Abstract

Description

视频录制方法及装置
本申请基于申请号为201410852271.X、申请日为2014年12月31日的中国专利申请提出,并要求该中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
技术领域
本公开涉及智能设备领域,特别涉及一种视频录制方法及装置。
背景技术
随着智能设备的发展,越来越多的用户开始使用智能摄像头对家中情况进行监控。
智能摄像头通过内置的Wi-Fi(Wireless-Fidelity,无线保真)模块连接到家中的路由器,并通过该路由器将智能摄像头录制的视频上传到服务器。用户不在家时可以通过智能手机获取该服务器中的视频,查看家中的情况。
公开人在实现本公开的过程中,发现上述方法至少存在如下缺陷:当用户在家时,智能摄像头依旧会将录制的视频上传到服务器,造成用户隐私的泄露。
发明内容
为了解决相关技术中当用户在家时,智能摄像头依旧会将录制的视频上传到服务器,造成用户隐私的泄露的问题,本公开实施例提供了一种视频录制方法及装置,所述技术方案如下:
根据本公开实施例的第一方面,提供一种视频录制方法,所述方法包括:
接收移动终端发送的第一网络连接信息;
根据第一网络连接信息获取移动终端绑定的监控设备的第二网络连接信息;
当第一网络连接信息与第二网络连接信息匹配时,向监控设备发送停止录制指令。
在一个实施例中,当第一网络连接信息与第二网络连接信息匹配时,向监控设备发送停止录制指令,包括:
获取第一网络连接信息中的第一设备信息以及第二网络连接信息中的第二设备信息,第一设备信息是移动终端连接的网关设备的设备信息,第二设备信息是监控设备连接的网关设备的设备信息;
检测第一设备信息和所述第二设备信息是否相同;
当检测到第一设备信息和第二设备信息相同时,向监控设备发送停止录制指令。

需要说明的是,本公开提供的视频录制方法可以应用于网关设备130或服务器140。为了简化描述,下文中仅以该视频录制方法应用于服务器来举例说明,但对此不构成限定。
图2是根据一示例性实施例示出的视频录制方法的方法流程图,本实施例以该视频录制方法用于图1所示的服务器140中来进行说明,该视频录制方法可以包括如下步骤。
在步骤202中,接收移动终端发送的第一网络连接信息;
在步骤204中,根据第一网络连接信息获取与移动终端绑定的监控设备的第二网络连接信息;

图3A是根据另一示例性实施例示出的视频录制方法的方法流程图,本实施例以该视频录制方法用于图1所示的服务器140中来进行说明,该视频录制方法可以包括如下步骤。
在步骤301中,接收移动终端或监控设备发送的绑定信息,该绑定信息包括移动终端的标识和监控设备的标识。
为了使服务器接收到移动终端发送的网络连接信息后,能够获取到绑定的监控设备的网络连接信息,服务器需要预先保存移动终端与监控设备的绑定关系,其中,该移动终端是用户随身携带的移动终端。服务器可以通过接收移动终端或监控设备发送的绑定信息,并根据绑定信息中携带的移动终端的标识和监控设备的标识保存移动终端与监控设备的绑定关系。
在一种可能的实施方式中,移动终端运行有监控设备管理软件,用户在绑定关系设备界面中输入需要绑定的监控设备的标识,移动终端根据该监控设备的标识向服务器发送绑定信息,该绑定信息中携带有监控设备的标识和当前移动终端的标识,其中,监控设备的标识可以是监控设备中蓝牙模块的MAC(Media Access Control,媒体访问控制)地址;移动终端的标识可以是移动终端的蓝牙模块的MAC地址或IMEI(International Mobile Equipment Identity,移动设备国际身份码)码等等。
比如,如图3B所示,用户运行移动终端31中安装的监控设备管理软件,移动终端31通过扫描监控设备上的二维码,获取监控设备中蓝牙模块的MAC地址,并在绑定关系设置界面32中显示摄像头标志33供用户选择。移动终端31根据用户的选择将蓝牙模块的MAC地址和当前移动终端31的标识一同发送至服务器。在另一种可能的实施方式中,移动终端运行有监控设备管理软件,用户在绑定关系设置界面点击搜索,搜索附近的监控设备,并在监控设备列表中进行显示。用户在监控设备列表中选择监控设备进行绑定,移动终端根据用户的选择,将当前移动终端的标识和选中的监控设备的标识一同发送至服务器。需要说明的是,移动终端也可以与选中的监控设备进行无线连接,并将移动终端的标识发送至监控设备,由监控设备将移动终端的标识和监控设备的标识发送至服务器。
比如,如图3C所示,移动终端31运行有监控设备管理软件,用户在绑定关系设置界面32中点击搜索按钮34,搜索附近的监控设备,并在监控设备列表中进行显示。用户在监控设备列表中选择一个监控设备并点击绑定按钮35,由移动终端或监控设备将移动终端和监控设备的标识发送至服务器。

需要说明的是,一个移动终端可以同时绑定多个监控设备,一个监控设备也可以同时绑定多个移动终端,本发明仅以一个移动终端绑定一个监控设备为例进行说明,并不对本公开构成限定。
在步骤303中,接收移动终端发送的第一网络连接信息。
移动终端在后台运行监控设备管理软件时,会自动检测当前的网络连接情况,当检测到连接到Wi-Fi或者连接的Wi-Fi发生改变时,移动终端将会向服务器发送当前的网络连 接信息,即第一网络连接信息,其中,该第一网络连接信息包括移动终端连接的网关设备的MAC地址和SSID(Service Set Identifier,服务集标识)信息。
对应的,服务器接收移动终端发送的第一网络连接信息。
在步骤304中,根据第一网络连接信息获取与移动终端绑定的监控设备的第二网络连接信息。
服务器根据接收到的第一网络连接信息中携带的移动终端的标识,获取与该移动终端绑定的监控设备的网络连接信息。本步骤可以包括下述两种可能的实现方式。
第一种可能的实施方式、如图3D所示,步骤304可以包括步骤304a至步骤304d。
在步骤304a中,服务器从第一网络连接信息获取移动终端的标识。
比如,服务器从接收到的第一网络连接信息中获取到移动终端的蓝牙模块的MAC地址为00:11:22:AA:BB。
在步骤304b中,服务器根据移动终端的标识在预设的绑定关系中查找与移动终端绑定的监控设备。
服务器根据获取的移动终端的标识,在预设的绑定关系表中查找与该移动终端绑定的监控设备的标识,比如根据获取到移动终端中蓝牙模块的MAC地址00:11:22:AA:BB,在绑定关系表中查找到绑定的监控设备的标识为00:11:22:AA:CC。
在步骤304c中,服务器向绑定的监控设备发送第二网络连接信息获取指令。
服务器查找到移动终端绑定的监控设备后,向该监控设备发送第二网络连接信息获取指令,该第二网络连接信息获取指令用于获取监控设备当前的网络连接信息。
对应的,监控设备接收该第二网络连接信息获取指令。监控设备接收到该指令后,将当前的网络连接信息,即第二网络连接信息发送至服务器,其中,该第二网络连接信息包括监控设备连接的网关设备的MAC地址和SSID信息。
在步骤304d中,服务器接收绑定的监控设备发送的第二网络连接信息。
服务器根据接收到的第二网络连接信息即可知悉监控设备当前连接的网关设备的信息。
第二种可能的实施方式、如图3E所示,步骤304可以包括步骤304A至步骤304C。
在步骤304A中,服务器从第一网络连接信息获取移动终端的标识。
比如,服务器从接收到的第一网络连接信息中获取到移动终端的蓝牙模块的MAC地址为00:11:22:AA:BB。
在步骤304B中,服务器根据移动终端的标识在预设的绑定关系查找与移动终端绑定的监控设备的标识。
服务器根据获取的移动终端的标识,在预设的绑定关系表中查找与该移动终端绑定的监控设备的标识,比如根据获取到移动终端的蓝牙模块的MAC地址00:11:22:AA:BB,在绑定关系表中查找到绑定的监控设备的标识为00:11:22:AA:CC。
在步骤304C中,服务器根据标识获取监控设备预先上传的第二网络连接信息,该第 二网络连接信息是监控设备检测到连接信息发生变化时或初次连接时上传的。
监控设备会对网络连接信息进行检测,当检测到网络连接信息发生变化,或者监控设备初次连接网络时,监控设备获取当前的网络连接信息,并上传至服务器。需要说明的是,监控设备也可以每隔一段时间向服务器上传当前的网络连接信息。
服务器将该网络连接信息保存至第二网络连接信息表中,并对表中的数据进行实时更新,其中,第二网络连接信息表的表结构可以如表二所示:

服务器根据查找到的与移动终端绑定的监控设备的标识,查找该监控设备当前的网络连接信息。比如,服务器查找到的与移动终端绑定的监控设备的标识为00:11:22:AA:CC,在第二网络连接信息表中查找到该监控设备当前的网络连接信息为“SSID信息:SSID A、MAC地址:MAC A”。
在步骤305中,当第一网络连接信息与第二网络连接信息匹配时,向监控设备发送停止录制指令。
服务器对接收到的第一网络连接信息和获取到的第二网络连接信息进行检测,当第一网络连接信息与第二网络连接信息匹配时,即可确定移动终端与监控设备连接到相同的网关设备,即向监控设备发送停止录制指令。如图3F所示,步骤305可以包括步骤305a至步骤304c。
在步骤305a中,服务器获取第一网络连接信息中的第一设备信息以及第二网络连接信息中的第二设备信息,该第一设备信息是移动终端连接的网关设备的设备信息,该第二设备信息是监控设备连接的网关设备的设备信息。
服务器获取第一网络连接信息中的第一设备信息,该第一设备信息包括移动终端连接的网关设备的MAC地址和SSID信息,比如,该第一设备信息为“SSID信息:SSID A、MAC地址:MAC A”。
类似的,服务器获取第二网络连接信息中的第二设备信息,当该网关设备通过网线与网关设备连接时,第二设备信息包括网关设备的MAC地址;当该网关设备通过无线网络与网关设备连接时,第二设备信息包括网关设备的MAC地址和SSID信息。
在步骤305b中,服务器检测第一设备信息和第二设备信息是否相同。
当监控设备通过网线与网关设备相连时,服务器检测移动终端和监控设备连接的网关 设备的MAC地址是否相同,当两个MAC地址相同时,即移动终端和监控设备连接到同一个网关设备;当两个MAC地址不同时,即移动终端和监控设备未连接到同一个网关设备。
当监控设备通过无线网络与网关设备相连时,服务器检测移动终端和监控设备连接的网关设备的SSID信息是否相同,当两个网关设备的SSID信息不同时,即移动终端和监控设备未连接到同一个网关设备。由于不同的网关设备有可能设置了相同的SSID信息,所以当检测到两个网关设备的SSID信息相同时,服务器进一步检测移动终端和监控设备连接的网关设备的MAC地址是否相同,当两个MAC地址相同时,即移动终端和监控设备连接到同一个网关设备;当两个MAC地址不同时,即移动终端和监控设备未连接到同一个网关设备。
在步骤305c中,当检测到第一设备信息和第二设备信息相同时,服务器向监控设备发送停止录制指令。
当检测到第一设备信息和第二设备信息相同时,服务器向监控设备发送停止录制指令,该停止录制指令用于控制监控设备停止监控。对应的,监控设备根据该指令停止监控。
在步骤306中,当检测到第一设备信息和第二设备信息不同时,向监控设备发送视频录制指令。
当检测到第一设备信息和第二设备信息不同时,服务器即知悉移动终端与监控设备未连接到相同的网关设备,监控设备进行监控不会泄露用户隐私,向监控设备发送视频录制指令。
在步骤307中,当检测到移动终端断开连接时,向监控设备发送视频录制指令。
移动终端断开连接时,将会向服务器发送连接断开信息,告知服务器移动终端未连接到任何的网关设备,服务器接收到该连接断开信息后,向监控设备发送视频录制指令,通知监控设备可以进行监控。
综上所述,本示例性实施例提供的视频录制方法,通过接收移动终端发送的第一网络连接信息;根据第一网络连接信息获取与移动终端绑定的监控设备的第二网络连接信息;当第一网络连接信息与第二网络连接信息匹配时,向监控设备发送停止录制指令;解决了当用户在家时,监控设备依旧会将录制的视频上传到服务器,造成用户隐私的泄露的问题;达到了根据用户携带的移动终端的网络连接情况判断用户是否在家,当用户在家时向监控设备发送停止录制指令,起到了保护用户的隐私的效果。
本示例性实施例还通过由监控设备上传第二网络连接信息或者由服务器向监控设备询问第二网络连接信息,服务器根据该第二网络连接信息和移动终端发送的第一网络连接信息,判断移动终端和监控设备连接的网关设备是否相同,并根据判断结果向监控设备发送相应的指令,达到了提高第二网络连接信息的准确性,提高视频监控及时性的效果。
需要说明的是,本示例性实施例提供的视频录制方法,还可以由与网关设备130执行, 即网关设备130中保存有移动终端和监控设备的绑定关系,网关设备130根据接收到的第一网络连接信息,获取与移动终端绑定的监控设备的第二网络连接信息,并在第一网络连接信息与第二网络连接信息匹配时,向监控设备发送停止录制指令。其实施方式与上述实施例相似,在此不再赘述。
下述为本公开装置实施例,可以用于执行本公开方法实施例。对于本公开装置实施例中未披露的细节,请参照本公开方法实施例。
图4是根据一示例性实施例示出的视频录制装置的结构方框图,该视频录制装置可以通过软件、硬件或者两者的结合实现成为服务器的部分或者全部。该视频录制装置可以包括:
第一接收模块402,被配置为接收移动终端发送的第一网络连接信息;
信息获取模块404,被配置为根据第一接收模块402接收的第一网络连接信息获取与移动终端绑定的监控设备的第二网络连接信息;
停止指令发送模块406,被配置为当第一接收模块402接收的第一网络连接信息与信息获取模块404获取的第二网络连接信息匹配时,向监控设备发送停止录制指令。
综上所述,本示例性实施例提供的视频录制装置,通过接收移动终端发送的第一网络连接信息;根据第一网络连接信息获取与移动终端绑定的监控设备的第二网络连接信息;当第一网络连接信息与第二网络连接信息匹配时,向监控设备发送停止录制指令;解决了当用户在家时,监控设备依旧会将录制的视频上传到服务器,造成用户隐私的泄露的问题;达到了根据用户携带的移动终端的网络连接情况判断用户是否在家,当用户在家时向监控设备发送停止录制指令,起到了保护用户的隐私的效果。
图5是根据另一示例性实施例示出的视频录制装置的结构方框图,该视频录制装置可以通过软件、硬件或者两者的结合实现成为服务器的部分或者全部。该视频录制装置可以包括:
第一接收模块502,被配置为接收移动终端发送的第一网络连接信息;
信息获取模块504,被配置为根据第一接收模块502接收的第一网络连接信息获取与移动终端绑定的监控设备的第二网络连接信息;
停止指令发送模块506,被配置为当第一接收模块502接收的第一网络连接信息与信息获取模块504获取的第二网络连接信息匹配时,向监控设备发送停止录制指令。
可选地,停止指令发送模块506,包括:
设备信息获取子模块506a,被配置为获取第一网络连接信息中的第一设备信息以及第二网络连接信息中的第二设备信息,第一设备信息是移动终端连接的网关设备的设备信息,第二设备信息是监控设备连接的网关设备的设备信息;
设备信息检测子模块506b,被配置为检测设备信息获取子模块506a获取的第一设备 信息和第二设备信息是否相同;
停止指令发送子模块506c,被配置为当设备信息检测子模块506b检测到第一设备信息和第二设备信息相同时,向监控设备发送停止录制指令。
可选地,该装置,还包括:
第一指令发送模块507,被配置为当设备信息检测子模块506b检测到第一设备信息和第二设备信息不同时,向监控设备发送视频录制指令;
或,
第二指令发送模块508,被配置为当设备信息检测子模块506b检测到移动终端断开连接时,向监控设备发送视频录制指令。
可选地,信息获取模块504,包括:
第一获取子模块504a,被配置为从第一网络连接信息获取移动终端的标识;
第一查找子模块504b,被配置为根据第一获取子模块504a获取的移动终端的标识在预设的绑定关系中查找与移动终端绑定的监控设备;
信息获取指令发送子模块504c,被配置为向第一查找子模块504b查找到的绑定的监控设备发送第二网络连接信息获取指令;
信息接收子模块504d,被配置为接收第一查找子模块504b查找到的绑定的监控设备发送的第二网络连接信息。
可选地,信息获取模块504,还包括:
第二获取子模块504e,被配置为从第一网络连接信息获取移动终端的标识;
第二查找子模块504f,被配置为根据第二获取子模块504e获取的移动终端的标识在预设的绑定关系查找与移动终端绑定的监控设备的标识;
连接信息获取子模块504g,被配置为根据第二查找子模块504f查找到的标识获取监控设备预先上传的第二网络连接信息,该第二网络连接信息是监控设备检测到连接信息发生变化时或初次连接时上传的。
可选地,该装置,还包括:
绑定信息接收模块509,被配置为接收移动终端或监控设备发送的绑定信息,该绑定信息包括移动终端的标识和监控设备的标识;
绑定关系保存模块510,被配置为保存移动终端和监控设备的绑定关系。
综上所述,本示例性实施例提供的视频录制装置,通过接收移动终端发送的第一网络连接信息;根据第一网络连接信息获取与移动终端绑定的监控设备的第二网络连接信息;当第一网络连接信息与第二网络连接信息匹配时,向监控设备发送停止录制指令;解决了当用户在家时,监控设备依旧会将录制的视频上传到服务器,造成用户隐私的泄露的问题;达到了根据用户携带的移动终端的网络连接情况判断用户是否在家,当用户在家时向监控设备发送停止录制指令,起到了保护用户的隐私的效果。
本示例性实施例还通过由监控设备上传第二网络连接信息或者由服务器向监控设备 询问第二网络连接信息,服务器根据该第二网络连接信息和移动终端发送的第一网络连接信息,判断移动终端和监控设备连接的网关设备是否相同,并根据判断结果向监控设备发送相应的指令,达到了提高第二网络连接信息的准确性,提高视频监控及时性的效果。
关于上述实施例中的装置,其中各个模块执行操作的具体方式已经在有关该方法的实施例中进行了详细描述,此处将不做详细阐述说明。
图6是根据一示例性实施例示出的视频录制装置的框图。装置600包括处理组件622,其进一步包括一个或多个处理器,以及由存储器632所代表的存储器资源,用于存储可由处理组件622执行的指令,例如应用程序。存储器632中存储的应用程序可以包括一个或一个以上的每一个对应于一组指令的模块。此外,处理组件622被配置为执行指令,以执行上述服务器侧的视频录制方法。
装置600还可以包括一个电源组件626被配置为执行装置600的电源管理,一个有线或无线网络接口650被配置为将装置600连接到网络,和一个输入输出(I/O)接口658。装置600可以操作基于存储在存储器632的操作系统,例如Windows ServerTM,Mac OS XTM,UnixTM,LinuxTM,FreeBSDTM或类似。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种视频录制方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    接收移动终端发送的第一网络连接信息;
    根据所述第一网络连接信息获取与所述移动终端绑定的监控设备的第二网络连接信息;
    当所述第一网络连接信息与所述第二网络连接信息匹配时,向所述监控设备发送停止录制指令。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述当所述第一网络连接信息与所述第二网络连接信息匹配时,向所述监控设备发送停止录制指令,包括:
    获取所述第一网络连接信息中的第一设备信息以及所述第二网络连接信息中的第二设备信息,所述第一设备信息是所述移动终端连接的网关设备的设备信息,所述第二设备信息是所述监控设备连接的网关设备的设备信息;
    检测所述第一设备信息和所述第二设备信息是否相同;
    当检测到所述第一设备信息和所述第二设备信息相同时,向所述监控设备发送停止录制指令。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法,还包括:
    当检测到所述第一设备信息和所述第二设备信息不同时,向所述监控设备发送视频录制指令;
    或,
    当检测到所述移动终端断开连接时,向所述监控设备发送所述视频录制指令。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述第一网络连接信息获取与所述移动终端绑定的监控设备的第二网络连接信息,包括:
    从所述第一网络连接信息获取所述移动终端的标识;
    根据所述移动终端的标识在预设的绑定关系中查找与所述移动终端绑定的监控设备;
    向所述绑定的监控设备发送第二网络连接信息获取指令;
    接收所述绑定的监控设备发送的所述第二网络连接信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1至3任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述第一网络连接信息获取与所述移动终端绑定的监控设备的第二网络连接信息,还包括:
    从所述第一网络连接信息获取所述移动终端的标识;
    根据所述移动终端的标识在预设的绑定关系查找与所述移动终端绑定的监控设备的标识;
    根据所述标识获取所述监控设备预先上传的所述第二网络连接信息,所述第二网络连接信息是所述监控设备检测到连接信息发生变化时或初次连接时上传的。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法,还包括:
    接收所述移动终端或所述监控设备发送的绑定信息,所述绑定信息包括所述移动终端的标识和所述监控设备的标识;
    保存所述移动终端和所述监控设备的绑定关系。
  7. 一种视频录制装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    第一接收模块,被配置为接收移动终端发送的第一网络连接信息;
    信息获取模块,被配置为根据所述第一接收模块接收的所述第一网络连接信息获取与所述移动终端绑定的监控设备的第二网络连接信息;
    停止指令发送模块,被配置为当所述第一接收模块接收的所述第一网络连接信息与所述信息获取模块获取的所述第二网络连接信息匹配时,向所述监控设备发送停止录制指令。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述停止指令发送模块,包括:
    设备信息获取子模块,被配置为获取所述第一网络连接信息中的第一设备信息以及所述第二网络连接信息中的第二设备信息,所述第一设备信息是所述移动终端连接的网关设备的设备信息,所述第二设备信息是所述监控设备连接的网关设备的设备信息;
    设备信息检测子模块,被配置为检测所述设备信息获取子模块获取的所述第一设备信息和所述第二设备信息是否相同;
    停止指令发送子模块,被配置为当所述设备信息检测子模块检测到所述第一设备信息和所述第二设备信息相同时,向所述监控设备发送停止录制指令。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置,还包括:
    第一指令发送模块,被配置为当所述设备信息检测子模块检测到所述第一设备信息和所述第二设备信息不同时,向所述监控设备发送视频录制指令;
    或,
    第二指令发送模块,被配置为当所述设备信息检测子模块检测到所述移动终端断开连接时,向所述监控设备发送所述视频录制指令。
  10. 根据权利要求7至9任一所述的装置,其特征在于,所述信息获取模块,包括:
    第一获取子模块,被配置为从所述第一网络连接信息获取所述移动终端的标识;
    第一查找子模块,被配置为根据所述第一获取子模块获取的所述移动终端的标识在预 设的绑定关系中查找与所述移动终端绑定的监控设备;
    信息获取指令发送子模块,被配置为向所述第一查找子模块查找到的所述绑定的监控设备发送第二网络连接信息获取指令;
    信息接收子模块,被配置为接收所述第一查找子模块查找到的所述绑定的监控设备发送的所述第二网络连接信息。
  11. 根据权利要求7至9任一所述的装置,其特征在于,所述信息获取模块,还包括:
    第二获取子模块,被配置为从所述第一网络连接信息获取所述移动终端的标识;
    第二查找子模块,被配置为根据所述第二获取子模块获取的所述移动终端的标识在预设的绑定关系查找与所述移动终端绑定的监控设备的标识;
    连接信息获取子模块,被配置为根据所述第二查找子模块查找到的所述标识获取所述监控设备预先上传的所述第二网络连接信息,所述第二网络连接信息是所述监控设备检测到连接信息发生变化时或初次连接时上传的。
  12. 根据权利要求7至11任一所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置,还包括:
    绑定信息接收模块,被配置为接收所述移动终端或所述监控设备发送的绑定信息,所述绑定信息包括所述移动终端的标识和所述监控设备的标识;
    绑定关系保存模块,被配置为保存所述移动终端和所述监控设备的绑定关系
  13. 一种视频录制装置,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储所述处理器的可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    接收移动终端发送的第一网络连接信息;
    根据所述第一网络连接信息获取与所述移动终端绑定的监控设备的第二网络连接信息;
    当所述第一网络连接信息与所述第二网络连接信息匹配时,向所述监控设备发送停止录制指令。
