技术领域
本发明涉及视频点播技术领域,尤其涉及视频点播VOD的播放方法及装置。
背景技术
目前电视领域向智能、网络云端化发展,基于智能系统连接入互联网的智能设备(例如,智能电视产品)增长非常迅速。智能电视产品的特点是允许用户自由安装所需的软件、允许用户使用浏览器进行网络浏览、允许用户使用云端的服务等。这些应用场景需要电视平台支持较多的应用,而越是复杂的应用,就会越占系统的资源,开机的速度就会越慢,在开关机的时候,也越影响用户体验。特别是电视用户在观看VOD视频时,关机,下一次开机时再次进入观看VOD视频,需要非常长的时间,按照目前正常的流程,需要将近一分钟左右,非常影响用户体验。现有的VOD视频播放方式下,导致在重新开机后,VOD视频播放等待时长较长,无法快速、有效地完成VOD视频的重新开机后的播放,进而使得VOD播放体验度差。

发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种视频点播VOD的播放方法及装置,旨在解决现有的VOD视频播放方式下,导致在重新开机后,VOD视频播放等待时长较长,无法快速、有效地完成VOD视频的重新开机后的播放,进而使得VOD播放体验度差的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的一种视频点播VOD的播放方法,包括步骤:
智能终端在关机时,将当前播放的VOD播放信息同步到智能路由器,以供所述智能路由器根据所述VOD播放信息生成VOD播放信源;
所述智能终端在接收到开机指令时,且处在快速恢复模式下时,接收通过智能路由器提供的VOD播放信源传输的VOD播放画面,并获取主CPU的播放信源播放的VOD播放画面并播放所接收的VOD播放画面,播放所接收的VOD播放画面;
所述智能终端在所接收的VOD播放画面与所述主CPU播放的VOD播放画面同步时,切换至主CPU的VOD播放信源,播放VOD播放画面。
优选地,所述智能路由器根据所述VOD播放信息生成VOD播放信源的步骤包括:
所述智能路由器在接收到VOD播放信息时,获取所述VOD播放信息对应的VOD画面并进行VOD播放,并获取所述VOD播放信息中的时间信息;
所述智能路由器根据所述时间信息确定播放暂停时间点,并在播放至所述时间点时,停止VOD播放生成VOD播放信源,进入等待播放状态。
优选地,所述智能终端将当前播放的VOD播放信息同步到智能路由器的步骤包括:
所述智能终端确定当前播放的VOD播放信息,并建立与所述智能路由器之间的通信连接;
所述智能终端判断是否成功建立与所述智能路由器之间的通信连接;
所述智能终端在成功建立与所述智能路由器之间的通信连接后,将所述VOD播放信息同步至所述智能路由器。
优选地,所述智能终端获取当前播放的VOD播放信息的步骤包括:

本发明通过在关机时获取当前播放的VOD播放信息,并将VOD播放信息发送至智能路由器,以供智能路由器根据所述VOD播放信息生成VOD播放信源,在重新开机后,且为快速恢复模式时,先接收通过智能路由器提供的VOD播放信源传输的VOD播放画面,并通过智能终端的主CPU的播放信源播放的VOD播放画面,在两者同步时,通过主CPU的播放信源播放VOD播放画面。使得在智能终端重新开机后能快速的获取到VOD播放画面,减少VOD视频播放等待时长,快速有效地完成VOD视频的重新开机后的播放,进而提高了VOD播放体验度。

本发明实施例的主要解决方案是:智能终端在关机时,将当前播放的VOD播放信息同步到智能路由器,以供所述智能路由器根据所述VOD播放信息生成VOD播放信源;所述智能终端在接收到开机指令时,且处在快速恢复模式下时,接收通过智能路由器提供的VOD播放信源传输的VOD播放画面,并获取主CPU的播放信源播放的VOD播放画面;所述智能终端在所接收的VOD播放画面与所述主CPU播放的VOD播放画面同步时,切换至主CPU的VOD播放信源,播放VOD播放画面。通过在关机时获取当前播放的VOD播放信息,并将VOD播放信息发送至智能路由器,以供智能路由器根据所述VOD播放信息生成VOD播放信源,在重新开机后,且为快速恢复模式时,先接收通过智能路由器提供的VOD播放信源传输的VOD播放画面,并通过智能终端的主CPU的播放信源播放的VOD播放画面,在两者同步时,通过主CPU的播放信源播放VOD播放画面。使得在智能终端重新开机后能快速的获取到VOD播放画面,减少VOD视频播放等待时长,快速有效地完成VOD视频的重新开机后的播放,进而提高了VOD播放体验度。
由于现有的VOD视频播放方式下,导致在重新开机后,VOD视频播放等待时长较长,无法快速、有效地完成VOD视频的重新开机后的播放,进而使得VOD播放体验度差。
基于上述问题,本发明提供一种视频点播VOD的播放方法。
参照图1,图1为本发明视频点播VOD的播放方法的较佳实施例的流程示意图。
在一实施例中,所述视频点播VOD的播放方法包括:
步骤S10,智能终端在关机时,将当前播放的VOD播放信息同步到智能路由器,以供所述智能路由器根据所述VOD播放信息生成VOD播放信源;
所述智能终端可以是智能电视、手机、平板等具备VOD播放功能的终端。所述智能路由器是具有VOD播放硬件能力的路由器。所述智能终端在系统关机时间到时,或者在接收到关机指令(用户通过遥控器等控制智能终端的设备发出的关机按键操作)时,启动关机程序,准备关机。所述系统关机时间可以是用户提前预设的关机时间,例如,设置1小时、2小时关机等。
所述智能终端在准备关机时,判断当前是否进行VOD播放,若当前未进行VOD播放,则进入普通关机,按照正常流程关机;若当前进行VOD播放,则获取当前播放的VOD播放信息。所述VOD播放信息包括但不限于当前进行VOD播放暂停的时间信息、当前VOD播放的播放内容等信息。所述智能终端将当前播放的VOD播放信息同步到智能路由器,完成关机操作。
在本发明其他实施例中,为了防止突然断电导致无法将VOD播放信息同步至智能路由器,所述智能终端实时缓存所述VOD播放信息,在突然断电并重新开启时,将所述播放信息同步至所述智能路由器,或者实时更新所述VOD播放信息,根据智能终端的VOD播放过程更新所述VOD播放信息,即用后产生的VOD播放信息替换之前缓存的VOD播放信息。
所述智能路由器包括存储功能和VOD播放功能,即所述智能路由器能存储VOD播放信息,且可以根据所述VOD播放信息提前缓存所述VOD播放信息对应的播放数据,或通过互联网实施获取到所述VOD播放信息对应的VOD播放数据,所述VOD播放数据包括但不限于用于提供VOD播放画面的节目数据等。所述VOD播放信息可以是,例如,VODURL:
VOD.ipaddr.playid=00001122.playtime=000000365ms。所述智能终端在获取到当前播放的VOD播放信息后,将所述VOD播放信息保存,以供所述智能终端重新开机时,继续播放所述当前播放的VOD播放画面。
具体的,参考图2,所述将当前播放的VOD播放信息同步到智能路由器的过程可以包括:
步骤S11,所述智能终端确定当前播放的VOD播放信息,并建立与所述智能路由器之间的通信连接;
所述智能终端建立与所述路由器之间的通信连接可以是通过局域网的方式建立也可以是通过广域网的方式建立。
步骤S12,所述智能终端判断是否成功建立与所述智能路由器之间的通信连接;
所述判断是否成功建立与所述智能终端路由器之间的通信连接的方式可以是:在建立通信连接后,向所述智能路由器发送检测数据包,在预设时间内接收到所述智能路由器基于所述检测数据包的响应信息时,判断成功建立与所述智能路由器的通信连接。
步骤S13,所述智能终端在成功建立与所述智能路由器之间的通信连接后,将所述VOD播放信息同步至所述智能路由器。
所述智能终端在成功建立与所述智能路由器之间的通信连接后,将所述VOD播放信息发送至所述智能路由器;在未成功建立与所述智能路由器的通信连接时,发出通信连接创建失败的提示信息,所述提示信息可以是语音、文字、图片、视频等,也还可以是在未成功建立与所述智能路由器的通信连接后,重新建立与所述智能路由器的通信连接,在重新建立通信连接的次数达到预设次数后,发出通信连接创建失败的提示信息。所述预设次数可以是2次、3次等根据用户需要及/或智能终端及/或只能路由器的网络状态设置。所述智能终端在将所述当前播放的VOD播放信息同步至所述智能路由器后,关机。
具体的,参考图3,所述智能路由器根据所述VOD播放信息生成VOD播放信源的过程可以包括:
步骤S21,所述智能路由器在接收到VOD播放信息时,获取所述VOD播放信息对应的VOD画面并进行VOD播放,获取所述VOD播放信息中的时间信息;
所述智能路由器在接收到智能终端发送的VOD播放信息后,根据所述VOD播放信息并通过VOD硬件开启VOD功能。例如,根据VODURL:VOD.ipaddr.playid=00001122.playtime=000000365ms并通过Internet连接到VOD服务,进行所述VOD播放信息对应的VOD播放,确定所述VOD播放信息中的时间信息,即暂停播放的时间信息。
步骤S22,所述智能路由器根据所述时间信息确定播放暂停时间点,并在播放至所述时间点时,停止VOD播放生成VOD播放信源,进入等待播放状态。
所述智能路由器根据所述时间信息确定播放暂停的时间点,并在VOD播放至所述时间点时,停止VOD播放生成VOD播放信源,进入等待播放状态,即进入接收所述智能终端进入快速恢复模式的指令。
在本发明其他实施例中,为了节省智能路由器的存储空间,在接收到VOD播放信息一定时间(1天、7天等)后,将所述VOD播放信息删除且删除通过internet缓存的VOD播放数据,或者在所述VOD播放信息被使用过后,将所述VOD播放信息删除且删除通过internet缓存的VOD播放数据。
步骤S20,所述智能终端在接收到开机指令时,且处在快速恢复模式下时,接收通过智能路由器提供的VOD播放信源传输的VOD播放画面,并获取主CPU的播放信源播放的VOD播放画面;
所述智能终端在关机后,侦测并接收开机指令,在接收到开机指令时,判断是否进入快速恢复模式,优选地,通过在Uboot中判断智能终端是否进入快速恢复模式。所述快速恢复模式为在智能终端开机时,能快速恢复之前进行的VOD播放画面。若未进入快速恢复模式,则按照普通流程开机;若为进入快速恢复模式,向所述智能路由器发送VOD播放请求,所述智能路由器在接收到VOD播放请求时,获取所述VOD播放请求对应的VOD播放信源,并通过所述VOD播放信源向所述智能终端传输VOD播放画面。所述智能终端接收通过智能路由器提供的VOD播放信源传输的VOD播放画面,并获取主CPU播放信源播放的VOD播放画面,即可实现播放上一次COD播放画面(播放视频)。即从保存的VOD播放信息中启动主CPU的VOD播放,在主CPU的VOD播放准备就绪后,将所接收的VOD播放画面与所述主CPU播放的VOD播放画面进行同步。所述主CPU为所述智能终端的操作系统对应的CPU,在所述主CPU下开启所述智能终端的操作系统。
步骤S30,所述智能终端在所接收的VOD播放画面与所述主CPU播放的VOD播放画面同步时,切换至主CPU的VOD播放信源,播放VOD播放画面。
所述智能终端在所接收的VOD播放画面与所述主CPU播放的VOD播放画面进行同步时,切换至主CPU的VOD播放信源,播放VOD播放画面,同时,停止通过所述智能路由器提供的VOD播放信源传输的VOD播放画面。通过智能路由器快速地完成重新开机后的VOD恢复播放操作。通过智能路由器实现恢复VOD播放的过程实现过程为2s,大大降低了VOD恢复播放的等待时长。
本实施例通过在关机时获取当前播放的VOD播放信息,并将VOD播放信息发送至智能路由器,以供智能路由器根据所述VOD播放信息生成VOD播放信源,在重新开机后,且为快速恢复模式时,先接收通过智能路由器提供的VOD播放信源传输的VOD播放画面,并通过智能终端的主CPU的播放信源播放的VOD播放画面,在两者同步时,通过主CPU的播放信源播放VOD播放画面。使得在智能终端重新开机后能快速的获取到VOD播放画面,减少VOD视频播放等待时长,快速有效地完成VOD视频的重新开机后的播放,进而提高了VOD播放体验度。
上述实施例的视频点播VOD的播放方法的执行主体均可以为智能终端。更进一步地,该视频点播VOD的播放方法可以由安装在智能终端上的客户端视频点播VOD的播放程序实现,其中,该智能终端可以包括但不限于智能电视、手机、pad、笔记本电脑等。
本发明进一步提供一种视频点播VOD的播放装置。

本实施例通过在关机时获取当前播放的VOD播放信息,并将VOD播放信息发送至智能路由器,以供智能路由器根据所述VOD播放信息生成VOD播放信源,在重新开机后,且为快速恢复模式时,先接收通过智能路由器提供的VOD播放信源传输的VOD播放画面,并通过智能终端的主CPU的播放信源播放的VOD播放画面,在两者同步时,通过主CPU的播放信源播放VOD播放画面。使得在智能终端重新开机后能快速的获取到VOD播放画面,减少VOD视频播放等待时长,快速有效地完成VOD视频的重新开机后的播放,进而提高了VOD播放体验度。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种视频点播VOD的播放方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
    智能终端在关机时,将当前播放的VOD播放信息同步到智能路由器,以供所述智能路由器根据所述VOD播放信息生成VOD播放信源;
    所述智能终端在接收到开机指令时,且处在快速恢复模式下时,接收通过智能路由器提供的VOD播放信源传输的VOD播放画面,并获取主CPU的播放信源播放的VOD播放画面,播放所接收的VOD播放画面;
    所述智能终端在所接收的VOD播放画面与所述主CPU播放的VOD播放画面同步时,切换至主CPU的VOD播放信源,播放VOD播放画面。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的视频点播VOD的播放方法,其特征在于,所述智能路由器根据所述VOD播放信息生成VOD播放信源的步骤包括:
    所述智能路由器在接收到VOD播放信息时,获取所述VOD播放信息对应的VOD画面并进行VOD播放,并获取所述VOD播放信息中的时间信息;
    所述智能路由器根据所述时间信息确定播放暂停时间点,并在播放至所述时间点时,停止VOD播放生成VOD播放信源,进入等待播放状态。
  3. 如权利要2所述的视频点播VOD的播放方法,其特征在于,所述切换至主CPU的VOD播放信源,播放VOD播放画面的步骤包括:
    所述智能终端在所接收的VOD播放画面与所述主CPU播放的VOD播放画面同步时,停止通过所述智能路由器提供的VOD播放信源传输的VOD播放画面的播放;
    所述智能终端切换至主CPU的VOD播放信源,播放VOD播放画面。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的视频点播VOD的播放方法,其特征在于,所述智能终端将当前播放的VOD播放信息同步到智能路由器的步骤包括:
    所述智能终端确定当前播放的VOD播放信息,并建立与所述智能路由器之间的通信连接;
    所述智能终端判断是否成功建立与所述智能路由器之间的通信连接;
    所述智能终端在成功建立与所述智能路由器之间的通信连接后,将所述VOD播放信息同步至所述智能路由器。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的视频点播VOD的播放方法,其特征在于,所述智能终端获取当前播放的VOD播放信息的步骤包括:
    所述智能终端在关机时,判断当前是否进行VOD播放;
    所述智能终端在当前进行VOD播放时,获取当前播放的VOD播放信息,所述VOD播放信息包括播放暂停的时间信息。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的视频点播VOD的播放方法,其特征在于,所述切换至主CPU的VOD播放信源,播放VOD播放画面的步骤包括:
    所述智能终端在所接收的VOD播放画面与所述主CPU播放的VOD播放画面同步时,停止通过所述智能路由器提供的VOD播放信源传输的VOD播放画面的播放;
    所述智能终端切换至主CPU的VOD播放信源,播放VOD播放画面。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的视频点播VOD的播放方法,其特征在于,所述智能终端判断是否成功建立与所述智能路由器之间的通信连接的步骤之后,还包括:
    在未成功建立与所述智能路由器的通信连接后,重新建立与所述智能路由器的通信连接;
    在重新建立通信连接的次数达到预设次数后,发出通信连接创建失败的提示信息。
  8. 如权利要求4所述的视频点播VOD的播放方法,其特征在于,所述切换至主CPU的VOD播放信源,播放VOD播放画面的步骤包括:
    所述智能终端在所接收的VOD播放画面与所述主CPU播放的VOD播放画面同步时,停止通过所述智能路由器提供的VOD播放信源传输的VOD播放画面的播放;
    所述智能终端切换至主CPU的VOD播放信源,播放VOD播放画面。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的视频点播VOD的播放方法,其特征在于,所述切换至主CPU的VOD播放信源,播放VOD播放画面的步骤包括:
    所述智能终端在所接收的VOD播放画面与所述主CPU播放的VOD播放画面同步时,停止通过所述智能路由器提供的VOD播放信源传输的VOD播放画面的播放;
    所述智能终端切换至主CPU的VOD播放信源,播放VOD播放画面。
  10. 一种视频点播VOD的播放装置,其特征在于,包括:
    同步模块,用于在关机时,将当前播放的VOD播放信息同步到智能路由器,以供所述智能路由器根据所述VOD播放信息生成VOD播放信源;
    接发模块,用于在接收到开机指令时,且处在快速恢复模式下时,接收通过智能路由器提供的VOD播放信源传输的VOD播放画面;
    播放模块,用于播放所接收的VOD播放画面;
    获取模块,用于获取主CPU的播放信源播放的VOD播放画面;
    切换模块,用于在所接收的VOD播放画面与所述主CPU播放的VOD播放画面同步时,切换至主CPU的VOD播放信源;
    所述播放模块,还用于播放VOD播放画面。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的视频点播VOD的播放装置,其特征在于,所述同步模块与智能路由器通信连接;
    所述智能路由器在接收到VOD播放信息时,获取所述VOD播放信息对应的VOD画面并进行VOD播放,并获取所述VOD播放信息中的时间信息;
    所述智能路由器根据所述时间信息确定播放暂停时间点,并在播放至所述时间点时,停止VOD播放生成VOD播放信源,进入等待播放状态。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的视频点播VOD的播放装置,其特征在于,所述播放模块,还用于在所接收的VOD播放画面与所述主CPU播放的VOD播放画面同步时,停止通过所述智能路由器提供的VOD播放信源传输的VOD播放画面的播放;
    所述切换模块,还用于切换至主CPU的VOD播放信源;
    所述播放模块,还用于播放VOD播放画面。
  13. 如权利要求10所述的视频点播VOD的播放装置,其特征在于,所述同步模块包括确定单元、创建单元、判断单元及同步单元,
    所述确定单元,用于确定当前播放的VOD播放信息;
    所述创建单元,用于建立与所述智能路由器之间的通信连接;
    所述判断单元,用于判断是否成功建立与所述智能路由器之间的通信连接;
    所述同步单元,用于在成功建立与所述智能路由器之间的通信连接后,将所述VOD播放信息同步至所述智能路由器。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的视频点播VOD的播放装置,其特征在于,所述判断单元,还用于判断当前是否进行VOD播放;
    所述确定单元,还用于在当前进行VOD播放时,确定当前播放的VOD播放信息,所述VOD播放信息包括播放暂停的时间信息。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的视频点播VOD的播放装置,其特征在于,所述播放模块,还用于在所接收的VOD播放画面与所述主CPU播放的VOD播放画面同步时,停止通过所述智能路由器提供的VOD播放信源传输的VOD播放画面的播放;
    所述切换模块,还用于切换至主CPU的VOD播放信源;
    所述播放模块,还用于播放VOD播放画面。
  16. 如权利要求13所述的视频点播VOD的播放装置,其特征在于,所述创建单元,还用于在未成功建立与所述智能路由器的通信连接后,重新建立与所述智能路由器的通信连接;
    所述播放模块,还用于在重新建立通信连接的次数达到预设次数后,发出通信连接创建失败的提示信息。
  17. 如权利要求13所述的视频点播VOD的播放装置,其特征在于,所述播放模块,还用于在所接收的VOD播放画面与所述主CPU播放的VOD播放画面同步时,停止通过所述智能路由器提供的VOD播放信源传输的VOD播放画面的播放;
    所述切换模块,还用于切换至主CPU的VOD播放信源;
    所述播放模块,还用于播放VOD播放画面。
  18. 如权利要求10所述的视频点播VOD的播放装置,其特征在于,所述播放模块,还用于在所接收的VOD播放画面与所述主CPU播放的VOD播放画面同步时,停止通过所述智能路由器提供的VOD播放信源传输的VOD播放画面的播放;
    所述切换模块,还用于切换至主CPU的VOD播放信源;
    所述播放模块,还用于播放VOD播放画面。
