- Said first displacing member (1), second displacing member (3) and/or third displacing member may be in the form of a piston, and may include at least one gear-chain and/or at least one belt-pulley pair actuated by at least one power source.
- the stacking system (S) is used in a system wherein the containers (C) to be stacked, exemplified in the drawings as LPG cylinders, are supplied through a conveyor line.
- the container (C) on the conveyor line is transferred from its position into the said transport element (2).
- the transport element (2) is transferred into a position where the container (C) located in the transport element (2) is carried into the body (4), by means of the first displacing mechanism (1) associated therewith.
- the second displacing mechanism (3) also transfers the container (C) positioned in the transport element (2) into the body (4).
- the container (C) received in the body (4) is gripped by the gripping arm (5).
- the said gripping arm (5) and the container (C) carried by the gripping arm (5) are raised to a certain height from the ground by means of the third displacing mechanism.
- the container (C) is locked by at least one locking arm provided on the body (4) and the container (C) is fixed at that position.
- the gripping arm (5) and the container (C) are released and the gripping arm (5) moves to carry the next container (C).
- one other container (C) taken from its position is conveyed into the body (4) by means of the second displacing member (3) and the gripping arm (5) arranges a newly arrived container (C) below the container (C) hold by the locking arm.
- the lower-positioned container (C) pushes the upper-positioned container (C) upwards (for example, since the upper part of the container (C) is wider than the lower part thereof), as a result of which there occurs a power accumulation and the second container (C) carried by the gripping arm (5) is fixed therein by means of the locking arm. This is continued until the desired number of containers (C) is stacked one above another.
- the last container (C) desired to be stacked is pushed from the transport element (2) into the body (4) by means of the second displacing member (3), stacked containers (C) retained by the locking arm are released, so that those containers (C) that have been previously stacked one above another settle on the lowermost positioned container (C). In this manner, within the body (4), containers (C) are stacked one above another, with the last container (C) placed into the body (4) being located at the lowermost position.
- the stacking system (S) comprises at least one extension (2c) positioned on that side of the transport element (2) facing the body (4)
- the stacking system (S) also comprises at least one guide (4a) positioned on that side of the body (4) facing the transport element (2) and which has a suitable form so as to enable the said extension (2c) to move therein.
- the transport element (2) With the movement of the said extension (2c) in the guide (4a), the transport element (2) can move in a more stable manner so that undesired movement of the container (C) (i.e. tilting, falling) positioned in the transport element (2) may be prevented.
- the base (2a) on which the container (C) is placed comprises at least one hole (2b) positioned such that it divides the base into two pieces.
- Said hole (2b) preferably extends longitudinally such that one side thereof is close to the body (4) whereas the other side thereof is away from the body (4). Thanks to the said hole (2b), the second displacing member (3) that transfers the container (C) positioned on the transport element (2) into the body (4) is passed through the said hole (2b) and moved towards the body (4) and thus allows the container (C) in the transport element (2) to move towards the body (4).
- the transport element (2) may move to receive the next container, without waiting for the second displacing member (3) to return. In this manner, stacking of the containers (C) is accelerated.
- the gripping arm (5) that holds the container (C) settled in the body (4) comprises at least two pieces which are in the form of a clamp.
- the stacking system (S) comprises at least one actuating part (6), preferably in the form of a piston, which allows the said two pieces to move close to and away from the container (C), in this way, the container (C) may be safely gripped at any section thereof.
- the stacking system (S) comprises at least one support member, at least one end of which is preferably located on the ground at one site of the body (4), so as to allow the locking arm located at a certain height in the body (4) to reliably keep the container (C) contacting thereto at the height where it is located.
