故障信息收集装置10接收到故障获取请求时,故障信息收集装置10将根据该故障获取请求向基站的主控板发送获取指令,获取指令中包括故障的类型。故障类型包括基站告警信息、性能数据、版本信息、日志信息、黑匣子信息、内存信息、命令执行结果甚至基站内每个单板及基站与上级装置间的报文信息等。对于用于统计基站特性、故障状态等(例如命令执行结果)需要临时生成的信息,可以通过基站系统所支持的方式来承载命令集,并使承载的命令以特定方式运行,如linux下的sh脚本等。根据不同的采集请求,故障信息收集装置10可以只获取一种类型的故障信息,也可以同时收集多种类型的故障信息。
其中,故障获取请求可以由控制终端30下发,也可以由基站上传。当故障获取请求时由控制终端30下发时,控制终端30将采集请求转换成SNMP(Simple Network Management Protocol简单网络管理协议)报文发送至基站。其中,故障信息收集装置10通过SNMP协议对基站进行管理,控制终端30下发的故障采集命令在故障信息收集装置10转换成SNMP报文。并将SNMP报文发送基站的主控板。
S20:基站接收获取指令,并根据获取指令获取故障类型对应的故障信息,将故障信息上传至故障信息收集装置10;
基站接收获取指令后(已转换成SNMP报文),即基站收到SNMP报文后,对其进行解析,从特定节点上读取需要采集的故障种类;基站根据所需采集的故障种类,对相应信息进行收集,对每个故障种类形成一个专有文件用于存放该信息。基站在对所有种类的故障信息收集完成后通过ftp协议将文 件上传至故障信息收集装置10(此为数据交互),而后通过SNMP协议回应故障信息收集装置10本次采集结果(此为命令交互),以通知故障信息收集装置10,此次数据上传已经完成。
S30:故障信息收集装置10接收到故障信息后,将故障信息打包发送至预置的控制终端30。
当故障信息收集装置10接收到基站上传的故障信息文件和对应基站发送的SNMP回应后,故障信息收集装置10将接收到的故障信息文件打包,并将打包后的故障信息文件按照指定的路径发送至控制终端30。控制终端30根据接收到的故障信息,针对故障信息做出对应的操作。
本实施例通过在故障信息收集装置10接收到故障获取请求时,根据故障获取请求向基站发送获取指令,基站在接收获取指令后根据获取指令获取故障类型对应的故障信息,并将故障信息上传至故障信息收集装置10,故障信息收集装置10接收到故障信息后,将故障信息打包发送至预置的控制终端30,使得当故障信息需求方与故障信息获取方不在同一区域时,二者之间无需沟通,可通过故障收集装置实现实时交换,在节约了沟通成本的同时,使得故障信息的采集更加准确、全面,有利于提高基站故障信息采集的效率和准确度。
实施例二
参照图2,图2为本发明第二实施例基站故障采集的方法的流程示意图。在上一实施例的基础上,在步骤S10之前,包括步骤:
S40:控制终端30输出一操作界面显示预置的故障类型;控制终端30根据用户在操作界面上选取的故障类型生成对应的故障获取请求,并将故障获取请求发送至故障信息收集装置10。
控制终端30可输出一操作界面,该界面上设置有故障类型的选择项。当获取故障请求时,用户可以首先根据故障现象,判断当前故障的故障类型,然后根据故障类型,生成故障获取请求,然后对故障信息收集装置10发送获取请求,当然,故障类型也可以是由基站直接上报,此时用户只需选择相应 的故障类型即可。当然,用户也可以根据自己的实际需求,来设定需要采集的故障类型,设置的故障类型可以是一种,也可以同时设置多种。
实施例三
参照图3,图3为本发明第三实施例基站故障采集的方法的流程示意图。
在第一实施例的基础上,在步骤S10之前还可包括步骤:
S50:基站实时监测基站是否存在故障;当存在故障时,根据故障类型发送故障获取请求至故障信息收集装置10。
基站包括主控板和受控板,当基站受控板发生故障时,受控板通过网络将故障信息上传至主控板,主控板接收故障信息,并根据向故障信息收集装置10发送故障获取请求,故障获取请求内包括故障类型,故障信息收集装置10在接收到故障获取请求之后,向主控板发送故障获取指令,主控板根据故障获取指令,向受控板发送故障信息采集命令。在其它实施例中,基站也可以将故障信息直接上传至故障信息收集装置10。
在上述实施例一至三的基础上,基站根据获取指令获取所述故障类型对应的故障信息包括:
基站获取预置储存区域内存储的与故障类型对应的故障信息,该故障信息由基站中故障板产生故障时上传至基站;或者,基站根据获取指令采集故障板中故障类型对应的故障信息;或者,基站获取预置储存区域内存储的与故障类型对应的故障信息(该故障信息由基站中故障板产生故障时上传至基站),以及根据获取指令采集故障板中故障类型对应的故障信息。
即基站获取故障信息的方式有多种,第一种是获取预置储存区域内存储的与故障类型对应的故障信息,该故障信息不需要再次采集,已经存储在预置的存储区内,可直接上传;第二种是故障板即受控板需要在主控板的指令下,实时的采集故障信息,并将采集的故障信息上传;第三种是将存储的故障信息和实时采集的故障信息同时上传。不论是哪种方式上传的故障信息,故障信息收集装置10都将对接收到的故障信息进行分类打包,然后将打包好 的故障信息传输至控制终端30。
本实施例通过在故障信息收集装置10接收到故障获取请求时,根据故障获取请求向基站发送获取指令,基站在接收获取指令后根据获取指令获取故障类型对应的故障信息,并将故障信息上传至故障信息收集装置10,故障信息收集装置10接收到故障信息后,将故障信息打包发送至预置的控制终端30,使得当故障信息需求方与故障信息获取方不在同一区域时,二者之间无需沟通,可通过故障收集装置实现实时交换,在节约了沟通成本的同时,使得故障信息的采集更加准确、全面,有利于提高基站故障信息采集的效率和准确度。
实施例四
参照图4和图5,图4为本发明第四实施例基站故障采集的系统的结构示意图,图5为本实施例基站故障采集的系统连接示意图。
在本实施例中,基站故障采集的系统包括:
故障信息收集装置10,设置为接收到故障获取请求时,根据故障获取请求向基站发送获取指令,获取指令包括故障类型;以及
故障信息收集装置10接收到故障获取请求时,故障信息收集装置10将根据该故障获取请求向基站的主控板发送获取指令,获取指令中包括故障的类型。故障类型包括基站告警信息、性能数据、版本信息、日志信息、黑匣子信息、内存信息、命令执行结果甚至基站内每个单板及基站与上级装置间的报文信息等。对于用于统计基站特性、故障状态等(例如命令执行结果)需要临时生成的信息,可以通过基站系统所支持的方式来承载命令集,并使承载的命令以一定的方式运行,如linux下的sh脚本等。根据不同的采集请求,故障信息收集装置10可以只获取一种类型的故障信息,也可以同时收集多种类型的故障信息。
其中,故障获取请求可以由控制终端30下发,也可以由基站上传。当故障获取请求时由控制终端30下发时,控制终端30将采集请求转换成SNMP(Simple Network Management Protocol简单网络管理协议)报文发送至 基站。其中,故障信息收集装置10通过SNMP协议对基站进行管理,控制终端30下发的故障采集命令在故障信息收集装置10转换成SNMP报文。并将SNMP报文发送基站的主控板。
基站20,设置为接收获取指令,并根据获取指令获取故障类型对应的故障信息,将故障信息上传至故障信息收集装置10;
基站接收获取指令后(已转换成SNMP报文),即基站收到SNMP报文后,对其进行解析,从特定节点(SNMP报文的数据节点)上读取需要采集的故障种类;基站根据所需采集的故障种类,对相应信息进行收集,对每个故障种类形成一个专有文件用于存放该信息。基站在对所有种类的故障信息收集完成后通过ftp协议将文件上传至故障信息收集装置10(此为数据交互),而后通过SNMP协议回应故障信息收集装置10本次采集结果(此为命令交互),以通知故障信息收集装置10,此次数据上传已经完成。
故障信息收集装置10,还设置为接收到故障信息后,将故障信息打包发送至预置的控制终端30。
当故障信息收集装置10接收到基站上传的故障信息文件和对应基站发送的SNMP回应后,故障信息收集装置10将接收到的故障信息文件打包,并将打包后的故障信息文件按照指定的路径发送至控制终端30。控制终端30根据接收到的故障信息,针对故障信息做出对应的操作。
本实施例通过在故障信息收集装置10接收到故障获取请求时,根据故障获取请求向基站发送获取指令,基站在接收获取指令后根据获取指令获取故障类型对应的故障信息,并将故障信息上传至故障信息收集装置10,故障信息收集装置10接收到故障信息后,将故障信息打包发送至预置的控制终端30,使得当故障信息需求方与故障信息获取方不在同一区域时,二者之间无需沟通,可通过故障收集装置实现实时交换,在节约了沟通成本的同时,使得故障信息的采集更加准确、全面,有利于提高基站故障信息采集的效率和准确度。
在实施例四的基础上,所述系统还包括控制终端30,所述控制终端30, 设置为输出一操作界面显示预置的故障类型;根据用户在操作界面上选取的故障类型生成对应的故障获取请求,并将故障获取请求发送至故障信息收集装置10。
控制终端30可输出一操作界面,该界面上设置有故障类型的选择项。当获取故障请求时,用户可以首先根据故障现象,判断当前故障的故障类型,然后根据故障类型,生成故障获取请求,然后对故障信息收集装置10发送获取请求,当然,故障类型也可以是由基站直接上报,此时用户只需选择相应的故障类型即可。当然,用户也可以根据自己的实际需求,来设定需要采集的故障类型,设置的故障类型可以是一种,也可以同时设置多种。
在实施例四的基础上,基站20,还设置为实时监测基站是否存在故障;当存在故障时,根据故障类型发送故障获取请求至故障信息收集装置10。
基站包括主控板和受控板,当基站受控板发生故障时,受控板通过网络将故障信息上传至主控板,主控板接收故障信息,并根据向故障信息收集装置10发送故障获取请求,故障获取请求内包括故障类型,故障信息收集装置10在接收到故障获取请求之后,向主控板发送故障获取指令,主控板根据故障获取指令,向受控板发送故障信息采集命令。在其它实施例中,基站也可以将故障信息直接上传至故障信息收集装置10。
在实施例四的基础上,基站20根据获取指令获取所述故障类型对应的故障信息包括:
基站获取预置储存区域内存储的与故障类型对应的故障信息,该故障信息由基站中故障板产生故障时上传至基站;或者,基站根据获取指令采集故障板中故障类型对应的故障信息;或者,所述基站获取预置储存区域内存储的与故障类型对应的故障信息,以及根据获取指令采集故障板中故障类型对应的故障信息。
即基站获取故障信息的方式有多种,第一种是获取预置储存区域内存储的与故障类型对应的故障信息,该故障信息不需要再次采集,已经存储在预 置的存储区内,可直接上传;第二种是故障板即受控板需要在主控板的指令下,实时的采集故障信息,并将采集的故障信息上传;第三种是将存储的故障信息和实时采集的故障信息同时上传。不论是哪种方式上传的故障信息,故障信息收集装置10都将对接收到的故障信息进行分类打包,然后将打包好的故障信息传输至控制终端30。
本实施例通过在故障信息收集装置10接收到故障获取请求时,根据故障获取请求向基站发送获取指令,基站在接收获取指令后根据获取指令获取故障类型对应的故障信息,并将故障信息上传至故障信息收集装置10,故障信息收集装置10接收到故障信息后,将故障信息打包发送至预置的控制终端30,使得当故障信息需求方与故障信息获取方不在同一区域时,二者之间无需沟通,可通过故障收集装置实现实时交换,在节约了沟通成本的同时,使得故障信息的采集更加准确、全面,有利于提高基站故障信息采集的效率和准确度。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序来指令相关硬件完成,上述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中,如只读存储器、磁盘或光盘等。可选地,上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用一个或多个集成电路来实现。相应地,上述实施例中的各模块/单元可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现。本发明实施例不限制于任何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。
工业实用性
本发明实施例通过在故障信息收集装置的设置,使得当故障信息需求方与故障信息获取方不在同一区域时,可通过故障收集装置实现实时交换,在节约了沟通成本的同时,使得故障信息的采集更加准确、全面,有利于提高基站故障信息采集的效率和准确度。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种基站故障采集的方法,包括:
    故障信息收集装置接收到故障获取请求时,根据所述故障获取请求向基站发送获取指令,所述获取指令包括故障类型;
    所述基站接收所述获取指令,并根据所述获取指令获取所述故障类型对应的故障信息,将所述故障信息上传至所述故障信息收集装置;
    所述故障信息收集装置接收到所述故障信息后,将所述故障信息打包发送至预置的控制终端。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的基站故障采集的方法,所述故障信息收集装置接收到故障获取请求时,根据所述故障获取请求向基站发送获取指令之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述控制终端输出一操作界面显示预置的故障类型;
    所述控制终端根据用户在所述操作界面上选取的故障类型生成对应的故障获取请求,并将所述故障获取请求发送至所述故障信息收集装置。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的基站故障采集的方法,所述故障信息收集装置接收到故障获取请求时,根据所述故障获取请求向基站发送获取指令之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述基站实时监测基站是否存在故障;
    当存在故障时,根据故障类型发送故障获取请求至所述故障信息收集装置。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的基站故障采集的方法,其中,所述基站根据获取指令获取所述故障类型对应的故障信息包括:
    所述基站获取预置储存区域内存储的与所述故障类型对应的故障信息,该故障信息由基站中故障板产生故障时上传至所述基站;
    或者,所述基站根据获取指令采集故障板中所述故障类型对应的故障信息;
    或者,基站获取预置储存区域内存储的与故障类型对应的故障信息,以 及根据获取指令采集故障板中故障类型对应的故障信息。
  5. 一种基站故障采集的系统,所述基站故障采集的系统包括:
    故障信息收集装置,设置为接收到故障获取请求时,根据所述故障获取请求向基站发送获取指令,所述获取指令包括故障类型;以及
    所述基站,设置为接收所述获取指令,并根据所述获取指令获取所述故障类型对应的故障信息,将所述故障信息上传至所述故障信息收集装置;
    所述故障信息收集装置,还设置为接收到所述故障信息后,将所述故障信息打包发送至预置的控制终端。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的基站故障采集的系统,所述系统还包括控制终端,
    所述控制终端设置为,输出一操作界面显示预置的故障类型;根据用户在所述操作界面上选取的故障类型生成对应的故障获取请求,并将所述故障获取请求发送至所述故障信息收集装置。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的基站故障采集的系统,其中,
    所述基站还设置为,实时监测基站是否存在故障;当存在故障时,根据故障类型发送故障获取请求至所述故障信息收集装置。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的基站故障采集的系统,其中,
    所述基站根据所述获取指令获取所述故障类型对应的故障信息,包括:所述基站获取预置储存区域内存储的与所述故障类型对应的故障信息,该故障信息由基站中故障板产生故障时上传至所述基站;或者,所述基站根据获取指令采集故障板中所述故障类型对应的故障信息;或者,所述基站获取预置储存区域内存储的与故障类型对应的故障信息,以及根据获取指令采集故障板中故障类型对应的故障信息。
