一种LED显示屏 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种LED显示屏。
背景技术
LED显示屏作为信息传播的一种手段,已经成为城市信息现代化建设的标志,随着社会经济的不断进步,以及LED显示技术的不断完善,人们对LED显示技术的要求也越来越高,其应用领域也越来越广。但是现有技术的LED显示屏技术,散热效果都不理想,由于LED灯都是设置在电路板上,电路板又设置在基座上,所以LED灯的由于长时间发光发热,散热问题不能得到很好的解决,直接影响到LED显示屏的使用寿命,我国实用新型专利授权公告号CN203242261U公开了一种LED屏,包括有整体包围LED电路板及LED电路板上安装台的散热板,所述LED灯发光面从散热板顶部伸出,所述散热板顶部、底部分别设置有多个通向LED电路板的散热孔,但是散热效果仍旧不理想,另外,单面设置的发光面也不能解决目前LED屏要求双面发光的场合,所述缺陷值得改进。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有的技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种LED显示屏,本实用新型可以更好的解决LED灯长时间发光的散热问题,使散热效果更为理想和稳定,另外,在优良散热效果的基础上本实用新型实现了双面发光LED屏的效果。
本实用新型技术方案如下所述:一种LED显示屏,其特征在于,它包括对称设置的两个LED电路板,所述的LED电路板上设置有若干个LED基座,所述的每个LED基座上设置有LED灯,所述相邻两个LED基座之间设置有散热台,所述对称设置的两个LED电路板之间设置有散热板,所述散热板在所述的散热台上设置有散热凹槽,所述散热板中间在横向上设置有一条或者一条以上的S形状散热通道,所述散热板中间在纵向上设置有圆柱形散热通道,所述的圆柱形散热通道设置在所述两个LED电路板相对应的散热凹槽之间。
根据上述结构的本实用新型,其有益效果在于,本实用新型可以更好的解决LED灯长时间发光的散热问题,使散热效果更为理想和稳定,另外,在优良散热效果的基础上本实用新型实现了双面发光LED屏的效果。
