以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限制本发明。
为使本领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图对本发明提供的消息提醒方法及消息提醒装置进行详细描述。
如图1所示,为本发明第一实施例所述的消息提醒方法的流程图。该方法包括以下步骤:
S1、接收N个提醒消息;其中第P个提醒消息记作第P提醒消息,第P提醒消息包括第P提醒时间TP和第P提醒内容信息,所述N和P均为自然数且P≤N;
S2、检测当前时间,判断是否到达所述第P提醒时间TP,如果到 达则继续到步骤S3,否则停留在步骤S2继续检测当前时间及进行前述时间判断;
S3、在第一预定发送时间内,发送所述第P提醒内容信息,同时检测响应消息:若在所述第一预定发送时间内收到响应消息,则继续行进到步骤S4;若超过所述第一预定发送时间仍未收到响应消息,则停止发送所述第P提醒内容信息并修改所述第P提醒时间TP,其中修改的方式之一包括:在当天24:00以前不再检测当前时间是否到达所述第P提醒时间TP
S4、判断所述响应消息为第一响应消息还是第二响应消息:若为第一响应消息,则停止发送所述第P提醒内容信息并取消所述第P提醒消息;若为第二响应消息,则停止发送所述第P提醒内容信息并使所述第P提醒时间TP变更为推迟时间T’P
具体的,步骤S2还包括:若未到达所述第P提醒时间且未检测到第二响应消息,则继续检测当前时间;若未到达所述第P提醒时间且检测到第二响应消息,则使所述第P提醒时间TP变更为推迟时间T’P
图2为本发明第二实施例所述的消息提醒方法的流程图。如图2所示,该方法还包括接收第Q提醒消息,该第Q提醒消息包括第Q提醒时间TQ和第Q提醒内容信息,其中Q为自然数且Q≠P且TQ>TP
具体地,当T’P=TQ时,步骤S3进一步包括:
步骤S31、在第一预定发送时间内,发送所述第P提醒内容信息,同时检测响应消息:若在所述第一预定发送时间内收到响应消息,则继续到步骤S4;若超过所述第一预定发送时间仍未收到响应消息,则继续行进到步骤S32、步骤S33:
步骤S32、停止发送所述第P提醒内容信息并修改所述第P提醒时间TP,所述修改第P提醒时间TP为在所述第P提醒时间TP的基础上增加24小时;
步骤S33、在第一预定发送时间内,发送所述第Q提醒内容信息,同时检测响应消息:若在所述第一预定发送时间内收到响应消息,则继续行进到步骤S4’;若超过所述第一预定发送时间仍未收到响应消息,则继续行进到步骤S34:
步骤S34、停止发送所述第Q提醒内容信息并修改所述第Q提醒时间TQ,所述修改第Q提醒时间TQ为在所述第Q提醒时间TQ的基础上增加24小时。
步骤S4’、判断所述响应消息为第一响应消息还是第二响应消息:若为第一响应消息,则停止发送所述第Q提醒内容信息并取消所述第Q提醒消息;若为第二响应消息,则停止发送所述第Q提醒内容信息并使所述第Q提醒时间TQ变更为推迟时间T’Q
步骤S4、判断所述响应消息为第一响应消息还是第二响应消息:若为第一响应消息,则停止发送所述第P提醒内容信息并取消所述第P提醒消息;若为第二响应消息,则停止发送所述第P提醒内容信息并使所述第P提醒时间TP变更为推迟时间T’P
该方法进一步包括:当检测到的当前时间为23:59时,在第二预定发送时间内,按照各待提醒消息的提醒时间顺序发送各待提醒消息的提醒内容信息,同时检测响应消息;
判断所述响应消息是否为第一响应消息或第二响应消息:若是为第一响应消息或第二响应消息,则停止发送各待提醒消息的提醒内容信息;
取消所有待提醒消息,所述待提醒消息是指仍待判断检测时间是否到达各自提醒时间的各个提醒消息。
具体地,该方法包括根据各个提醒消息设置不同颜色的指示灯、提示音和振动样式中的至少一个;且发送所述第P提醒内容信息进一步包括:收到所述第P提醒内容信息后,通过如下方式的至少一个进行消息 提醒:发出与第P提醒消息对应的提示音、使与第P提醒消息对应的指示灯点亮或闪烁、通过显示屏显示与第P提醒消息对应的内容,以及使震动马达以与第P提醒消息对应的振动样式振动。
具体地,步骤S3还包括:若超过所述第一预定发送时间仍未收到响应消息,则还将第P提醒时间TP和第P提醒内容信息发送出去,以便于接收方能够对第P提醒时间TP和第P提醒内容信息进行提醒。具体的,发送方式为无线通信,接收方对信息发送方进行第P提醒时间TP和第P提醒内容信息提醒。
具体地,本发明的消息提醒方法应用于智能移动终端和/或可穿戴设备。或者,应用于虽独立于智能手机、可穿戴设备或其组合,但是可与智能手机、可穿戴设备或其组合集成的装置。
具体地,所述N个提醒消息为N个服药提醒消息,其中第P个服药提醒消息记作第P服药提醒消息,其包括表示服药时间的第P提醒时间TP和表示药品种类的第P提醒内容信息。
以下以将该方法应用于两种不同的情景来对本发明的消息提醒方法进行详细的说明。
第一应用实施例:会议议程备忘录
首先,智能手机通过语音或键盘输入例如2项需要进行提醒的会议议程第1会议提醒、第2会议提醒(也可以直接从具有兼容格式的WORD、TXT等格式的文件中导入备忘记录)。每条提醒记录作为一个提醒消息,且每个提醒消息均对应地具有提醒时间T1、T2和第1会议提醒内容、第2会议提醒内容,会议提醒内容可以包括议程名称、地点、需要携带的材料、注意事项等信息。这里的时间T1、T2包括年、月、日、时、分、秒这些时间要素。这些提醒消息的数量为大于等于1的自然数,且具体来讲,仅受手机存储空间的限制。
无论在手机的存储空间中,还是在手机的显示屏上,上述提醒消息 都可以组成一个待提醒消息列表。
在添加上述提醒消息时,该消息列表将在手机屏幕上依次显示出来。这种显示具有直观的作用,使使用者/被提醒者一目了然。而且,如果显示时采用不同的颜色条表示,或者采用各种不同的图案显示,或者采用不同尺寸的矩形表示,或者采用可隐藏的显示方式表示,或者采用上述显示方式的任意组合表示,都能够达到使人机交互更友好的技术效果。
例如第1会议提醒显示为红色,第2会议提醒显示为黄色。然后,智能手机将判断当前时刻是否到达了提醒时间T1或T2。这种判断可以是采用中断的方式实现的,也可以是时钟轮询的方式实现的。
当到达某个提醒消息的提醒时间时,例如到达T1时,手机屏幕上动态显示(例如,通过闪烁)该消息对应的红色色条或者图案等,和/或通过使之产生缩放等动画效果,来提醒使用者需要参加第1项会议议程,或者,可穿戴设备上对应该消息的红色指示灯进行闪烁,来提醒使用者需要参加第1项会议议程。
上述动态效果的持续时间为预定的时间,例如2分钟。在这段时间内,如果使用者通过短时间按动键盘或触屏上的按钮,或者点击手机屏幕上的特定位置,或者做出特定的手势,或者发出特定的声音,则手机将停止上述动态效果的显示,并认为使用者已经确认了其知晓了该提醒消息。或者,通过短时间按动可穿戴设备上的操作按钮,来确认已经知晓了该提醒,也就是说,第1会议提醒消息的目的已经达到。此时,从待提醒消息的列表中删除该消息。然而,该消息的删除也可以并非永久性的。例如,使用者可以通过在存储已取消的提醒消息的存储空间中重新将该已取消的消息恢复到提醒列表。
如果在上述的2分钟内,使用者尚处于不方便查看或处于其他事务的处理过程而无暇顾及该提醒消息,或者由于客观情况发生变化等原因 而希望重新修改该正在提醒的消息的提醒时间,则可以通过长时间按动键盘或触屏上的按钮,或者点击手机屏幕上的特定位置,或者做出特定的手势,或者发出特定的声音,则手机将停止上述动态效果的显示,或通过长时间按动可穿戴设备上的操作按钮来停止上述提醒,并将为使用者提供两个选择:第一是默认推迟半小时然后再提醒该消息;第二是由使用者自行设置新的提醒时间T3。然后,到达新的提醒时间T3后,该第1会议提醒消息将再次通过上述动态效果进行提醒。
如果在上述的2分钟内,使用者没有给出任何预定方式的响应,这些响应包括:例如,按动可穿戴设备上的操作按钮、按动键盘上的按钮,或者点击手机屏幕上的特定位置,或者做出特定的手势,或者发出特定的声音,则表示使用者希望忽略该消息提醒。则到达2分钟时,该刚被提醒过的第1会议提醒消息将被删除或取消。
如果尚未到达最快(或最近)将要被提醒的消息的提醒时间,例如该消息是第2会议提醒消息,而手机或可穿戴设备收到了诸如长时间按动键盘或触屏上的按钮、或者点击手机屏幕上的特定位置、或者做出特定的手势、或者发出特定的声音等响应消息,则推迟该第2会议提醒消息的提醒时间。
根据该实施例的一种变型,该刚被提醒过的消息将于使用者指定的时间被再次提醒。例如,使用者每周星期一早9:00都要参加例会。某次星期一早8:30,智能手机再次提醒了该例会提醒消息。但是使用者恰逢正在出差,无法参加,而其又不希望删除或取消该提醒消息(因为可能下个星期又可以回去照常参加例会),故其可以设置忽略该消息提醒为:使该消息的提醒时间推迟一个星期,并且仍然被放在待提醒消息的列表中。
上述长时间和短时间按键/钮或触屏的标准可以由使用者设置,例如,以3秒钟为分界线。以持续按键小于3秒作为短时间按键或触屏所 需的时间,且以按键抬起作为本次按键操作的结束;以持续按键大于或等于3秒作为长时间按键或触屏所需的时间,且以按键抬起作为本次按键操作的结束。
上述键盘可以是实体键盘,也可以是手机屏幕上显示出来的虚拟键盘。
在本实施例中,如果手机在提醒某消息时,出现了两个提醒消息的提醒时间相同的情况,例如T1和T2同时到达,则按照下述方式进行操作:
第一种情况:若两个消息的提醒时间都未经修改或推迟,则按照他们在待提醒的消息的列表中被输入的先后顺序进行提醒。
第二种情况:若两个消息中有一个是经过修改或推迟提醒时间的,例如T3和T2同时到达,则先提醒该被修改或推迟提醒时间T3的消息,再提醒另一个时间T2的消息。
第三种情况:若两个消息均为经过修改或推迟提醒时间的,则按照它们进入待提醒的消息的列表时的先后顺序进行提醒。
在上述两个消息被依次提醒的过程中,每个消息的提醒过程都与前述提醒消息的提醒过程完全一致。
根据本实施例的一个变型,两个消息被依次提醒的过程之间可以间隔预定的时间,例如2秒。
上述三种情况说明了两个消息的例子。当这种情形的消息数目大于2个时,处理方式相同。
在每天零点以前(或称24:00之前),所有待提醒消息都在最后一分钟开始时(23:59)被在当天最后一次提醒。具体过程为:首先按照待提醒消息的列表中各消息的先后顺序(同样也要根据前述的各种特殊情况)对各个待提醒消息进行提醒(例如,各消息对应的指示灯循环闪烁1分钟,同时马达震动);然后,取消所有待提醒的消息。从23:59 分开始,一旦出现这种提醒操作,则按键(长时间或短时间按键或触屏等方式)可取消当前提示。所述待提醒消息是指仍待判断检测时间是否到达各自提醒时间的各个提醒消息。
本实施例中,上述提醒的方式可以通过声、光、振动、屏幕显示等方式中的至少一种来表现。
根据本实施例的一个变型,对于在提醒过程中没有收到使用者的响应或反馈的提醒消息,该消息对应的议程时间、会议地点、会议注意事项、接收提醒确认或延迟的状态等消息内容都将被发送到亲友的手机中,或者是预先设置的同事的手机中。发送的形式是短信、微信、QQ、邮件等多种通信方式中的至少一种。然后,借由其他人来提醒该使用者注意该被忽略的提醒消息。
此外,本实施例的方法不仅可以应用于智能手机,还能够应用于其他智能产品,包括非智能手机、无触屏的按键式手机、平板电脑、GOOGLE GLASS、手环,以及包括可穿戴式智能设备中,比如计步器、卡路里计算器、iWatch、百度自行车等等。
本发明提供的智能设备消息提醒方法,适用于对用于在多个时间需要完成多个任务的情况进行依次提醒。以下以提醒用户服药为例对该方法进行详细的说明。
第二应用实施例:服药提醒
首先,智能手机通过语音或键盘输入例如5项需要进行提醒的服药消息第1服药提醒、第2服药提醒、第3服药提醒、第4服药提醒、第5服药提醒(也可以直接从具有兼容格式的WORD、TXT等格式的文件中导入备忘记录)。每条提醒消息均对应地包括提醒时间T1、T2、T3、T4、T5和第1服药提醒内容、第2服药提醒内容、第3服药提醒内容,第4服药提醒内容、第5服药提醒内容,服药提醒内容可以包括药品名称、药品种类、服用数量、注意事项等信息。这里的时间T1、T2、T3、 T4、T5包括年、月、日、时、分、秒这些时间要素。这些提醒消息的数量为大于等于1的自然数,且具体来讲,仅受手机存储空间的限制。
无论在手机的存储空间中,还是在手机的显示屏上,上述提醒消息都可以组成一个待提醒消息列表。

在本实施例中,假设第1服药提醒至第5服药提醒依次对应地用红、黄、绿、紫、蓝五种颜色的指示灯图案表示,服药的数量依次用指示灯闪烁的次数表示,例如红色指示灯闪烁3次代表第一服药提醒的内容是吃红色灯对应的药物3粒。
然后,智能手机将判断当前时刻是否到达了5个提醒时间中的一个。这种判断可以是采用中断的方式实现的,也可以是时钟轮询的方式实现的。
当到达某个提醒消息的提醒时间时,例如到达T1时,手机屏幕上动态显示(例如,通过闪烁)该消息对应的颜色条、图案等,和/或通过使之产生缩放等动画效果,来提醒使用者需要服用某种药品。或者,可穿戴设备上对应第1服药提醒的红色指示灯进行闪烁3次,来提醒使用者服用第1服药提醒对应的药物3粒。

如果在上述的2分钟内,使用者没有给出任何预定方式的响应,这些响应包括:例如,按动可穿戴设备上的操作按钮、按动键盘上的按钮,或者点击手机屏幕上的特定位置,或者做出特定的手势,或者发出特定的声音,则表示使用者希望忽略该消息提醒。则到达2分钟时,该刚被提醒过的第1服药提醒消息将被删除或取消。
如果尚未到达最快(或最近)将要被提醒的消息的提醒时间,例如该消息是第4服药提醒消息,而手机或可穿戴设备收到了诸如长时间按动键盘或触屏上的按钮、或者点击手机屏幕上的特定位置、或者做出特定的手势、或者发出特定的声音等响应消息,则推迟该第4服药提醒消 息的提醒时间。
根据该实施例的一种变型,该刚被提醒过的消息将被于使用者指定的时间被再次提醒。例如,使用者每天早8:30都要服用滋补类药物。某段时间内恰逢感冒发烧,正在服用感冒药和消炎药。智能手机的使用者又不希望删除或取消该提醒消息(因为可能今天感冒病情就能有所好转而明天就可以照常服用该滋补类药物),故其可以设置忽略该消息提醒为:使该消息的提醒时间推迟一天(增加24小时),并且仍然被放在待提醒消息的列表中。
上述长时间和短时间按键/钮或触屏的标准可以由使用者设置,例如,以3秒钟为分界线。以持续按键小于3秒作为短时间按键或触屏所需的时间,且以按键抬起作为本次按键操作的结束;以持续按键大于或等于3秒作为长时间按键或触屏所需的时间,且以按键抬起作为本次按键操作的结束。
上述键盘可以是实体键盘,也可以是手机屏幕上显示出来的虚拟键盘。
在本实施例中,如果手机在提醒某消息时,出现了两个提醒消息的提醒时间相同的情况,则可按照下述方式进行操作:
第一种情况:若两个消息的提醒时间都未经修改或推迟,则按照他们在待提醒的消息的列表中被输入的先后顺序进行提醒。
第二种情况:若两个消息中有一个是经过修改或推迟提醒时间的,则先提醒该被修改或推迟提醒时间的消息,再提醒另一个消息。
第三种情况:若两个消息均为经过修改或推迟提醒时间的,则按照它们进入待提醒的消息的列表时的先后顺序进行提醒。
例如,第1服药提醒被推迟至13:01,第2服药提醒原定于13:00进行提醒,吃药提醒时间提示长度为2分钟,则在13:00时,首先进行第1服药提醒,无论用户对第1服药提醒进行了哪种操作,则以操 作结束为结束标志,再等待10秒后进行第2服药提醒。
在上述两个消息被依次提醒的过程中,每个消息的提醒过程都与前述提醒消息的提醒过程完全一致。
根据本实施例的一个变型,两个消息被依次提醒的过程之间可以间隔预定的时间,例如2秒。
上述三种情况说明了两个消息的例子。当这种情形的消息数目大于2个时,处理方式相同。

根据本实施例的一个变型,对于在提醒过程中没有收到使用者的响应或反馈的提醒消息,该消息对应的服药时间、药物类别、药物名称、注意事项、服药确认或延迟的状态等消息内容都将被发送到亲友的手机中,或者是预先设置的同事的手机中。发送的形式是短信、微信、QQ、邮件等多种通信方式中的至少一种。然后,借由其他人来提醒该使用者注意该被忽略的提醒消息。这样,通过设立两个或两个以上的智能终端,并通过无线方式将提醒信息内容发送至多个终端,能起到多重监督提醒的作用,达到远程提醒、监护、关怀的目的。
此外,本实施例的方法不仅可以应用于智能手机,还能够应用于其 他智能产品,包括非智能手机、无触屏的按键式手机、平板电脑、GOOGLE GLASS、手环,以及包括可穿戴式智能设备中,比如计步器、卡路里计算器、iWatch、百度自行车等等。
该方法还可以应用于例如提醒工作人员在不同时间完成不同工作任务、或者提醒学生在不同时间完成不同作业等等,在此不再一一例举。
本发明提供的提醒方法,可自由方便灵活地设定相关参数,如提醒时间、提醒内容等;能够帮助用户按时按量准确完成提醒事项;并且,在发出提醒后,用户能够根据自身情况进行提醒事项完成的确认或延迟的反馈,系统收到反馈后能够进行相应的处理,具备人机交互功能,对提醒消息的管理更加高效和人性化;通过设立两个或两个以上的智能终端,并通过无线方式将提醒信息内容发送至多个终端,能起到多重监督提醒的作用,达到远程提醒、监护、关怀的目的。
如图3所示,为本发明提供的消息提醒装置的结构框图。
本发明的消息提醒装置10包括接收模块101、时间检测和判断模块102、交互模块103、信息发送和响应处理模块104,接收模块101用于接收N个提醒消息;其中第P个提醒消息记作第P提醒消息,其包括第P提醒时间TP和第P提醒内容信息,所述N和P均为自然数且P≤N;时间检测和判断模块102用于检测当前时间,并判断所述当前时间是否到达所述第P提醒时间TP;交互模块103用于在收到所述第P提醒内容信息后,通过以如下方式的至少一个进行消息提醒:发出与第P提醒消息对应的提示音、使与第P提醒消息对应的指示灯点亮或闪烁、使显示屏显示与第P提醒消息对应的内容,以及使震动马达以与第P提醒消息对应的振动样式振动;信息发送和响应处理模块104用于在第一预定发送时间内,向交互模块103发送所述第P提醒内容信息,同时检测响应消息:若在所述第一预定发送时间内收到响应消息,则判断所述信息发送和响应处理模块104收到的响应消息为第一响应消息还是 第二响应消息:若为第一响应消息,则停止发送所述第P提醒内容信息并取消所述第P提醒消息;若为第二响应消息,则使所述第P提醒时间TP变更为推迟时间T’P;若超过所述第一预定发送时间仍未收到响应消息则停止所述交互模块103发送所述第P提醒内容信息并修改所述第P提醒时间TP,其中修改的方式之一包括:使所述时间检测和判断模块102在当天24:00以前不再检测当前时间是否到达所述第P提醒时间TP

进一步地,所述信息发送和响应处理模块104还用于在第二预定发送时间内,按照各待提醒消息的提醒时间顺序发送各待提醒消息的提醒内容信息,同时检测响应消息;以及判断所述响应消息是否为第一响应消息或第二响应消息:若是为第一响应消息或为第二响应消息,则停止发送各待提醒消息的提醒内容信息;所述时间检测和判断模块102还用于当检测到的当前时间为23:59时,取消所有待提醒消息,所述待提醒消息是指仍待判断检测时间是否到达各自提醒时间的各个提醒消息。
具体地,交互模块103包括指示灯、喇叭、显示屏和震动马达中的至少一个,其分别根据各个提醒消息设置不同颜色的指示灯、提示音、显示内容和振动样式中的至少一个。
进一步地,本发明的消息提醒装置还包括通信设备105,其用于当超过所述第一预定发送时间仍未收到响应消息时,将第P提醒时间TP和第P提醒内容信息发送至接收方20,以便于接收方20能够对该信息发送方(消息提醒装置10)进行第P提醒时间TP和第P提醒内容信息的提醒,其中,发送方式为无线通信,接收方20通过无线通信方式接收到第P提醒时间TP和第P提醒内容信息后,对信息发送方进行第P提醒时间TP和第P提醒内容信息的提醒。这样,通过设立两个或两个以上的智能终端,并通过无线方式将提醒信息内容发送至多个终端,能起到多重监督提醒的作用,达到远程提醒、监护、关怀的目的。
具体地,本发明的消息提醒装置集成于智能移动终端和/或可穿戴 设备。通过应用程序APP在可穿戴设备与智能移动终端之间建立连接。
具体地,上述N个提醒消息为N个服药提醒消息,其中第P个服药提醒消息记作第P服药提醒消息,其包括表示服药时间的第P提醒时间TP和表示药品种类的第P提醒内容信息。
本发明的消息提醒装置,可自由方便灵活地设定相关参数,如提醒时间、提醒内容等;能够帮助用户按时按量准确完成提醒事项;并且,在发出提醒后,用户能够根据自身情况进行提醒事项完成的确认或延迟的反馈,系统收到反馈后能够进行相应的处理,具备人机交互功能,对提醒消息的管理更加高效和人性化;通过设立两个或两个以上的智能终端,并通过无线方式将提醒信息内容发送至多个终端,能起到多重监督提醒的作用,达到远程提醒、监护、关怀的目的。
作为本发明的一种变型,本发明的提醒消息方法和消息提醒装置还可以完全基于单独设计和制造的设备,具体地,本发明的消息提醒装置,包括接收模块、时间检测和判断模块、交互模块、信息发送和响应处理模块。接收模块用于接收N个提醒消息;其中第P个提醒消息记作第P提醒消息,其包括第P提醒时间TP和第P提醒内容信息,所述N和P均为自然数且P≤N;时间检测和判断模块用于检测当前时间,并判断所述当前时间是否到达所述第P提醒时间TP;交互模块用于在收到所述第P提醒内容信息后,通过如下方式的至少一个进行消息提醒:发出与第P提醒消息对应的提示音、使与第P提醒消息对应的指示灯点亮或闪烁、使显示屏显示与第P提醒消息对应的内容,以及使震动马达以与第P提醒消息对应的振动样式振动;信息发送和响应处理模块用于在第一预定发送时间内,向交互模块发送所述第P提醒内容信息,同时检测响应消息:若在所述第一预定发送时间内收到响应消息,则判断所述信息发送和响应处理模块收到的响应消息为第一响应消息还是第二响应消息:若为第一响应消息,则停止发送所述第P提醒内容信息并取消所 述第P提醒消息;若为第二响应消息,则使所述第P提醒时间TP变更为推迟时间T’P;若超过所述第一预定发送时间仍未收到响应消息,则停止所述交互模块发送所述第P提醒内容信息并修改所述第P提醒时间TP,其中所述修改的方式之一包括:使所述时间检测和判断模块在当天24:00以前不再检测当前时间是否到达所述第P提醒时间TP
进一步地,时间检测和判断模块还用于:若未到达所述第一提醒时间且未检测到第二响应消息,则继续检测当前时间;若未到达所述第一提醒时间且检测到第二响应消息,则使所述第P提醒时间TP变更为推迟时间T’P
进一步地,接收模块还接收第Q提醒消息,该第Q提醒消息包括第Q提醒时间TQ和第Q提醒内容信息,其中Q为自然数且Q≠P且TQ>TP;所述信息发送和响应处理模块还在当T’P=TQ时,依次用于:
向交互模块发送所述第P提醒内容信息,同时检测响应消息:在所述第一预定发送时间内收到响应消息,则判断所述信息发送和响应处理模块收到的响应消息为第一响应消息还是第二响应消息:若为第一响应消息,则停止发送所述第P提醒内容信息并取消所述第P提醒消息;若为第二响应消息,则使所述第P提醒时间T’P变更为推迟时间T”P;若超过所述第一预定发送时间仍未收到响应消息则停止所述交互模块发送所述第P提醒内容信息并修改所述第P提醒时间TP,其中所述修改的方式之一包括:使所述时间检测和判断模块在当天24:00以前不再检测当前时间是否到达所述第P提醒时间TP

具体地,交互模块包括指示灯、喇叭、显示屏和震动马达中的至少一个,其分别根据各个提醒消息设置不同颜色的指示灯、提示音、显示内容和振动样式中的至少一个。
进一步地,本发明的消息提醒装置还包括通信设备,其用于当超过所述第一预定发送时间仍未收到响应消息时,将第P提醒时间TP和第P提醒内容信息发送出去,以便于接收方能够对信息发送方(即,消息提醒装置)进行第P提醒时间TP和第P提醒内容信息的提醒,发送方式为无线通信,接收方通过无线通信的方式接收到第P提醒时间TP和第P提醒内容信息后,对信息发送方进行第P提醒时间TP和第P提醒内容信息的提醒。这样,通过设立两个或两个以上的智能终端,并通过无线方式将提醒信息内容发送至多个终端,能起到多重监督提醒的作用,达到远程提醒、监护、关怀的目的。
具体地,接收方为智能移动终端或可穿戴设备或其组合。通过应用程序APP在消息提醒装置与接收方之间建立连接。
具体地,上述N个提醒消息为N个服药提醒消息,其中第P个服 药提醒消息记作第P服药提醒消息,其包括表示服药时间的第P提醒时间TP和表示药品种类的第P提醒内容信息。
本发明的消息提醒装置基于单独设计和制造的设备,而不必集成于或附加于智能设备或可穿戴设备或其组合,但可以通过有线或无线的通信方式与智能手机、可穿戴设备或其组合集成或附加在一起。在实现人性化提醒的同时,提高了集成度和便携性,能为使用者带来更加全面、方便的提醒服务。
可以理解的是,以上实施方式仅仅是为了说明本发明的原理而采用的示例性实施方式,然而本发明并不局限于此。对于本领域内的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明的精神和实质的情况下,可以做出各种变型和改进,这些变型和改进也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种消息提醒方法,其特征在于,该方法包括如下步骤:
    (1)接收N个提醒消息;其中第P个提醒消息记作第P提醒消息,其包括第P提醒时间TP和第P提醒内容信息,所述N和P均为自然数且P≤N;
    (2)检测当前时间,判断是否到达所述第P提醒时间TP,如果到达则继续到步骤(3),否则继续检测当前时间;
    (3)在第一预定发送时间内,发送所述第P提醒内容信息,同时检测响应消息:
    若在所述第一预定发送时间内收到所述响应消息,则继续到步骤(4);
    若超过所述第一预定发送时间仍未收到所述响应消息,则停止发送所述第P提醒内容信息并修改所述第P提醒时间TP,其中修改的方式之一包括:在当天24:00以前不再检测当前时间是否到达所述第P提醒时间TP
    (4)判断所述响应消息为第一响应消息还是第二响应消息:若为第一响应消息,则停止发送所述第P提醒内容信息并取消所述第P提醒消息;若为第二响应消息,则停止发送所述第P提醒内容信息并使所述第P提醒时间TP变更为推迟时间T’P
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的消息提醒方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)还包括:若未到达所述第P提醒时间且未检测到第二响应消息,则继续检测当前时间;若未到达所述第P提醒时间且检测到第二响应消息,则使所述第P提醒时间TP变更为推迟时间T’P
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的消息提醒方法,其特征在于,还包括接 收第Q提醒消息,该第Q提醒消息包括第Q提醒时间TQ和第Q提醒内容信息,其中Q为自然数且Q≠P且TQ>TP;当T’P=TQ时,步骤(3)进一步包括:
    首先,在第一预定发送时间内,发送所述第P提醒内容信息,同时检测响应消息:
    若在所述第一预定发送时间内收到所述响应消息,则继续到步骤(4);
    若超过所述第一预定发送时间仍未收到所述响应消息,则停止发送所述第P提醒内容信息并修改所述第P提醒时间TP,所述修改所述第P提醒时间TP为在所述第P提醒时间TP的基础上增加24小时;
    然后,在第一预定发送时间内,发送所述第Q提醒内容信息,同时检测响应消息:
    若在所述第一预定发送时间内收到所述响应消息,则继续到步骤(4);
    若超过所述第一预定发送时间仍未收到所述响应消息,则停止发送所述第Q提醒内容信息并修改所述第Q提醒时间TQ,所述修改所述第Q提醒时间TQ为在所述第Q提醒时间TQ的基础上增加24小时。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的消息提醒方法,其特征在于,该方法进一步包括:
    当检测到的当前时间为23:59时,在第二预定发送时间内,按照各待提醒消息的提醒时间顺序发送各待提醒消息的提醒内容信息,同时检测响应消息;
    判断所述响应消息是否为第一响应消息或第二响应消息:若是,则停止发送各待提醒消息的提醒内容信息;
    取消所有待提醒消息,所述待提醒消息是指仍待判断检测时间是否到达 各自提醒时间的各个提醒消息。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的消息提醒方法,其特征在于,根据各个提醒消息设置不同颜色的指示灯、提示音和振动样式中的至少一个;且发送所述第P提醒内容信息进一步包括:收到所述第P提醒内容信息后,通过如下方式中的至少一个进行消息提醒:发出与第P提醒消息对应的提示音、使与第P提醒消息对应的指示灯点亮或闪烁、通过显示屏显示与第P提醒消息对应的内容,以及使震动马达以与第P提醒消息对应的振动样式振动。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的消息提醒方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)还包括:若超过所述第一预定发送时间仍未收到所述响应消息,则还将第P提醒时间TP和第P提醒内容信息发送出去,以便于接收方能够对第P提醒时间TP和第P提醒内容信息进行提醒。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的消息提醒方法,其特征在于,所述发送方式为无线通信,所述接收方对信息发送方进行第P提醒时间TP和第P提醒内容信息提醒。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的消息提醒方法,其特征在于,所述方法应用于智能移动终端和/或可穿戴设备。
  9. 根据权利要求1或2所述的消息提醒方法,其特征在于,所述N个提醒消息为N个服药提醒消息,其中第P个服药提醒消息记作第P服药提醒消息,其包括表示服药时间的第P提醒时间TP和表示药品种类或名称的第P提醒内容信息。
  10. 一种消息提醒装置,其特征在于,该装置包括:
    接收模块:其用于接收N个提醒消息;其中第P个提醒消息记作第P提醒消息,其包括第P提醒时间TP和第P提醒内容信息,所述N和P均为自然数且P≤N;
    时间检测和判断模块:其用于检测当前时间,并判断所述当前时间是否到达所述第P提醒时间TP
    交互模块:其用于在收到所述第P提醒内容信息后,通过如下方式中的至少一个进行消息提醒:发出与第P提醒消息对应的提示音、使与第P提醒消息对应的指示灯点亮或闪烁、使显示屏显示与第P提醒消息对应的内容,以及使震动马达以与第P提醒消息对应的振动样式振动;
    信息发送和响应处理模块:其用于在第一预定发送时间内,向交互模块发送所述第P提醒内容信息,同时检测响应消息:
    若在所述第一预定发送时间内收到所述响应消息,则判断所述信息发送和响应处理模块收到的响应消息为第一响应消息还是第二响应消息:若为第一响应消息,则停止发送所述第P提醒内容信息并取消所述第P提醒消息;若为第二响应消息,则使所述第P提醒时间TP变更为推迟时间T’P
    若超过所述第一预定发送时间仍未收到所述响应消息则停止所述交互模块发送所述第P提醒内容信息并修改所述第P提醒时间TP,其中所述修改的方式之一包括:使所述时间检测和判断模块在当天24:00以前不再检测当前时间是否到达所述第P提醒时间TP
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的消息提醒装置,其特征在于,所述时间检测和判断模块还用于:若未到达所述第P提醒时间且未检测到第二响应消息,则继续检测当前时间;若未到达所述第P提醒时间且检测到第二响应消息,则使所述第P提醒时间TP变更为推迟时间T’P
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述的消息提醒装置,其特征在于,所述接 收模块还接收第Q提醒消息,该第Q提醒消息包括第Q提醒时间TQ和第Q提醒内容信息,其中Q为自然数且Q≠P且TQ>TP
    所述信息发送和响应处理模块还在当T’P=TQ时,依次用于:
    向交互模块发送所述第P提醒内容信息,同时检测所述响应消息:在所述第一预定发送时间内收到所述响应消息,则判断所述信息发送和响应处理模块收到的响应消息为第一响应消息还是第二响应消息:若为第一响应消息,则停止发送所述第P提醒内容信息并取消所述第P提醒消息;若为第二响应消息,则使所述第P提醒时间T’P变更为推迟时间T”P;若超过所述第一预定发送时间仍未收到所述响应消息则停止所述交互模块发送所述第P提醒内容信息并修改所述第P提醒时间TP,其中所述修改的方式之一包括:使所述时间检测和判断模块在当天24:00以前不再检测当前时间是否到达所述第P提醒时间TP
    向交互模块发送所述第Q提醒内容信息,同时检测响应消息:在所述第一预定发送时间内收到所述响应消息,则判断所述信息发送和响应处理模块收到的响应消息为第一响应消息还是第二响应消息:若为第一响应消息,则停止发送所述第Q提醒内容信息并取消所述第Q提醒消息;若为第二响应消息,则使所述第Q提醒时间TQ变更为推迟时间T’Q;若超过所述第一预定发送时间仍未收到所述响应消息则停止所述交互模块发送所述第Q提醒内容信息并修改所述第Q提醒时间TQ,其中所述修改的方式之一包括:使所述时间检测和判断模块在当天24:00以前不再检测当前时间是否到达所述第Q提醒时间TQ
  13. 根据权利要求10或11所述的消息提醒装置,其特征在于,所述信息发送和响应处理模块还用于在第二预定发送时间内,按照各待提醒消息的提醒时间顺序发送各待提醒消息的提醒内容信息,同时检测响应消息;以及判断所述响应消息是否为第一响应消息或第二响应消息:若是,则停止发送 各待提醒消息的提醒内容信息;
    所述时间检测和判断模块还用于当检测到的当前时间为23:59时,取消所有待提醒消息,所述待提醒消息是指仍待判断检测时间是否到达各自提醒时间的各个提醒消息。
  14. 根据权利要求10或11所述的消息提醒装置,其特征在于,所述交互模块包括指示灯、喇叭、显示屏和震动马达中的至少一个,其分别根据各个提醒消息设置不同颜色的指示灯、提示音、显示内容和振动样式中的至少一个。
  15. 根据权利要求10或11所述的消息提醒装置,其特征在于,该装置还包括:
    通信设备,其用于当超过所述第一预定发送时间仍未收到所述响应消息时,将第P提醒时间TP和第P提醒内容信息发送出去,以便于接收方能够对第P提醒时间TP和第P提醒内容信息进行提醒。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的消息提醒装置,其特征在于,所述发送方式为无线通信,所述接收方对信息发送方进行第P提醒时间TP和第P提醒内容信息的提醒。
  17. 根据权利要求10所述的消息提醒装置,其特征在于,所述消息提醒装置集成于智能移动终端和/或可穿戴设备。
  18. 根据权利要求10或11所述的消息提醒装置,其特征在于,所述N个提醒消息为N个服药提醒消息,其中第P个服药提醒消息记作第P服药提醒消息,其包括表示服药时间的第P提醒时间TP和表示药品名称或种类的第P提醒内容信息。
