本实用新型涉及无线终端通讯领域,尤其涉及一种适用终端设备的卡连接器及终端。
本申请发明人在实现本申请实施例技术方案的过程中,至少发现相关技术中存在如下技术问题:
随着通讯技术的发展,终端设备已经和人们的生活密不可分,几乎人手一部,甚至多部终端设备。在功能机时代,最初一部手机只能装一张卡,后来发展到可以装两种卡,但是并不普遍。进入智能机时代后,一部手机同时使用两种卡已经很普遍,且处于智能机时代,数据量是很大的,因此,除了存储有数字移动电话用户信息的数据卡以用于数据通信之外,比如SIM卡或USIM卡,另一种可扩展的存储卡(以下简称T卡)也必不可少,随之而来带来的问题是:终端设备中这么多的卡,同类型的、或不同类型的多个卡如何实现共同存在于终端设备中,进一步在满足这个需求前提下,又如何方便拆卸以实现方便的换卡操作。
然而,相关技术中并未解决上述技术问题。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型实施例提供了一种适用终端设备的卡连接器及终端,至少满足了同类型的、或不同类型的多个卡共同存在于终端设备中这个需求,进一步又能方便拆卸以实现方便的换卡操作。
本实用新型实施例的技术方案是这样实现的:
本实用新型实施例的一种适用终端设备的卡连接器,所述卡连接器包括:卡托和基座;所述卡托至少包括第一卡槽和第二卡槽;
所述第一卡槽设置有第一数据卡;
所述第二卡槽为复用卡槽,通过所述复用卡槽设置第二数据卡或存储卡,所述第二数据卡与所述存储卡具有不同的形态,所述第二数据卡与所述存储卡不能同时放置于所述复用卡槽中;
所述卡托的用户手持方向为长边方向a,垂直于长边方向a的方向为对应的短边方向b,所述a大于所述b。
上述方案中,所述复用卡槽的形状为沿着所述长边方向下方宽且上方窄;
下方宽的位置所形成的容纳空间用于放置所述第二数据卡;
所述复用卡槽所形成的整个容纳空间用于放置所述存储卡。

采用本实用新型实施例,由于存在复用卡槽,使得一个卡槽可以分别放置数据卡或存储卡不同类型的两种卡,一卡槽多用,节约了空间,而且使用起来很方便,再配合另一个用于放置数据卡的卡槽,能更好的实现多个卡同时存在于终端设备中,以备用户多种需求的要求,进一步包含的弹出装置,方便弹出卡托以拆卸数据卡或存储卡,从而至少满足了同类型的、或不同类型的多个卡共同存在于终端设备中这个需求,又方便拆卸以实现方便的换卡操作。

下面结合附图对技术方案的实施作进一步的详细描述。
本实用新型实施例的卡连接器的一种具体应用场景是作为可实现三个卡槽同时使用两种卡的卡托结构使用,能满足三个卡中的两个卡(同类型或不同类型的卡)同时进行工作,即共同存在于终端设备中的需求。数据卡可以为SIM卡或USIM卡等,T卡的类型也不做限定,以下以数据卡为SIM卡为例进行描述。
图1为本实用新型实施例的卡连接器在装入两种卡后合上金属盖子的示意图,如图1所示,卡连接器由卡托1和基座2组成,在卡托1中设置有SIM卡和T卡,卡托1的用户手持方向为长边方向a,垂直于长边方向a的方向为对应的短边方向b,a大于b。沿着长边方向a由卡托1的下方设置有T卡,在所述T卡的上方设置有第一SIM卡。在由卡托1和基座2组成的卡连接器上方覆盖金属盖子。也可以在现有设置T卡的位置设置另一张SIM卡“第二SIM卡”,此时,这两个SIM卡可以隶属于同一个通信网络运营商,如中移动,也可以分属不同的通信网络运营商,如分别属于联通和电信。

卡槽结构放置位置,以第二卡槽位置1-2中的虚线所示划分为c区和d区,在第二卡槽位置的d区可以放置第二SIM卡,在第二卡槽位置的c区和d区构成的完整区域可以放置T卡。第二卡槽位置沿着卡托1的长边方向a的形态为下方宽,上方窄,即以短边方向b来界定,c区的宽度小于d区的宽度。
如图2所示,在基座2上面有两个摇臂2-1和对应的旋转轴2-2,以及一个顶杆2-3,用于从卡连接器中将卡托1顶出,方便拆卸SIM卡和T卡。如图3所示为顶杆2-3的至少三种形态。
综上所述,卡托1有两个装卡的第一卡槽位置1-1和第二卡槽位置1-2,其中第一卡槽位置1-1只能放一张SIM卡,第二卡槽位置1-2可以放置一张SIM卡或一张T卡,第二卡槽位置1-2的SIM卡和T卡不能同时放置。使用本实用新型的连接器时,先在卡托1的第一卡槽位置1-1和第二卡槽位置1-2中放入需要的卡,然后把卡托1插入基座2即可;需要退出卡时,按动顶杆2-3,顶杆2-3沿着基座2的凹槽运动,带动摇臂2-1绕着旋转轴2-2转动,从而从卡连接器中顶出卡托1,此时可以手工拔出卡托1以取出卡。
针对上述本实用新型实施例的组成结构描述,以下用一个具体用户使用场景进行描述如下:
在本场景采用本实用新型实施例,卡连接器由卡托1和基座2组成,其中,基座2由一个LCP材质的塑胶部分和一个不锈钢的金属3盖子组成,在塑胶的底部有铜合金的端子,使用时这个基座2是焊在PCB板上面的,铜合金的端子和PCB板上面的线路相连接,实现电路的导通。卡托1由粉末冶金的框架和塑胶的外包边组成,卡托1有两个空间位置,即采用第一卡槽位置1-1和第二卡槽位置1-2来容纳SIM卡和T卡,依靠容纳卡的空间的边缘来对SIM卡和T卡进行定位,公差﹢0.15mm即可,用户在使用时的各个过程包括以下内容:
一、用户插入卡的过程:如图4所示为卡托1未插入基座2中的示意图,图5-图6为两种卡放置方式,图5为将SIM卡和T卡放置在卡托1中,图6为将两张SIM卡放置在卡托1中,参照图5和图6的方式装入对应的SIM卡和T卡。SIM卡的形态如图7所示,T卡的形态如图8所示。参照图5和图6的方式装入对应的SIM卡和T卡后,SIM卡和T卡与基座的铜合金弹片接触,然后把卡托1插入到基座2中,完成和PCB的电路连接,完成导通。
二、用户借助顶杆和旋转轴构成的弹出装置顶出卡托以卸卡的过程:如图2所示,按动顶杆2-3(顶杆的形态不限于图3所示的三种,只要能实现顶出卡托1都可以),顶杆2-3在基座2的凹槽中移动,并且带动基座2上的两个摇臂2-1绕着旋转轴2-2旋转,通过两个摇臂2-1的作用顶出卡托1,此时抽出卡托1的SIM卡和T卡,SIM卡的形态如图7所示,T卡的形态如图8所示。
这里需要指出的是,本实用新型的实施例在具体使用时还可以在卡托1的边缘和基座2的旋转轴2-2上涂抹适量的润滑油,已实现上述插拔过程的顺畅。
本实用新型实施例还公开了一种终端,所述终端包括上述卡连接器。
采用本实用新型实施例,能满足三个卡中的两个卡(同类型或不同类型的卡)同时进行工作,即共同存在于终端设备中的需求,具有以下有益效果:
1)随着智能手机带给用户大量数据体验的时候,存储显得很重要,扩展存储卡是一个必要的数据载体,本实用新型实施例的连接器,能同时插入T卡和一个SIM卡,可以满加存储和通话的需求;
2)现在人们沟通的需要,一张通话卡已不能满足要求,使用本实用新型实施例的连接器,可以同时插入两种SIM卡,满足更多的通话需要;同
时也可以用两张SIM中的一种进行通话,一种进行数据类交流,如上网,社交等网络需要;
3)采用本实用新型实施例的连接器,能紧跟智能机的发展,依靠一个卡槽即可实现多种卡的接入,为用户来说比较新颖,也省去了同时携带多个终端的不便。

采用本实用新型实施例,由于存在复用卡槽,使得一个卡槽可以分别放置数据卡或存储卡不同类型的两种卡,一卡槽多用,节约了空间,而且使用起来很方便,再配合另一个用于放置数据卡的卡槽,能更好的实现多个卡同时存在于终端设备中,以备用户多种需求的要求,进一步包含的弹出装置,方便弹出卡托以拆卸数据卡或存储卡,从而至少满足了同类型的、或不同类型的多个卡共同存在于终端设备中这个需求,又方便拆卸以实现方便的换卡操作。
Claims (7)
- 一种适用终端设备的卡连接器,所述卡连接器包括:卡托和基座;所述卡托至少包括第一卡槽和第二卡槽;所述第一卡槽设置有第一数据卡;所述第二卡槽为复用卡槽,通过所述复用卡槽设置第二数据卡或存储卡,所述第二数据卡与所述存储卡具有不同的形态,所述第二数据卡与所述存储卡不能同时放置于所述复用卡槽中;所述卡托的用户手持方向为长边方向a,垂直于长边方向a的方向为对应的短边方向b,所述a大于所述b。
- 根据权利要求1所述的卡连接器,其中,所述复用卡槽的形状为沿着所述长边方向下方宽且上方窄;下方宽的位置所形成的容纳空间用于放置所述第二数据卡;所述复用卡槽所形成的整个容纳空间用于放置所述存储卡。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的卡连接器,其中,所述基座由不导电部分的底板和覆盖其上的盖子组成;在所述底板的底部有导电端子。
- 根据权利要求3所述的卡连接器,其中,在所述第一卡槽设置有所述第一数据卡,在所述第二卡槽设置有所述第二数据卡;所述卡托插入所述基座闭合,所述第一数据卡和所述第二数据卡与所述基座的所述导电端子的一侧相接触,所述基座焊接在PCB板上面,所述导电端子的另一侧与所述PCB板上面的线路电连接,导通电路。
- 根据权利要求3所述的卡连接器,其中,在所述第一卡槽设置有所述第一数据卡,在所述第二卡槽设置有所述存储卡;所述卡托插入所述基座闭合,所述第一数据卡和所述存储卡与所述基座的所述导电端子的一侧相接触,所述基座焊接在PCB板上面,所述导电端子的另一侧与所述PCB板上面的线路电连接,导通电路。
- 根据权利要求4或5所述的卡连接器,其中,所述基座还包括弹出装置;所述弹出装置包括:一个顶杆、两个摇臂和与其对应的两个旋转轴;按动所述顶杆,使所述顶杆在所述基座的凹槽中移动,并带动所述基座上的所述两个摇臂绕着对应的所述两个旋转轴转动,顶出所述卡托。
- 一种终端,所述终端包括如权利要求1至6任一项所述的卡连接器。
