Description

一种具有新型拉杆结构的拉杆箱 技术领域

背景技术
拉杆箱是一种有拉杆和滚轮的行李箱,用以携带衣物等,因其使用方便而受到广泛使用。同时,拉杆箱也因箱子置一拉杆,有单管拉杆及双管拉杆之分,拉杆的管亦有方管和圆管之分,以方便行走时拖着,大大减轻负担。拉杆箱可以手提也可以拖动,我们平时所用的拉杆箱的轮子基本都位于箱子底部,而现代人又设计出了一款新形态的拉杆箱,将箱子设计成了圆筒的造型,轮子则整个外包在箱子外侧,这样的滚筒设计使得这款拉杆箱可以更好的适应不同的地形,如直接拉着箱子就可以轻松上下楼梯。
现有的拉杆箱的拉杆通常设置在箱体的侧面,如图13和14所示的使得箱体背面的厚度增加,增加了箱体的空间占用;当遇到一些较窄的行李架或者床体空间,箱子背面的拉杆会影响箱子正常放入。与此同时,传统的拉杆配套的导轨很长,费工费料,不经济环保。
实用新型内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型旨在提供一种拉杆可隐藏于箱体顶部的节约空间易于收缩的新型拉杆结构的拉杆箱。

作为优选,所述翻转限位挡块处设有磁块,拉杆翻转后被磁块吸附而定位;当拉杆完全收入固定拉盒时,固定拉盒位于拉杆的末端所对应的位置亦设有定位磁块。
作为优选,所述齿轨设置在固定拉盒侧面的上部,所述齿轮限位板块为固定拉盒的顶板。
作为优选,所述齿轨设置在固定拉盒侧面的底部。
作为优选,所述拉杆为双杆结构或者单杆结构。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型做进一步详细说明。
如图1、2、3、4所示,本实用新型所述的一种具有新型拉杆结构的拉杆箱,它包括箱体5和安装在箱体上的拉杆结构,所述拉杆结构藏设于箱体5顶部,包括用于拖拽牵引箱体的拉杆2和用于藏置栏杆的固定拉盒1,固定拉盒1是固定装配在箱体上的,这种设置完全 创新于现有拉杆箱的拉杆结构置于箱体侧边式设计,如图13和14,这种设计结构能够大大的减少拉杆结构对箱体的空间影响。

为了保证拉杆处于隐藏状态时拉杆不会滑出,处于打开状态时拉杆能够有效固定,所述翻转限位挡块12处设有磁块8,拉杆2翻转后被磁块8吸附而定位;当拉杆2完全收入固定拉盒1时,固定拉盒1位于拉杆2的末端所对应的位置亦设有定位磁块8。磁块与拉杆之间可以相互吸附,这种实施例中拉杆显然的是磁吸金属材质。当然,也可以替换的在拉杆相应位置设置磁块,而在拉杆磁块对应的固定拉盒位置处设置磁吸金属,这种做法可应用于拉杆为非磁吸金属材质的实施。
所述齿轨3设置在固定拉盒1侧面的上部,齿轮4的安装位置距离拉杆2末端有一距离,该距离小于拉盒在拉口端的竖直高度。
所述齿轨3设置在固定拉盒1侧面的底部,齿轮4的安装位置为拉杆2端部。
相对于齿轨设置在固定拉盒侧面的底部,设置在上部的齿轨结构 更优,受力更合理,实际使用过程中,整体寿命更长。
为了使得拉杆可以伸缩调节拉杆的长度,所述拉杆2为双杆结构或者单杆结构。所述拉杆2为多段伸缩结构。通过伸缩结构,可以调节拉杆长度,使得使用者拉动箱子更为舒适。

如图13、14所示,现有的拉杆箱的拉杆32通常设置在箱体31背面,使得箱体31背面的厚度增加,无论采用内置还是外置均会增加了箱体侧面的空间占用;与此同时,传统的拉杆32配套的的导轨33很长,费工费料,不经济环保。
如图4、5、6所示,具体实施例一为齿轨3位于固定拉盒1的上方,所述齿轮4位于拉杆2左侧上部,使用时将隐藏状态的拉杆2向右上侧拉动,通过同轴齿轮4在齿轨3上的转动保证拉杆2两侧的杆体同步伸出,避免了伸出过程不同步而导致的卡壳现象;待拉杆2完全伸出后翻转拉杆2至竖直位置,拉杆2上的齿轮4被齿轮挡板10和齿轮限位板块12卡住固定,拉杆2与拉口11上下边的两个翻转限 位挡块12接触并磁性吸附固定,使用者即可拉着拉杆拖动行李箱了。
如图7、8、9所示,具体实施例二为齿轨3位于固定拉盒1的下方,所述齿轮4位于拉杆2左侧尾部末端下方,使用时待拉杆2完全伸出后向上翻转拉杆,拉杆2上的齿轮4被齿轮挡板10和齿轮限位板块12卡住固定,拉杆2下段与固定拉盒1的拉口11上部翻转限位挡块12接触,并且拉口11上下边的磁块分别与拉杆2上相对应的磁块相互吸附固定,此时拉杆2与固定拉盒1垂直,使用者即可拉着拉杆拖动行李箱了。
如图10、11、12所示,具体实施例三采用单杆结构的拉杆2,拉杆2的把手部分呈T型,固定拉盒1的空间使用更少,使得拉杆2结构整体占用空间更少,同时齿轮4之间的间距小,拉杆2与箱体5之间的抖动更小,整体抗扭力效果更佳,而采用T型结构的把手部分也十分方便握持,使用触感好。

    固定拉盒内平行设置有两条相同的齿轨,对应每条齿轨均设有一与齿轨相啮合的齿轮,所述两个齿轮同轴固定连接并可轴向旋转的安装于拉杆后端所对应的侧边,齿轮的上端与齿轨平行的设有齿轮限位板块,该限位板块的末端设有齿轮挡板;
    固定拉盒的拉手端开设有拉口,当拉杆从拉口抽出至齿轮触碰到齿轮挡板时,拉杆可向上翻转至竖直位置;固定拉盒的拉口上下两条边处设有翻转限位挡块。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的新型拉杆结构的拉杆箱,其特征在于:所述翻转限位挡块处设有磁块,拉杆翻转后被磁块吸附而定位;当拉杆完全收入固定拉盒时,固定拉盒位于拉杆的末端所对应的位置亦设有定位磁块。
