本发明实施例提供的分享电视内容的方法通过网关将从服务器获得的媒体资源信息中的每个媒体对应的服务器URI映射成网关所在局域网本地URI,终端访问网关,看见的是局域网URI,不需要关心媒体对应的服务器URI,终端只需要根据需请求的媒体对应的局域网URI发送播放请求,就会收到需要的媒体内容,采用本发明实施例的方法,使得用户可以方便的在各种终端上播放各类型媒体。使得DLNA局限于局域网中的本地媒体内容共享、多屏互动等特性可以扩展延伸到广域网的其他种类的媒体内容中。同时也解决了电视内容版权保护的问题,使得内容商等版权所有者能够安全的在家庭内部分享收费媒体。另外若媒体是电视内容时,网关直接和电视系统交互,成为电视接收端。网关完全取代机顶盒,宽带业务和电视业务同时承载在网关上,降低了设备成本、安装维护成本,简化了家庭布线。

本发明的实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明的实施方式进行描述。
本发明实施例针对相关技术中电视内容等云端媒体内容无法在局域网内多种终端中分享的问题,提供了一种分享电视内容的方法和装置,在本发明实施例中,通过基于DLNA的局域网网关对来自服务器的媒体进行转化和处理后,通过DMS功能在DLNA网络中发布和分享媒体,使得用户可以方便的在各种智能终端上播放电视。使得DLNA局限于局域网中的本地媒体内容共享、多屏互动等特性可以扩展延伸到广域网的云端媒体内容中。同时也解决了媒体版权保护的问题,使得内容商等版权所有者能够安全的在家庭内部分享收费媒体内容。
如图1所示,本发明实施例提供了一种分享媒体内容的方法,应用于基于DLNA的局域网网关,包括:
步骤10,接收终端发送的播放请求,其中,所述播放请求至少包括媒体对应的局域网本地URI(Uniform Resource Identifier,统一资源标识符);
步骤11,根据所述媒体对应的局域网本地URI,查找媒体对应的服务器URI,其中,网关本地存储有局域网本地URI和服务器URI的对应关系;
步骤12,根据所述媒体对应的服务器URI,向服务器发送所述媒体的内容的传输请求,并获取服务器根据所述传输请求发送的媒体的内容;
步骤13,将所述媒体的内容发送至所述终端。
在本发明的实施例中,网关连接着外部服务器和家庭内部的DLNA网络,在网关上实现DLNA网络中DMS的功能,服务器可以是网络服务器IPTV、卫星服务器或有线服务器。网关首先会向局域网发送一个组播消息,告诉局域网中所有终端,该网关已加入该局域网,然后网关会从服务器 中获取媒体资源信息,这里需要说明的是,网关会根据一定的周期向服务器请求媒体资源信息,以更新媒体资源信息,一般从服务器获得的媒体资源信息是HTML格式,有HTML符号标签等富余信息,网关从中提炼出与媒体有关的信息,在本发明的实施例中,媒体可以指云端上的视频、直播电视节目、点播电视节目等云端媒体文件,以直播节目为例,直播节目也就是各个电视台的直播节目,提炼出媒体资源信息,包括:电视台名称、频道、分类、服务IP、服务端口、付费情况,有的还包括:当前节目名称、上一节目名称、下一节目名称等。随后网关将该媒体资源信息转换成DMS自有的媒体资源信息的格式,并把服务器上的远程媒体源映射成网关所在局域网本地URI,并在本地记录媒体对应的服务器URI与局域网本地URI间的映射关系,同时根据媒体资源信息中的付费信息将该媒体资源信息中标明需付费的节目是经DTCP(Digital Transmission Content Protection,数字传输内容保护)加密保护的。网关把经过处理和格式转换的媒体资源信息以UPnP CDS形式打包后,以DLNA规范形式发布,终端就可以访问和浏览媒体列表,查看媒体信息,用户可以根据需要选择一个媒体,则终端只需向所请求的媒体对应的所在局域网本地URI发送播放请求,即可获得所请求的媒体对应的媒体内容,本发明实施例提供的方法可以实现基于DLNA的家庭局域网内各个终端分享电视内容的目的。
当然可以理解的是,在本发明的实施例中,点播节目也可以采用上述方法实现,在这里不做详述。
在本发明的上述实施例中,接收所述终端发送的播放请求之前,所述方法还包括:
接收所述终端发送的关于DTCP-IP(Digital Transmission Content Protection over Internet,互联网协议上的数字传输内容保护)的认证和协商的信息,并在认证通过后,与所述终端建立DTCP-IP的加密内容传输通道。
在本发明的实施例中,如果终端请求的媒体内容是受保护的内容,网关会接收到来自终端的DTCP-IP的认证和协商的信息。认证通过后,双方建立DTCP-IP的加密内容传输通道。此后,网关会接收到终端发送来的携带有DTCP保护标记的播放请求,根据该播放请求,网关会从服务器获取终端请 求的媒体对应的媒体内容,并把获取到的媒体内容通过上述建立的加密内容传输通道发送给终端。认证没有通过,播放请求被拒绝,不会进入下面的步骤。
在本发明的上述实施例中,接收来自服务器根据所述传输请求发送的媒体的内容之后,所述方法还包括:
判断所述媒体内容是否是受保护内容;
在所述媒体内容是受保护内容时,将所述受保护的内容通过预设密钥进行解保护,获得媒体内容清流;
对所述媒体内容清流添加DTCP的CCI(Copy Control Information,复制控制信息)标记,其中,所述CCI标记包括禁止拷贝标记或仅拷贝一次标记;
对添加了DTCP的CCI标记的媒体内容清流做DTCP加密处理,获得DTCP加密保护媒体内容;
在本发明的实施例中,如果网关接收到的播放请求携带有DTCP保护标记,则终端请求的媒体是受保护的媒体,网关对获取到的该媒体对应的媒体内容做DTCP加密保护处理,处理之后,再发送给终端。如果用户已从内容商购买授权,则网关会获得观看受保护媒体的用户密钥。网关使用密钥对受保护的内容进行解保护,获得媒体内容清流。根据用户请求,网关对媒体内容清流添加DTCP内容保护标记CCI。比如,用户请求播放该节目,在内容清流上标记:禁止拷贝;用户请求录制该节目,在内容清流上标记:仅拷贝一次。如手机用户请求播放CCTV第一剧场。第一剧场是收费节目,媒体内容经过加密是受保护的。用户购买播放的授权后,网关能够使用授权的密钥解保护该媒体内容为媒体内容清流。根据用户的请求或购买授权情况,在该媒体内容清流中加CCI的标记“禁止拷贝”,然后网关对添加了DTCP内容保护标记CCI的内容做DTCP加密处理,形成DTCP加密保护内容,通过加密通道发送给终端。
如图2所示,本发明实施例还提供了一种分享媒体内容的装置,应用于网关,包括:
第一接收模块20,设置为:接收终端发送的播放请求,其中,所述播放请求至少包括媒体对应的局域网本地统一资源标识符URI;
第一查找模块21,设置为:根据所述媒体对应的局域网本地URI,查找媒体对应的服务器URI,其中,网关本地存储有局域网本地URI和服务器URI的对应关系;
第一发送模块22,设置为:根据所述媒体对应的服务器URI,向服务器发送所述媒体的内容的传输请求,并获取服务器根据所述传输请求发送的媒体的内容;

步骤30,对所述终端所在局域网网关发起播放请求,其中,所述播放请求至少包括媒体对应的局域网本地统一资源标识符URI;
步骤31,接收来自所述网关根据所述播放请求获取到的媒体内容。
在本发明的实施例中,终端可以是手机、平板电脑或智能电视等,在这里,终端实现的功能相当于DLNA网络中的DMP实现的功能,可以访问DMS,当终端访问网关的DMS时,看见的是每个媒体对应的局域网的URI,不需要关心服务器的节目源位置地址,只需向所需要请求的媒体对应的局域网URI发起播放请求,就会收到对应的媒体内容。
在本发明上述实施例中,对所述终端所在局域网网关发起播放请求之前,所述方法还包括:
向所在局域网网关发送获取媒体资源信息请求;
接收来自网关的媒体资源信息,所述媒体资源信息是网关根据所述获取媒体资源信息请求把从服务器获取的媒体资源信息进行处理,将其中的媒体对应的服务器URI进行本地映射后发送给所述终端的;
根据所述媒体资源信息,查找需要获取的的媒体对应的局域网本地URI。
在本发明的上述实施例中,接收来自网关的媒体资源信息之后,所述方法还包括:
根据所述媒体资源信息,判断需要获取的媒体是否是受保护媒体;
若所述需要获取的媒体是受保护的,则与所述网关进行数字传输内容保护DTCP-IP认证和协商,并在认证通过后,与所述网关建立DTCP-IP的加密内容传输通道;
在本发明的实施例中,当终端收到媒体资源信息时,用户根据该媒体资源信息中的媒体标识选择需要播放的媒体,终端会根据媒体资源信息中的媒体是否经DTCP加密保护,判断用户所需要的媒体是否是受保护的,若所需要的媒体是受保护的,则终端会发送DTCP-IP认证和协商的信息给网关,认证通过后,终端与网关建立DTCP-IP的加密内容传输通道,随后终端根据媒体资源信息给网关发送携带有DTCP保护标记的播放请求。
在本发明的上述实施例中,接收来自网关根据所述播放请求获取到的媒体内容包括:
通过所述加密内容传输通道接收所述媒体内容;
在本发明的上述实施例中,通过所述加密内容传输通道接收所述媒体内容之后,所述方法还包括:
对所述媒体内容进行解保护,获得所述媒体内容中的CCI标识;
根据所述CCI标识处理所述解保护后的媒体内容。
在本发明的实施例中,如果终端请求的媒体内容是受保护内容,则终端会通过加密内容传输通道接收该媒体内容,终端将网关经过DTCP加密处理的媒体内容解保护后,提取到CCI标识,根据CCI标识,处理解保护后的媒体内容,例如媒体内容的CCI标识为禁止拷贝时,终端会在播放该媒体内容后,丢弃该媒体内容,禁止用户存盘。
如图4所示,本发明实施例还提供一种分享媒体内容的装置,应用于终端,包括:

以上所述实施例中,是以DLNA的2-Box模型做实例,DLNA的设备只有DMS和DMP。本发明实施例也可以扩展到DLNA1的3-Box模型中,包 括DMS、DMC和DMR设备。本发明实施例还可以扩展到DLNA CVP-2的模型,适用于通过RUI Server/Client的媒体分享方式。

本发明实施例使得DLNA局限于局域网中的本地媒体内容共享、多屏互动等特性可以扩展延伸到广域网的其他种类的媒体内容中。同时也解决了电视内容版权保护的问题,使得内容商等版权所有者能够安全的在家庭内部分享收费媒体。另外若媒体是电视内容时,网关直接和电视系统交互,成为电视接收端。网关完全取代机顶盒,宽带业务和电视业务同时承载在网关上,降低了设备成本、安装维护成本,简化了家庭布线。

  1. 一种分享媒体内容的方法,应用于基于数字生活网络联盟DLNA的局域网网关,所述方法包括:
    接收终端发送的播放请求,其中,所述播放请求包括媒体对应的局域网本地统一资源标识符URI;
    根据所述媒体对应的局域网本地URI,查找媒体对应的服务器URI,其中,网关本地存储有局域网本地URI和服务器URI的对应关系;
    根据所述媒体对应的服务器URI,向服务器发送所述媒体的内容的传输请求,并获取服务器根据所述传输请求发送的媒体的内容;
    将所述媒体的内容发送至所述终端。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的分享媒体内容的方法,其中,接收终端发送的播放请求之前,所述方法还包括:
    从服务器获取媒体资源信息,所述媒体资源信息包括多个媒体标识、每个媒体对应的服务器URI及每个媒体对应的付费信息;
    将所述媒体资源信息进行处理,将所述媒体资源信息中的媒体对应的服务器URI转换成局域网本地URI,并在本地记录媒体对应的服务器URI与局域网本地URI间的映射关系;
    当接收到终端获取媒体资源信息的请求时,将所述处理后的媒体资源信息发送给所述终端,使所述终端可以根据所述媒体资源信息向所述网关发送所述播放请求。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的分享媒体内容的方法,其中,接收所述终端发送的播放请求之前,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述终端发送的关于互联网协议上的数字传输内容保护DTCP-IP的认证和协商的信息,并在认证通过后,与所述终端建立DTCP-IP的加密内容传输通道。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的分享媒体内容的方法,其中,接收来自服务器根据所述传输请求发送的媒体的内容之后,所述方法还包括:
    判断所述媒体的内容是否是受保护内容;
    在所述媒体内容是受保护内容时,将所述受保护的内容通过预设密钥进行解保护,获得媒体内容清流;
    对所述媒体内容清流添加数字传输内容保护DTCP的复制控制信息CCI标记,其中,所述CCI标记包括禁止拷贝标记或仅拷贝一次标记;

    第一接收模块,设置为:接收终端发送的播放请求,其中,所述播放请求包括媒体对应的局域网本地统一资源标识符URI;
    第一查找模块,设置为:根据所述媒体对应的局域网本地URI,查找媒体对应的服务器URI,其中,网关本地存储有局域网本地URI和服务器URI的对应关系;
    第一发送模块,设置为:根据所述媒体对应的服务器URI,向服务器发送所述媒体的内容的传输请求,并获取服务器根据所述传输请求发送的媒体的内容;
    第二发送模块,设置为:将所述媒体的内容发送至所述终端。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的分享媒体内容的装置,还包括:
    第一获取模块,设置为:从服务器获取媒体资源信息,所述媒体资源信息包括多个媒体标识、每个媒体对应的服务器URI及每个媒体对应的付费信息;
    第一处理模块,设置为:将所述媒体资源信息进行处理,将所述媒体资 源信息中的媒体对应的服务器URI转换成局域网本地URI,并在本地记录媒体对应的服务器URI与局域网本地URI间的映射关系;
    第三发送模块,设置为:当接收到终端获取媒体资源信息的请求时,将所述处理后的媒体资源信息发送给所述终端。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的分享媒体内容的装置,还包括:
    建立通道模块,设置为:接收所述终端发送的关于数字传输内容保护DTCP-IP的认证和协商的信息,并在认证通过后,与所述终端建立DTCP-IP的加密内容传输通道。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的分享媒体内容的装置,还包括:
    第一判断模块,设置为:判断所述媒体内容是否是受保护内容;
    第一解保护模块,设置为:在判断模块判断所述媒体内容是受保护内容时,将所述受保护的内容通过预设密钥进行解保护,获得媒体内容清流;
    添加标记模块,设置为:对所述媒体内容清流添加DTCP的复制控制信息CCI标记,其中,所述CCI标记包括禁止拷贝标记或仅拷贝一次标记;
    加密处理模块,设置为:对添加了DTCP的CCI标记的媒体内容清流做DTCP加密处理,获得DTCP加密保护媒体内容。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的分享媒体内容的装置,其中,所述第二发送模块包括:
    发送子模块,设置为:将所述DTCP加密保护媒体内容通过所述加密内容传输通道发送给所述终端。
  11. 一种分享媒体内容的方法,应用于终端,包括:
    对所述终端所在局域网网关发起播放请求,其中,所述播放请求包括媒体对应的局域网本地统一资源标识符URI;
    接收来自所述网关根据所述播放请求获取到的媒体内容。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的分享媒体内容的方法,其中,对所述终端所在局域网网关发起播放请求之前,所述方法还包括:
    向所在局域网网关发送获取媒体资源信息请求;
    接收来自网关的媒体资源信息,所述媒体资源信息是网关根据所述获取媒体资源信息请求把从服务器获取的媒体资源信息进行处理,将其中的媒体对应的服务器URI进行本地映射后发送给所述终端的;
    根据所述媒体资源信息,查找需要获取的的媒体对应的局域网本地URI。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的分享媒体内容的方法,其中,接收来自网关的媒体资源信息之后,所述方法还包括:
    根据所述媒体资源信息,判断需要获取的媒体是否是受保护媒体;
    若所述需要获取的媒体是受保护的,则与所述网关进行数字传输内容保护DTCP-IP认证和协商,并在认证通过后,与所述网关建立DTCP-IP的加密内容传输通道。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的分享媒体内容的方法,其中,接收来自网关根据所述播放请求获取到的媒体内容包括:
    通过所述加密内容传输通道接收所述媒体内容。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的分享媒体内容的方法,其中,通过所述加密内容传输通道接收所述媒体内容之后,所述方法还包括:
    对所述媒体内容进行解保护,获得所述媒体内容中的CCI标识;
    根据所述CCI标识处理所述解保护后的媒体内容。
  16. 一种分享媒体内容的装置,应用于终端,所述装置包括:
    请求模块,设置为:对所述终端所在局域网网关发起播放请求;
    第二接收模块,设置为:接收来自所述网关根据所述播放请求获取到的媒体内容。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的分享媒体内容的装置,还包括:
    第四发送模块,设置为:向所在局域网内的网关发送获取媒体资源信息请求;
    第三接收模块,设置为:接收来自网关的媒体资源信息,所述媒体资源信息是网关把从服务器获取的媒体资源信息进行处理,将其中的媒体对应的 服务器URI进行本地映射后发送给所述终端的;
    第二查找模块,设置为:根据所述媒体资源信息,查找需要获取的的媒体对应的局域网本地URI。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的分享媒体内容的装置,还包括:
    第二判断模块,设置为:根据所述媒体资源信息,判断需要获取的媒体是否是受保护媒体;
    认证模块,设置为:当所述判断模块判断所述请求的媒体是受保护媒体时,与所述网关进行数字传输内容保护DTCP-IP认证和协商,并在认证通过后,与所述网关建立DTCP-IP的加密内容传输通道。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的分享媒体内容的装置,其中,所述第二接收模块包括:
    接收子模块,设置为:通过所述加密内容传输通道接收所述媒体内容。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的分享媒体内容的装置,还包括:
    第二解保护模块,设置为:对所述媒体内容进行解保护,获得所述媒体内容中的CCI标识;
    第二处理模块,设置为:根据所述CCI标识处理所述解保护后的媒体内容。
  21. 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求1-5、11-15任一项的方法。
