Abstract

The invention solves the problem of construction while it provides easy and safe transport and assembly as well as infinitely variable positioning of audiovisual while maintaining a stable position of the device in all phases of assembly. The workshop table characterized in that the bearing wall is equipped (5) with an assembly segment (7) especially for the audiovisual devices, having a mounting bearing element (9) with the help of two-segment guides unit (11) hinged together and is supplied with horizontal regulation mechanism (13) which has a slider (14) with mounting bracket (15) and blocking elements (16) and it has vertical regulation mechanism (17) with guide rail (18), spring element (19) and tension device (21). Moreover it is equipped with spacer mechanism (24) determining the power of releasing the audiovisual device. The bearing wall (5) ends with pivotally embedded bracket (6) with LED lighting, The guides unit (11) of the supporting segment (8) has shaped profiling (11a) in the area of joint (12).

Description

WORKSHOP TABLE WITH A SUPPORT FOR AUDIOVISUAL PRODUCTS
The subject of the invention is workshop table dedicated especially to manual transport and audiovisual devices assembly.
From the description of utility model no. Ru 59811 we know workshop table with rectangular, metal table with side guides, which is reinforced with transverse angle elements and is placed from one side on a mounting box, which has a rectangular mounting hole, and from the other side it is placed on two legs with regulated height.
From the description of utility model no. Ru 56240 we know assembly table where there are moving sections of bars vertically attached to the supporting construction side-members. On those bars sections there are sliding steel shapes placed crosswise, creating at least one surface of the table with its top edges.
From the reported description of invention no. P. 396309 we know a table with horizontal and height regulation, which is an office table or treated as support table in design studios with regulation of level and height of the board. This table has a rack only with one pair of legs, which are two-segment. The table has plate tilt regulation by moving the slider mechanism on the side of the rack frame.
From the description of invention no. P.390942 we know a table with lifting and folding of the top mechanism, which contains folding deck connected by hinges, and a body in which the mechanism of rectangular-shaped plate is mounted. To the plate there are hinged connected two pairs of flat-shaped levers, hinged connected with short angle laths. The lath is connected permanently with right side of the table top and the second lath is connected permanently with support. To the basis of mechanism there is a lever hinged which second end is hinged to the lever via a connector in the shape of a "T". Its second arm has a pin cooperating with an arc hole formed on the base of the mechanism. So far we know different units and regulation units allowing the geometrical positioning of individual elements mounted in suspension devices supporting it periodically.
From the description of invention no. WO 2011/099999 we know mounting system for displaying device and adjustable mounting system in many degrees of freedom selectively position and orientation of the included audiovisual equipment.
In the description of the invention US 2009039212 a solution is known, in which there are functions that make it possible to adjust assembly with respect to the vertical axis and tilt of a set in relation to the horizontal axis. The set is fixed on a hinge with a vertical axis of rotation, which allows the relatively free angular movement. No possibility of permanent blocking position may be, however, difficulty in daily use. The problem with the correct setting of the angular position can occur especially in the case when there is no vertical axis of rotation provided. In the event of regulation of tilt in relation to a horizontal axis such protection was necessary and is present in the form of a set screw. Connection elements of the flat TV provide the possibility of a number of such receivers and have a certain universality. The whole is, however, set too massive and does not provide easy mounting.
It is known from the description of Polish invention No. P.393591 a mounting kit for flat screen TV or monitor, allowing manual or remote adjustment of tilt the TV horizontal axis, mounted to the mounting tube. The set, according to this solution has a unit of bending and attachment of the screen, in which the tilting system is a mounting tube clamp, on which there is a rotating two-arm tilt swingarm with fixed hook, equipped with a friction brake. Friction brake constitutes of the side surfaces of the hook pressed against the friction surface of the clamp, and the pressing surface of the side surface of the friction is realized by a static system of forces with two-point support, wherein one point of support is restrained in a body of the tilt angle lifting arm, and the second is realized by regulating and pressure a screw. The attachment of the screen is a supporting bar fixed to the hook and the mounting arms slidingly mounted on the supporting bar.
From the description of the invention EN 215 055 we know the attachment for flat panel display, mounted on the standing bases, especially for plasma or liquid crystal displays. Mounted to the base is a horizontal component of the beam having the form of an angle, wherein one of the longitudinal arm bracket is inclined at an obtuse angle relatively to the second arm of the longitudinal beam fixed to the base. Fixed to display two supports are provided at their lower ends with cut-outs inclined by the same angle as inclined arm beam.
The aim of the invention is to provide a reliable and at the same time not posing any difficulties for transport and assembly workshop table for mounting and positioning of audiovisual products of large-size and large weights.
The idea of the workshop table according to the invention is that the bearing wall of the workshop table is equipped with a device for mounting, particularly for audiovisual equipment, having a supporting segment with frame-shaped sliding element and the hinged mounting arms for adjusting the inclination of audio-visual horizontal and vertical axis.
The bearing mounting element is coupled to a segment of the support by two-section assembly guides hinged together. It is equipped with a mechanism for adjusting the horizontal holding, which has a slider with the mounting bracket and locking elements. It has also a mechanism for vertical adjustment of the guide, the spring element and tension. Moreover it is equipped with a spacer mechanism for retaining the extension force of audiovisual apparatus which has a positioning nut mounted in the lower part of the arms of the mounting support element.
The invention provides easy and safe assembly and infinitely variable positioning of audiovisual while maintaining a stable position of the device in all phases of assembly. An assembly according to the invention is designed for audiovisual products with even with heavy weight and large size. The invention is shown in the accompanying drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a workshop table in a side view, Fig. 2 shows the workshop table in front view,
Figure 3 shows an assembly set from an axonometric view, Fig. 4 shows a horizontal adjustment mechanism, and Fig. 5 shows a mechanism for vertical adjustment.
The workshop table has a frame rack _l_with a worktop 2, where the pillars of frame rack l_are equipped with wheels 3 supplied with blocking feet 4. The frame rack 1 is made of high quality angle elements and a steel sheet. In its back part it has bearing wall 5 made of perforated sheet, ending with pivotally embedded bracket 6 with LED lighting.
The wall 5_pf supporting frame I_is equipped with mounting set 7, especially for audiovisual devices, which has a supporting segment 8 in the form of frame, coupled with a frame shaped sliding supporting element 9 and tilt-sliding mounting amis 10 allowing the regulation of inclination of audiovisual devices relatively to the horizontal and vertical axes.
The bearing element 9 is coupled with a segment of the support 8 by two-section assembly guides unit 11, interconnected with a joint 12. The team of guides 11 has shaped profiling 11a in the area of the joint 12. The bearing element 9 includes a horizontal adjustment mechanism 13 having a slider 14 with the mounting bracket 15 and locking elements arranged on both sides of it 16. The bearing element 9 has a vertical adjustment mechanism 17 comprising a guide 18, the elastic element 19, the hook 20, tension element 21, the nut 22 and the controller 23.
The support element 9 is equipped with a spacer mechanism 24 which dictates the strength of ejecting the weight of audiovisual equipment, which provides a positioning nut 25 embedded in the bottom of the mounting arms 10 of this support element 9.
Frame rack 1 has a user personalization reader 26, proximity and magnetic power set 27, drawers unit 28 and cabinet door 29. Proximity identification system supports electricity savings and protects the drawers 28 and cabinet door 29 against unauthorized access by turning off the lights and blocking them after the user walks away on a programmable distance.

Patent claim
1. Workshop table, having steel frame rack with worktop with back wall and wheel unit adjusted to manual transport, characterized in that the bearing wall is equipped (5) with support segment (8 ) with frame formed sliding bearing element (9) and hinged mounting arms (10 ) enabling regulation of audiovisual devices' inclination relatively to the horizontal and vertical axis, where mounting bearing element (9 ) is coupled with support segment (8 ) with the help of two-segment guides unit (11) connected with joint (12) and is supplied with horizontal regulation mechanism (13) which has a slider (14) with mounting bracket (15) and blocking elements (16) and it has vertical regulation mechanism (17) with guide rail (18 ), spring element (19) and tension device (21 ), moreover it is equipped with spacer mechanism (24) determining the power of releasing the audiovisual device, which has a positioning nut (22) placed in lower part of the arms (10) of mounting bearing element (9).
2. Workshop table, according to claim no. 1 characterized in that the bearing wall (5) ends with pivotally embedded bracket (6) with LED lighting.
3. Workshop table, according to claim no. 1 characterized in that guides unit (11) has shaped profiling (11a) in the area of joint ( 12).
