Abstract
一种配有水龙头分流器的净水机,包括分流器本体(1)和净水机本体(9),净水机本体(9)设有水过滤通道,水过滤通道与分流器本体(1)连接、并形成水过滤回路;分流器本体(1)设有自来水进水口(11)、分流管(3)、自来水排水口(12)、自来水出水口(31)、电控式水路开关A、控制电路板、控制面板(14)和用于探测分流器本体(1)内水流的水流传感器(5),净水机本体(9)设有电控式水路开关B。两个电控式水路开关一起通过控制面板(14)被控制电路板控制,可实现分流器出自来水或出纯水。
Description
本发明涉及一种配有水龙头分流器的净水机。
现有的桌面式净水机越来越多,一般这种产品与自来水通过水龙头直接连接。水龙头与净水机连接,通过分流器选择开关确定是直接出自来水还是出纯水,一般这种开关为手动机械式开关。
由于是手动机械式的开关,为了实现自动控制或者远程控制时,难以对净水机进行控制,特别是当净水机发生异常时,难以实现自动泄压或启动,可能造成管道承压过大或其他不可预见的异常。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种结构合理,通过电控制装置及电控式水路开关相结合控制的配有水龙头分流器的净水机,以确保当电控制装置检测到净水机发生异常时,水龙头的自来水不再进入净水机。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种配有水龙头分流器的净水机,包括分流器本体、净水机本体和控制电路板,净水机本体设有水过滤通道,水过滤通道与分流器本体连接、并形成水过滤回路;其特征是,所述分流器本体设有自来水进水口、分流管(3)、自来水排水口、自来水出水口、电控式水路开关A、控制面板和用于探测分流器本体内水流的水流传感器,所述净水机本体设有电控式水路开关B;所述自来水进水口、自来水出水口分别与分流管连通,所述分流管还通过电控式水路开关A与自来水排水口连接,电控式水路开关B连接在水过滤回路上;所述水流传感器、电控式水路开关A和电控式水路开关B分别与控制电路板电性连接;所述控制面板至少设有纯水开关和自来水开关,纯水开关和自来水开关分别与控制电路板电性连接。
本发明的目的还可以采用以下技术措施解决:
作为更具体的一种方案,所述水过滤通道包括所述进水孔、纯水出水孔、水泵和滤芯,进水孔一端与分流器本体的自来水排水口连通,进水孔另一端通过水泵和滤芯与纯水出水孔的一端连通;所述分流器本体设有纯水出水管,纯水出水管与纯水出水孔的另一端连通。
所述控制电路板分为两部分,其中,控制电路板一部分设置在分流器本体上,控制电路板另一部分设置在净水机本体上;所述电控式水路开关A和电控式水路开关B分别与控制电路板一部分和控制电路板另一部分电性连接;或者,所述电控式水路开关A和电控式水路开关B与控制电路板的两部分电性连接;所述电控式水路开关A和电控式水路开
关B相互联动、并且两开关处于一开一关的状态。
所述电控式水路开关A为常开式电磁阀,所述电控式水路开关B为常闭式电磁阀。
所述常开式电磁阀、控制电路板一部分依次设置在分流管上方,常开式电磁阀和控制电路板之间还设有用于隔磁隔电的隔离板。隔离板可以有效阻隔电磁辐射以及防止漏电及电路短路的事故发生,大大提高水龙头分流器使用的安全性和可靠性。
所述纯水开关或自来水开关为触摸式开关,其表面设有防水层。
所述纯水开关或自来水开关为按键式开关。
所述控制电路板设有功能切换声音提醒电路,以提醒用户出纯水或自来水的功能已经切换成功。
所述纯水开关采用连续两次或以上触摸操作。
所述控制面板设置在分流器本体上部,控制面板所在平面与水平面的夹角小于或等于90度,从而使得控制面板与用户之间形成锐角关系,方便用户操作及观看控制面板。
本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)本发的分流器和净水机上分别设置一个电控式水路开关A和B,且两个电控式水路开关一起被控制电路板对其进行控制,即可实现分流器出自来水或出纯水;
(2)当净水机发生异常时,控制电路板自动控制电控式水路开关A打开,电控式水路开关B关闭,将自来水排出到净水机的外部,避免继续进入净水机,引起净水机压力过大或其他异常。

参见图1至图4所示,一种配有水龙头分流器的净水机,包括分流器本体1和净水机本体9,净水机本体9设有水过滤通道,水过滤通道与分流器本体1连接、并形成水过滤回路;所述分流器本体1设有自来水进水口11(自来水进水口11外端与水龙头6连接)、分流管3、自来水排水口12、自来水出水口31、电控式水路开关A、控制电路板、控制面板14和用于探测分流器本体1内水流的水流传感器5,所述净水机本体9设有电控式水路开关B;所述自来水进水口11、自来水出水口31分别与分流管3连通,所述分流管3还通过电控式水路开关A与自来水排水口12连接,电控式水路开关B连接在水过滤回路上;所述水流传感器5、电控式水路开关A和电控式水路开关B分别与控制电路板电性连接;
所述控制面板14至少设有纯水开关16和自来水开关17,纯水开关16和自来水开关17分别与控制电路板电性连接。

其工作原理是:当通过自来水开关17选择出自来水时,电控式水路开关A打开(通水)状态,电控式水路开关B处于关闭(关水)状态。当通过纯水开关16选择出纯水功能时,电控式水路开关A关闭(关水)状态,电控式水路开关B处于打开(通水)状态。
另外,分流器初始状态处于出自来水功能,电控式水路开关A处于通水状态,用户取自来水时,该阀不会动作,一旦电控式水路开关A通电,则自来水不会从出水口12流出。当用户需要取纯水时,按纯水开关,可以快速实现从出自来水模式转换至出纯水模式,电控式水路开关A和电控式水路开关B同时动作,即电控式水路开关A通电关闭,电控式水路开关B通电打开。

所述纯水开关16或自来水开关17为触摸式开关,其表面设有防水层15。
所述纯水开关16或自来水开关17为按键式开关。
所述控制电路板一部分13设有功能切换声音提醒电路。
所述纯水开关16采用连续两次或以上触摸操作。
所述控制面板14设置在分流器本体1上部,控制面板14所在平面与水平面的夹角小于或等于90度。
Claims (10)
- 一种配有水龙头分流器的净水机,包括分流器本体(1)、净水机本体(9)和控制电路板,所述净水机本体(9)设有水过滤通道,所述水过滤通道与所述分流器本体(1)连接并形成水过滤回路;其特征在于,所述分流器本体(1)设有自来水进水口(11)、分流管(3)、自来水排水口(12)、自来水出水口(31)、电控式水路开关(A)、控制面板(14)和用于探测所述分流器本体(1)内的水流的水流传感器(5),所述净水机本体(9)设有电控式水路开关(B);所述自来水进水口(11)、上述自来水出水口(31)分别与分流管(3)连通,所述分流管(3)还通过所述电控式水路开关(A)与所述自来水排水口(12)连接,所述电控式水路开关(B)连接在所述水过滤回路上;所述水流传感器(5)、所述电控式水路开关(A)和所述电控式水路开关(B)分别与所述控制电路板电性连接;所述控制面板(14)至少设有纯水开关(16)和自来水开关(17),所述纯水开关(16)和所述自来水开关(17)分别与所述控制电路板电性连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的配有水龙头分流器的净水机,其特征在于,所述水过滤通道包括进水孔(10)、纯水出水孔(20)、水泵(91)和滤芯(92),所述进水孔(10)的一端与所述分流器本体(1)的自来水排水口(12)连通,所述进水孔(10)的另一端通过所述水泵(91)和所述滤芯(92)与所述纯水出水孔(20)的一端连通;所述分流器本体(1)设有纯水出水管(18),所述纯水出水管(18)与所述纯水出水孔(20)的另一端连通。
- 根据权利要求1所述的配有水龙头分流器的净水机,其特征在于,所述控制电路板分为两部分,其中,所述控制电路板的一部分(13)设置在所述分流器本体(1)上,所述控制电路板的另一部分(93)设置在所述净水机本体(9)上;所述电控式水路开关(A)和所述电控式水路开关(B)分别与所述控制电路板的一部分(13)和所述控制电路板的另一部分(93)电性连接;或者,所述电控式水路开关(A)和所述电控式水路开关(B)与所述控制电路板的两部分电性连接;所述电控式水路开关(A)和所述电控式水路开关(B)相互联动,并且所述电控式水路开关(A)和所述电控式水路开关(B)处于一开一关的状态。
- 根据权利要求3所述的配有水龙头分流器的净水机,其特征在于,所述电控式水路开关(A)为常开式电磁阀(2),所述电控式水路开关(B)为常闭式电磁阀(8)。
- 根据权利要求4所述的配有水龙头分流器的净水机,其特征在于,所述常开式电磁阀(2)、所述控制电路板的一部分(13)依次设置在所述分流管(3)的上方,所述常开式电磁阀(2)和所述控制电路板的一部分(13)之间还设有用于隔磁隔电的隔离板(7)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的配有水龙头分流器的净水机,其特征在于,所述纯水开关(16)或所述自来水开关(17)为触摸式开关,其表面设有防水层(15)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的配有水龙头分流器的净水机,其特征在于,所述纯水开关(16)或所述自来水开关(17)为按键式开关。
- 根据权利要求1所述的配有水龙头分流器的净水机,其特征在于,所述控制电路板的一部分(13)设有功能切换声音提醒电路。
- 根据权利要求6所述的配有水龙头分流器的净水机,其特征在于,所述纯水开关(16)采用连续两次或连续两次以上的触摸操作。
- 根据权利要求1所述的配有水龙头分流器的净水机,其特征在于,所述控制面板(14)设置在所述分流器本体(1)的上部,所述控制面板(14)所在平面与水平面的夹角小于或等于90度。
