推拉式药物溶出试验仪附件收纳装置,包括左右两根支撑柱(2)和抽屉(4),药物溶出试验仪(3)的底板支撑固定在左右两根支撑柱(2)上,药物溶出试验仪(3)底脚固定连接在左右两根支撑柱(2)的底部,在左右两根支撑柱(2)的内侧壁上分别固定有固定轨,抽屉(4)的左右两侧立板分别与一个阻尼滑轨(1)固定相连,阻尼滑轨(1)分别与相应侧的固定轨滑动连接,在抽屉(4)内安装有内衬(6),在内衬(6)上安装有多个与药物溶出试验仪(3)的附件对应设置的卡槽,在内衬(6)和抽屉(4)的底板上开设有漏水孔。推拉式药物溶出试验仪附件收纳装置安装在药物溶出试验仪(3)上,与药物溶出试验仪(3)为一个整体,结构紧凑,提高了空间利用率,实现了一台药物溶出试验仪(3)对应一套附件,不易混淆。

Description

推拉式药物溶出试验仪附件收纳装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种推拉式药物溶出试验仪附件收纳装置,用于对药物溶出仪配套附件进行收纳与存放。
背景技术
药物溶出试验仪(以下简称:溶出仪)被广泛应用于口服固体药物制剂溶出度的检测,是药品检测邻域中较为常用的实验室仪器。为保证溶出仪性能,《中国药典》对溶出仪使用过程中搅拌桨、转篮等配套附件的外形尺寸、垂直度、摆动度等一系列物理性能参数做了严格的要求。在溶出仪的使用过程时,每台溶出仪必须使用自身配套的附件,不允许与其它仪器的附件交叉互换。并且,单台溶出仪上多个检测位置的附件也需与使用位置一一对应,不同位置的附件也不允许交叉互换。
为了便于区分和使用,实验室人员通常会将每台溶出仪的附件,全部都存放在放置该台溶出仪的试验桌内。这种做法所导致的存放空间拥挤,不够干燥通风,摆放杂乱,附件相互堆叠、碰撞等一系列问题,都会影响附件的使用寿命,甚至对附件造成一定的损坏。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服已有技术的不足,提供一种既能使溶出仪与附件一对一的配套收纳,又不会占用试验桌的空间的推拉式药物溶出试验仪附件收纳装置。
本实用新型的推拉式药物溶出试验仪附件收纳装置,它包括左右两根支撑柱和抽屉,溶出仪的底板支撑固定在左右两根支撑柱上,溶出仪底脚固定连接在左右两根支撑柱的底部,在两根支撑柱的内侧壁上分别固定有固定轨,所述的抽屉的左右两侧立板分别与一个阻尼滑轨固定相连,所述的阻尼滑轨分别与相应侧的固定轨滑动连接,在所述的抽屉内安装有内衬,在所述的内衬上安装有多个与溶出仪附件对应设置的卡槽,在所 述的内衬和抽屉底板上开设有漏水孔。
本实用新型的特点及有益效果是,收纳装置安装在溶出仪上,与溶出仪为一个整体,结构紧凑,节省了实验室的空间,提高了空间利用率。实现了一台溶出仪对应一套附件,不易混淆。内衬和抽屉上开设有漏水孔,保证了附件的干燥、清洁。采用阻尼滑轨,降低了推拉带来的噪音。通过强力磁铁与外围挡板固定,拆装简便,同时外观不见螺钉,更加美观。在具体实施时根据实际情况加工安装孔位置,便可将本实用新型安装在各种不同品牌、型号的溶出仪底部。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作详细描述。
如附图所示的本实用新型的推拉式药物溶出试验仪附件收纳装置,它包括左右两根支撑柱2和抽屉4,溶出仪3的底板支撑固定在左右两根支撑柱2上,溶出仪3底脚固定连接在左右两根支撑柱2的底部,固定方式为拆卸方便可以采用螺纹连接。在两根支撑柱2的内侧壁上分别固定有固定轨,所述的抽屉4的左右两侧立板分别与一个阻尼滑轨1固定相连,所述的阻尼滑轨1分别与相应侧的固定轨滑动连接,在所述的抽屉4内安装有内衬6,在所述的内衬6上安装有多个与溶出仪3附件对应设置的卡槽。在所述的内衬和抽屉底板上开设有漏水孔。
优选的抽屉4的前侧立板与前挡板5固定在一起,当抽屉推入时,所述的前挡板5能够靠紧在两根支撑柱2的前面上以限位。
优选的固定轨与阻尼滑轨1宽度一致,保证滑动的可靠性。
优选的在所述的支撑柱2左右外侧壁及后壁上均安装有磁铁7,安装有磁铁7的左挡板8、右挡板9、后挡板10与支撑柱2左右外侧壁及后壁上的磁铁7吸合在一起。从 而使整个收纳装置更加美观。
本装置的使用方法为:每次试验结束后,将收纳装置的抽屉部分抽出。将清洗过的溶出仪3的转篮杆11、搅拌桨12、网篮13、离合器14按顺序依次放入内衬6上对应的卡槽位置。附件上残留的水滴会通过内衬6上的漏水孔排出,内衬6及所有溶出仪附件均能保持干燥环境。将抽屉整体推回,等待下一次试验时使用。

  1. 推拉式药物溶出试验仪附件收纳装置,其特征在于:它包括左右两根支撑柱和抽屉,溶出仪的底板支撑固定在左右两根支撑柱上,溶出仪底脚固定连接在左右两根支撑柱的底部,在两根支撑柱的内侧壁上分别固定有固定轨,所述的抽屉的左右两侧立板分别与一个阻尼滑轨固定相连,所述的阻尼滑轨分别与相应侧的固定轨滑动连接,在所述的抽屉内安装有内衬,在所述的内衬上安装有多个与溶出仪附件对应设置的卡槽,在所述的内衬和抽屉底板上开设有漏水孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的推拉式药物溶出试验仪附件收纳装置,其特征在于:所述的抽屉的前侧立板与前挡板固定在一起,当抽屉推入时,所述的前挡板能够靠紧在两根支撑柱的前面上以限位。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的推拉式药物溶出试验仪附件收纳装置,其特征在于:在所述的支撑柱左右外侧壁及后壁上均安装有磁铁,安装有磁铁的左挡板、右挡板、后挡板与支撑柱左右外侧壁及后壁上的磁铁吸合在一起。
