Claims (5)
- 내용물이 저장되며, 저장된 내용물이 배출되도록 배출부가 구비되는 용기본체;상기 배출부를 감싸며 결합되되, 상기 용기본체에 저장된 내용물이 유입되도록 내용물 유입홀이 형성되며, 상기 내용물 유입홀을 개폐하도록 제1체크밸브가 설치되는 밸브하우징;상기 밸브하우징에 결합되며 내용물이 이동하는 통로를 형성하되, 상기 용기본체에 직교하도록 측면을 향해 위치하는 실린더몸체와, 상기 실린더몸체의 하부로 연장형성되며 상기 용기본체에 저장된 내용물을 상기 실린더몸체의 내부로 유입시키는 내용물 유입관과, 상기 실린더몸체의 상부로 연장형성되며 상기 실린더몸체의 내부로 유입된 내용물을 유출시키는 내용물 유출관을 포함하는 실린더부;상기 실린더몸체의 내부에 결합되는 버튼몸체와, 상기 버튼몸체의 끝단에 위치하며 사용자 가압여부에 따라 그 형상이 변화되는 탄성재질의 가압부와, 상기 가압부의 조작에 의해 실린더몸체로 유입된 내용물이 유출되도록 상기 버튼몸체의 측면에 상기 내용물 유출관과 연통되는 내용물 유출홀이 형성되는 버튼부;상기 버튼부의 내측에 결합되며, 상기 가압부의 가압여부에 따라 상기 버튼몸체의 내주면에 밀착된 상태로 이동하며 상기 실린더부의 내부 압력을 변화시키는 피스톤부;상기 내용물 유출홀을 통해 유출되는 내용물을 외부로 토출하여 사용자 피부에 도포하는 것이 가능하도록 내용물 토출홀이 형성된 어플리케이터; 및상기 어플리케이터를 지지하며, 그 측면에 버튼부가 삽입되어 외부로 노출되도록 삽입홀이 형성되는 지지체;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사이드버튼이 구비된 펌핑식 화장품 용기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 피스톤부는 상기 내용물 유입관을 통해 상기 실린더몸체의 내부로 유입된 내용물이 내용물 유출관으로 이동하도록 내용물 이동홀이 형성되며 상기 내용물 이동홀을 개폐하는 제2체크밸브가 설치되는 피스톤몸체; 및상기 피스톤몸체의 측면을 둘러싸며 연장 형성되어 상기 버튼몸체의 내주면에 밀착 형성되는 연장부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사이드버튼이 구비된 펌핑식 화장품 용기.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 연장부는 상기 가압부의 가압여부에 따라 상기 내용물 유출홀을 개폐하되, 평상시에는 상기 내용물 유출홀을 폐쇄한 상태로 위치하다가 상기 가압부의 가압에 의해 피스톤몸체가 이동함에 따라 상기 내용물 유출홀을 개방하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사이드버튼이 구비된 펌핑식 화장품 용기.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 가압부의 내측에는 상기 피스톤몸체에 결합되어 피스톤부를 고정시키는 고정돌기가 구비되되, 상기 고정돌기에는 상기 피스톤몸체로 유입된 내용물이 상기 내용물 유출홀을 통해 유출되도록 내용물 이동홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사이드버튼이 구비된 펌핑식 화장품 용기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 실린더몸체의 하단에는 상기 내용물 유입관을 통해 유입되는 내용물이 실린더몸체로 이동하도록 연통홀이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사이드버튼이 구비된 펌핑식 화장품 용기.
