Abstract
一种超声诊断仪遥控方法,包括便携遥控终端向目标超声诊断仪发送包括身份识别的验证信息(120);目标超声诊断仪判断其是否有遥控权限(220),在具备遥控权限时,目标超声诊断仪向该便携遥控终端发送包括遥控界面数据在内的应答信息(230);便携遥控终端根据接收的遥控界面数据呈现遥控界面(140),实现遥控。一方面,目标超声诊断仪由于需事先校验便携遥控终端的身份,从而避免了受遥控的混乱性;另一方面,由于便携遥控终端接收的应答信息包括遥控界面数据,从而使得遥控界面具有针对性。还提供一种根据该遥控方法的便携遥控终端和一种目标超声诊断仪。
Description
本发明涉及一种超声诊断成像方法装置,具体涉及一种超声诊断仪及其遥控方法和便携遥控终端。
台式超声设备体积较大,在临床使用时用户不便于经常移动设备。医生为病人检查时,需要临时调整一些图像参数或保存超声图像,此时,需要在超声设备旁边调整参数等,然后再继续为病人检查。若医生距离设备较远时,则比较麻烦。若有一种便携终端或应用可以远程控制超声设备,则方便了医生,改善其体验。
传统的遥控器常采用红外信号,这导致受控设备必须具备红外信号处理能力,而超声设备通常并不具备红外收发模块。此外,如果遥控器的型号相同,则还可以多个遥控器控制一台机器,容易导致机器造混乱,并且,通常设备对遥控器的控制没有进行权限校验,容易导致错误接收遥控命令。
根据第一方面,一种实施例中提供一种超声诊断仪遥控方法,用于便携遥控终端对目标超声诊断仪进行遥控,超声诊断仪遥控方法包括:
便携遥控终端检测是否存在已建立网络连接的目标超声诊断仪;当存在目标超声诊断仪时则向目标超声诊断仪发送验证信息,其中,验证信息携带有便携遥控终端的身份识别信息,验证信息用于触发目标超声诊断仪确认该便携遥控终端是否有权限遥控该目标超声诊断仪;接收目标超声诊断仪基于验证信息返回的应答信息,应答信息用于反馈该便携遥控终端是否有权限遥控该目标超声诊断仪,当该便携遥控终端有权限遥控该目标超声诊断仪时,应答信息包括遥控界面数据;当应答信息中包括遥控界面数据时,根据遥控界面数据向用户呈现遥控界面;响应于用户的遥控操作向目标超声诊断仪发送用于操作目标超声诊断仪的遥控命令。

第二控制单元用于检测是否存在已建立网络连接的目标超声诊断仪,当存在目标超声诊断仪时则生成验证信息,并通过第二无线网络通信模块向目标超声诊断仪发送验证信息,验证信息携带有便携遥控终端的身份识别信息,验证信息用于触发目标超声诊断仪确认该便携遥控终端是否有权限遥控该目标超声诊断仪;还用于将第二无线网络通信模块接收的应答信息转送给遥控界面单元,和将遥控界面单元生成的遥控命令转送给第二无线网络通信模块。
依据上述实施例的超声诊断仪遥控方法,由于目标超声诊断仪在接受遥控之前需事先校验便携遥控终端的权限,从而降低了目标超声诊断仪受遥控的混乱性,明确了遥控目标超声诊断仪的携遥控终端的身份。
由于便携遥控终端接收的应答信息包括了目标超声诊断仪的遥控界面数据,继而能够依据欲遥控的目标超声诊断仪来调整遥控界面,进而使得遥控界面具有针对性,也改善了用户体验。

超声诊断仪通常装配有:超声探头、驱动超声探头以用超声束扫描对象内部组织的超声发射模块、显示超声图像的显示装置、允许用户输入指令和/或数据的面板控制模块、执行诊断仪全面控制的控制器,有的还包括用来观察超声断层图像和各种相关信息,并对有价值的图像进行拍照和记录的监视、照相、记录系统。当然,根据不同的需求,超声诊断仪的配置可以作适当的增减。一般而言,用户需要在面板控制模块上对超声诊断仪进行包括进出深度、增益控制信号、模式选择等的控制,本发明的一些实施例中,提供一种超声诊断仪及其遥控方法和便携遥控终端能够实现这些控制的远程遥控。无线通信的方式不构成对本申请技术方案的限制,无线通讯的方式可以是现有的或者以后出现的任意一种适合通信的方案,例如:Wi-Fi、蓝牙、ZigBee(紫峰协议)、可见光、不可见光等。无线通信所需的硬件设备可以是内置,也可以是外接。便携遥控终端可以是例如手机、平板电脑、个人数字助理等任意具备无线通信功能并且具备数据处理能力的终端。

请参考图1a和图1b,其中,图1a为本实施例公开的一种超声诊断仪,图1b为本实施例公开的一种便携遥控终端。需要说明的是,譬如超声探头、超声发射模块、显示装置等硬件设施可以采用厂商推荐的或固定的配置。超声诊断仪上增减的常规功能配置不对本实施例遥控的技术方案构成限制。
请参考图1a,本实施例公开的一种超声诊断仪包括:第一无线网络通信模块1a、界面参数生成单元2a、第一控制单元3a、遥控命令响应单元4a和命令操作单元5a。其中,

基于上述超声诊断仪和便携遥控终端,本实施例还公开了一种超声诊断仪遥控方法,分别用于超声诊断仪和便携遥控终端。
请参考图2,为本实施例公开的一种超声诊断仪遥控方法流程图,用于便携遥控终端,实现对目标超声诊断仪进行遥控,该遥控方法包括步骤如下:
步骤110,判断是否存在已建立网络连接。便携遥控终端检测是否存在已建立网络连接的目标超声诊断仪。当存在目标超声诊断仪时,则执行步骤120。

步骤150,发送遥控命令。在步骤140向用户呈现遥控界面后,用户便可以依据该界面对目标超声诊断仪进行遥控操作。便携遥控终端响应于用户的遥控操作向目标超声诊断仪发送用于操作目标超声诊断仪的遥控命令。在具体实施例中,遥控命令可以包括目标超声诊断仪面板控制模块上所具有的任意操作命令;在另一实施例中,便携遥控终端通过遥控命令所能实现的操作命令也可以基于该便携遥控终端所具备的遥控权限等级确定,譬如该便携遥控终端是否具备冻结、保存超声图像等操作的权限。作为例子,请参考图3a,用户可以通过该界面执行:缩小或者放大超声图像;一键优化,即自动调节和优化一个或多个成像和/或图像参数;保存单帧(当前帧)的超声图像;保存电影,根据目标超声诊断仪内部预置的条件,保存当前时间之前和/或之后的一段时间所录制的超声图像视频;调节深度、增益等;选择超声图像的模式,例如彩色图像模式或B图像模式(超声图像的一种显示模式);双实线开关,开启、关闭双实线;中分线开关,开启、关闭中分线;冻结/解冻超声图像。
在图2所示的实施例中,当步骤110判断为不存在已建立网络连接的目标超声诊断仪时,则执行步骤151。
步骤151,广播搜索帧。当步骤110判断为不存在目标超声诊断仪与便携遥控终端建立网络连接时,便携遥控终端响应于用户的操作在局域网内广播搜索帧,以搜索可以与该便携遥控终端建立网络连接的超声诊断仪。
步骤152,接收反馈信息。接收局域网内超声诊断仪的反馈信息。在具体实施例中,反馈信息可以包括超声诊断仪的身份信息,以区分不同的超声诊断设备。
步骤153,展现列表。根据反馈信息生成列表展现给用户,以供用户选择目标超声诊断仪。其中,生成的列表为各个向便携遥控终端发送反馈信息的超声诊断设备。在优选的实施例中,这些发送反馈信息的超声诊断设备为具备通过便携遥控终端遥控的设备。在其它实施例中,也可以是任意的具备无线网络通信功能(包括内置或外增无线网络通信功能)的设备,而后依据后续相应的步骤进行判断便携遥控终端是否具备遥控权限。

需要说明的是,在一种具体实施例中,当便携遥控终端与该目标超声诊断仪建立网络连接后,便携遥控终端便可以执行步骤120以向该目标超声仪发送验证信息。在另一种具体实施例中,如果步骤153展现的列表为该便携遥控终端具备遥控权限的超声诊断仪,则当该便携遥控终端与用户选择的目标超声诊断仪建立网络连接后,便可以执行步骤130接收应答信息,即反馈信息中可以包括应答信息,而应答信息还优选包括遥控界面数据。当然,在第三种实施例中,步骤151中,便携遥控终端广播搜索帧时,也可以优选包括该便携遥控终端的验证信息,此时,步骤152接收的反馈信息也可以优选包括应答信息。
在优选的实施例中,便携遥控终端在步骤130接收的应答信息为该便携遥控终端没有权限遥控该目标超声诊断仪时,便携遥控终端发出提示信息,其中,提示信息用于告知用户没有权限遥控该目标超声诊断仪,并同时向用户展示用于与目标超声诊断仪的建立网络连接的可操作图标。在具体实施例中,提示信息可以通过其可视化界面和/或音频发出。与目标超声诊断仪的建立网络连接的可操作动作包括但不限于:刷新提示信息、再次发送验证信息、选择其它超声诊断仪、等待权限开通、广播搜索帧等。
请参考图4,为本实施例公开的一种超声诊断仪遥控方法流程图,用于被遥控的目标超声诊断仪,实现目标超声诊断仪接受遥控操作,该遥控方法包括步骤如下:
步骤210,接收验证信息。接收便携遥控终端发送的验证信息,其中,验证信息携带有便携遥控终端的身份识别信息。
步骤220,确认权限。根据验证信息中的身份识别信息确认该便携遥控终端是否有权限遥控该目标超声诊断仪。
步骤230,返回应答信息。根据确认结果向便携遥控终端返回应答信息。其中,应答信息用于反馈该便携遥控终端是否有权限遥控该目标超声诊断仪。当该便携遥控终端有权限遥控该目标超声诊断仪时,应答信息还优选包括用于初始化便携遥控终端遥控界面的遥控界面数据。当然,在其它实施例中,如果该便携遥控终端不具备遥控该目标超声诊断仪的权限时,则应答信息应不含有遥控界面数据。
步骤240,接收遥控命令。当便携遥控终端具备遥控该目标超声诊断仪的权限时,便携遥控终端会根据该目标超声诊断仪返回的遥控界面数据生成供用户操作的遥控界面。该便携遥控终端便可以基于该遥控界面向该目标超声诊断仪发送遥控命令,此时,该目标超声诊断仪会接收该便携遥控终端发送的遥控命令。
步骤250,根据遥控命令操作目标超声诊断仪。目标超声诊断仪内可以预置各项遥控命令所对应的操作动作,在收到便携遥控终端的遥控命令后,依据该遥控命令所对应的动作对目标超声诊断仪进行相应的操作。
通常,目标超声诊断仪都具备不同的工作模式,譬如B模式和PW模式等。在不同的工作模式下,其相应的各项操作可能会发生改变,因此,为了使得便携遥控终端的遥控界面能够适应目标超声诊断仪不同的工作模式,在优选的实施例中,在执行步骤220确认权限之后,当该便携遥控终端有权限遥控该目标超声诊断仪时,在执行步骤230返回应答信息之前还可以包括:
步骤231,查看工作模式。查看目标超声诊断仪当前的工作模式。
步骤232,获取界面数据。获取与目标超声诊断仪当前工作模式对应的界面数据作为遥控界面数据。而后执行步骤230返回应答信息。
需要说明的是,当多个便携遥控终端都具备遥控目标超声诊断仪时,为了防止多个便携遥控终端在同一时间对目标超声诊断仪进行遥控,导致遥控命令的冲突,在优选的实施例中,目标超声诊断仪同一时间最多只允许为一个便携遥控终端设置遥控该目标超声诊断仪的权限。在具体实施例中,可以在系统中预设各便携遥控终端遥控权限的优先权等级,也可以按接收验证信息的先后设置权限。当然,在其它实施例中,也可以通过其它方式来设置权限,以防止同一时间多于一个便携遥控终端的遥控。
采用本实施例公开的一种超声诊断仪遥控方法,由于便携遥控终端需要向目标超声诊断仪发送具有该便携遥控终端身份识别信息的验证信息,从而确保了受控的目标超声诊断仪被遥控的合法性。对于便携遥控终端,由于其接收的应答信息包括了目标超声诊断仪的遥控界面数据,并根据该遥控界面数据呈现遥控界面,因此,在其对不同目标超声诊断仪进行遥控时,可以调整更换其遥控界面,实现了遥控界面随目标超声诊断仪的不同而作适应的变更,更利于用户对目标超声诊断仪的遥控操作。
实施例2:
当目标超声诊断仪的某些状态发生改变时,例如输入特定的指令和/或数据的面板控制,或者工作模式发生改变等时,目标超声诊断仪的某些面板控制例如开关、按钮、旋钮等也会跟随发生改变,或者可用的面板控制也会跟随改变等。
为了便于便携遥控终端的遥控界面适应目标超声诊断仪的不同状态(或者工作模式),相对于实施例1:本实施例公开的超声诊断仪中,界面参数生成单元2a还用于检测当前显示界面和控制状态是否存在更新,当界面参数生成单元2a检测到当前显示界面有更新时,获取与便携遥控终端上的遥控界面相关的数据发送给第一控制单元3a,由第一控制单元生成遥控界面更新数据,第一无线网络通信模块将遥控界面更新数据发送给便携遥控终端。
请参考图1b,本实施例公开的便携遥控终端还可以进一步包括:更新数据响应单元4b,第二无线网络通信模块还用于接收目标超声诊断仪发送的遥控界面更新数据,更新数据响应单元将遥控界面更新数据转送给遥控界面单元,遥控界面单元根据遥控界面更新数据更新遥控界面。
本实施例公开的超声诊断仪遥控方法相对于实施例1,还包括遥控界面更新操作。
请参考图5,为用于目标超声诊断仪端的遥控方法的更新操作流程图,更新操作包括步骤如下:
步骤261,检测更新。检测当前显示界面和面板控制状态是否有更新。在一种实施例中,可以预设时间进行检测;在优选的实施例中,可以是触发检测,即当目标超声诊断仪的某些状态发生改变,或者工作模式发生改变等时,则触发目标超声诊断仪检测其面板控制是否有变化,即在当前状态下,哪些开关、旋钮、按钮等为可用状态,哪些为不可用状态,或者是否存在新增的可用开关、旋钮、按钮等。
步骤262,发送遥控界面更新数据。当步骤261检测到存在显示界面或者面板控制状态更新时,则将与便携遥控终端上的遥控界面相关的遥控界面更新数据发送给便携遥控终端,以便于便携遥控终端更新其遥控界面。
请参考图6,为用于便携遥控终端的遥控方法的更新操作流程图,更新操作包括步骤如下:
步骤161,接收遥控界面更新数据。便携遥控终端接收目标超声诊断仪发送的遥控界面更新数据。
步骤162,更新遥控界面。根据遥控界面更新数据更新遥控界面。作为例子,请参考图3b,为便携遥控终端根据遥控界面更新数据更新遥控界面的一个示例,当在目标超声诊断仪上执行某些操作时,例如将其控制面板上的相应按钮冻结,通过本步骤,目标超声诊断仪将冻结按钮的信息作为遥控界面更新数据发送给便携遥控终端,便携遥控终端接收到这些遥控界面更新数据后,会更新其遥控界面,使得遥控界面上相应的界面按钮也应处于冻结状态,以告知用户哪些按钮可用,哪些不可用。例如,图3b中,竖线阴影的按钮为冻结状态,即不可用状态,当然,在其它实施例中,也可以根据用户的喜好例如采用灰度来表征不可用状态的按钮,或者还可以消除这些按钮等。再例如,便携遥控终端操作“深度”或“增益”按钮上下的“+”或“-”,向目标超声诊断仪发出遥控命令,目标超声诊断仪接收到遥控命令后,改变超声仪上显示的超声图像的“深度”或“增益”,并将超声图像改变后的“深度”或“增益”信息作为遥控界面更新数据发送给便携遥控终端,便携遥控终端接收到这些遥控界面更新数据后,更新其遥控界面,例如图3a和图3b的界面相比,深度增加,增益减小。
实施例3:
在实际应用过程中,便携遥控终端可能会与多个设备或装置进行数据交互;目标超声诊断仪在接受便携遥控终端遥控的同时,也可能存在其它的数据交互任务。因此,为了避免便携遥控终端以及目标超声诊断仪在执行数据交互任务时可能存在的冲突,与上述实施例不同的是,在本实施例中,分别为便携遥控终端和目标超声诊断仪开通了多条数据链路,以实现不同属性的数据传输,从而避免不同种数据的传输冲突。
对于目标超声诊断仪,第一控制单元还用于检测目标超声诊断仪和便携遥控终端之间是否存在用于传送遥控界面更新数据的第一数据链路,如果存在,则控制第一无线网络通信模块通过第一数据链路发送遥控界面更新数据;如果不存在第一数据链路,则第一控制单元生成一更新请求,控制第一无线网络通信模块通过网络连接向便携遥控终端发送该更新请求;第一无线网络通信模块接收便携遥控终端反馈的用于响应更新数据的服务信息,根据响应更新数据的服务信息与便携遥控终端之间建立第一数据链路,并通过第一数据链路向便携遥控终端发送遥控界面更新数据。
目标超声诊断仪通过第二数据链路接收便携遥控终端发送的遥控命令,当设定时间内没有接收到便携遥控终端发送的信息后自动停止用于接收遥控命令的遥控命令响应单元的工作,断开第二数据链路,当接收到便携遥控终端发送的遥控请求时,再启动遥控命令响应单元的工作,并将遥控命令响应单元的服务信息反馈给便携遥控终端,以便便携遥控终端根据服务信息建立第二数据链路。
对于便携遥控终端,便携遥控终端通过第一数据链路接收目标超声诊断仪发送的遥控界面更新数据,当设定时间内没有接收到目标超声诊断仪发送的信息后自动停止用于接收遥控界面更新数据的更新数据响应单元的工作,断开第一数据链路,当接收到目标超声诊断仪发送的刷新请求时,再启动更新数据响应单元的工作,并将更新数据响应单元的服务信息反馈给目标超声诊断仪,以便目标超声诊断仪根据服务信息建立第一数据链路。
第二控制单元还用于检测便携遥控终端和目标超声诊断仪之间是否存在用于传送遥控命令的第二数据链路,如果存在,则控制第二无线网络通信模块通过第二数据链路发送用于操作目标超声诊断仪的遥控命令;如果不存在第二数据链路,则第二控制单元生成一遥控请求,控制第二无线网络通信模块通过网络连接向目标超声诊断仪发送该遥控请求;第二无线网络通信模块接收目标超声诊断仪反馈的用于响应遥控的服务信息,根据响应遥控的服务信息与目标超声诊断仪之间建立第二数据链路,并通过第二数据链路发送用于操作目标超声诊断仪的遥控命令。
为便于本领域技术人员理解本实施例技术方案,下文以按便携遥控终端和目标超声诊断仪执行步骤时数据流的走向描述数据交互过程。
目标超声诊断仪将遥控界面更新数据发送给便携遥控终端时,请参考图7,其数据交互过程包括步骤如下:
步骤271,判断是否存在第一数据链路。目标超声诊断仪检测目标超声诊断仪和便携遥控终端之间是否存在用于传送遥控界面更新数据的第一数据链路。当判断为存在第一数据链路时,则目标超声诊断仪执行步骤272。当判断为不存在第一数据链路时,则目标超声诊断仪执行步骤273。

在优选的实施例中,目标超声诊断仪端也可以根据遥控权限预先设置响应遥控的服务信息,当便携遥控终端向目标超声诊断仪发送用于操作目标超声诊断仪的遥控命令时,便携遥控终端根据系统中预先设置的响应遥控的服务信息,直接建立与目标超声诊断仪之间的第二数据链路。而后通过第二数据链路发送用于操作目标超声诊断仪的遥控命令。从而,在实际运行过程中,便携遥控终端和超声诊断仪可以分别省去步骤183和步骤282,提高了系统的运行效率。
为了减轻目标超声诊断仪所承载的负担,在优选的实施例中,目标超声诊断仪在接收便携遥控终端发送的遥控命令后,还可以执行如下步骤:
步骤283,断开第二数据链路。当设定时间内没有接收到便携遥控终端发送的信息后自动退出接收遥控命令的服务,目标超声诊断仪断开第二数据链路,从而为目标超声诊断仪腾出数据传输通道,减轻目标超声诊断仪所承载的负担。

- 一种超声诊断仪遥控方法,用于便携遥控终端对目标超声诊断仪进行遥控,其特征在于,所述方法包括:便携遥控终端检测是否存在已建立网络连接的目标超声诊断仪;当存在目标超声诊断仪时则向目标超声诊断仪发送验证信息,所述验证信息携带有便携遥控终端的身份识别信息,所述验证信息用于触发目标超声诊断仪确认该便携遥控终端是否有权限遥控该目标超声诊断仪;接收目标超声诊断仪基于验证信息返回的应答信息,所述应答信息用于反馈该便携遥控终端是否有权限遥控该目标超声诊断仪,当该便携遥控终端有权限遥控该目标超声诊断仪时,所述应答信息包括遥控界面数据;当应答信息中包括遥控界面数据时,根据遥控界面数据向用户呈现遥控界面;响应于用户的遥控操作向目标超声诊断仪发送用于操作目标超声诊断仪的遥控命令。

- 一种超声诊断仪,其特征在于包括:第一无线网络通信模块,用于按照网络协议与便携遥控终端建立网络连接,并通过网络连接进行无线数据交互,包括:接收便携遥控终端发送的验证信息,所述验证信息携带有便携遥控终端的身份识别信息;向便携遥控终端发送基于验证信息的应答信息,所述应答信息用于反馈该便携遥控终端是否有权限遥控该目标超声诊断仪,当该便携遥控终端有权限遥控该目标超声诊断仪时,所述应答信息包括用于初始化便携遥控终端遥控界面的遥控界面数据; 和接收便携遥控终端发送的遥控命令;界面参数生成单元,用于获取目标超声诊断仪的当前超声图像与遥控界面相关的遥控界面参数;第一控制单元,用于根据所述验证信息中的身份识别信息确认该便携遥控终端是否有权限遥控该目标超声诊断仪,并根据确认结果生成应答信息,当该便携遥控终端有权限遥控该目标超声诊断仪时,所述应答信息包括用于初始化便携遥控终端遥控界面的遥控界面数据;遥控命令响应单元,用于接收便携遥控终端发送的遥控命令;命令操作单元,用于根据遥控命令操作目标超声诊断仪。
- 如权利要求14所述的超声诊断仪,其特征在于,目标超声诊断仪通过第二数据链路接收便携遥控终端发送的遥控命令,当设定时间内没有接收到便携遥控终端发送的信息后自动停止用于接收遥控命令的遥控命令响应单元的工作,断开第二数据链路,当接收到便携遥控终端发送的遥控请求时,再启动遥控命令响应单元的工作,并将遥控命令响应单元的服务信息反馈给便携遥控终端,以便便携遥控终端根据服务信息建立第二数据链路。
- 如权利要求14所述的超声诊断仪,其特征在于,界面参数生成单元根据目标超声诊断仪当前的工作模式,获取与当前工作模式对应的界面数据作为遥控界面数据。
- 如权利要求14-16中任一项所述的超声诊断仪,其特征在于,界面参数生成单元当检测到当前显示界面有更新时,获取与便携遥控终端上的遥控界面相关的数据发送给第一控制单元,由第一控制单元生成遥控界面更新数据,第一无线网络通信模块将遥控界面更新数据发送给便携遥控终端。
- 如权利要求17所述的超声诊断仪,其特征在于,第一控制单元还用于检测目标超声诊断仪和便携遥控终端之间是否存在用于传送遥控界面更新数据的第一数据链路,如果存在,则控制第一无线网络通信模块通过第一数据链路发送遥控界面更新数据;如果不存在第一数据链路,则第一控制单元生成一更新请求,控制第一无线网络通信模块通过网络连接向便携遥控终端发送该更新请求;第一无线网络通信模块接收便携遥控终端反馈的用于响应更新数据的服务信息,根据响应更新数据的服务信息与便携遥控终端之间建立第一数据链路,并通过第一数据链路向便携遥控终端发送遥控界面更新数据。
- 一种便携遥控终端,其特征在于包括:第二无线网络通信模块,用于按照网络协议与目标超声诊断仪建立网络连接,并通过网络连接进行无线数据交互,包括:向目标超声诊断仪发送验证信息和遥控命令,和接收目标超声诊断仪基于验证信息返回的应答信息,所述应答信息用于反馈该便携遥控终端是否有权限遥控该目标超声诊断仪,当该便携遥控终端有权限遥控该目标超声诊断仪时,所述应答信息包括遥控界面数据;遥控界面单元,用于根据遥控界面数据向用户呈现遥控界面,响应于用户的遥控操作,生成用于操作目标超声诊断仪的遥控命令;第二控制单元,用于检测是否存在已建立网络连接的目标超声诊断仪,当存在目标超声诊断仪时则生成验证信息,并通过第二无线网络通信模块向目标超声诊断仪发送验证信息,所述验证信息携带有便携遥控终端的身份识别信息,所述验证信息用于触发目标超声诊断仪确认该便携遥控终端是否有权限遥控该目标超声诊断仪;还用于将第二无线网络通信模块接收的应答信息转送给遥控界面单元,和将遥控界面单元生成的遥控命令转送给第二无线网络通信模块。
- 如权利要求19所述的便携遥控终端,其特征在于,还包括:更新数据响应单元,第二无线网络通信模块还用于接收目标超声诊断仪发送的遥控界面更新数据,所述更新数据响应单元将遥控界面更新数据转送给遥控界面单元,遥控界面单元根据遥控界面更新数据更新遥控界面。
- 如权利要求20所述的便携遥控终端,其特征在于,便携遥控终端通过第一数据链路接收目标超声诊断仪发送的遥控界面更新数据,当设定时间内没有接收到目标超声诊断仪发送的信息后自动停止用于接收遥控界面更新数据的更新数据响应单元的工作,断开第一数据链路,当接收到目标超声诊断仪发送的刷新请求时,再启动更新数据响应单元的工作,并将更新数据响应单元的服务信息反馈给目标超声诊断仪,以便目标超声诊断仪根据服务信息建立第一数据链路。
- 如权利要求19所述的便携遥控终端,其特征在于,第二无线网络通信模块还用于响应于用户的操作在局域网内广播搜索帧,接收局域网内超声诊断仪的反馈信息,第二控制单元根据反馈信息生成列表并通过遥控界面单元展现给用户,以供用户选择目标超声诊断仪,响应于用户选择的目标超声诊断仪,通过第二无线网络通信模块与该目标超声诊断仪建立网络连接。
- 如权利要求19所述的便携遥控终端,其特征在于,当第二无线网络通信模块接收的应答信息为该便携遥控终端没有权限遥控该目标超声诊断仪时,第二控制单元发出提示信息,所述提示信息用于告知用户没有权限遥控该目标超声诊断仪,第二控制单元还通过遥控界面单元向用户展示用于与目标超声诊断仪的建立网络连接的可操作图标。
- 如权利要求19-23任意一项所述的便携遥控终端,其特征在于,第二控制单元还用于检测便携遥控终端和目标超声诊断仪之间是否存在用于传送遥控命令的第二数据链路,如果存在,则控制第二无线网络通信模块通过第二数据链路发送用于操作目标超声诊断仪的遥控命令;如果不存在第二数据链路,则第二控制单元生成一遥控请求,控制第二无线网络通信模块通过网络连接向目标超声诊断仪发送该遥控请求;第二无线网络通信模块接收目标超声诊断仪反馈的用于响应遥控的服务信息,根据响应遥控的服务信息与目标超声诊断仪之间建立第二数据链路,并通过第二数据链路发送用于操作目标超声诊断仪的遥控命令。
