It is only used to distinguish an area, layer or section from other parts, components, regions, layers or sections. Thus, one part, component, region, layer or section described below is within the scope of the present invention. May be referred to as a second part, component, region, layer or section.
- FIG. 1 schematically shows a flow chart of a method for producing coal briquettes according to an embodiment of the present invention.
- the flowchart of the manufacturing method of the coal briquette of FIG. 1 is only for illustration of this invention, Comprising: This invention is not limited to this. Therefore, the manufacturing method of the coal briquettes can be variously modified.
- the method for cleaning the coal briquettes comprises the steps of providing a powdered coal (S10), ii) providing a sugarcane syrup (S20), and iii) adding a sugarcane syrup and a hardener to the pulverized coal mixture. Providing a step (S30), and iv) molding the mixture to provide a coal briquette (S40).
- step S10 pulverized coal is provided. Pulverized coal is used as raw coal. Pulverized coal is mixed with moisture in advance to reduce the amount of moisture mixed with pulverized coal from 3wt% to
- the fine coal particles can be well bonded to each other to efficiently improve the cold strength of the coal briquettes.
- the coal particles may be pulverized so that 90 wt% or more of the coal particles becomes 3 mm or less.
- the pulverized coal may be coal briquettes, fine coal, lignite or anthracite. That is, the coal briquettes with improved hot strength can be produced by mixing sugarcane syrup with pulverized coal of the aforementioned coal species. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the phenomenon that the hot strength and the hot strength of the coal briquettes decrease due to the change in the coal type of the pulverized coal.
- sugar cane syrup includes as essential components at least one of sucrose, carbon dioxide (C0 2 ), carbonic acid (H 2 CO 3 ) and hydrogen carbonate (HCCV) and water.
- Figure 2 shows the chemical formula of the components of the sugar cane syrup used in the manufacturing method of the coal briquettes of FIG. That is, Figure 2 shows the chemical formula of sucrose, glucose, fructose.
- Sucrose is also known as sucrose and its product name is sugar.
- Sucrose is a disaccharide obtained by combining ⁇ -glucose (glucose) and ⁇ -fmctose (fructose) 1 and 2, and its molecular formula is CuH Ou, and is the main component of sugar in juices such as sugar cane, sugar beet and sugar maple.
- Sucrose has excellent sweetness quality and strength, and is used as a reference material for sweetener evaluation.
- sucrose may be included 50 to 90 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of sugar cane syrup. Specifically, sucrose may be included from 65 to 85 parts by weight. More specifically, sucrose may be included in 70 to 78 parts by weight. If the amount of sucrose in the sugarcane syrup is too small, the strength of the granulated coal briquettes cannot be secured and the microbial propagation cannot be suppressed. In particular, the microorganisms contained in a large amount of sugar cane syrup reduces the sugar content by fermenting the sucrose contained in the sugar cane syrup with an alcohol component, thereby reducing the strength of coal briquettes. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent sugar cane syrup from being fermented by microorganisms.
- the amount of sucrose when the amount of sucrose is too large, a problem may occur in which the mixture does not stick well to the coal briquettes in the manufacture of coal briquettes and the mixture adheres to the coal. Therefore, the amount of sucrose in the above-mentioned range
- the sugar cane syrup may further include one or more of glucose and fructose.
- Glucose has a typical aldonucleus source, six carbons, It is a monosaccharide which has an aldehyde group.
- Glucose is the central compound of carbohydrate metabolism, capable of synthesizing 38 ATPs per molecule, and the molecular formula is C 6 H 12 0 6 .
- fructose is a kind of 2-ketonucleose, also called levu se, and is composed of levan ( ⁇ -2,6-fructan) or inulin ( ⁇ ) in the form of free and disaccharides in fruits, vegetables and honey. -1,2-fructan). If the sugarcane syrup further comprises at least one of glucose and fructose, the amount may be 0.1 to 5 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of sugarcane syrup.
- Sugar cane syrup includes one or more of carbon dioxide (C0 2 ), carbonic acid (H 2 CO 3 ), and hydrogen carbonate (HCCV). As shown in Reaction 1 below, the carbon dioxide (C0 2 ) present in the sugar cane syrup is reversibly reacted with carbonic acid (H 2 CO 3 ) and hydrogen carbonate (HC0 3 ⁇ ). In the following description, carbon dioxide is used in a wide range of concepts including carbon dioxide (C ( 3 ⁇ 4)) as well as carbon dioxide and hydrogen carbonate in which carbon dioxide is reversible.
- the carbon dioxide dissolved in the sugar cane syrup reacts with the curing agent in step S30 to be described later, thereby generating CaC0 3 as shown in the following reaction formula 2, thereby further improving the intermetallic strength of the coal briquettes.
- carbon dioxide may be included by 5 to 30 parts by weight, and more specifically, 10 to 20 parts by weight may be included. If too much carbon dioxide is contained, CaC0 3 may be excessively produced, and thus the coal strength of the coal briquettes may be reduced, so that the carbon dioxide content may be controlled within the above range.
- Sugar cane syrup may further comprise one or more of salulose, lignin and CaC0 3 .
- Salulose and lignin are materials that are treated as impurities in the production of sugar cane syrup, but when sugar cane syrup is used as a binder of coal briquettes, cellulose and lignin act as a binder in the production of coal briquettes to further increase the strength of coal briquettes. Can be improved.
- CaC0 3 can be produced by combining Ca component in sugar cane syrup with carbon dioxide. When one or more of cellulose, lignin and CaC0 3 is included, 0.1 parts by weight 5 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of sugar cane syrup may be included.
- Sugar cane syrup may further comprise one or more of paraffin, glycerin and nucleic acid.
- Paraffin can prevent sugar cane syrup and foaming caused by organic acids. That is, when carbon dioxide contained in the sugar cane syrup is ejected to the outside, bubbles are generated. When the sugar cane syrup is agitated, the container storing the sugar cane syrup may explode due to the presence of an organic substance which is a foaming surfactant, resulting in volume increase and foaming.
- paraffin, glycerin and nucleic acids are used to prevent this.
- 0.01 to 1 part by weight may be included based on 100 parts by weight of sugar cane syrup.
- Sugar cane syrup may include water in the balance. Specifically, the water may include 8 to 40 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of sugar cane syrup. If too little water is included, the flowability is not good, the efficiency of the manufacturing process of coal briquettes may be lowered. If too much water is included, it is not suitable for use as a binder. Therefore, the content of water can be adjusted to the above-mentioned range. The water content affects the viscosity of the sugar cane syrup, and the viscosity of the sugar cane syrup may be lOOcp to lOOOOcp.
- Sugar cane syrup is composed of the above-mentioned ingredients, in addition to the above-mentioned ingredients may further include other ingredients, in the case of further comprising other ingredients in the present invention
- FIG. 3 schematically shows a manufacturing apparatus 15 for providing a sugar cane syrup.
- the manufacturing apparatus 15 of FIG. 3 is only for illustrating the present invention, and the present invention is not limited thereto. Therefore, the manufacturing apparatus 15 can be modified also in another form.
- the manufacturing apparatus 15 includes a grinder 151, a juicer 152, a sugar cane juice storage tank 153, an impurity remover 155, a sugar cane concentrator 157, and quicklime.
- the manufacturing apparatus 15 may further include other components as necessary.
- the grinder 151 Since the grinder 151 has irregularities on its surface, the sugar cane that is charged with the injected water is pulverized finely.
- the finely ground sugar cane is juiced in the juicer 152 and extracted into sugar cane juice.
- Sugar cane juice is stored in the sugar cane juice reservoir 153. Since sugar cane juice is prepared by grinding sugar cane, there are many impurities mixed in the sugar cane growing process. Therefore, the quickened lime (CaO) or hydrated lime (Ca (OH) 2 , lime) from the quicklime reservoir 159 to the sugar cane juice transferred to the impurity remover 155 to remove the impurities contained in the sugar cane juice. At this time, C0 2 is supplied together with CaO or Ca (OH) 2 .
- Sugar cane syrup can be used directly or concentrated and used as a coal briquette binder.
- Sugar cane syrup has a very low viscosity, which is advantageous for pipe transportation compared to molasses.
- the sugar cane syrup has excellent mixing efficiency, the cold strength variation of the coal briquettes can be reduced by uniform mixing.
- the sugar cane syrup stably maintains the cold strength of the coal briquettes regardless of the variation of the coal species.
- 0.01 to 1 part by weight of antifoaming agents such as paraffin, glycerin and nucleic acid may be added to the sugar cane syrup.
- Paraffin can prevent foaming of sugarcane syrup by organic acids and the like. Therefore, paraffin is used to prevent this.
- the sugar cane syrup is further concentrated in the sugar cane concentrator 157, and is transferred to the coal briquette manufacturing process for use. Sugar cane syrup is distilled and recrystallized in a vacuum pan 154 to produce a raw sugar solution.
- the sugar cane syrup is obtained by juice and condensation of sugar cane
- the production process is simple, and the crystal production process requiring high investment cost is unnecessary.
- the step of making the solution in order to use as a binder can be omitted. Therefore, the process can be simplified as a whole and the process can be streamlined. And when the distance between the sugar cane syrup production site and the coal briquettes production site is close, the transportation cost is low, the price of sugar cane is low, the binder price is low to reduce the manufacturing cost.
- the sugar cane syrup does not adhere well to the forming roll, the shape defect of the coal briquettes can be prevented, and the viscosity can be uniformly applied to the coal briquettes as compared with the viscosity of the molasses.
- the sugar cane syrup has a higher adhesive ability than molasses and thus improves the cold strength of the coal briquettes, it is possible to prevent a decrease in the cold strength and the hot strength due to the change in the carbon type of the coal briquettes.
- sugar cane syrup instead of molasses binders can be used for coals of various types.
- the content of solids is higher than 80% so that the viscosity
- the viscosity of the sugar cane syrup is lOOcp to lOOOOcp.
- Sugar cane syrup is 40 times lower than molasses. Therefore, it is easy to transport, store or quantitatively cut the coal briquettes.
- the mixing efficiency can be increased to improve the coal briquette strength deviation.
- step S30 sugarcane syrup and hardener are added to the pulverized coal to provide a mixture.
- sugar cane syrup has been described above in detail, and sugar cane syrup is added to 12 parts by weight or less with respect to 100 parts by weight of pulverized coal. If the amount of sugar cane syrup is high, the production cost of coal briquettes may increase. In addition, when the amount of sugar cane syrup is small, the strength of the coal briquettes may be lowered. Therefore, the amount of sugar cane syrup is adjusted to the above-mentioned range. Specifically, 5 to 10 parts by weight of sugar cane syrup may be added based on 100 parts by weight of pulverized coal. More specifically, the amount of sugarcane syrup added may be determined according to the sucrose content in the syrup.
- sugar cane syrup when 70 to 78 parts by weight of sucrose is contained in sugar cane syrup, 5 to 10 parts by weight of sugar cane syrup may be added to 100 parts by weight of pulverized coal. In addition, when containing 65 to 75 parts by weight of sucrose in the sugar cane syrup, 6 to 1 parts by weight of sugar cane syrup may be added to 100 parts by weight of pulverized coal.
- Curing agents include quicklime (CaO), slaked lime (Ca (OH) 2 ), calcium carbonate, cement, bentonite, clay, silica, silicate, dolomite, magnesium oxide (MgO),
- Magnesium hydroxide (Mg (OH) 2 ), one or more of phosphoric acid and sulfuric acid can be used, Specifically, quicklime (CaO), hydrated lime (Ca (OH) 2 ), magnesium oxide (MgO) and
- magnesium hydroxide Mg (OH) 2
- the curing agent may be added in an amount of 1 to 6 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of pulverized coal.
- the amount of the curing agent in the above-described range, the cold strength of the coal briquettes can be greatly improved by blending with the sugarcane syrup described above. More specifically, 2 parts to 4 parts by weight of a curing agent may be added based on 100 parts by weight of pulverized coal.
- the sugarcane syrup and the hardener may be added at the same time, but it is preferable for smooth mixing to add the hardener first and then the sugarcane syrup.
- a hardener may be added to the pulverized coal to provide a first mixture, and the first mixture may be mixed with sugar cane syrup to prepare a mixture.
- the mixture may be mixed for 5 to 30 minutes. If the mixing time is small, the sugar cane syrup is not evenly distributed in the pulverized coal. In addition, when there is too much mixing time, the fluidity
- the mixing temperature of the mixture is preferably 50 ° C to 100 ° C for the same reason as described above.
- step S40 the mixture is molded to provide coal briquettes.
- a coal briquette in the form of a pocket or a strip may be manufactured by charging a mixture between pairs rotating in opposite directions.
- the coal briquettes are rc to
- coal briquettes can be prepared at 300 ° C. Since the coal briquettes are manufactured in the above-described temperature range, coal briquettes having excellent hot strength and intermetallic strength can be produced. The coal briquettes also contain sugar cane syrup, so that the strength of the coal briquettes can be improved.
- the binder component contained in the coal briquettes can be analyzed as follows. first,
