一种经编机,包括成圈装置、梳栉装置、传动装置;所述成圈装置包括对称的前、后脱圈部分和对称的前、后针床部分,所述前、后脱圈部分为脱圈板(21,22);所述前、后针床部分主要包括嵌舌针床(23,24),所述嵌舌针床(23,24)上带有舌针;所述梳栉装置包括梳栉摇架(26)以及安装在梳栉摇架上的梳栉(25);所述传动装置包括针床传动机构、梳栉传动机构且均为凸轮摆臂传动机构;在机头和机尾有对称的连接在摆轴上的防闭钢丝摆臂(15,16),防闭钢丝摆臂(15,16)上连接有贯穿机头至机尾的钢丝;所述脱圈板(21,22)随着脱圈板座(19,20)作圆弧摆动;所述钢丝的运动为圆弧摆动,所述的嵌舌针床(23,24)做上下移动的同时也在做圆弧摆动,所述经编机可以对渔网、吊床以及包装网等粗编织物进行无打结编织。
Description
本发明涉及纺织机械领域,具体涉及一种经编机。
传统的渔网,吊床以及用于包裹较大物件的织物通常都会有打结,这样的话在长时间使用后,打结处会拧结的非常紧,不容易拆解清洗,同时对于吊床这样的织物,打结处会使人躺上去感觉不舒服。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:为解决以上问题提供一种可以对渔网、吊床以及包装网等粗编织物进行无打结编织的经编机。
本发明所采用的技术方案是这样的:
一种经编机,包括成圈装置、梳栉装置、传动装置;
所述成圈装置包括对称的前、后脱圈部分和对称的前、后针床部分,所述前、后脱圈部分为脱圈板,所述脱圈板固定在脱圈板座上,所述脱圈板座固定在针床托架上;所述前、后针床部分主要是嵌舌针床,所述嵌舌针床上带有舌针,所述嵌舌针床固定在所述针床托架上,所述针床托架通过针床摇架连接在摆轴上;
所述梳栉装置包括梳栉摇架以及安装在梳栉摇架上的梳栉;
所述传动装置包括针床传动机构、梳栉传动机构且均为凸轮摆臂传动机构;
在机头和机尾有对称的连接在摆轴上的防闭钢丝摆臂,防闭钢丝摆臂上连接有贯穿机头至机尾的钢丝;
所述脱圈板随着脱圈板座作圆弧摆动;所述钢丝的运动为圆弧摆动,所述
的嵌舌针床做上下移动的同时也在做圆弧摆动。
进一步地,所述凸轮摆臂上有圆滚特征,所述圆滚特征与凸轮的内侧边相接触。
综上所述,由于采用上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
该发明可对渔网、吊床以及包装网等粗编织物进行无打结编织,方便拆卸清洗。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1~3所示,一种经编机,包括成圈装置、梳栉装置、传动装置;所述成圈装置包括对称的前、后脱圈部分和对称的前、后针床部分,所述的前后对称的脱圈部分包括前脱圈板21和后脱圈板22,前脱圈板21固定在前脱圈板座19上和辅助支撑板34上,后脱圈板22固定在后脱圈板座20上和辅助支撑板上,前脱圈板座19固定在针床摇架33上,后脱圈板座20固定在针床摇架33上,针床摇架33和辅助支撑板34固定在中间摆轴11、12上,所述脱圈板21、22随着脱圈板座19、20作圆弧摆动;从图中只能看到前后的梳栉下摆传动机构,针床传动部分被梳栉下摆传动机构挡住,前梳栉下摆传动机构连接关系为:梳栉凸轮2连接在主轴4上,凸轮摆臂6连接在摆轴8上后通过一系列的连接件
与梳栉下摆臂14连接;后梳栉下摆传动机构连接关系为:梳栉凸轮1连接在主轴3上,凸轮摆臂5连接在摆轴7上后通过一系列的连接件与梳栉下摆臂13连接。
所述针床部分包括嵌舌针床23、24,嵌舌针床23、24上带有舌针,嵌舌针床23,24固定在针床托架17、18上,针床托架17、18连接托架导柱后通过针床摇架33连接在中间摆轴11、12上。
所述传动装置包括针床传动机构、梳栉传动机构且均为凸轮摆臂传动机构。
由于针床部分与针床传动机构前后相同,在此以前车为例进行叙述,如图4所示,针床凸轮30连接在主轴3上,凸轮摆臂32连接在摆轴7上,主轴3和摆轴7与固定在底座上的墙板9相连接,凸轮摆臂32通过其上的圆滚特征35与针床凸轮30的内侧面相连接,凸轮摆臂32通过其自身上的连接孔与反牙连接头36连接,反牙连接头36与双头调节螺杆37连接,双头调节螺杆37的另一端连接拉杆连接头38,拉杆连接头38连接单头拉杆40并在连接处用紧固螺母39紧固,单头拉杆40的另一端连接针床托架导柱41,针床托架导柱41通过在针床摇架33带有的空心圆柱孔顶住针床托架17,针床托架17上固定有嵌舌针床23,针床摇架33连接固定前脱圈板21后连接在摆轴11。
由于梳栉下摆传动机构前后相同并且前梳栉下摆传动机构上还连接有梳栉上摆传动装置,现已前车为例进行说明,如图5所示,对于梳栉传动机构,梳栉凸轮1连接在主轴3上,凸轮摆臂5连接在摆轴7上,主轴3和摆轴7与固定在底座上的中墙板9相连接,凸轮摆臂5通过其上的圆滚特征53与梳栉凸轮1的内侧面相连接,凸轮摆臂5通过其自身上的连接孔与反牙连接头52连接,反牙连接头52与双头调节螺杆51连接,双头调节螺杆51的另一端连接拉杆连接头50,拉杆连接头50连接单头拉杆48并在连接处用紧固螺母49紧固,单头
拉杆48的另一端连接正牙连接头47,正牙连接头47与固定在摆轴11上的梳栉下摆臂13连接,梳栉下摆臂13连接反牙连接头46,反牙连接头46连接双头调节螺杆45,双头调节螺杆45另一端连接拉杆连接头44,拉杆连接头44与单头调节螺杆42连接后并在连接处用紧固螺母43进行紧固,单头调节螺杆42连接梳栉弯连杆29,梳栉弯连杆29连接梳栉上摆臂28,梳栉上摆臂28通过夹持装置连接在上摆轴27上,梳栉上摆臂28连接吊座后与摇架26连接,摇架26上带有梳栉25(其他梳栉未标识),梳栉上带有导纱针,梳栉通过连接件与电子横移装置(未示出)相连接。
如图1~3所示,在中间摆轴11、12的两端头对称的装有防闭钢丝摆臂15、16,同一根摆轴11、12上的防闭钢丝摆臂用钢丝连接在一起,所述钢丝的运动为圆弧摆动,所述的嵌舌针床做上下移动的同时也在做圆弧摆动。

- 一种经编机,其特征在于:包括成圈装置、梳栉装置、传动装置;所述成圈装置包括对称的前、后脱圈部分和对称的前、后针床部分,所述前、后脱圈部分为脱圈板,所述脱圈板固定在脱圈板座上,所述脱圈板座固定在针床托架上;所述前、后针床部分主要是嵌舌针床,所述嵌舌针床上带有舌针,所述嵌舌针床固定在所述针床托架上,所述针床托架通过针床摇架连接在摆轴上;所述梳栉装置包括梳栉摇架以及安装在梳栉摇架上的梳栉;所述传动装置包括针床传动机构、梳栉传动机构且均为凸轮摆臂传动机构;在机头和机尾有对称的连接在摆轴上的防闭钢丝摆臂,防闭钢丝摆臂上连接有贯穿机头至机尾的钢丝;所述脱圈板随着脱圈板座作圆弧摆动;所述钢丝的运动为圆弧摆动,所述的嵌舌针床做上下移动的同时也在做圆弧摆动。
