本实用新型属于行程开关结构设计以及应用技术领域,涉及操控机电运动结构用行程开关,具体为一种行程开关。
背景技术
目前市场上的行程开关存在如下问题:
1、防护等级较低
市场上的行程开关普遍采用橡胶垫、橡胶套密封,该结构本身防护等级在IP65左右,无法通过II级绝缘标准,若产品在生产过程中控制不严格,存在胶垫挤压变形偏移,结构件表面光洁度差异等因素导致密封效果失效的风险,从而导致产品无法适用于湿度大、尘埃粒子浓度高的复杂环境中;
2、尺寸较大
市场上的行程开关因其运动结构的特点,及电器间隙爬电距离的要求,开关的体积较大,导致商家在选择开关时经常发生开关与其本身结构件干涉的现象;
3、对多种形式开关的通用性较低
企业在选择开关时常常因为其触点形式、操作头方式、动作方式不一样而选择不同形式型号的开关,有时候为了凑齐开关的品种,不得不从不同厂家采购技术标准参差不齐的开关。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型的目的在于针对上述问题提供一种行程开关,防护等级高、尺寸小且适用多种开关要求。
本实用新型是这样实现的:
一种行程开关,包括壳体,其特征在于:壳体内设有空腔,空腔内设有双环基座,双环基座包括外环基座和内环基座,其中外环基座上设有静触片,内环基座上设有动触片,静触片的静触点和动触片的动触点均在外环基座和内环基座之间;还包括操作头,操作头穿过壳体连接壳体内的连杆,连杆连接动触片并联动控制动触片与静触片的接触和分断。
更进一步地,壳体头端设有导向套,所述操作头的尾部伸入导向套内并与导向套内的连杆头端连接;导向套与空腔之间设有挡板,连杆尾端贯穿挡板与内环基座上的动触片连接;连杆上套设有复位弹簧,复位弹簧设置在操作头和挡板之间。
更进一步地,双环基座为双矩形环,内环基座与外环基座的顶边重合,所述静触片分别设置在外环基座的四个顶点处;内环基座上设有滑轨,滑轨上设有滑块,连杆尾端通过触片弹簧连接滑块,连杆连接的所述动触片分布在滑块两侧,使滑块能够沿着内环基座引导动触片在静触片之间往复滑动,完成动触片与静触片接触和分断。
更进一步地,在操作头和连杆之间设置限位钢球,限位钢球为两个,并通过连接弹簧弹性连接;导向套内壁上设有限位槽,限位槽与限位钢球适配。
更进一步地,壳体上设有外盖;双环基座上设有与之匹配的内盖,内盖与基座连接并且内盖与基座连接整体涂设密封胶层;双环基座与外壳内壁之间填充有密封胶。
更进一步地,导向套与挡板的连接处设有O型密封圈密封。
更进一步地,壳体尾端设有接线孔,接线孔处设有锁线夹。
本实用新型的有益效果是提供了一种行程开关,通过双环基座结构将触点和操作系统浓缩在壳体内腔,大大缩小行程开关整体体积,在满足230V/6AAC-15、230/0.25mADC-13条件下电气间隙和爬电距离的前提下,浓缩了外形尺寸,大幅度扩大了使用范围;密封效果好,防护等级更高;在基本结构不变的情况下,能够实现操作头的多样化,更加通用。

具体实施方式

一种行程开关,如图1所示,包括壳体1和操作头2,壳体头端设有导向套3,操作头2的头端在壳体1外,操作头2的尾部伸入导向套3内并与导向套3内的连杆4头端连接;壳体内设有空腔5,导向套3与空腔5之间设有挡板6,连杆4上套设有复位弹簧7,复位弹簧7设置在操作头2和挡板6之间;复位弹簧7优选宝塔簧。导向套3与挡板6的连接处设有0型密封圈密封8。
空腔5内设有类似“回”字形的双环基座,双环基座包括外环基座9和内环基座10,双环基座为双矩形环,本实施例中外环矩形为倒角,除此实施例外,双环基座也可以是圆角或者其他合适的形状。
根据图2所示,内环基座10与外环基座9的顶边重合,其中外环基座9的四个顶点处分别设有静触片121、122、123以及124,内环基座9上设有滑轨11,滑轨11上设有滑块13,滑块13两侧分布有动触片141和142,静触片的静触点15和动触片的动触点16均在外环基座9和内环基座10之间;结合图3所示的为滑块一侧的动触片的动触点16与静触片上的静触点15分断与接触的配合示意图,图中动触片142的动触点16与与静触片122的静触点15接触,当动触片142向静触片123移动并与之接触时,则为动触片142近静触片123侧的动触点16与静触片123上的静触点15接触。
所述连杆4的尾端贯穿挡板6伸入空腔5中与内环基座9上的动触片连接,连杆连接动触片并联动控制动触片与静触片的接触和分断;连杆尾端通过触片弹簧17与滑块13弹性连接,使滑块能够沿着内环基座引导动触片在静触片之间往复滑动,完成动触片与静触片接触和分断。
壳体上设有外盖;双环基座上设有与之匹配的内盖,内盖与基座连接并且内盖与基座连接整体涂设密封胶层;双环基座与外壳内壁之间填充有密封胶。
壳体尾端设有接线孔18,接线孔处设有锁线夹19;静触片的接线从接线孔进入,用锁线夹归拢固定。
初始状态下,动触片141和142分别与静触片121、122接触,形成开关触点常闭;按动操作头2,连杆4开始下移,带动滑块13和动触片下移,常闭触点断开;持续按动操作头2,连杆继续带动动触片和滑块下移,动触片141和142向静触片123、124靠近,常开触点开始接通,直至滑块13滑至内环基座10尾端,并且触片弹簧17压缩使动触片141 和142分别与静触片124、123接触,常开触点一直接通状态;放松操作头,在复位弹簧的作用下,连杆带动滑块与动触片复位。
上述实施例为直动自动复位式行程开关,在本实施例的基础上,在操作头和连杆之间设置限位装置,使之构成直动非自动复位式行程开关:
在操作头2和连杆4之间设置限位钢球20,限位钢球20为两个,并通过连接弹簧21弹性连接;导向套3内壁上设有限位槽22,限位槽22与限位钢球21适配,这样当常闭触点断开、动触片141、142向静触片123、124靠近的过程中,限位钢球20在操作头的推动下靠近限位槽22,限位钢球10到达限位槽22位置时,连接弹簧21的斥力会使限位钢球20与迅速落入限位槽11内,此时动触片141、142分别与动触片124、123接触,行程开关处于常开状态;但此时,由于连接弹簧弹性,操作头仍可稍稍继续下按一段距离,常开触点也继续保持接通状态。
当需要复位时,只需要向上拉操作头,带动限位钢球脱离限位槽,由于拉力带动作用,动触片和滑块可迅速复位至初始状态。
本实用新型的优点如下:
1、将操纵系统和触点系统浓缩在双环形基座内,在满足大幅度缩小了行程开关的整体尺寸,在满足230V/6AAC-15、230/0.25mADC-13条件下电气间隙和爬电距离的前提下,降低了与机器设备结构件的干涉率,使之安装更为便捷,适用范围更广;
2、双环基座上设置内盖,并填充密封胶,大大提高产品的防护性能,满足II级绝缘标准,本实用新型经测试绝缘电阻大于500M欧,耐电压2500Vlmin时间,接触电阻小于0.3欧;
振动试验机的振幅<2mm,频率为13.5HZ,振动时间为3h;
25℃升温2.5h到高温60℃保持2h,经过2.5h降温至25℃,又经过0.5h转换到低温-10℃保持2h后,经过0.5h升温至25℃,往返24个循环试验,产品性能完好;
将本实用新型置于1m深水中30分钟,无液体渗透现象;将其在密封环境中喷滑石粉10分钟,无粉尘进入现象;
本实用新型外壳材料优选耐腐蚀性能、耐高低温性能高的钢材及塑料材质,过35℃、5%NACL浓度、时间6h的盐雾测试,产品性能完好;
3、样式多,本实用新型的上述实施例为直动自动复位式和直动非自动复位式,在不改变内腔结构的基础上,本实用新型也可以为滚轮式操作头自动复位式或非自动复位式等等,扩大应用范围。
