Description
本申请要求于2014年12月26日提交中国专利局、申请号为201410834692.X、发明名称为“一种加入会议及会议邀请的方法、相关设备及系统”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明涉及通信领域,尤其涉及一种加入会议及会议邀请的方法、相关设备及系统。
会议业务是一个基础音视频通话业务,用户加入会议的方式有两种,一是被邀请入会,二是主动拨入会议,具体实现方式有多种,例如:(1)会议发起方在发起会议时指定会议的参与者以生成与会者列表,会议创建成功后会议AS自动呼叫与会者列表中各个用户设备,用户设备应答后进入会议;(2)会议的发起方邀请与会者列表中的参与方,会议AS呼叫指定用户,被叫应答后进入会议;(3)会议的发起方给各个参与方发会议通知,会议通知携带会议相关信息(例如会议开始时间、会议接入号、会议密码等),会议创建后,参与者可拨打会议接入号加入会议;(4)会议的发起方给各个参与方发送电子邮件或短信形式的会议通知,会议通知中携带加入会议的链接地址,会议创建后参与者在智能终端或PC上点击该链接地址即可加入会议。
对于比较正式的会议,一般都是提前发送会议通知给各个参与方,会议开始时参与方可主动拨入会议。然而对于临时会议,会议的参与方一般都是无法提前得到通知,此时当会议AS呼叫参与者参会时,如果被邀请的参与者未应答(例如漏接电话或正在通话中等情况),则该参与者无法进入会议。
目前的方案中,参与者未应答时,用户设备上显示的号码为会议号或会议接入号,用户可通过回拨会议号或会议接入号进入会议中。由于会议号或会议接入号对已参与者而言是一个陌生号码,用户可能会误认为是骚
扰电话而放弃回拨,降低了用户回拨的概率,导致用户无法及时入会。
发明内容
本发明实施例所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种加入会议及会议邀请的方法、相关设备及系统。可增加用户回拨入会的概率,使用户及时参加会议。

第一用户设备通过运营商服务器向会议业务服务器发起会议创建请求,会议业务服务器创建会议,会议业务服务器根据与会者列表邀请第一用户设备和第二用户设备参加会议,若第二用户设备未应答,会议业务服务器释放会议邀请呼叫;第二用户设备回拨第一用户设备的号码发起呼叫时,运营商服务器判断第一用户设备正在会议中,且第二用户设备属于与会者列表,将第二用户设备发起的呼叫转移到会议业务服务器上,会议业务服务器将第二用户设备加入到会议中。

- 如权利要求16所述的会议业务服务器,其特征在于,所述会议创建模块用于:接收所述第一用户设备发送的携带所述与会者列表的创建会议请求;根据所述会议创建请求创建会议,并向所述第一用户设备返回表示成 功创建会议的创建会议响应;向运营商服务器发送携带所述会议的会议号的会议邀请呼叫请求;其中,所述会议邀请呼叫请求中被叫号码为所述第一用户设备的号码;接收到所述第一用户设备经由所述运营商服务器发送的应答入会响应后,将所述第一用户设备加入到所述会议中。
- 如权利要求18所述的会议业务服务器,其特征在于,还包括:订阅响应模块,用于接收到所述运营商服务器发送的携带所述会议号的订阅请求消息后,将所述会议的与会者列表返回给所述运营商服务器。
- 如权利要求16-19任意一项所述的会议业务服务器,其特征在于,还包括:会议处理模块,用于接收到所述运营商服务器发送的第二呼叫请求后,将所述第二用户设备加入到所述会议中;其中,所述第二呼叫请求中主叫号码为所述第二用户设备的号码,被叫号码为所述会议号;所述第二呼叫请求由所述第二用户设备发送给所述运营商服务器的第一呼叫请求生成的,所述第一呼叫请求中被叫号码为所述第一用户设备的号码;所述运营商服务器返回表示所述第二用户设备成功加入所述会议的会议响应消息,以使所述运营商服务器将所述会议响应消息转发给所述第二用户设备。
- 一种会议通信系统,其特征在于,包括第一用户设备、第二用户设备、运营商服务器和会议业务服务器,其中,所述运营商服务器获取会议的会议号和与会者列表;所述运营商服务器接收所述第二用户设备发起的第一呼叫请求;其中,所述第一呼叫请求中被叫号码为所述第一用户设备的号码;判断所述第一用户设备是否在所述会议中,若为是,根据所述与会者列表判断所述第一用户设备是否为所述会议的发起方且所述第二用户设备是否为所述会议的参与方,若为是,所述运营商服务器向所述会议业务 服务器发起第二呼叫请求,所述第二呼叫请求中主叫号码为所述第二用户设备的号码,被叫号码为所述会议号,以使所述会议业务服务器将所述第二用户设备加入到所述会议中。
- 一种会议通信系统,其特征在于,包括第一用户设备、第二用户设备、运营商服务器和会议业务服务器,其中,所述会议业务服务器根据获取到的与会者列表创建会议,并将所述第一用户设备加入到所述会议中;其中,所述与会者列表中发起方为所述第一用户设备,参与方包括所述第二用户设备;所述会议业务服务器向所述第二用户设备发起会议邀请呼叫请求;其中,所述会议邀请呼叫请求中的主叫号码为所述第一用户设备的号码;若所述第二用户设备在预设时长内未应答,所述会议业务服务器释放所述会议邀请呼叫请求。
