  • Containers in which solid, liquid or gaseous materials are placed may be stacked one above another and/or side by side. At present, said stacking of the containers may be performed with manpower. However, lifting of particularly heavy containers poses danger for human safety and health. Therefore, stacking of said containers may be performed by mechanical systems.

Thus, after the containers (C) are stacked, they are allowed to move out of the body (4) without being titled.

Abstract

Système d'empilage (S) pour empiler des récipients (C), dans lesquels un matériau peut être placé, les uns au-dessus des autres, et comprenant un corps (4), les récipients (C) étant empilés les uns au-dessus des autres; un élément de transport (2) qui est mobile de façon à transférer le récipient (C) que l'on souhaite empiler dans ledit corps (4) et qui comprend une base (2a) sur laquelle se situe le récipient (C); et un premier élément de déplacement (1) qui déplace l'élément de transport (2) afin de transporter le récipient (C) situé dans l'élément de transport (2) dans le corps (4), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un deuxième élément de déplacement (3) afin de transférer le récipient (C) positionné dans l'élément de transport (2) dans le corps (4); un bras de préhension (5) qui maintient le récipient (C) transféré dans le corps (4) et qui est mobile dans une direction vers le haut et vers le bas par rapport à un sol et qui soulève le récipient (C) à une certaine hauteur depuis le sol; un troisième élément de déplacement qui déplace le bras de préhension (5) dans une direction vers le haut et vers le bas; et un bras de verrouillage qui comprend un élément flexible qui maintient le récipient (C) qui a atteint ladite hauteur par application de puissance dans la direction inverse à celle appliquée par le récipient (C) à celui-ci et qui est positionné dans le corps (4) à une certaine hauteur.
