二UE向所述第一UE发送第一呼叫响应消息,其中,所述第一呼叫响应消息中包含所述第二UE的标识。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的呼叫建立方法,其特征在于,所述第二UE在接收第一UE广播的呼叫建立消息之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述第二UE接收所述第一UE发送的通知消息,其中,所述通知消息中包含被叫标识和原因值,所述原因值用于表征所述被叫标识指示的UE或者所述被叫标识指示的群组中包含的UE为所述第一UE的寻呼对象;
    所述第二UE根据接收到的所述通知消息中包含的被叫标识,确定所述第二UE为所述被叫标识指示的UE或者所述第二UE为所述被叫标识指示的群组中包含的UE,以及根据接收到的所述通知消息中包含的原因值确定所述第二UE为所述第一UE的寻呼对象;
    所述第二UE向所述第一UE发送通知响应消息,其中,所述通知响应消息 中包含所述第二UE的标识。
  8. 一种呼叫建立方法,其特征在于,包括:
    第三用户设备UE接收第二UE广播的第一呼叫响应消息,其中,所述第一呼叫响应消息中包含所述第二UE的标识和第一UE的标识,所述第一UE的标识是由所述第二UE从接收到所述第一UE广播的呼叫建立消息中获得的;
    所述第三UE根据接收到的所述第一呼叫响应消息中包含的所述第一UE的标识,确定与所述第一UE的标识对应的所述第一UE建立呼叫连接,并向所述第二UE发送中继Relay连接请求;
    所述第三UE与所述第二UE之间建立Relay连接,向所述第二UE发送第二呼叫响应消息,其中,所述第二呼叫响应消息中包含所述第三UE的标识。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的呼叫建立方法,其特征在于,若所述第三UE接收到大于或者等于两个的所述第二UE广播的第一呼叫响应消息,所述方法还包括:
    所述第三UE从接收到的大于或者等于两个的所述第一呼叫响应消息中,选择其中一个所述第一呼叫响应消息;
    所述第三UE根据接收到的所述第一呼叫响应消息中包含的所述第一UE的标识,确定与所述第一UE的标识对应的所述第一UE建立呼叫连接,并向所述第二UE发送中继Relay连接请求,包括:
    所述第三UE根据选择的所述第一呼叫响应消息中包含的所述第一UE的标识,确定与所述第一UE的标识对应的所述第一UE建立呼叫连接;并根据选择的所述第一呼叫响应消息中包含的所述第二UE的标识,向所述第二UE的标识对应的所述第二UE发送中继Relay连接请求。
  10. 一种用户设备,其特征在于,所述用户设备为第一用户设备UE,包括:
    信号发射器,用于广播呼叫建立消息,其中,所述呼叫建立消息中包含所述第一UE的标识和被叫标识,所述被叫标识用于指示所述第一UE呼叫的群组或者UE;
    信号接收器,用于接收所述第二UE发送的第一呼叫响应消息,其中,所述 第一呼叫响应消息中包含所述第二UE的标识,所述第一呼叫响应消息是所述第二UE根据接收到的所述呼叫建立消息中包含的所述被叫标识向所述第一UE发送的;
    处理器,用于根据接收到的所述第一呼叫响应消息,与所述第二UE的标识对应的第二UE建立呼叫连接。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的用户设备,其特征在于,
    所述信号接收器,还用于接收所述第二UE发送的第二呼叫响应消息,其中,所述第二呼叫响应消息中包含第三UE的标识,所述第二呼叫响应消息是由所述第三UE发送给所述第二UE的,所述第二呼叫响应消息用于表征所述第三UE确定与所述第一UE之间通过所述第二UE建立呼叫连接,所述第三UE为所述被叫标识指示的UE或者所述被叫标识指示的群组中包含的UE。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的用户设备,其特征在于,所述第一呼叫响应消息中还包含所述第一UE的标识;
    所述第二呼叫响应消息是所述第三UE在接收到所述第二UE广播的第一呼叫响应消息时,根据所述第一呼叫响应消息中包含的所述第一UE的标识,确定与所述第一UE的标识对应的所述第一UE建立呼叫连接,向所述第二UE发送中继Relay连接请求,与所述第二UE之间建立Relay连接,并向所述第二UE发送的。
  13. 如权利要求10至12任一项所述的用户设备,其特征在于,
    所述信号发射器,还用于在广播呼叫建立消息之前,广播通知消息,其中,所述通知消息中包含所述被叫标识和原因值,所述原因值用于表征所述被叫标识指示的UE或者所述被叫标识指示的群组中包含的UE为所述第一UE的寻呼对象;
    所述信号接收器,还用于接收所述第二UE发送的通知响应消息,其中,所述通知响应消息中包含所述第二UE的标识,所述通知响应消息是由所述第二UE根据所述通知消息中包含的所述原因值和所述被叫标识发送的;
    所述呼叫建立消息中还包含发送通知响应消息的所述第二UE的标识。
  14. 如权利要求10至13任一项所述的用户设备,其特征在于,
    所述信号接收器,具体用于接收所述第二UE发送的200ok消息,其中,所述200ok消息中层Layer 2目标地址为所述群组的Layer 2地址。
  15. 一种用户设备,其特征在于,所述用户设备为第二用户设备UE,包括:
    信号接收器,用于接收第一UE广播的呼叫建立消息,其中,所述呼叫建立消息中包含所述第一UE的标识和被叫标识,所述被叫标识用于指示所述第一UE呼叫的群组或者UE;
    处理器,用于根据所述呼叫建立消息中包含的被叫标识,确定所述第二UE为所述被叫标识指示的UE或者所述被叫标识指示的群组中包含的UE;
    信号发射器,用于向所述第一UE发送第一呼叫响应消息,其中,所述第一呼叫响应消息中包含所述第二UE的标识。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的用户设备,其特征在于,
    所述信号接收器,还用于在接收第一UE广播的呼叫建立消息之前,接收所述第一UE发送的通知消息,其中,所述通知消息中包含被叫标识和原因值,所述原因值用于表征所述被叫标识指示的UE或者所述被叫标识指示的群组中包含的UE为所述第一UE的寻呼对象;
    所述处理器,还用于根据接收到的所述通知消息中包含的被叫标识,确定所述第二UE为所述被叫标识指示的UE或者所述第二UE为所述被叫标识指示的群组中包含的UE,以及根据接收到的所述通知消息中包含的原因值确定所述第二UE为所述第一UE的寻呼对象;
    所述信号发射器,还用于向所述第一UE发送通知响应消息,其中,所述通知响应消息中包含所述第二UE的标识。
  17. 一种用户设备,其特征在于,所述用户设备为第三用户设备UE,包括:
    信号接收器,用于接收第二UE广播的第一呼叫响应消息,其中,所述第一呼叫响应消息中包含所述第二UE的标识和第一UE的标识,所述第一UE的标识是由所述第二UE从接收到所述第一UE广播的呼叫建立消息中获得的;
    处理器,用于根据接收到的所述第一呼叫响应消息中包含的所述第一UE的 标识,确定与所述第一UE的标识对应的所述第一UE建立呼叫连接;
    信号发射器,用于向所述第二UE发送中继Relay连接请求;
    所述处理器,还用于与所述第二UE之间建立Relay连接;
    所述信号发射器,还用于向所述第二UE发送第二呼叫响应消息,其中,所述第二呼叫响应消息中包含所述第三UE的标识。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的用户设备,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,还用于若所述信号接收器接收到大于或者等于两个的所述第二UE广播的第一呼叫响应消息,从接收到的大于或者等于两个的所述第一呼叫响应消息中,选择其中一个所述第一呼叫响应消息;
    所述处理器根据接收到的所述第一呼叫响应消息中包含的所述第一UE的标识,确定与所述第一UE的标识对应的所述第一UE建立呼叫连接,并向所述第二UE发送中继Relay连接请求,包括:
    根据选择的所述第一呼叫响应消息中包含的所述第一UE的标识,确定与所述第一UE的标识对应的所述第一UE建立呼叫连接;并根据选择的所述第一呼叫响应消息中包含的所述第二UE的标识,向所述第二UE的标识对应的所述第二UE发送中继Relay连接请求。
  19. 一种呼叫建立系统,其特征在于,所述呼叫建立系统包含第一用户设备UE和第二UE,其中:
    第一UE,用于广播呼叫建立消息,所述呼叫建立消息中包含所述第一UE的标识和被叫标识,所述被叫标识用于指示所述第一UE呼叫的群组或者UE;接收所述第二UE发送的第一呼叫响应消息,所述第一呼叫响应消息中包含所述第二UE的标识;根据接收到的所述第一呼叫响应消息,与所述第二UE的标识对应的第二UE建立呼叫连接;
    第二UE,用于接收所述第一UE广播的呼叫建立消息,根据所述呼叫建立消息中包含的被叫的标识,确定所述第二UE为所述被叫标识指示的UE或者所述被叫标识指示的群组中包含的UE,向所述第一UE发送第一呼叫响应消息。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的呼叫建立系统,其特征在于,所述呼叫建立系统 中还包括第三UE,其中:
    所述第二UE,具体用于在确定所述第二UE为所述被叫标识指示的UE或者所述被叫标识对应的群组中包含的UE时,广播第一呼叫响应消息;
    所述第三UE,用于接收所述第二UE广播的第一呼叫响应消息,所述第一呼叫响应消息中包含所述第二UE的标识和所述第一UE的标识,所述第一UE的标识是由所述第二UE从接收到所述第一UE广播的呼叫建立消息中获得的;根据接收到的所述第一呼叫响应消息中包含的所述第一UE的标识,确定与所述第一UE的标识对应的所述第一UE建立呼叫连接,并向所述第二UE发送中继Relay连接请求;
    所述第二UE,还用于接收所述第三UE发送的Relay连接请求,并向所述第三UE发送连接响应消息;
    所述第三UE,还用于根据接收到的所述连接响应消息,与所述第二UE之间建立Relay连接,并向所述第二UE发送第二呼叫响应消息,其中,所述第二呼叫响应消息中包含所述第三UE的标识。
  21. 如权利要求19或20所述的呼叫建立系统,其特征在于,
    所述第一UE,还用于在广播呼叫建立消息之前,广播通知消息,其中,所述通知消息中包含被叫标识和原因值,所述原因值用于表征所述被叫标识指示的UE或者所述被叫标识指示的群组中包含的UE为所述第一UE的寻呼对象;
    所述第二UE,还用于接收所述第一UE广播的通知消息,根据接收到的所述通知消息中包含的被叫标识,确定所述第二UE为所述被叫标识指示的UE或者所述第二UE为所述被叫标识指示的群组中包含的UE,以及根据接收到的所述通知消息中包含的原因值确定所述第二UE为所述第一UE的寻呼对象,向所述第一UE发送通知响应消息,其中,所述通知响应消息中包含所述第二UE的标识;
    所述第一UE,还用于接收所述第二UE发送的通知响应消息。
