Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour commander l'utilisation d'un terminal mobile lors d'un déplacement. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : acquérir la vitesse de déplacement d'un terminal mobile, et conformément à une politique de détermination prédéfinie en rapport avec la vitesse de déplacement obtenue, déterminer si le terminal mobile est en mouvement (101) ; et s'il est déterminé que le terminal mobile est en mouvement, permettre au terminal mobile d'entrer dans un mode de sécurité (102). Au moyen de la solution technique, la sécurité de l'utilisation d'un terminal mobile pendant un déplacement est assurée, améliorant ainsi la sécurité dans divers scénarios de déplacement, comme durant la conduite d'un véhicule et la marche rapide.
