本发明涉及无线通信领域,特别涉及一种终端能力动态上报方法及装置。
背景技术
随着移动通信技术的发展,以通用分组无线服务技术(General Packet Radio Service,GPRS)、第三代移动通信技术(3rd Generation,3G)为基础的移动通信网络能够提供大规模的网络覆盖,长期演进(Long Term Evolution,LTE)作为第四代移动通信标准(4rd Generation,4G)也已经开始了大规模的部署,LTE相对于第三代和第二代通信标准在传输速率上有大幅提升,是未来移动宽带技术的目标和演进方向。同时具有LTE功能多模移动宽带终端也越来越普及。
但是目前随着频谱资源的短缺,以及各个国家网络规划的个性化发展,导致全球各个国家网络频段频谱与网络制式各有差异,网络频段越来越多,网络制式越来越复杂,各大厂商都不断推出各种多模多频或者世界模移动设备适应全球各种网络,例如五模17频终端,六模或者世界模(支持分时长期演进(Time Division Long Term Evolution,TD-LTE),频分双工长期演进Frequency Division Duplexing-Long Term Evolution,FDD-LTE),宽带码分多址(Wide band Code Division Multiple Access,WCDMA),全球移动通信系统(Global System for Mobile Communication,GSM),码分多址(Code Division Multiple Access,CDMA),时分同步码分多址(Time Division-Synchronous Code Division Multiple Access,TD-SCDMA))全频段设备,随着多模多频或者世界模移动设备越来越普及,如何使得多模终端或者世界模终端能够有效稳定的在全球不同运营商、不同架构、不同频段网络下工作尤其重要,虽然目前3GPP或者3GPP2规范采用向后兼容,但是目前网络的发展远远没有终端技术发展迅速,也更容易导致兼容等其他问题。
发明内容
本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种终端能力动态上报方法及装置,能更好地解决多模终端在不同网络下有效稳定工作的问题。
根据本发明的一个实施例,提供了一种终端能力动态上报方法,包括:
终端获取当前网络环境中可注册网络的网络信息;
判断所述网络信息是否与终端预存的网络信息匹配;
根据判断结果,确定相应的能力信息,并上报至网络侧。
在本发明实施例中,所述终端获取当前网络环境中可注册网络的网络信息的步骤包括:
终端通过解析来自网络侧的系统广播消息,获取当前网络环境中可注册网络的网络信息。
在本发明实施例中,所述终端预存的网络信息包括定制网络能力表中的网络信息和全球运营商网络能力表中的网络信息,所述判断所述网络信息是否与终端预存的网络信息匹配的步骤包括:
终端在所述定制网络能力表和/或全球运营商网络能力表中查找所述网络信息;
若在所述定制网络能力表和全球运营商网络能力表中均未找到所述网络能力信息,则判断所述网络信息与终端预存的网络信息不匹配;
若在所述定制网络能力表或全球运营商网络能力表中找到所述网络能力信息,则判断所述网络信息与终端预存的网络信息匹配。
在本发明实施例中,所述根据判断结果,确定相应的能力信息的步骤包括:

根据本发明的另一实施例,提供了一种终端能力动态上报装置,包括:
获取模块,设置为获取当前网络环境中可注册网络的网络信息;
判断模块,设置为判断所述网络信息是否与终端预存的网络信息匹配;
处理模块,设置为根据判断结果,确定相应的能力信息,并上报至网络侧。
在本发明实施例中,所述获取模块通过解析来自网络侧的系统广播消息,获取当前网络环境中可注册网络的网络信息。
在本发明实施例中,所述终端预存的网络信息包括定制网络能力表中的网络信息和全球运营商网络能力表中的网络信息,所述判断模块在所述定制网络能力表和/或全球运营商网络能力表中查找所述网络信息,若在所述定制网络能力表和全球运营商网络能力表中均未找到所述网络能力信息,则判断所述网络信息与终端预存的网络信息不匹配,若在所述定制网络能力表或全球运营商网络能力表中找到所述网络能力信息,则判断所述网络信息与终端预存的网络信息匹配。

在本发明实施例中,还包括:
更新模块,设置为判断可注册网络的网络信息是否多于全球运营商网络能力表中的网络信息,并当可注册网络的网络信息多于全球运营商网络能力表中的网络信息时,利用所述可注册网络的网络信息,更新所述全球运营商网络能力表。

以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行详细说明,应当理解,以下所说明的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明通过检测用户插入SIM卡与当前网络环境,计算并选择适当的终端能力上报给特定网络,具体地,首先通过判断当前SIM卡所属国家码和网络码与当前SIM卡签约网络速率以及SIM类型等信息,其次在终端开机之后收集当前网络环境中系统广播消息中的频段和国家码,检查网络能力与实际终端能力的差异,激活或者去激活相应的终端能力,然后上报给网络侧。网络可以根据终端上报的能力,分配合适的网络资源。这样,一方面能够减少因兼容性问题导致的接入或者切换问题,使得多模多频终端能够稳定工作在各种网络下;另一方面能够降低终端能耗,加强多模移动终端选网性能,提高用户体验。
图1是本发明实施例提供的终端能力动态上报方法原理框图,如图1所示,步骤包括:
步骤S101:终端获取当前网络环境中可注册网络的网络信息。
具体地说,终端通过解析来自网络侧的系统广播消息,获取当前网络环境中可注册网络的网络信息。
其中,所述可注册网络包括终端归属的网络或者可用的漫游网络。
其中,所述网络信息包括网络的频段和移动国家码。
步骤S102:判断所述网络信息是否与终端预存的网络信息匹配。
具体地说,所述终端预存的网络信息包括预置网络能力表中的网络信息,所述预置网络能力表包括定制网络能力表和全球运营商网络能力表。终端在所述定制网络能力表和/或全球运营商网络能力表中查找所述网络信息,若在所述定制网络能力表和全球运营商网络能力表中均未找到所述网络能力信息,则判断所述网络信息与终端预存的网络信息不匹配;若在所述定制网络能力表或全球运营商网络能力表中找到所述网络能力信息,则判断所述网络信息与终端预存的网络信息匹配。
其中,可以更新定制网络能力表和全球运营商网络能力表,例如,判断可注册网络的网络信息是否多于全球运营商网络能力表中的网络信息,并在可注册网络的网络信息多于全球运营商网络能力表中的网络信息时,利用所述可注册网络的网络信息,更新所述全球运营商网络能力表。或者,实时检测目标服务器中是否有新版本,若有,则进行更新。
步骤S103:根据判断结果,确定相应的能力信息,并上报至网络侧。
具体地说,若判断结果为所述网络信息与终端预存的网络信息匹配,则将所匹配的定制网络能力表或全球运营商网络能力表中的网络信息、终端中的用户识别卡的能力信息、终端硬件支持的能力信息进行与运算,得到相应的能力信息;若判断结果为所述网络信息与终端预存的网络信息不匹配,则将定制网络能力表和全球运营商网络能力表中网络信息、终端中的用户识别卡的能力信息、终端硬件支持的网络能力信息进行或运算,得到相应的能力信息。在得到待上报的能力信息后,终端可以主动上报或根据网络侧的请求上报该能力信息。
图2是本发明实施例提供的终端能力动态上报装置框图,如图2所示,包括获取模块10、判断模块20、处理模块30。
获取模块10设置为获取当前网络环境中可注册网络的网络信息,具体是通过解析来自网络侧的系统广播消息,获取当前网络环境中可注册网络的网络信息。
判断模块20设置为判断所述网络信息是否与终端预存的网络信息匹配,其中,终端预存的网络信息包括定制网络能力表中的网络信息和全球运营商网络能力表中的网络信息,判断模块20设置为在所述定制网络能力表和/或全球运营商网络能力表中查 找所述网络信息,若在所述定制网络能力表和全球运营商网络能力表中均未找到所述网络能力信息,则判断所述网络信息与终端预存的网络信息不匹配,若在所述定制网络能力表或全球运营商网络能力表中找到所述网络能力信息,则判断所述网络信息与终端预存的网络信息匹配。
处理模块30设置为根据判断结果,确定相应的能力信息,并上报至网络侧。处理模块30在判断结果为所述网络信息与终端预存的网络信息匹配时,将所匹配的定制网络能力表或全球运营商网络能力表中的网络信息、终端中的用户识别卡的能力信息、终端硬件支持的能力信息进行与运算,得到相应的能力信息,在判断结果为所述网络信息与终端预存的网络信息不匹配时,将定制网络能力表和全球运营商网络能力表中网络信息、终端中的用户识别卡的能力信息、终端硬件支持的网络能力信息进行或运算,得到相应的能力信息。
进一步地,还包括更新模块40设置为判断可注册网络的网络信息是否多于全球运营商网络能力表中的网络信息,并当可注册网络的网络信息多于全球运营商网络能力表中的网络信息时,利用所述可注册网络的网络信息,更新所述全球运营商网络能力表。
上述全球运营商网络能力表的结构如图3所示,具体包括:
字段101为运营商网络的移动国家码(Mobile Country code,MCC)。
字段102为运营商网络的移动网络码(Mobile Network code,MNC)。
字段103为OPERATOR_NAME,表示运营商名称。
字段104为NETWORK_TYPE,表示网络类型。
字段105为BAND_LIST,表示该网络类型对应的频段列表。
上述定制网络能力表的结构如图4所示,具体包括:
字段201为运营商网络的MCC。
字段202为运营商网络的MNC。
字段203为OPERATOR_NAME,表示运营商名称。
字段204为NETWORK_TYPE,表示网络类型。
字段205为BAND_LIST,表示该NETWORK_TYPE对应的BAND_LIST。
从SIM卡获取的信息保存至如图5所示的SIM信息表结构中,具体包括:
字段301为MCC,表示该SIM卡归属的MCC。
字段302为MNC,表示该SIM卡归属的MNC。
字段303为SIM_TYPE,表示该SIM卡类型。
字段304为SUBSCIRBE_QoS,表示该SIM卡定购参数信息。
其中,SIM卡类型SIM_TYPE,是指该SIM卡是否为UIM卡或者USIM或者GSM卡。通过卡类型可以知道该SIM卡是否支持特定网络类型,例如GSM卡或者UIM卡不支持LTE。
其中,硬件支持的能力信息包括终端硬件实际支持的频段、芯片的网络支持能力、协议版本信息等。
通过采用动态能力上报方式,即多模终端能够根据SIM卡与当前网络信息,通过结合全球运营商信息能力(即全球运营商网络能力表)与定制运营商信息能力(定制网络能力表)、以及实际的终端硬件能力综合计算,生成最终与网络信令交换上报的能力信息,解决了因多模终端能力兼容性导致的网络接入问题,使得网络可以根据多模终端上报的能力信息,分配合适的网络资源,不仅实现了多模终端有效稳定工作在不同网络下的目的,还实现了节约网络资源、节省多模终端电源消耗、提高待机能耗与用户体验的目的。
图6是本发明实施例提供的具有动态能力上报功能的多模终端,如图6所示,多模终端可包括:配置模块11,SIM模块31,接入模块61,能力模块41,无线资源管理模块51,升级模块21,其中,接入模块61主要实现图2实施例的获取模块10的功能、能力模块41主要实现图2实施例的判断模块20和处理模块30的功能,升级模块21主要实现图2实施例的更新模块40的功能。
本实施例提供了一种多模终端的能力动态上报方法,该方法通过判断当前SIM卡所属国家码判断当前SIM卡类型、签约网络速率等信息,与开机之后终端收集当前网络环境中系统广播消息中的频段和国家码等网络信息,结合终端内全球运营商网络能力表与定制网络能力表,综合计算出多模终端需要上报的网络能力,然后上报给网络侧。网络可以根据终端上报的能力,分配合适的网络资源。减少因能力兼容性问题导 致的网络接入或者切换问题,使得多模多频终端能够有效稳定地工作在各种网络下,不仅能够降低终端能耗,加强多模移动终端选网性能,还能够提高用户体验。
图6所示的多模终端的能力动态上报方法主要实现过程如下:
1.移动终端开机进行初始化,移动终端的配置模块11获取配置信息。
进一步地,配置模块11负责配置信息的管理,主要提供配置信息加密存储,维护设备初始的参数信息。
移动终端的预设初始信息包括当前各个国家的国家码MCC和网络码MNC,对应的网络制式NETWORK_TYPE,对应的网络频段BAND;这些参数信息都持久化存储在非易失性内存NVRAM中。
预置的全球网络信息包括全球运营商网络能力表GLOBLE_NW_INFO_TABLE,是指包含全球的运营商的网络信息表,其包含MCC,MNC,OPERATOR_NAME,NETWORK_TYPE,以及对应的网络频段BAND;定制网络能力表CUST_NW_INFO_TABLE,是指包含设备厂商根据产品设计与运营商需求,定制设计的网络信息表,其同样包含MCC,MNC,OPERATOR_NAME,NETWORK_TYPE,以及对应的网络频段BAND。
其中,全球运营商网络能力表GLOBLE_NW_INFO_TABLE首次开机来源于版本预置,之后由终端进行自适应学习维护与修改,或者定期检查服务器更新通过OTA(OVER THE AIR)升级更新;定制网络能力表CUST_NW_INFO_TABLE由设备厂商管理员用户进行特殊配置,同样预置于版本内部,可以通过空中下载技术OTA进行升级更新。
其中,全球运营商网络能力表GLOBLE_NW_INFO_TABLE是根据国际标准组织例如国际电信联盟ITU,或者第三代合作伙伴计划3GPP,3GPP2等定期更新维护的全球运营商网络信息数据库开发而来,同一个运营商可以有多条记录。所有配置信息都持久化保存在终端EFS/NV文件中,用户通常不可编辑,只能由设备厂商通过OTA升级。定制网络能力表CUST_NW_INFO_TABLE包含MCC,MNC,OPERATOR_NAME,NETWORK_TYPE,以及其对应网络频段BAND,具体是运营商对多模移动设备的一些特殊要求,由设备厂商实现并预置在设备中。用户通常不可编辑,由运营商控制或者编辑修改,或者由设备厂商代为通过OTA升级。
其中,网络类型是指具体网络所拥有的核心技术,例如常见的网络类型有LTE,HSDPA,HSUPA,HSPA+,DC-HSPA+,EDGE,GSM,TD-SCDMA,CDMA 1x,EVDO等,不同的网络类型可能对应不同的网络能力,不同的协议版本,以及不同的下行速率。
所述移动终端获取的配置信息包括全球运营商网络能力表和/或定制网络能力表中的信息。
2.移动终端的SIM模块31对SIM卡初始化,获取SIM卡内部相关文件与参数。
SIM模块31进行SIM卡初始化,读取SIM卡内部相关文件,存储SIM卡归属国家码IMSI_MCC和网络码IMSI_MNC,SIM卡类型SIM_TYPE,以及该SIM签约网络速率等一些签约信息。
进一步地,SIM模块31负责对SIM卡进行初始化与管理,为其他模块提供鉴权、加密等操作和信息。
3.移动终端的接入模块61扫描测量当前环境是否有可用移动网络,并收集相应的无线网络信息。
接入模块61启动扫描,根据终端的硬件支持情况搜索周围可用无线网络,如果周围存在无线网络,则进行网络信息收集存储。其中,存储的信息包括可用网络的网络码、国家码、网络类型和频段信息。
进一步地,接入模块61是指解码LTE网络广播消息以及同步驻留小区的模块,主要完成包括LTE网络的背景搜索,解码、同步和接入。
进一步地,接入模块61负责完成包括WLAN或者LTE网络的背后搜索,解码、同步和接入。
进一步地,移动终端接收广播消息,解码扫描当前可用网络的MCC,MNC,BAND信息,保存在手机内部存储FLASH中。
4.移动终端的能力模块41检查该网络是否有定制网络能力,若有,则检查定制网络能力与SIM卡签约情况是否相符,执行定制网络能力。
能力模块41首先比较接入模块传递的网络信息是否在定制网络能力表CUST_NW_INFO_TABLE中,如果存在,则进一步检查SIM卡签约与SIM卡相关参数与定制网络能力表CUST_NW_INFO_TABLE中的相应信息是否匹配,然后再与当 前网络能力进行与计算,计算出最终终端上报给网络的能力信息;否则进一步检查全球运营商网络能力表GLOBLE_NW_INFO_TABLE,如果全球运营商网络能力表GLOBLE_NW_INFO_TABLE中有对应的网络信息,则根据该预置网络能力表计算出最终的终端能力信息,发送至移动终端的无线资源管理模块进一步处理。
进一步地,能力模块41根据这些信息检查是否在定制网络能力表CUST_NW_INFO_TABLE或者全球运营商网络能力表GLOBLE_NW_INFO_TABLE计算出终端在当前网络注册需要上报的网络能力。
进一步地,能力模块41负责根据SIM卡信息与接入层提供的当前网络环境信息计算与网络交换需要上报的最终能力。
5.移动终端的无线资源管理模块51上报终端能力。
移动终端与网络进行信令交互期间,当网络要求终端上报网络能力时,或者终端主动上报网络能力时,无线资源管理模块51按照能力模块传入的能力信息上报网络。然后关闭非激活的终端能力,从而节约电池消耗。
进一步地,无线资源管理模块51根据能力模块计算得出的网络能力,通过信令上报给核心网。
进一步地,无线资源管理模块51负责进行多模终端与LTE网络系统之间信令交换,管理网络为移动设备分配的网络资源。
6.移动终端的升级模块21进行静态表更新。
当移动终端接收到的网络能力(即网络信息)多于当前预置的全球运营商网络能力表GLOBLE_NW_INFO_TABLE时,更新该预置的网络能力表。或者检查升级服务器是否有对应网络能力更新,若有,则进行预置网络能力表升级。
进一步地,升级模块61负责多模终端配置信息的空中升级与更新。
图7是本发明实施例提供的终端能力动态上报的流程图,如图7所示,步骤包括:
步骤501:移动终端启动开机,配置模块11读取扩展文件系统(EFS)文件或者非易失内存(NV)中的配置信息,初始化配置参数。
其中,配置信息包括上述的全球运营商网络能力表与定制网络能力表,全球运营商网络能力表由多条记录组成,且同一个运营商可以拥有多个记录。
步骤502:SIM卡初始化与信息收集。
SIM模块31进行SIM卡初始化,从SIM卡相关文件读取IMSI,定购参数,卡类型等信息,保存在图5的数据结构中。
步骤503:接入模块61(即接入层)进行网络系统扫描。
接入模块61进行帧同步、解码广播小区,并扫描当前环境可用小区与该运营商网络小区信息。
步骤504:接入模块61判断当前环境是否有可注册网络,如果有,执行步骤505;否则执行步骤503,继续进行周期性的搜索。
可注册网络包括终端归属网络或者可用的漫游网络,其都是可注册可用网络。
步骤505:接入模块61存储周围网络信息。
记录当前可用网络的国家码、网络码与频段等信息到内存数据库。
步骤506:能力模块41综合各种信息计算需要上报给网络的能力信息。
能力模块41通过判断当前SIM卡所属国家码判断当前SIM卡签约网络速率等信息,与开机之后终端收集当前网络环境中系统广播消息中的频段和国家码等网络信息,结合终端内全球运营商网络能力表与定制网络能力表,综合计算出多模终端需要上报的网络能力,传递给无线资源管理模块。
步骤507:无线资源管理模块51与网络交互上报能力信息。
网络要求终端上报终端能力信息,或者终端主动上报能力时,将步骤506计算出的能力信息通过信令上报网络侧,同时屏蔽非激活的终端能力。
步骤508:自适应全球表与定制表调整。
上报能力后,升级模块21周期性检查全球运营商网络能力表是否有更新或者当前网络的能力多于终端内置的全球运营商网络能力表时,进行增量更新。
步骤509:结束。
图8是本发明实施例提供的终端上报能力计算流程图,如图8所示,包括以下步骤:
步骤601:收集当前可用或可注册网络信息。
从接入模块接收当前注册网络的网络信息,其包括当前注册网络的国家码MCC,网络码MNC,频段BAND列表与邻小区频段信息。
步骤602:检查当前网络是否在定制网络能力表中,如果不是则执行步骤603;否则执行步骤604。
当注册网络的国家码MCC与网络码MNC在定制网络能力表中查找到存在记录时,输出需要定制的网络能力信息给下一步604;查找算法通常可以采用顺序、折半等算法,本实施例不具体规定实现查找算法。
步骤603:检查当前网络是否在全球运营商网络能力表,如果是则执行步骤604;否则执行步骤606。
当可注册网络的国家码MCC与网络码MNC不在全球运营商网络能力表中时,对多条能力记录做或运算,输出需要上报的最大能力信息。
步骤604:提取SIM类型与定购信息与多模终端硬件支持能力。
从SIM模块获取SIM类型与定购信息,并检查有效性。同时,获取终端硬件实际支持的频段,芯片的网络支持能力,协议版本信息。
步骤605:进行与操作计算最终需要上报的能力。
将SIM类型与定购信息转化的能力信息,与多模终端硬件实际能力信息,查表找到的网络能力信息进行“与”计算,计算出最终需要上报的能力,也就是说,以三者交集上报。特别地,如果该SIM的能力信息与查表得到的能力相等或者该SIM的能力信息是查表得到的能力的子集,则直接与多模终端能力进行与计算输出结果。
步骤606:执行默认全部能力上报。
图9是本发明实施例提供的自适应定制网络能力表和全球运营商网络能力表更新流程图,如图9所示,包括以下步骤:
步骤701:检查当前网络环境能力信息是否多于全球运营商网络能力表,如果是则执行步骤705;否则步骤702。
当实际的网络能力信息多于全球运营商网络能力表,则意味着该网络能力记录需要更新。
步骤702:启动定时查询定时器T,进行周期性查询。
步骤703:判断当前是否已联网,如果是则执行步骤704;否则执行步骤702。
步骤704:检查目标服务器是否更新全球运营商网络能力表或者定制网络能力表,如果有,则执行步骤705;否则执行步骤702。
步骤705:执行更新操作,进行增量更新静态表。
综上所述,本发明具有以下技术效果:
通过本发明,无线通信系统中多模多频移动设备与3GPP或者3GPP2网络交互时能够进行动态的移动终端能力上报,具体是指多模终端通过扫描当前可用网络的能力信息,判断检查SIM卡签约信息以及当前已知的网络能力信息综合多模终端实际能力计算出移动终端在当前网络下需要上报的网络能力,这种方法可以提高用户体验,减少多模多频移动终端与网络兼容性问题,降低多模终端的待机能耗,提高待机时间。
尽管上文对本发明进行了详细说明,但是本发明不限于此,本技术领域技术人员可以根据本发明的原理进行各种修改。因此,凡按照本发明原理所作的修改,都应当理解为落入本发明的保护范围。
工业实用性
本发明提供的上述技术方案,能够应用于终端能力动态上报过程中,采用多模终端通过动态上报其确定的能力信息,获取网络侧根据所述能力信息分配的合适的网络资源,从而保证在各种网络下有效稳定地工作,减少多模多频移动终端与网络兼容性问题,降低多模终端的待机能耗,提高待机时间。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种终端能力动态上报方法,包括:
    终端获取当前网络环境中可注册网络的网络信息;
    判断所述网络信息是否与终端预存的网络信息匹配;
    根据判断结果,确定相应的能力信息,并上报至网络侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述终端获取当前网络环境中可注册网络的网络信息包括:
    终端通过解析来自网络侧的系统广播消息,获取当前网络环境中可注册网络的网络信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述终端预存的网络信息包括定制网络能力表中的网络信息和全球运营商网络能力表中的网络信息,所述判断所述网络信息是否与终端预存的网络信息匹配包括:
    终端在所述定制网络能力表和/或全球运营商网络能力表中查找所述网络信息;
    若在所述定制网络能力表和全球运营商网络能力表中均未找到所述网络信息,则判断所述网络信息与终端预存的网络信息不匹配;
    若在所述定制网络能力表或全球运营商网络能力表中找到所述网络信息,则判断所述网络信息与终端预存的网络信息匹配。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述根据判断结果,确定相应的能力信息包括:
    若所述判断结果为所述网络信息与终端预存的网络信息匹配,则将所匹配的定制网络能力表或全球运营商网络能力表中的网络信息、终端中的用户识别卡的能力信息、终端硬件支持的能力信息进行与运算,得到相应的能力信息;
    若所述判断结果为所述网络信息与终端预存的网络信息不匹配,则将定制网络能力表和全球运营商网络能力表中网络信息、终端中的用户识别卡的能力信息、终端硬件支持的网络能力信息进行或运算,得到相应的能力信息。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的方法,其中,还包括:
    判断可注册网络的网络信息是否多于全球运营商网络能力表中的网络信息,并在可注册网络的网络信息多于全球运营商网络能力表中的网络信息时,利用所述可注册网络的网络信息,更新所述全球运营商网络能力表。
  6. 一种终端能力动态上报装置,包括:
    获取模块,设置为获取当前网络环境中可注册网络的网络信息;
    判断模块,设置为判断所述网络信息是否与终端预存的网络信息匹配;
    处理模块,设置为根据判断结果,确定相应的能力信息,并上报至网络侧。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述获取模块设置为通过解析来自网络侧的系统广播消息,获取当前网络环境中可注册网络的网络信息。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述终端预存的网络信息包括定制网络能力表中的网络信息和全球运营商网络能力表中的网络信息,所述判断模块设置为在所述定制网络能力表和/或全球运营商网络能力表中查找所述网络信息,若在所述定制网络能力表和全球运营商网络能力表中均未找到所述网络信息,则判断所述网络信息与终端预存的网络信息不匹配,若在所述定制网络能力表或全球运营商网络能力表中找到所述网络信息,则判断所述网络信息与终端预存的网络信息匹配。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,所述处理模块设置为在判断结果为所述网络信息与终端预存的网络信息匹配时,将所匹配的定制网络能力表或全球运营商网络能力表中的网络信息、终端中的用户识别卡的能力信息、终端硬件支持的能力信息进行与运算,得到相应的能力信息,在判断结果为所述网络信息与终端预存的网络信息不匹配时,将定制网络能力表和全球运营商网络能力表中网络信息、终端中的用户识别卡的能力信息、终端硬件支持的网络能力信息进行或运算,得到相应的能力信息。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的装置,其中,还包括:
    更新模块,设置为判断可注册网络的网络信息是否多于全球运营商网络能力表中的网络信息,并当可注册网络的网络信息多于全球运营商网络能力表中的网络信息时,利用所述可注册网络的网络信息,更新所述全球运营商网络能力表。
