Description

可更换驱动模式的电疗系统 技术领域
本发明有关一种电疗装置,尤指一种可更换驱动模式的电疗系统。
背景技术
电疗装置,如低周波机,为具有一控制集成电路、一低周波震荡电路、一升压驱动电路与一贴片组,其中该贴片组包含二电疗贴片,该二电疗贴片为贴覆于人体上,该控制集成电路具有一驱动固件,并藉以驱动该低周波震荡电路产生一电疗电波,该电疗电波再经过该升压驱动电路的增幅直到其强度可以刺激人体,即可通过该贴片组对人体进行电疗,且一般来说电疗装置可以具有多组贴片组,以满足同时电疗不同部分之需求。
电疗经过长时间的验证,已知对于神经损伤、慢性运动伤害、筋骨疲劳等等,皆具有一定舒缓效果,且电疗除了于医疗与复健有极大的用途之外,现在更发现,利用电疗之电波可以刺激肌肉神经收缩,而强迫肌肉收缩,对于运动难以使用到之肌肉部位,可以利用电疗的方式辅助其运动,藉以达到局部瘦身与雕塑身材之目的。
然而,习知电疗装置的控制集成电路,其仅能提供几种原始加载的固定驱动模式,虽然足以提供医疗或复健之需求,但是电疗电波之频率与波形,都是基于医疗或复健而建置的,且习知控制集成电路为刻录式集成电路,一但加载固定驱动模式之后,即无法更改,再者,此种电疗装置所产生的频率及波形,疗效会随着人体的固定肌肉群慢慢适应而逐渐滑落疲 乏,因此为了避免电疗疗效降低,实务上需要多种驱动模式交替使用,习知电疗装置的控制集成电路显然无法满足需求。
又对于现今的瘦身的需求来说,习知仅能提供几种原始加载的固定驱动模式,显然不适用于局部瘦身与雕塑身材,对于局部瘦身与雕塑身材来说,为了最大程度的发挥效果,需要针对不同的个人量身订作。
显然习知电疗装置仅能提供几种固定的驱动模式,没有改变的空间,无法满足局部瘦身与雕塑身材使用上的需要,且习知无法改变控制集成电路所提供的驱动模式,而使其疗效会随着人体的固定肌肉群慢慢适应而逐渐滑落疲乏,纵使是专业人士,也只能替换控制集成电路才能进行改变,然而其相当麻烦且易损坏,普罗大众根本无法进行操作,显然习知技术无法满足普罗大众个人化自行定义驱动模式及保护隐私的需求。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的,在于揭露一种可轻易更换驱动模式的电疗系统,让用户可以依据己身需求,进行下载所需的驱动固件,并自动更新,而让电疗装置提供个人化的驱动模式。
为达上述目的,本发明包含有一电疗装置、一线上服务器与一更新上网模块,其中该电疗装置包含一讯号连接接口、一覆写式驱动集成电路与一电疗模块,该线上服务器与一网际网络连接且存放一驱动固件,该更新上网模块具有连接该网际网络沟通该线上服务器的一上网元件、连接该讯号连接接口的一讯号连接元件与取得该驱动固件并让该驱动固件覆写存入该覆写式驱动集成电路以驱动该电疗模块的一应用软件。
据此,该更新上网模块可以通过该网际网络连接该线上服务器,以通过该应用软件取得该驱动固件,再藉由该应用软件让该驱动固件覆写存入该覆写式驱动集成电路,即可让该覆写式驱动集成电路依据该驱动固件驱 动该电疗模块,如此,只要更新该线上服务器的该驱动固件,或是提供多样选择性的驱动固件,通过该更新上网模块,即可覆写于该覆写式驱动集成电路内,以让该覆写式驱动集成电路驱动该电疗模块产生不同的驱动模式,达到改变该电疗模块的电疗电波输出频率与波形,藉以满足使用者个人化的需求。
由上述说明可知,本发明具有下列特点:
一、可线上更新驱动固件,满足多样化的驱动模式需求,提供多种模式,以满足医疗、复健、塑身等之需求。
二、通过该更新上网模块与该应用软件,其更新操作相当简单且便利,无需受过专业之训练,满足普罗大众保护隐私的需求。
三、厂商可提供客制化驱动固件的服务,并通过该线上服务器线上直接更新,满足普罗大众个人化的需求。

又该更新上网模块30可以为选自智能型手机、平板电脑、笔电与个人数字助理(PDA)的任一种,其只要可以连接上网络,并可安装该应用软件,同时可以连接该电疗装置10即可。
其中该上网元件31可以为选自无线保真(WI-FI;Wireless Fidelity)、通用分组无线服务技术(GPRS;General Packet Radio Service)、第三代移动通信技术(3G;3rd-generation)与长期演进技术(LTE;Long Term Evolution)的任一种,其只要可以连上该网际网络40即可。
又请一并参阅「图3」与「图4」所示,该讯号连接接口11可以为选自Lightning传输接口11A、蓝牙接口11B与通用串行总线接口11C(USB;Universal Serial Bus)的任一种,其中Lightning传输接口11A为供苹果设备(Iphone、Ipad等等)专用,而蓝牙接口11B与通用串行总线接口11C,则常见于一般的通讯设备,如Android手机与平板等等。
请再参阅「图5」所示,该更新上网模块30可以为结合设置于该电疗装置10内,如此即不需要智能型手机、平板电脑、笔电或个人数字助理(PDA)等等装置,该电疗装置10可以连接上网络,并可安装该应用软件,以通过该应用软件取得该驱动固件,再藉由该应用软件让该驱动固件覆写存入该覆写式驱动集成电路12,即可让该覆写式驱动集成电路12依据该驱动固件驱动该电疗模块13。
又该电疗模块13可以包含连接该覆写式驱动集成电路12的一震荡产生电路14、连接该震荡产生电路14的一升压驱动电路15与连接该升压驱动电路15的至少一贴片组16,该电疗模块13可以为低周波电疗模块,该震荡产生电路14可以产生一低周波电疗电波,该升压驱动电路15为放大该低周波电疗电波,直至该低周波电疗电波可以对人体产生刺激作用,而该至少一贴片组16为供贴覆于要治疗的身体处,各该贴片组16一般为具有二电疗贴片,且该贴片组16可以设置多组一并使用。此外该电疗模块13亦可以为中周波电疗模块,该震荡产生电路14可以产生一中周波电疗电波。或者该电疗模块13亦可以为高周波电疗模块,该震荡产生电路14可以产生一高周波电疗电波。
且该电疗装置10更可以包含连接该覆写式驱动集成电路12的一操作界面17与一电池电源单元18,该操作界面17可以供用户设定功能,而该电池电源单元18可以提供所需的电力来源。
据此,用户当要更换该电疗模块13的驱动模式时,用户只要先通过该更新上网模块30的讯号连接元件32,连接该电疗装置10的该讯号连接接口,再让该更新上网模块30经由该网际网络40连接该线上服务器20,即可以通过该应用软件取得该驱动固件,再藉由该应用软件让该驱动固件覆写存入该覆写式驱动集成电路12,即可让该覆写式驱动集成电路12依据该驱动固件驱动该电疗模块13。因此厂商可以依据使用者的身体条件与需求,线上提供客制化驱动固件的服务,使用者提出需求,厂商可以依据需求修改驱动固件,并通过该线上服务器线上直接更新,使用者无需亲自到场。
更详细的说,本创作只要更新该线上服务器20的该驱动固件,或是提供多样选择性的驱动固件,再通过该更新上网模块30,即可覆写于该覆写式驱动集成电路12内,以让该覆写式驱动集成电路12驱动该电疗模块13产生不同的驱动模式,即可藉以满足使用者个人化的需求,同时解决固 定驱动模式之疗效会随着人体的固定肌肉群慢慢适应而逐渐滑落疲乏的问题。
综上所述,由于本发明具有下列特点:
一、使用者在确认需求之后,用户可自行线上更新驱动固件,不必通过专业人士进行操作,可满足个人多样化驱动模式的需求。
二、通过该更新上网模块与该应用软件,其更新操作相当简单且便利,无需受过专业之训练,不必将需求告知第三人,满足普罗大众保护隐私的需求。
三、厂商可依据使用者的身体条件与需求,线上提供客制化驱动固件的服务,并通过该线上服务器线上直接更新,使用者无需亲自到场,满足普罗大众个人化的需求。
四、该讯号连接接口提供多种接口,可供该更新上网模块选择连接,提高兼容性。
五、提供多样化驱动模式,彻底解决电疗的疗效随着人体的固定肌肉群慢慢适应而逐渐滑落疲乏的问题,使用者可自行更新,让多种驱动模式交替使用,满足使用上的需求。
因此本发明极具进步性及符合申请发明专利的要件,爰依法提出申请,祈钧局早日赐准专利,实感德便。

    一电疗装置,该电疗装置包含一讯号连接接口、一覆写式驱动集成电路与一电疗模块;
    一线上服务器,该线上服务器与一网际网络连接且存放一驱动固件;
    一更新上网模块,该更新上网模块具有连接该网际网络沟通该线上服务器的一上网元件、连接该讯号连接接口的一讯号连接元件与取得该驱动固件并让该驱动固件覆写存入该覆写式驱动集成电路以驱动该电疗模块的一应用软件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可更换驱动模式的电疗系统,其特征在于该电疗模块包含连接该覆写式驱动集成电路的一震荡产生电路、连接该震荡产生电路的一升压驱动电路与连接该升压驱动电路的至少一贴片组。
