Description

资产信息的管理方法及装置 技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域,具体而言,涉及一种资产信息的管理方法及装置。
背景技术
在现有网络架构之中,网络功能与网络设备具备超强的耦合关系,网络功能均可以通过专门设计的、厂商专有的设备来实现,由此带来了诸多不便。例如:这些设备在性能上的提高,受限于满足特定/定制化需求而且同时保持电信级可靠性的硬件的发展;又比如:当运营商需要部署新的业务时,须事先部署新设计的、具有相关专用功能的设备,这会提高运营商的业务部署成本。另一方面,随着中央处理器(CPU)及内存的性能快速地提高,通用型服务器上以软件形式运行网络功能就具备了基础条件,网络功能虚拟化(Network Function Virtualisation,简称为NFV)技术也应运而生,其目标在于能够在通用的硬件设备上运行网络功能,从而通过大范围的部署,以降低资本性支出(CAPEX)。“虚拟化”使得网络功能可以按需地部署及更新,且极大地方便远程管理及维护,由此可以降低运营成本(OPEX)。
图1是根据相关技术的网络功能虚拟化管理和编排(NFV Management and Orchestration,简称为NFV-MANO)的架构及参考点的示意图。如图1所示,虚拟网络功能编排器(Network Functions Virtualisation Orchestrator,简称为NFVO)负责网络服务的声明周期管理、跨虚拟化基础设施管理者(Virtualised Infrastructure Manager,简称为VIM)的网络功能虚拟化基础设施(Network Functions Virtualisation Infrastructure,简称为NFVI)资源调度等功能,虚拟网络功能管理者(VNF Manager,简称为VNFM)负责VNF实例的声明周期管理,每个VNF实例假设都存在一个与之关联的VNFM,VIM负责控制和管理NFVI计算、存储和网络资源。
在传统网络管理系统中,网络管理系统(Network Management System,简称为NMS)可以通过网元管理系统(Element Management System,简称为EMS)获取网元的资产信息。在网络功能虚拟化后,EMS只负责对VNF应用层的进行管理,软硬件资源则可以通过VIM进行管理,但是为了使运营商能够全面了解网络功能虚拟化后的资产情况,用于拓扑呈现,NMS或运营支撑系统(Operation Support System,简称为OSS)同样需要能够获取到资产信息。
综上所述,相关技术中在网络功能虚拟化后无法有效地获取网络基础设施的资产信息。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种资产信息的管理方法及装置,以至少解决相关技术中在网络功能虚拟化后无法有效地获取网络基础设施的资产信息的问题。
根据本发明实施例的一个方面,提供了一种资产信息的管理方法。

优选实施例一
在该优选实施例中,从用户使用习惯角度而言,可以沿用传统网络管理中硬件资产的信息模型,通过扩展现有模型来实现管理NFVI硬件的目的,图4是根据本发明优选实施例的信息模型的示意图。如图4所示,在被管理元素(ManagedElement)对象下新增属性NFVI-PoP,用于表示被管理设备所属NFVI接入点的标识,在资产单元(InventoryUnit)对象下新增属性资源池(ResourcePool),表示该硬件所属的资源池。
(1)VIM根据NFVI的硬件信息基于图4构建硬件资产信息库,如图5所示硬件资产信息库的示意图,其具体过程如下:
a)创建管理对象ManagedElement的实例ManagedElement1,设置新增属性NFVI-PoP=NfviPop1,该管理对象实例表示标识为NfviPop1的网络功能虚拟化基础设施接入点;
b)创建管理对象InventoryUnit的实例InventoryUnitRack、InventoryUnitShelf、InventoryUnitBlade,设置新增属性ResourcePool的值为#1、#1、#1,各个管理对象实例依次表示为机框、机架和刀片,其中,InventoryUnitRack被ManagedElement1包含,InventoryUnitShelf被InventoryUnitRack包含,InventoryUnitBlade被InventoryUnitShelf包含;
(2)NMS/OSS向NFVO发送获取硬件资产信息的请求;
(3)NFVO向VIM发送获取硬件资产信息的请求;
(4)VIM根据资产信息库的内容将表示硬件资产信息的InventoryUnitRack、InventoryUnitShelf、InventoryUnitBlade实例及属性信息发送至NFVO;
(5)NFVO将接收到的硬件资产信息发送至NMS/OSS。
优选实施例二
在该优选实施例中,(1)NFVO从VIM获取NFVI的硬件信息基于图4构建硬件资产信息库,如图6所示硬件资产信息库的示意图,其具体过程如下:
a)创建管理对象ManagedElement的实例ManagedElement2,设置新增属性NFVI-PoP=NfviPop2,该管理对象实例表示标识为NfviPop2的网络功能虚拟化基础设施接入点;
b)创建管理对象InventoryUnit的实例InventoryUnitHost、InventoryUnitAccessory,设置新增属性ResourcePool的值为#2、#2,两个管理对象实例分别表示主机和附属设备,均被上述ManagedElement2包含;
(2)NMS/OSS向NFVO发送获取硬件资产信息的请求;
(3)NFVO根据资产信息库的内容将表示硬件资产信息的InventoryUnitHost、InventoryUnitAccessory实例及属性信息发送至NMS/OSS。
优选实施例三
在该优选实施例中,可以通过扩展现有硬件和软件资产的信息模型来实现管理NFVI硬件和软件资产的目的。图7是根据本发明优选实施例的另一个信息模型的示意图。如图7所示,在ManagedElement下新增属性NFVI-PoP,用于表示被管理设备所属NFVI-PoP的标识,在硬件资产单元(InventoryUnitHw)下新增属性ResourcePool,表示硬件所属的资源池。
(1)VIM根据NFVI的硬件和软件信息基于扩展后的信息模型构建资产信息库。图8是根据本发明优选实施例的VIM根据NFVI的硬件和软件信息基于扩展后的信息模型构建资产信息库的示意图。如图8所示,其具体过程如下:
a)创建管理对象ManagedElement的实例ManagedElement3,设置新增属性NFVI-PoP=NfviPop3,该管理对象实例表示标识为NfviPop3的网络功能虚拟化基础设施接入点;
b)创建管理对象InventoryUnitHw的实例InventoryUnitRack1、InventoryUnitShelf1、InventoryUnitBlade1,设置新增属性ResourcePool的值为#3、#3、#3,各个管理对象实例依次表示为机框、机架和刀片,其中,InventoryUnitRack1被ManagedElement3包含,InventoryUnitShelf1被InventoryUnitRack1包含,InventoryUnitBlade1被InventoryUnit Shelf1包含;
c)创建管理对象软件资产单元(InventoryUnitSw)的实例InventoryUnitVMImage, 被Managed Element3包含,表示虚拟机镜像文件;
(2)NMS/OSS向NFVO发送获取硬件和软件资产信息的请求;
(3)NFVO向VIM发送硬件和软件资产信息的请求;
(4)VIM根据资产信息库的内容将表示硬件资产和软件资产信息的InventoryUnitRack1、InventoryUnitShelf1、InventoryUnitBlade1和InventoryUnitVMImage实例及属性信息发送至NFVO;
(5)NFVO将接收的硬件资产和软件资产信息发送至NMS/OSS。
优选实施例四
在优选实施例中,图9是根据本发明优选实施例的对于虚拟网络基础设施NFVI的资产建立新的信息模型。如图9所示,NFVI-PoP表示NFVI接入点的管理对象,其属性可以包含但不限于:NFVI-PoP的标识ID,ResourcePool表示资源池的管理对象,其属性可以包含但不限于:资源池的标识ID,NFVIInventoryUnitHw表示NFVI硬件资产的对象,其属性可以包含但不限于:硬件标识,NFVIInventoryUnitSw表示NFVI软件资产的对象,其属性可以包含但不限于:软件标识。
(1)VIM根据NFVI的硬件和软件信息基于新的信息模型构建资产信息库,图10是根据本发明优选实施例的VIM根据NFVI的硬件和软件信息基于新的信息模型构建资产信息库的示意图。如图10所示,其具体过程如下:

在该优选实施例中,图11是根据本发明优选实施例的基于虚拟网络基础设施NFVI的资产建立新的信息模型的示意图。如图11所示,NFVI-PoP表示NFVI接入点的管理对象,其属性可以包含但不限于:NFVI-PoP的标识ID,NFVIInventoryUnitHw表示NFVI硬件资产的对象,其属性可以包含但不限于:硬件标识ID和资源池ID,NFVIInventoryUnitSw表示NFVI软件资产的对象,其属性可以包含但不限于:软件标识ID,其中,NFVIInventoryUnitHw和NFVIInventoryUnitSw可以沿用现有的InventoryUnitHw和InventoryUnitSw。
(1)VIM根据NFVI的硬件和软件信息基于新的信息模型构建资产信息库,图12是根据本发明优选实施例的VIM根据NFVI的硬件和软件信息基于新的信息模型构建资产信息库的示意图。如图12所示,其具体过程如下:

图13是根据本发明实施例的资产信息的管理装置的结构框图。如图13所示,该资产信息的管理装置可以包括:接收模块10,设置为接收来自于NFVO的请求消息,其中,请求消息用于获取NFVI资产信息,NFVI资产信息包括:NFVI硬件资产和/或NFVI软件资产;获取模块20,设置为根据请求消息获取NFVI资产信息;发送模块30,设置为将NFVI资产信息发送至NFVO。
采用如图13所示的装置,解决了相关技术中在网络功能虚拟化后无法有效地获取网元的资产信息的问题,进而使得运营商能够全面了解网络功能虚拟化后各接入点的资产信息,包括:硬件资产信息和软件资产信息,以便于拓扑呈现。

从以上的描述中,可以看出,上述实施例实现了如下技术效果(需要说明的是这些效果是某些优选实施例可以达到的效果):采用本发明实施例所提供的技术方案,能够使得运营商能够全面了解网络功能虚拟化后各接入点的资产信息,包括:硬件资产信息和软件资产信息,以便于拓扑呈现。

Claims (22)

  1. 一种资产信息的管理方法,包括:
    虚拟化基础设施管理者VIM接收来自于虚拟网络功能编排器NFVO的请求消息,其中,所述请求消息用于获取网络功能虚拟化基础设施NFVI资产信息,所述NFVI资产信息包括:NFVI硬件资产和/或NFVI软件资产;
    所述VIM根据所述请求消息获取所述NFVI资产信息;
    所述VIM将所述NFVI资产信息发送至所述NFVO。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在所述VIM接收来自于所述NFVO的请求消息之前,还包括:
    所述VIM根据NFVI信息建立资产信息库。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述VIM根据所述请求消息获取所述NFVI资产信息包括:
    所述VIM按照所述请求消息从所述资产信息库中获取所述NFVI资产信息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述VIM建立所述资产信息库包括:
    所述VIM创建表示NFVI接入点的管理对象实例;
    所述VIM创建表示资源池的管理对象实例;
    所述VIM创建至少一个表示NFVI硬件资产的管理对象实例,和/或,创建至少一个表示NFVI软件资产的管理对象实例;

  6. 一种资产信息的管理方法,包括:
    虚拟网络功能编排器NFVO接收来自于网络管理系统NMS/运营支撑系统OSS的请求消息,其中,所述请求消息用于获取网络功能虚拟化基础设施NFVI资产信息,所述NFVI资产信息包括:NFVI硬件资产和/或NFVI软件资产;
    所述NFVO根据所述请求消息获取所述NFVI资产信息;
    所述NFVO将所述NFVI资产信息发送至所述NMS/OSS。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述NFVO根据所述请求消息获取所述NFVI资产信息包括:
    所述NFVO将所述请求消息发送至虚拟化基础设施管理者VIM;
    所述NFVO接收来自于所述VIM的所述NFVI资产信息,其中,所述NFVI资产信息根据所述VIM建立的资产信息库确定。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,在所述NFVO接收来自于所述NMS/所述OSS的所述请求消息之前,还包括:
    所述NFVO根据从虚拟化基础设施管理者VIM获取到的NFVI信息建立资产信息库。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,所述NFVO根据所述请求消息获取所述NFVI资产信息包括:
    所述NFVO根据所述请求消息从所述资产信息库中获取所述NFVI资产信息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述NFVO根据所述NFVI信息建立所述资产信息库包括:
    所述NFVO创建表示NFVI接入点的管理对象实例;
    所述NFVO创建表示资源池的管理对象实例;

  12. 一种资产信息的管理装置,包括:
    接收模块,设置为接收来自于虚拟网络功能编排器NFVO的请求消息,其中,所述请求消息用于获取网络功能虚拟化基础设施NFVI资产信息,所述NFVI资产信息包括:NFVI硬件资产和/或NFVI软件资产;
    获取模块,设置为根据所述请求消息获取所述NFVI资产信息;
    发送模块,设置为将所述NFVI资产信息发送至所述NFVO。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    建立模块,设置为根据NFVI信息建立资产信息库。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其中,所述获取模块,设置为按照所述请求消息从所述资产信息库中获取所述NFVI资产信息。
