复壮侧金盏 技术领域
本发明属于创新农业开发领域,涉及一种野生植物侧金盏的复壮优势种子。
背景技术
侧金盏是一种中国北方相当区域山区,历史上贫穷人家常年采集食用的一种野生植物,侧金盏作为植物中药材名,见诸1995年上海科学技术出版社出版的《中药大辞典》2075页4252、4254号辞目,学名是黄蜀葵[Abelmoschus manihot(Linn.)Medicus],在国家标准《中国植物分类与代码》GB/T14467-93的编码中的编码是6000010003。
人类对于野生植物的驯化复壮已有上万年历史,涉及到某一种草本植物被有价值地利用,历史都相当长,近代以来,人们通过育种来加速进程,世界上应用的方法有:航天辐射、地面辐射、化学诱变、杂交、DNA、选育、生物酶激活等。在木本植物的苗木生产、果品生产中,长时期以来采用剪枝、砍桩方法,优化植物生态,其依据是植物的再生优势理论和实践。利用“再生优势”的原理,对草本植物做复壮、育种等,优化草本植物生态,提高收获物质量,驯化选育优势种源,无疑是相关领域的一个颠覆性创新,其标志是,当今世界从来没有人提出过,实验过相关方法,更没有人实施过类同的方案。
本发明从自然节气与植物原生态发育节点关系上,研究切入点,得出的发明方案。
发明内容
本发明是提供一种侧金盏剪枝复壮优化种子资质,提高收获物产量的方案,其特征是:对于在农事季节立夏这个节点以前种植的侧金盏,在主干植株封顶日前后10至20天内做剪枝,植株主干枝从顶部计算剪枝部位,以主干植株高的25%长度从植株顶部往下丈量,丈量的长度下位刻度,是最长剪枝点,在这个最长剪枝点以上选择剪枝,对于封顶的侧枝,从侧枝末梢计算剪枝部位,从末梢往下丈量侧枝长度的10%这个长度,下位刻度是剪枝最长部位,在这个最长剪枝点以上选择剪枝;或对于农事季节夏至前种植的侧金盏,在生长期50天至68天这个时段内,从主干植株顶部以下3至30厘米处做剪枝。
对温室种植或北纬25°以南种植的侧金盏,在农事季节霜降后做剪枝,剪枝部位是从植株贴地基部位上计算剪枝部位,在基部以上20cm至60cm这个长度段选择剪枝部位。
上述收获物是指侧金盏花和侧金盏种子。
上述剪枝所用工具为任何一种材质制造的物理力学工具。
上述节气节点是指北半球,南半球的施用是与北半球对应的相关时间节点。
封顶,是指无限花序的原生态侧金盏花,从主干植株或侧枝末梢开完最后一朵花的状态。选择剪枝,是指依当年的气候状况、地域种植差异等所形成的侧金盏原生态差异而具体决定剪枝部位,标准是具体生态的植株、枝条末梢的颜色与整体植株比较,颜色显示越浅,下剪部位越长。
本发明能有效地提高侧金盏鲜花、种子的产量,其种子的优化,性能可保持3年以上,如对其再复做复壮处置,其优化性能可达7年以上。采用本发明能充分激发植物的遗传再生优势,鲜花产量可提高5%至30%,种子千粒重提高3%至10%。
剪枝操作及剪枝部位的状态要求,采用常规的修建林果或木本花卉的技术和要求。
本发明实施中,首先应明白,在具体操作中,只是采用剪枝促成再生优势,它根本不同于对植物修枝、打尖、打群尖的技术原理和操作,其完全不同的标志之一是,修枝是去掉无效枝或低效枝,打尖、打群尖的要求是选择掐除生长尖的同时,从根部除掉疯杈,本发明与此无任何关联,且在实施中绝对拒绝涉及修枝、打尖的操作。

本发明复壮后的优势种子,鉴定标志是其收获物花中的金丝桃苷含量高于国家标准,如把中国药典中所表明的金丝桃苷成分最低含量作100分,复壮后的优势种子花最低是130分以上。
实施例1
农事季节清明节后10天种植侧金盏1000株,在生长期53天时,植株已长成100cm高,对其进行复壮剪枝,从植株顶部计算,按植株高25%的数值是25cm,此时植株顶部颜色与植株整体颜色几乎无差异,因此确定从植株顶部往下3.3cm做剪枝,剪枝后,侧枝丛生,状若他株主枝。
实施例2
广东河源种植1000株侧金盏,当年农事季节立冬日,枝叶还繁茂,此时,从其根部以上30cm处,做剪枝,当年冬日植株部存活,变成二年生,第二年春季在剪枝下,生出再生枝条来,长势比当年新种的植株还强势。
实施例3
北京通州在农事季节谷雨种植1000株侧金盏,生长到当年9月10日时,已封顶,即对其做剪枝,测量主干株高200cm,侧生枝长30cm,查二者顶尖颜色发黄,其绿色明显浅于整株颜色,于是分别选择植株从顶部以下23cm处,侧枝从顶部以下7cm处剪枝,此后12日,多叶柄生出再生枝,且在国庆节前后开花,一直到11月10日,还可采花。

  1. 本发明是提供一种侧金盏剪枝复壮优化种质,提高收获物产量的方案,其特征是:对于在农事季节立夏这个节点以前种植的侧金盏,在主干植株封顶日前后10至20天内做剪枝,植株主干枝从顶部计算剪枝部位,以主干植株高的25%长度从植株顶部往下丈量,丈量的长度下位刻度,是最长剪枝点,在这个最长剪枝点以上选择剪枝,对于封顶的侧枝,从侧枝末梢计算剪枝部位,从末梢往下丈量侧枝长度的10%这个长度,下位刻度是剪枝最长部位,在这个最长剪枝点以上选择剪枝;或对于农事季节夏至前种植的侧金盏,在生长期50天至68天这个时段内,从主干植株顶部以下3至30厘米处做剪枝。
