一种装有紫外线灯的马桶盖和座圈组件,包括马桶盖及其下面的座圈,其特征在于,在所述马桶盖和座圈的内侧均装有多个紫外线灯,在该马桶盖内侧的边缘装有触发开关,该触发开关连接在紫外线灯的电源回路中。在所述座圈的内沿设有向下延伸的环状体,在该环状体的外周均装有多个紫外线灯本发明的有益效果为:利用马桶盖内侧的紫外线灯可以对下面的座圈表面和马桶底部进行杀菌消毒;而座圈内侧和环状体外周的紫外线灯可以对马桶内壁杀菌消毒。这样,马桶内部全部区域和座圈表面均能够杀菌消毒,不留死角。使用完马桶后关闭板马桶盖即可压触触发开关开启紫外线灯杀菌一定时间后自动关闭紫外线灯,使用安全方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种装有紫外线灯的马桶盖和座圈组件。
背景技术
目前市场出售的马桶,多数为普通的马桶,不能进行自动消毒,这种马桶极易滋生生大量细菌,经常会用一些浓酸进行清洗,这样比较麻烦,而且很难清洗干净,而且杀菌效果不好。而一部分带有发射紫外线消毒功能的马桶,一是使用起来不安全,使人体会暴露在紫外线辐射之下;二是在马桶内沿出水口位置,因为比较隐蔽,光线照射不到位,细菌仍能大量滋生,这样仍然不能解决洗手间内生活卫生问题。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述问题,提供了一种装有紫外线灯的马桶盖和座圈组件,可全面对马桶内部进行杀菌,而且使用安全方便。
本发明的技术方案为:一种装有紫外线灯的马桶盖和座圈组件,包括马桶盖及其下面的座圈,其特征在于,在所述马桶盖和座圈的内侧均装有多个紫外线灯,在该马桶盖内侧的边缘装有触发开关,该触发开关连接在紫外线灯的电源回路中。
所述的马桶盖和座圈的下面分别卡接有马桶盖内侧板和座圈内侧板,并在马桶盖与马桶盖内侧板之间留有马桶盖空腔,以及座圈与座圈内侧板之间留有座圈空腔,在该马桶盖空腔和座圈空腔内安装电池和布线;在该马桶盖内侧板和座圈内侧板的内侧安装所述的紫外线灯。
还包括一延时控制器,所述的触发开关与延时控制器的触发端连接,延时控制器的控制端连接在紫外线灯的电源回路中,该延时控制器的电路板安装在马桶盖空腔或座圈空腔内。
在所述座圈的内沿设有向下延伸的环状体,在该环状体的外周均装有多个紫外线灯。
所述的马桶盖的下面卡接有马桶盖内侧板,并在马桶盖与马桶盖内侧板之间留有马桶盖空腔,在该马桶盖空腔内安装电池和布线,在该马桶盖内侧板的内侧安装所述的紫外线灯;在该座圈的下面和环状体的外周面卡接一截面为L形的环状板,在该座圈和环状体与该环状板之间留有L形的座圈空腔,在该座圈空腔内安装电池和布线,在该环状板的外侧安装所述的紫外线灯。
还包括一延时控制器,所述的触发开关与延时控制器的触发端连接,延时控制器的控制端连接在紫外线灯的电源回路中;该延时控制器的电路板安装在马桶盖空腔或L形的座圈空腔内。
在所述的紫外线灯的底部设有反光面。
在所述的紫外线灯外设有透明保护层。
所述的紫外线灯为深紫外LED。
本发明的有益效果为:利用马桶盖内侧的紫外线灯可以对下面的座圈表面和马桶底部进行杀菌消毒;而座圈内侧和环状体外周的紫外线灯可以对马桶内壁杀菌消毒。这样,马桶内部全部区域和座圈表面均能够杀菌消毒,不留死角。使用完马桶后关闭板马桶盖即可压触触发开关开启紫外线灯杀菌一定时间后自动关闭紫外线灯,使用安全方便。

具体实施方式
参见图1-图3,本发明一种装有紫外线灯的马桶盖和座圈组件,包括马桶盖1及其下面的座圈2,其特征在于,在所述马桶盖1和座圈2的内侧均装有多个紫外线灯3,在该马桶盖1内侧的边缘装有触发开关5,该触发开关5连接在紫外线灯3的电源回路中。
还可在所述座圈2的内沿设有向下延伸的环状体7,可以直接在该环状体7的外周(主要是底部)均装有多个紫外线灯3。
另一种结是,在马桶盖1的下面通过凹凸卡接机构12卡接有马桶盖内侧板8,并在马桶盖1与马桶盖内侧板8之间留有马桶盖空腔9,在该马桶盖空腔9内安装电池和布线,在该马桶盖内侧板8的内侧安装所述的紫外线灯3。在该座圈2的下面和环状体7的外周面通过凹凸卡接机构12卡接一截面为L形的环状板10,在该座圈2和环状体7与该环状板10之间留有L形的座圈空腔11,在该座圈空腔内安装电池和布线,在该环状板10的外侧(朝下朝外的一侧)安装所述的紫外线灯3。
在所述的紫外线灯3的底部设有反光面4,如在球面凹槽上设有反光涂层。
在所述的紫外线灯3外设有透明保护层,采用透明塑料或环氧树脂。
所述的紫外线灯3为深紫外LED。
上述实施例在使用马桶后关闭马桶盖1即可压触触发开关5开启紫外线灯消毒。通过关闭电源回路的总开关(未图示)关闭紫外线灯。
还可设置一延时控制器(可以外接或集成在马桶盖1上,未图示),所述的触发开关5与延时控制器的触发端连接,延时控制器的控制端连接在紫外线灯3的电源回路中。在使用马桶后关闭马桶盖即可压触触发开关5开启紫外线灯消毒,一定时间后(一般几十秒至几分钟),延时控制器自动关闭紫外线灯。延时控制器的电路板和电池(用电池作为电源时)安装在马桶盖空腔9或座圈空腔11内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种装有紫外线灯的马桶盖和座圈组件,包括马桶盖及其下面的座圈,其特征在于,在所述马桶盖和座圈的内侧均装有多个紫外线灯,在该马桶盖内侧的边缘装有触发开关,该触发开关连接在紫外线灯的电源回路中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的装有紫外线灯的马桶盖和座圈组件,其特征在于,所述的马桶盖和座圈的下面分别卡接有马桶盖内侧板和座圈内侧板,并在马桶盖与马桶盖内侧板之间留有马桶盖空腔,以及座圈与座圈内侧板之间留有座圈空腔,在该马桶盖空腔和座圈空腔内安装电池和布线;在该马桶盖内侧板和座圈内侧板的内侧安装所述的紫外线灯。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的装有紫外线灯的马桶盖和座圈组件,其特征在于,还包括一延时控制器,所述的触发开关与延时控制器的触发端连接,延时控制器的控制端连接在紫外线灯的电源回路中,该延时控制器的电路板安装在马桶盖空腔或座圈空腔内。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的装有紫外线灯的马桶盖和座圈组件,其特征在于,在所述座圈的内沿设有向下延伸的环状体,在该环状体的外周均装有多个紫外线灯。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的装有紫外线灯的马桶盖和座圈组件,其特征在于,所述的马桶盖的下面卡接有马桶盖内侧板,并在马桶盖与马桶盖内侧板之间留有马桶盖空腔,在该马桶盖空腔内安装电池和布线,在该马桶盖内侧板的内侧安装所述的紫外线灯;在该座圈的下面和环状体的外周面卡接一截面为L形的环状板,在该座圈和环状体与该环状板之间留有L形的座圈空腔,在该座圈空腔内安装电池和布线,在该环状板的外侧安装所述的紫外线灯。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的装有紫外线灯的马桶盖和座圈组件,其特征在于,还包括一延时控制器,所述的触发开关与延时控制器的触发端连接,延时控制器的控制端连接在紫外线灯的电源回路中;该延时控制器的电路板安装在马桶盖空腔或L形的座圈空腔内。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的装有紫外线灯的马桶盖和座圈组件,其特征在于,在所述的紫外线灯的底部设有反光面。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的装有紫外线灯的马桶盖和座圈组件,其特征在于,在所述的紫外线灯外设有透明保护层。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的装有紫外线灯的马桶盖和座圈组件,其特征在于,所述的紫外线灯为深紫外LED。
