Abstract
La présente invention concerne une machine à laver et sécher le linge (1) comprenant un corps cylindrique (2), une cuve (3) qui entoure le corps (2), un croisillon de tambour (5) équipé de plus d'un bras de support (4) permettant le mouvement d'éléments de transmission, tels qu'un moteur électrique, une courroie-poulie destinée à être transférée au corps (2), un arbre (6) qui s'étend du croisillon de tambour (5) aux éléments de transmission et qui transfère le mouvement des éléments de transmission au corps (2), au moins un palier (7) qui porte l'arbre (6), une douille (8) qui est disposée sur la partie de l'arbre (6) raccordée aux bras de supports (4) et un joint d'étanchéité (9) enveloppant la douille (8) de manière à rester entre la douille (8) et la cuve (3). La douille (8) est produite à partir d'un matériau de fer qui est traité par procédé de nitruration thermique. Un procédé de production de cette douille (8) par procédé de nitruration thermique est également décrit.
