具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明的技术方案做进一步详细说明:
实施例:
一种基于移动互联网的悬赏交易处理方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)悬赏方和抢单方通过移动应用终端在交易系统中以自然人、合法机构或身份证名义进行实名注册账户,注册账户的同时将银行账户信息或第三方支付账户信息注册于系统中,注册账户直接与用户的银行卡账户或第三方支付账户绑定;
(2)悬赏方在发布需求时在交易系统中存有不少于交易金额的资金;
(3)悬赏方自行填写需求内容、交易条件、交付方式、交付地点和悬赏金额;
(4)悬赏方以悬赏的方式发布需求信息,悬赏方选定悬赏信息的发布范围,系统平台也可以根据悬赏达成的效率按照一定规则自动进行发布范围调整,当交易信息发布时交易金额以悬赏金的方式在交易系统中被冻结;
(5)在未达成交易合作确认前,悬赏方可修改悬赏订单的全部信息,悬赏方可以自由撤回需求订单,交易系统自动解除悬赏金的冻结,悬赏方也可以拒绝任何一个抢单方的合作确 认要求,悬赏方可以将订单重新置为悬赏中状态;
(6)抢先获得需求订单的交易抢单方,和悬赏方建立即时响应的交易对接方法,此时订单自动处于锁定状态,确保其他人无法再进行抢单;
(7)如果交易需要履约保证金,则系统采用交易双方等额保证金的方式保护交易双方的交易利益,悬赏方的保证金从悬赏金总额扣除,抢单方需要在交易系统的账户提供与悬赏方保证金等额的资金,但履约保证金不能大于悬赏金;
(8)双方通过线下或线上沟通一致后,在交易系统中确认合作;
(9)双方合作确认的同时如果有履约保证金要求,交易系统自动冻结双方履约保证金;
(10)在双方确认合作后,悬赏信息仅对交易双方和系统平台提供商三方可见,抢单方可以在系统中保存电子履约证据,如果交易双方产生争议,交易双方均可以在系统中设置争议状态,此时悬赏金和履约保证金在交易系统中处于冻结状态;
(11)系统平台提供商根据双方提供的证据以及服务协议,确认违约方后,违约方的履约保证金在交易系统中支付到对方账户;
(12)双方在交易系统中确认完成交易后,交易系统自动取消对双方保证金的冻结,系统根据悬赏范围和交易金额按照一定比例扣除服务费后,自动将悬赏金余额支付到抢单方在系统中的账户;
(13)交易系统用户可以自由将交易系统中非冻结资金转入到用户的银行账户或第三方支付账户;
(14)交易双方的全部过程数据自动存储于交易系统中。
悬赏方发布的悬赏信息先发布到移动应用终端的服务器端,系统对悬赏方发布的需求通过违法违规字典实施自动过滤,并且采用人工抽查和用户在线举报的方式对于不合法需求规避,然后根据悬赏方指定的交易交付地,采用如下四种推送模式中的一种进行推送:
模式一:服务器端将悬赏信息发给离交付地一定距离内的移动应用终端;
模式二:服务器端将悬赏信息发给所有注册帐户的移动应用终端;
模式三:服务器端将悬赏信息发给所有的移动应用终端,移动应用终端程序根据本机位置坐标判断是否属于规定的交付地范围,如果不属于则不显示,如果属于则显示本信息;对于无法判断其位置的用户终端则显示全部信息;
模式四:服务器端将悬赏信息发给所有的移动应用终端,移动应用终端程序根据本机位置坐标判断是否属于规定的交付地范围,如果不属于则不显示,如果属于则显示本信息;对于在个人能力商店中可以承接的悬赏订单类型符合该悬赏信息类型的,系统自动对该抢单方 推送提醒信息。
悬赏信息的排序规则,根据悬赏类型、悬赏标的和悬赏结束时间,按照平台内置的规则进行排序,对于超出悬赏结束时间的悬赏,系统自动取消对于该信息的显示。
悬赏方发布的需求包括商品、物品、服务或信息中的一种或几种的结合,并且可以反向需求悬赏。
悬赏方发布的悬赏方式包括文字方式,图片方式、语音方式或视频方式。
当其中一方确认交易完成,且另一方未做交易完成也未提出异议申请,在一定期限后系统默认交易完成,悬赏金在扣除服务费后自动转移至抢单方。
在双方确认合作后,抢单方如果存在资金需求,抢单方可以在线申请信用贷款用于订单的履行,信用贷款的取得依据其个人征信满足系统发放贷款的要求;双方交易完成后,悬赏方的资金在转移至抢单方的同时完成平台服务费、贷款本金和利息的回收。
用户信用管理,系统平台根据用户的履约次数进行晋级的方式实施信用等级管理,对于交易违约的用户,系统采用违约次数进行负面晋级的方式实施信用等级管理,用户可以利用诚信履约等级积分消除违约负面晋级,从而在系统平台上完成信用救赎。
所有注册帐户可以在系统中建立个人能力商店,包括个人介绍、年龄、学历、资质、能力、资源或可以承接的悬赏订单类型,通过开设个人能力商店,可以建立个人提供内容偏好,系统平台通过对比个人能力商店与正在发布的悬赏信息后,对于符合承接悬赏要求的有能力用户,系统自动向该用户发布提醒信息,从而进一步促进悬赏交易对接效率。
资金的提现管理,用户对于处于非冻结状态的个人账户资金具有随时提现的权利,用户可以实时对系统内的账户资金转移至系统中关联的银行账户或第三方支付账户。
一种基于移动互联网的悬赏交易系统,包括UI交互层、逻辑层、数据层、系统层和物理层,逻辑层包括悬赏管理模块、抢单模块、交流管理模块、交易管理模块、违约处理模块、争议管理模块、密码管理模块,悬赏类别管理模块、个人信息管理模块、账户信息管理模块和位置管理模块。
交易系统采用两级应用系统,移动终端应用系统(APP)和服务器端应用系统;移动终端应用系统是悬赏方和抢单方的操作软件,可以操作或查询悬赏订单或交易,管理个人信息,服务器端应用系统存储全部用户信息、全部交易信息、交易规则管理、交易资金管理和交易过程监管等功能。
以上通过实施例对本发明的进行了详细说明,但所述内容仅为本发明的较佳实施例,不能被认为用于限定本发明的实施范围。凡依本发明申请范围所作的均等变化与改进等,均应 仍归属于本发明的专利涵盖范围之内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种基于移动互联网的悬赏交易处理方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
    (1)悬赏方和抢单方需要在悬赏交易系统中实名注册,其注册账户可以将银行账户信息或第三方支付账户信息与其在系统中的账户进行关联绑定;
    (2)悬赏方自行填写需求内容、交易条件、交付方式、交付地点和悬赏金额,需求信息可以是文字、图片、语音或视频的形式上传系统;
    (3)悬赏方以悬赏的方式发布需求信息时,其在系统中的账户可用资金余额需要不少于悬赏金总额,否则悬赏方需将不少于悬赏金总额的资金从其金融账户中转入到其在系统中的账户,满足以上条件悬赏方其悬赏信息才可以正式发布,悬赏信息发布的同时悬赏方在悬赏交易系统中的与本次悬赏金等额的资金即刻被冻结;
    (4)悬赏方如果需要抢单方提供履约保证金,在悬赏交易系统中悬赏方和抢单方提供相同额度的履约保证金规则且履约保证金不能高于悬赏金,悬赏方的履约保证金从悬赏金中提取等额部分作为履约保证金,抢单方在系统账户中的资金余额需要不少于履约保证金总额方具备合作资格;
    (5)抢单方采用先到先得的签单的方式在悬赏交易系统中获得悬赏交易优先权,抢单成功后,悬赏方和抢单方形成了交易对接,该悬赏订单处于锁定待合作确认状态;
    (6)在悬赏方和抢单方未达成交易合作确认前,悬赏方有权修改悬赏订单的全部信息,悬赏方可以自由撤回需求订单,交易系统自动解除悬赏金的冻结;
    (7)如果该笔悬赏交易需要履约保证金,则抢单方需要在悬赏交易系统的账户资金余额不少于该笔悬赏订单所要求的履约保证金总额,方具备合作确认条件;
    (8)悬赏方和抢单方通过线下或线上沟通一致后,在交易系统中确认合作;
    (9)悬赏方和抢单方双方合作确认的同时如果有履约保证金要求,交易系统自动冻结双方履约保证金;
    (10)在双方确认合作后,抢单方可以在系统中保存电子履约证据,如果交易双方产生争议,交易双方均可以在悬赏交易系统中设置争议状态,此时悬赏金和履约保证金在交易系统中处于冻结状态;
    (11)系统平台提供商根据双方提供的证据以及服务协议,确认违约方后,违约方的履约保证金在悬赏交易系统中支付到对方账户;
    (12)双方在悬赏交易系统中确认完成交易后,交易系统自动取消对双方保证金的冻结,系统按照一定比例扣除服务费后,自动将悬赏金余额支付到抢单方在系统中的账户;
    (13)悬赏交易系统的用户可以自由将交易系统中非冻结资金提取到用户的银行账户或 第三方支付金融账户;
    (14)悬赏交易双方的所有的操作都是在移动终端设备的App应用程序中完成;
    (15)交易双方的全部过程数据自动存储于交易系统中。
  2. 根据权利要求1中所述的一种基于移动互联网的悬赏交易处理方法,其特征在于:悬赏方发布的悬赏信息先发布到服务器端,然后根据悬赏方指定的交易交付地,采用如下四种推送模式中的一种进行推送:
    模式一:服务器端将悬赏信息发给离交付地一定距离内的移动应用终端;
    模式二:服务器端将悬赏信息发给所有注册帐户的移动应用终端;
    模式三:服务器端将悬赏信息发给所有的移动应用终端,移动应用终端程序根据本机位置坐标判断是否属于规定的交付地范围,如果不属于则不显示,如果属于则显示本信息;对于无法判断其位置的用户终端则显示全部信息;
    模式四:服务器端将悬赏信息发给所有的移动应用终端,移动应用终端程序根据本机位置坐标判断是否属于规定的交付地范围,如果不属于则不显示,如果属于则显示本信息;对于在个人能力商店中可以承接的悬赏订单类型符合该悬赏信息类型的,系统自动对该抢单方推送提醒信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1中所述的一种基于移动互联网的悬赏交易处理方法,其特征在于:所述处理方法为基于移动互联网悬赏方式的即时响应交易对接方法。
  4. 根据权利要求1中所述的一种基于移动互联网的悬赏交易处理方法,其特征在于:系统中的注册帐户为实名注册,包括自然人、合法机构或身份证,系统中的账户可以和其银行账户信息或第三方支付账户进行绑定,系统仅对用户的昵称信息对外披露或对交易双方进行真实披露。
  5. 根据权利要求1中所述的一种基于移动互联网的悬赏交易处理方法,其特征在于:悬赏方发布的需求包括商品、物品、服务或信息中的一种或几种的结合,并且可以反向需求悬赏。
  6. 根据权利要求5中所述的一种基于移动互联网的悬赏交易处理方法,其特征在于:悬赏方发布的悬赏需求包括文字方式,图片方式、语音方式或视频方式体现。
  7. 根据权利要求1中所述的一种基于移动互联网的悬赏交易处理方法,其特征在于:抢单方在实施抢单动作后,该订单自动处于锁定状态,确保其他人无法再进行抢单,在双方没有合作确认前,悬赏方可以拒绝任何一个抢单方的合作确认要求,悬赏方可以将订单重新置为悬赏中状态。
  8. 根据权利要求1中所述的一种基于移动互联网的悬赏交易处理方法,其特征在于:当其中一方确认交易完成,且另一方未做交易完成也未提出异议申请,在一定期限后系统默认交易完成,悬赏金在扣除服务费后自动转移至抢单方。
  9. 根据权利要求1中所述的一种基于移动互联网的悬赏交易处理方法,其特征在于:在双方确认合作后,抢单方如果存在资金需求,抢单方可以在线申请信用贷款用于订单的履行,信用贷款的取得依据其个人征信满足系统发放贷款的要求,双方交易完成后,悬赏方的资金在转移至抢单方的同时完成平台服务费、贷款本金和利息的回收。

  11. 一种如权利要求1-10任一项所述的基于移动互联网的悬赏交易系统,包括UI交互层、逻辑层、数据层、系统层和物理层;
    逻辑层包括悬赏管理模块、抢单模块、交流管理模块、交易管理模块、资金管理模块、违约处理模块、争议管理模块、密码管理模块,悬赏类别管理模块、个人信息管理模块、账户信息管理模块和位置管理模块;
    交易系统采用两级应用系统,统移动终端应用系统(APP)和服务器端应用系统;
