背景技术
会议业务是一个基础音视频通话业务，用户加入会议的方式有两种，一是被邀请入会，二是主动拨入会议，具体实现方式有多种，例如：(1)会议发起方在发起会议时指定会议的参与者以生成与会者列表，会议创建成功后会议AS自动呼叫与会者列表中各个用户设备，用户设备应答后进入会议；(2)会议的发起方邀请与会者列表中的参与方，会议AS呼叫指定用户，被叫应答后进入会议；(3)会议的发起方给各个参与方发会议通知，会议通知携带会议相关信息(例如会议开始时间、会议接入号、会议密码等)，会议创建后，参与者可拨打会议接入号加入会议；(4)会议的发起方给各个参与方发送电子邮件或短信形式的会议通知，会议通知中携带加入会议的链接地址，会议创建后参与者在智能终端或PC上点击该链接地址即可加入会议。
对于比较正式的会议，一般都是提前发送会议通知给各个参与方，会议开始时参与方可主动拨入会议。然而对于临时会议，会议的参与方一般都是无法提前得到通知，此时当会议AS呼叫参与者参会时，如果被邀请的参与者未应答(例如漏接电话或正在通话中等情况)，则该参与者无法进入会议。
目前的方案中，参与者未应答时，用户设备上显示的号码为会议号或会议接入号，用户可通过回拨会议号或会议接入号进入会议中。由于会议号或会议接入号对已参与者而言是一个陌生号码，用户可能会误认为是骚 扰电话而放弃回拨，降低了用户回拨的概率，导致用户无法及时入会。
发明内容

参见图1，为本发明实施例的会议通信系统的网络架构图，在本发明实施例中可应用于IMS通信系统中，会议通信系统包括第一用户设备、运营商服务器、会议业务服务器和第二用户设备，第一用户设备为会议的发起方，第二用户设备为会议的参与方。运营商服务器提供呼叫业务，运营商服务器包括P-CSCF(Proxy Call Session Control Function，代理-呼叫会话控制功能)实体、S-CSCF(Serving Call Session Control Function，服务-呼叫会话控制功能)实体和呼叫服务器；运营商服务器通过上述功能实体提供呼叫业务；会议业务服务器提供会议业务，会议业务服务器包括I-CSCF(Interrogating Call Session Control Function，查询-呼叫会话控制功能)实体、会议AS应用服务器、MRFC(Multimedia Resource Function Controller，多媒体资源功能控制器)和MRFP(Multimedia Resource Function  Processor，多媒体资源功能处理器)，会议业务服务器可通过上述功能实体提供会议业务。其中，运营商网络服务器与会议业务服务器可以为一个整体，也可以是独立开来的。
第一用户设备通过运营商服务器向会议业务服务器发起会议创建请求，会议业务服务器创建会议，会议业务服务器根据与会者列表邀请第一用户设备和第二用户设备参加会议，若第二用户设备未应答，会议业务服务器释放会议邀请呼叫；第二用户设备回拨第一用户设备的号码发起呼叫时，运营商服务器判断第一用户设备正在会议中，且第二用户设备属于与会者列表，将第二用户设备发起的呼叫转移到会议业务服务器上，会议业务服务器将第二用户设备加入到会议中。
参见图2，为本发明第一实施例提供的一种加入会议的方法的流程示意图，在本发明实施例中，所述方法包括：
S101、运营商服务器获取会议的会议号和与会者列表。
具体的，运营商服务器只提供呼叫业务，不提供会议业务；会议业务由本实施例中的会议业务服务器来提供。会议业务服务器预先已成功创建会议，会议的与会者列表用于表示用户标识和角色标识，其包含一个发起方和至少一个参与方；会议号(Conference UIR)用于唯一标识一个会议；会议的参与方通常是由发起方设置的。在本实施例中，运营商服务器可以从发起方获取与会者列表，以及从会议业务服务器获取已成功创建的会议的会议号。示例性的，与会者列表的表示形式为：发起者：UE1；参与者：UE2、UE3和UE4。
S102、所述运营商服务器接收第二用户设备发起的第一呼叫请求；其中，所述第一呼叫请求中被叫号码为第一用户设备的号码。

具体的，第一用户设备的呼叫请求需通过运营商服务器来发起，当第一用户设备加入会议或退出会议时运营商服务器会记录第一用户设备的呼叫信息，运营商服务器可以根据本地记录的呼叫信息判断第一用户设备是否在会议中，若为是，根据获取的与会者列表判断第一用户设备是否为会议的发起者以及第二用户设备是否为会议的参与者，若为是，运营商服务器执行呼叫转移的操作，运营商服务器将第一呼叫请求转换为第二呼叫请求，第二呼叫请求中主叫号码为第二用户设备的号码，被叫号码为会议的会议号，运营商服务器向会议业务服务器发起第二呼叫请求，会议业务服务器接收第二呼叫请求，提取出第二呼叫请求中的第二用户设备的号码，并将第二用户设备加入到会议中。
需要说明的是，在本实施例中也可以由第一用户设备执行呼叫转移的操作，运营商服务器接收到第二用户设备发送的第一呼叫请求后，将第一呼叫请求转发给第一用户设备，第一用户设备将第一呼叫请求转换为第二呼叫请求，第二呼叫请求中主叫号码为第二用户终端的号码，被叫号码为会议的会议号。

实施本发明的实施例，根据与会者列表创建会议后，通过向参与者发送携带会议发起者的号码的会议邀请，若参与者在预设时长内未应答会议邀请，参与者的用户设备上显示发起者的号码的未接来电，参与者可以直接回拨发起者的号码加入会议，能有效防止用户因未接受会议邀请而错过 会议，提高了用户回拨入会的概率。

    运营商服务器获取会议的会议号和与会者列表；
    所述运营商服务器接收第二用户设备发起的第一呼叫请求；其中，所述第一呼叫请求中被叫号码为第一用户设备的号码；
    判断所述第一用户设备是否在所述会议中，若为是，根据所述与会者列表判断所述第一用户设备是否为所述会议的发起方且所述第二用户设备是否为所述会议的参与方，若为是，所述运营商服务器向会议业务服务器发起第二呼叫请求，所述第二呼叫请求中主叫号码为所述第二用户设备的号码，被叫号码为所述会议号，以使所述会议业务服务器将所述第二用户设备加入到所述会议中。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法，其特征在于，所述运营商服务器获取会议的会议号和与会者列表包括：
    所述运营商服务器接收所述第一用户设备发送的会议创建呼叫请求；其中，所述会议创建呼叫请求中被叫号码为会议接入号，所述会议创建呼叫请求携带与会者列表；
    所述运营商服务器保存所述与会者列表；

    会议业务服务器根据获取到的与会者列表创建会议，并将第一用户设备加入到所述会议中；其中，所述与会者列表中发起方为所述第一用户设备，参与方包括第二用户设备；
    所述会议业务服务器向所述第二用户设备发起会议邀请呼叫请求；其中，所述会议邀请呼叫请求中的主叫号码为所述第一用户设备的号码；
    若所述第二用户设备在预设时长内未应答，所述会议业务服务器释放所述会议邀请呼叫请求。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的方法，其特征在于，所述会议业务服务器根据获取到的与会者列表创建会议，并将第一用户设备加入到所述会议中包括：
    所述会议业务服务器接收到运营商服务器发送的携带所述与会者列表的会议创建呼叫请求；其中，所述会议创建呼叫请求中被叫号码为会议接入号；
    所述会议业务服务器接收到所述会议创建呼叫请求后，创建会议，并将所述第一用户设备加入到所述会议中；
    所述会议业务服务器生成所述会议的会议号，并向所述运营商服务器发送携带所述会议号的入会确认消息。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的方法，其特征在于，所述会议业务服务器根据获取到的与会者列表创建会议，并将第一用户设备加入到所述会议中包括：
    所述会议业务服务器接收所述第一用户设备发送的携带所述与会者列表的创建会议请求；
    所述会议业务服务器根据所述会议创建请求创建会议，并向所述第一用户设备返回表示成功创建会议的创建会议响应；
    所述会议业务服务器向运营商服务器发送携带所述会议的会议号的会议邀请呼叫请求；其中，所述会议邀请呼叫请求中被叫号码为所述第一用户设备的号码；
    所述会议业务服务器接收到所述第一用户设备经由所述运营商服务器发送的应答入会响应后，将所述第一用户设备加入到所述会议中。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的方法，其特征在于，还包括：
    所述会议业务服务器接收到所述运营商服务器发送的携带所述会议号的订阅请求消息后，将所述会议的与会者列表返回给所述运营商服务器。
  10. 如权利要求6-8任意一项所述的方法，其特征在于，所述若所述第二用户设备在预设时长内未应答，所述会议业务服务器释放所述会议邀请呼叫请求之后，还包括：
    所述会议业务服务器接收到所述运营商服务器发送的第二呼叫请求后，将所述第二用户设备加入到所述会议中；其中，所述第二呼叫请求中主叫号码为所述第二用户设备的号码，被叫号码为所述会议号；所述第二呼叫请求由所述第二用户设备发送给所述运营商服务器的第一呼叫请求生成的，所述第一呼叫请求中被叫号码为所述第一用户设备的号码；
    所述会议业务服务器向所述运营商服务器返回表示所述第二用户设备成功加入所述会议的会议响应消息，以使所述运营商服务器将所述会议响应消息转发给所述第二用户设备。
  11. 一种运营商服务器，其特征在于，包括：
    信息获取模块，用于获取会议的会议号和与会者列表；
    呼叫接收模块，用于接收第二用户设备发起的第一呼叫请求；其中，所述第一呼叫请求中被叫号码为第一用户设备的号码；
    呼叫转移模块，用于判断所述第一用户设备是否在所述会议中，若为是，根据所述与会者列表判断所述第一用户设备是否为所述会议的发起方且所述第二用户设备是否为所述会议的参与方，若为是，向会议业务服务器应用服务器发起第二呼叫请求，所述第二呼叫请求中主叫号码为所述第二用户设备的号码，被叫号码为所述会议号，以使所述会议业务服务器将所述第二用户设备加入到所述会议中。

    响应处理模块，用于接收所述会议业务服务器返回的表示所述第二用户设备成功加入所述会议的会议响应消息后，并将所述会议响应消息转发给所述第二用户设备。
  16. 一种会议业务服务器，其特征在于，包括：
    会议创建模块，用于根据获取到的与会者列表创建会议，并将所述第一用户设备加入到所述会议中；其中，所述与会者列表中发起方为所述第一用户设备，参与方包括第二用户设备；
    会议邀请模块，用于向所述第二用户设备发起会议邀请呼叫请求；其中，所述会议邀请呼叫请求中的主叫号码为所述第一用户设备的号码；
    呼叫释放模块，用于若所述第二用户设备在预设时长内未应答，释放所述会议邀请呼叫请求。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的会议业务服务器，其特征在于，所述会议创建模块用于：
    接收到运营商服务器发送的携带所述与会者列表的会议创建呼叫请求；其中，所述会议创建呼叫请求中被叫号码为会议接入号；
    接收到所述会议创建呼叫请求后，创建会议，并将所述第一用户设备加入到所述会议中；
    生成所述会议的会议号，并向所述运营商服务器发送携带所述会议号的入会确认消息。
  18. 如权利要求16所述的会议业务服务器，其特征在于，所述会议创建模块用于：
    接收所述第一用户设备发送的携带所述与会者列表的创建会议请求；
    根据所述会议创建请求创建会议，并向所述第一用户设备返回表示成 功创建会议的创建会议响应；
    向运营商服务器发送携带所述会议的会议号的会议邀请呼叫请求；其中，所述会议邀请呼叫请求中被叫号码为所述第一用户设备的号码；
    接收到所述第一用户设备经由所述运营商服务器发送的应答入会响应后，将所述第一用户设备加入到所述会议中。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的会议业务服务器，其特征在于，还包括：
    订阅响应模块，用于接收到所述运营商服务器发送的携带所述会议号的订阅请求消息后，将所述会议的与会者列表返回给所述运营商服务器。
  20. 如权利要求16-19任意一项所述的会议业务服务器，其特征在于，还包括：
    会议处理模块，用于接收到所述运营商服务器发送的第二呼叫请求后，将所述第二用户设备加入到所述会议中；其中，所述第二呼叫请求中主叫号码为所述第二用户设备的号码，被叫号码为所述会议号；所述第二呼叫请求由所述第二用户设备发送给所述运营商服务器的第一呼叫请求生成的，所述第一呼叫请求中被叫号码为所述第一用户设备的号码；
    所述运营商服务器返回表示所述第二用户设备成功加入所述会议的会议响应消息，以使所述运营商服务器将所述会议响应消息转发给所述第二用户设备。
  21. 一种会议通信系统，其特征在于，包括第一用户设备、第二用户设备、运营商服务器和会议业务服务器，其中，
    所述运营商服务器获取会议的会议号和与会者列表；
    所述运营商服务器接收所述第二用户设备发起的第一呼叫请求；其中，所述第一呼叫请求中被叫号码为所述第一用户设备的号码；
    判断所述第一用户设备是否在所述会议中，若为是，根据所述与会者列表判断所述第一用户设备是否为所述会议的发起方且所述第二用户设备是否为所述会议的参与方，若为是，所述运营商服务器向所述会议业务 服务器发起第二呼叫请求，所述第二呼叫请求中主叫号码为所述第二用户设备的号码，被叫号码为所述会议号，以使所述会议业务服务器将所述第二用户设备加入到所述会议中。
  22. 一种会议通信系统，其特征在于，包括第一用户设备、第二用户设备、运营商服务器和会议业务服务器，其中，
    所述会议业务服务器根据获取到的与会者列表创建会议，并将所述第一用户设备加入到所述会议中；其中，所述与会者列表中发起方为所述第一用户设备，参与方包括所述第二用户设备；
    所述会议业务服务器向所述第二用户设备发起会议邀请呼叫请求；其中，所述会议邀请呼叫请求中的主叫号码为所述第一用户设备的号码；
    若所述第二用户设备在预设时长内未应答，所述会议业务服务器释放所述会议邀请呼叫请求。
